Dear sir, i have received postpaid bill in june 2nd of vodafone idea for month may (1st to 31st may). There are wrong charges of topup internet package included in bill by company. Also they have charged this on date 1st june in my may billing. This is totally dishonest way. They need to remove such fraud charges and should make more than 20 years dedicate customer worry free.

    It is to inform that i am facing a network issue since 5 months on my area and complained about it to vodafone for more than 4 times simontaneously but there was no permanent solution given to my problem. The issue is not only faced by me but, the people of whole area using vodafone services.

    My issues :- 1. Unable to get 4g service throughout the month.

    2. Incoming and outgoing service is unavailable if the electricity cuts off. (Only empty network bars during the period.)

    3. Interreupted 4g service

      My vodafone prepaid balance is reduced without my knowledge whenever i recharge with some currency even though i'm on unlimited calls plan.

      Today 100 reduced and again got another message saying it was done erroneously and the same amount was credited again...

      I want to know what is happening every time. I can't be specific now because i haven't recharged with currency recently. But this has been the case everytime.

      Also the network is so bad, though i'm using a new samsung galaxy m20 android phone.

      Kindly look into the issues and do the needful.

        Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.

        Again the unknown negative credit deduction of rs.99 plan for 30 days

        Getting sms dated and time on july 2 2020...00:28 am

        And message that i got on mobile is "dear customer, this is to inform you that a rental amunt of rs.99 have been deducted towards international roaming rental for 30 days".

        Earlier topup and main balance deduction and now unkonwn deduction by negative crediting...

          I had negative balance. Since i recharge internet n unlimited calls i thought having balance is not needed. It corona all over the world now. No one is allowed to travel anywhere. Inspite of al this vodafone has charged me ₹99 for international roaming without me asking for it. They are looting customers money. Kindly help.

            Hi

            Am facing network connectivity issue in my location, many of times it no service i need to restart my phone to search for network. Due to this not able to use internet too, internet speed is very low.

            I have vodafone-idea dongal too it is havinh same issue.

                In my mobile, there is activation of an unusual or unnecessary offer is implemented and deducted my 100 rs amount without my concern even..
                I didn't request anything like this and they had activated this offer without my permit...

                So plz return my money back... Please... Asap turn off this offer and give my money to mee... :- (😑😐😪

                  Deduction of rs.99 for international roaming when i have not activated any such services. A message was sent on june 2nd 2020 informing me of this. Was unable to contact customer care. Please resolve this issue and pay back the deducted amount. Thank you.

                      I have received a message by vodaphone

                      Rs 99 that has been deduced towards international roaming. Even i did not visit anywhere from home due to lockdown. Home city, refund money soon. Customer care doesn't attend call or reply without money in the account. If you attend, call after a long time, you don't solve the problem, even auto disconnect call. You are wasting time and money own customers.

                        Sir,
                        I was using my vodafone sim ([protected]) with good experience but suddenly a amount of rs. 99 deducted from my balance saying that it is rental international roaming fee.
                        I neighter go to abroad nor start any roaming service and without asking me this service got activated.. I tried many ways to contact vodafone customer care but as my balance was 0.1 and after deduction it become -99.
                        My unlimited plan also stops so that now i am not able to call any customer care and any other person
                        Hope you will solve my problem soon
                        And refund all the deducted amount

                              On 2nd june 2020, i received a text message from vodafone that my account had been deducted with rs. 99 for international roaming. But i didn't opt for this service. Vodafone activated the service on its own without any authorization from my end. I am extremely unhappy with such unethical deduction and poor service from vodafone. Kindly retract the roaming package and restore the account balance.

                                I'm using prepaid services of vodafone. I've activated rs. 399 pack and main balance with rs. 10 and had approx. Rs. 6 in main balance.
                                Currently main balance is showing rs. -93.22 and outgoing calls have also been cancelled by you.
                                I've got message saying "dear customer, this is to inform you that a rental amount of rs.99 has been deducted towards international roaming rental for 30 days." but i haven't activated any international roaming pack or not contacted on international number.
                                So i'm requesting you to refund main balance and activate outgoing calls too as soon as possible.

                                I've called customer care for refunding of this deduction and they've refunded me within 3 - 4 hours. I've also mailed them for the same issue and for that they've mailed me back from [email protected] saying the issue has been resolved.

                                  I did not make any international call and sms and still vodafone charge me 99 rs and that's why i am not able to do voice call and sms, my balance shows - 99rs.

                                  Please find below message from vodafone.

                                  Dear customer, this is to inform you that a rental amount of rs.99 has been deducted towards international roaming rental for 30 days.

                                  I mailed them on there mention mail id but no hopes that they will refund my money so please look into it.

                                    I recharged my vodafone number with 379 rs. Plan on 2nd june, 2020 09:22 am. Recharge is successful and amount also deducted but i am not able to cal from my phone. It says no active plans. My recharge is not activated.

                                      I received a message from the vodafone stating ""dear customer, this is to inform that a rental amount of rs.99 has been deducted towards international roaming rental for 30 days". I have not volunteerly subscribed any of your services and this happened at 2.42 am midnight. You cheated me by deducting my money without any confirmation or notification from me. This is pure cheat. Give me money back.
