Dear sir,
I have not made any request for international roaming formy phone no [protected] and my account has been deducted by rs100 at night 3.08am. I have got a message from vodafone. All international flights are not working and i am not interested in going for any international trips because of corona crisis. You have stopped all my outgoing calls by making my balance -98rs. I am a health working and it is causing inconvenience...

On 2nd june at 2:09 am, i received a text message from vodafone that my account had been deducted with rs. 99 for international roaming. But i didn't opt for this service. Vodafone activated the service on its own without any authorization from my end. I am extremely unhappy with such unethical deduction and poor service from vodafone. Kindly retract the roaming package and restore the account balance....

rental deduction for international roaming

Dear sir/ma'am,

My contact number is [protected].
I have never been outside india. And i never activated international roaming pack. It is showing a message mentioning deduction of rs 99 towards international roaming. Please do the needful action towards the subscription and readjust my deducted money.

I am vodafone user, i never went abroad, still deducted rs 99 for international roaming rental.
Received below sms.

Number deactivated

On 19 Marc 2020 I asked Vodafone to extend the safe custody by 6 months as I am stuck in the USA due to Corona Virus and no news on when the flights will start operation.
I was shocked to hear from customer care Vodafone that my number has been deactivated in Oct 2019 as it was in the safe custody for 6 months effective 25 March 2019.
Vodafone itself confirmed to me first on 06 Sep 2019 with service request number for your reference...

activation of re.1 store service without my consent.

For second time, i have received messages saying that the services re.1 store as been activated, without my permission. I have never asked for it. The first time, it charged me rs. 35 and second time re. 60. This is unprofessional and unethical of you guys. You must re-fund the balance to my number. amount deducted without consent rs. 200

Still facing same issues. Attachment containing the balance of two different dates. I have not activated any service. Deductions are neither shown in vodafone nor in trai app. Called customer care services many times but no action is being taken till now. Urge immediate action....

Fraudulent recharge packs

On 02/05/2020 i recharged my vodafone number [protected] with a pack of ₹399 having benefit of 3GB data per day, unlimited calls and 100 messages per day for 56 days. I got everything according to benefit for some 7-8 days. When i suddenly checked my data balance through my vodafone app it showed me 1.5GB per day data, which was very shocking moment for me. A guy from [protected] is harassing by calling again and again, though we shared it's wrong number and even if it is blocked it is being harassed mentally. I believe lodging complaint can help us to resolve this. Please take action against this idiot guy....

Amount debited but not recharged

Hello sir/madam
I did a prepaid recharge of rs.699 from phonepe on my vodafone number on 31/05/2020 at 09:49am from my rbl card and the amount was debited and i also received a message saying "recharge of rs.699 successful on number *5738.

But when i tried calling the customer care and tried finding out about my recharge it said"no recharge is done on your mobile number" even when i received a message saying it was...

i am not able to send or receive sms on my number

Dear sir i am facing problem with my vodafone number that i am not able to send or receive any single sms from my number. I am facing this problem since last 2 months. I have made call to the vodafone customer care three times but they only said that your problem will be solved in 2-3 days. But its almost 2 months gone but my problem didn't solve. I am a post paid service user of vodafone mobile service having cell no. 90517xxxxx7 and make monthly payment online either through my debit card or through net banking from my desktop computer.
