Dear sir /madam,
Please note that i have been charges twice on my above mentioned bill @rs.5, 999/ towards [protected]@28 days. I have been trying to sort out this issue thru your representative mr. Santosh but not yet solved.
I have been enjoying your service plan [protected]@28 days for rs.5, 999/ month. However, unfortunately, you have charged me twice the amount on my above mentioned bill resulting my payable amount up to rs.15, 258.10.
My payable due date is 2/6/2020. Request you to reverse the excess amount charged to me (Rs.5, 999) and let me know how much i am to pay on 2/6/2020.
Request you to intimate me how much i am to pay on 2/6/2020. Your prompt response is highly appreciable.
