In spite of surrender message and bill is coming
1. I am sr citizen 70 +
2. My son pranshu tiwari had phone [protected] at my address 288, dda sfs flats, sector 5, pocket 1, dwarka delhi 110075
3. I surrendered this number in feb 2020. I was confirmed for disconnection by phone. My number being alternate number, at least 10 persons got it confirmed.

Unauthorized deduction from balance without any service

Hi,

I have been using vodafone since many years. After this unlimited pack recharges started, i usually keep my main balance 0. Last nov 2019 i recharges my mobile with 100 + 100rs and realized that balance was 0 in few weeks. I though it may be because i had traveled to bhutan. I started keeping tap on my balance. And since jan 13 2020, i cam to know that vodafone is deducting 21/49 or some amount in name of some random package....

Earlier i had one vodafone post paid connection which was ported to bsnlon 01.01.2020. Vodaphone had one outstanding bill of rs.168.73 for the period from 27.12.2019 to 30.12.2019 and the same has been paid on 26.05.2020 vide payment id ssbi[protected]. vodafone india vodafone postpaid india mobile call to special number

Address:Mumbai

Special call charges of rs 662 + gst charged on my postpaid number [protected] for call made to[protected], 55000 between 18-apr to 21-apr-2020.

I have not made any calls on this numbers.
This is something fraud on bill.

I have already wrote an email to customer care but they are replying how to protect my phone with screen lock.

Pls reverse rs662 also with gst and confirm to enable me...

Issue over daily data limit

I recharge my vodafone mobile number with data pack of 4gb/day with unlimited voice calling for rupees 299 but as per convo with their cc people regarding this they told i utilized only 2gb they told me that remaining datas will be compensated with in 24 hrs but till now i can not got any calls regarding this today i once agin reach to thyem they told need to wait for another 24 hrs. I cannot understood why i need to wait for another 24 hrs...

Not receiving Incoming call

Vodafone is the most pathetic and hopeless service it gives the worst customer support there is no co ordination between department. No two department can transfer call to the employ which customer wants to speak. I am having a problem since 1 months from vodafone not getting incoming calls but no 1 is there to take care of my problem all employ gives false promises they dont even know how to file a complaint they have untrained employees...

Network problem

I suffer from a bad network problem. Please provide better network facilities as there is a lot of trouble. Neither the phone comes quickly nor these ternets run properly. It is my humble request to help me as soon as possible....

Unnecessarily deducting amount from talktime

Today i recharged my no. With 100 rs and 30 rs. After sometime 99 rs was deducted. I looked up for last deductions and it showed something like "dnld". I checked via vodafone app too.. There was no active plans at that moment still the amount got deducted. I emailed the issue to them... And after few minutes i received text saying i have subscribed to caller tune. Two such texts were received... 1st one saying your caller tune is active now....

Customer care not responding on Bill and Porting Complaints

I have been charged unnecessarily on my bills every month and every time I have to reach the customer care to get things corrected.

For one month, they correct things, they charge something else next month.
And, when I submitted a request to generate UPC, I receive a message stating some problem with the service provider. Once I received a call from the customer care department and I stated about being unable to generate...

Fake Commitment

My vodafone number is [protected]. Today on 27th may 2020, at 5:27 pm, vas named funbox pack is activated on my number without my consent and amount of rs. 5 is deducted.
I havent requested any such service. As per trai regulations, mobile service providers are not allowed to deduct balance for any service without taking customer's onsent.
I want the deducted amount refunded in my balance immediately....

Balance 74.5 and validity till 1.6.2020
