I am getting a bill for connection not been used for past 3 months.

I have requested them to forgive the bill and activate the connection because it is happening again.

Sir my mobile no is [protected]. I am vodafone customer. I bought a plan of 149. But company changed it to 299 itself. Company did not inform me about it. When i called company then one of company member told me that take the plan of 224. Then i agreed with him. But no plan was changed. Company also collected 50 ropees only becuse i paid bill later. Now want take an action against company. It is just making fool of the customer....

Recharged twice with rs 379/*

By mistake i recharged twice on 23may 2020 with rs 379/-. Nobody in vodaphone is entertaining this issue of mine. I also mailed this issue but no one addressed to this issue....

Rs 379 recharge failed but money got deducted

On 9th May, I recharged my dad's number with Rs 379 recharge. My money got deducted but the package didn't active (no message was received regarding successful activate or unsuccessful transaction). I then recharged Rs 10 to check what exactly is wrong; however, this recharge was successful. I then called the customer care service, I explained about the situation. vas subscription

Vas subscription is being done without my consent consecutively.in one day it has been done twice - right after recharging the sim. I did not subscribe for the services at all. This happens everytime after i recharge - and for each subscription they charge 35 rs, even though it is not with my consent. Till now a total of 105 rs has been dedcuted in the past week....

On 20may 2020 due to amphan cyclone mobile tower of vodafone fell down on our rooftop causing a heavy damage to my house cealing. Cracks are all over my cealing and walls. No network from past 3 days

I am using vodafone from past 4 years it was good journey but now i am facing huge problem in using vodafone services. From past 3 days there is no network in my phone, handset is ok as i checked in by inserting d sim in other handset. By manual selection of network through setting option i am able to connect to vodafone network bt it automatically gets disconnected. I called to ur no 198 through other vodafone no bt they r not providing...

usage charges of rs 149 being shown in my bill even though i am not using any service

Usage charges of rs.149 being shown in my bill, even though i am not using any service that should caharge me this much, i am vodafone postpaid customer from 6 years and this is being happening from few months now, i was paying uptill now but after seeing this months bill i was totally alarmed
I have filed a comaplint to vodafone customer care regarding the issue but to no effect...

I have got call from vodafone customer care person. That your plan will be from 399 to 499 today. But i dnt want to increase my plan and i dnt want exter gb. So plz keep my plan of 399only. U can't drictly change my plan from your side....

incorrect charges on my postpaid bill

Hi can see a wrong charge of rs.2500 which is mentioned as exit fee for a plan which i have never opted for. I want a refund for that. I will not be able to pay my postpaid bill until then. As soon as i received the sms with my bill details, i tried calling the call center but the call was never connected to any executive. I have been doing this for the last 3 days. Today my call got connected to an executive who sounded least interested...

Firstly i was trying to recharge via phonepe on a vodafone number [protected] and it showed unsucessful. Later i recharged via gpay successfully and after that my account got debited twice for 399 plan. The phonepe recharge somehow got sucessfull later. Please help....
