On 02/05/2020 i recharged my vodafone number [protected] with a pack of ₹399 having benefit of 3GB data per day, unlimited calls and 100 messages per day for 56 days. I got everything according to benefit for some 7-8 days. When i suddenly checked my data balance through my vodafone app it showed me 1.5GB per day data, which was very shocking moment for me. I have requested them to help me but they didn't helped me till now or solved my problem. Please help me regarding this.

      A guy from [protected] is harassing by calling again and again, though we shared it's wrong number and even if it is blocked it is being harassed mentally. I believe lodging complaint can help us to resolve this. Please take action against this idiot guy.

          Hello sir/madam
          I did a prepaid recharge of rs.699 from phonepe on my vodafone number on 31/05/2020 at 09:49am from my rbl card and the amount was debited and i also received a message saying "recharge of rs.699 successful on number *5738.

          But when i tried calling the customer care and tried finding out about my recharge it said"no recharge is done on your mobile number" even when i received a message saying it was done.

          I kindly request you to look into my matter (Either provide a refund or resolve my issue as soon as possible)

            Please note that i have been charges twice on my above mentioned bill @rs.5, 999/ towards [protected]@28 days. I have been trying to sort out this issue thru your representative mr. Santosh but not yet solved.

            I have been enjoying your service plan [protected]@28 days for rs.5, 999/ month. However, unfortunately, you have charged me twice the amount on my above mentioned bill resulting my payable amount up to rs.15, 258.10.

            My payable due date is 2/6/2020. Request you to reverse the excess amount charged to me (Rs.5, 999) and let me know how much i am to pay on 2/6/2020.

            Request you to intimate me how much i am to pay on 2/6/2020. Your prompt response is highly appreciable.

              Dear sir i am facing problem with my vodafone number that i am not able to send or receive any single sms from my number. I am facing this problem since last 2 months. I have made call to the vodafone customer care three times but they only said that your problem will be solved in 2-3 days. But its almost 2 months gone but my problem didn't solve. When i send sms from my number it shows error code 69. I shared it with vodafone customer care executive but he also didn't solve my problem. Please look into the matter.

                I am having issue related to network...
                I have a vodafone prepaid connection - and i am facing issue that 4g network is not available generally outsides of home i get access of 4g network and at my home i get 3g network thats working to access virtual meeting...

                  I am a post paid service user of vodafone mobile service having cell no. 90517xxxxx7 and make monthly payment online either through my debit card or through net banking from my desktop computer. This was continued till last month. Today being the due date of payment, when i logged to their website vodafone.in and proceeded to pay i found that they have removed the payment facility through debit card / net banking. They provided only two option of payment : 1. Through their android app and 2. Giving mandate to their payment gateway for auto debit by providing only credit card details.

                  In spite of my best effort to find out whether i can pay online through debit card or net banking went in vain, as vodafone now provide only avr without any option to talk to their customer care executive and no email id so that i can lodge my complaint.

                  They charge a high late fee and withdrawing the existing payment facilities during this period of lockdown is only a very unfair trade practices with an ultirior motive to gather credit card details and to charge late fee especially post amfun destruction their service is very poor (Unstable and poor signal) for last 11 days which has already put us in great difficulty.

                  I look forward for help from this platform so that vodafone revert back to their earlier payment option to enable me to make payment online without any late payment charges.

                  Regret so far no action taken. I just checked your site for payment but find no change. It shows only Auto payment option which accepts only credit cards . It is not acceptable as not only I donot posses credit card but also why should I give you the right to debit my account without my checking the correctness of the bill. Please do the needful so that I can pay online though net banking or debit card .

                    In spite of surrender message and bill is coming
                    1. I am sr citizen 70 +
                    2. My son pranshu tiwari had phone [protected] at my address 288, dda sfs flats, sector 5, pocket 1, dwarka delhi 110075
                    3. I surrendered this number in feb 2020. I was confirmed for disconnection by phone. My number being alternate number, at least 10 persons got it confirmed.
                    4. But still i am getting message for payment as below dear customer, an amount of rs.117.29 is due on your alternate vodafone number [protected]. Please use account id[protected] and msisdn - [protected] while making the payment. To pay click http://tinyurl.com/j9plz8v.Incase of any assistance please call at [protected]/ [protected] between 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.
                    5. Please notewe do not need this number for ever. Please disconnect and treat surrendered
                    6. Request to please stop this mail to me and do not make any claim. I have talked to many person but no result.
                    7. Due to lock down and my age i am not able to visit your office. Please do needful and intimate me. I shall not be making any payment on this.

                      Hi,

                      I have been using vodafone since many years. After this unlimited pack recharges started, i usually keep my main balance 0. Last nov 2019 i recharges my mobile with 100 + 100rs and realized that balance was 0 in few weeks. I though it may be because i had traveled to bhutan. I started keeping tap on my balance. And since jan 13 2020, i cam to know that vodafone is deducting 21/49 or some amount in name of some random package.

                      I had heated conversation with vodafone customer executive and they said in good will they are returning the amount. However till march 2020 21 then 49 then 21 then 49 and 49 rs got deducted in some some amount of time.

                      Its was till the time i warn them that i will port my number. The deduction stopped happening. Now in may i recharged my number with 3 month pack. And as expected again the deduction started.

                      This time they deducted 29 rs on 24th may. For "dnld-wwap_dls0029_ppu_kin01467053" package. Again there is no service activated on my number and no such name of download file in my mobile.in fact there is no download history on my mobile for 24th may (Same for all previous deductions).

                      When i asked what is this download and what it does there customer care have no reply. They simply say they don't know. Now i don't understand any reason to pay even 1 rs if there is no service on my number or no download on my mobile.

                      On searching this on google, i came to know there are many consumer of vodafone who face similar deduction with no information of what the deduction is for or what the package actually does.

                      This is a scam they are running to deduct main balance and after complaint they give that package name and say they cannot return the balance. Kindly raise a strict action against these type of activity of vodafone india.

                      I have a 30+ mail chain going on with them since january. This time they are not even replying me. They have blocked my on fb messenger & on twitter they only give one reply as the charges was valid. If i am not even getting any service nor i have any download on my mobile how can the charge be valid?

                      I have attached trai cms screenshot saying no active service.

                          Earlier i had one vodafone post paid connection which was ported to bsnlon 01.01.2020. Vodaphone had one outstanding bill of rs.168.73 for the period from 27.12.2019 to 30.12.2019 and the same has been paid on 26.05.2020 vide payment id ssbi[protected]. Due to non payment of outstanding bill my connection was disconnected by vodafone during march, 2020 onwards as confirmed by the bsnl authorities on 30.05.2020. Once the entire outstanding dues has already been cleared so the reason for maintaining disconnection action till date is definitely falls under revengeful act. It appears from the fact that vodafone has no business ethics and maintaining the strategy to bid good bye to the former customer for ever. Request for immediate reconnection

                            Special call charges of rs 662 + gst charged on my postpaid number [protected] for call made to[protected], 55000 between 18-apr to 21-apr-2020.

                            I have not made any calls on this numbers.
                            This is something fraud on bill.

                            I have already wrote an email to customer care but they are replying how to protect my phone with screen lock.

                            Pls reverse rs662 also with gst and confirm to enable me to pay my postpaid bill in time. Last date 2nd june 2020.

E [protected], is in postpaid connection so he told to me that just type cancel [protected] and send it to this number [protected], i send it at that time i don't realized request have initiated for cancel of mobile number portability, but i got to know that my request have been cancel, i just want to file a complaint against that executive.                                 I recharge my vodafone mobile number with data pack of 4gb/day with unlimited voice calling for rupees 299 but as per convo with their cc people regarding this they told i utilized only 2gb they told me that remaining datas will be compensated with in 24 hrs but till now i can not got any calls regarding this today i once agin reach to thyem they told need to wait for another 24 hrs. I cannot understood why i need to wait for another 24 hrs already i spent 24hrs according to their verbal convo. I had reference no which got from them mum-v[protected] which raised onm 28-may 2020 03:25 pm but they did not resolvethis issue according to their commitment. Kindly resolve this issue i renewed this pack on 17-may-2020. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                                  Vodafone is the most pathetic and hopeless service it gives the worst customer support there is no co ordination between department. No two department can transfer call to the employ which customer wants to speak. I am having a problem since 1 months from vodafone not getting incoming calls but no 1 is there to take care of my problem all employ gives false promises they dont even know how to file a complaint they have untrained employees 1) mukaram 2) sanjeet 3) keshav 4) shivam. Employees who dont know how to file a complaint.

                                      Today i recharged my no. With 100 rs and 30 rs. After sometime 99 rs was deducted. I looked up for last deductions and it showed something like "dnld". I checked via vodafone app too.. There was no active plans at that moment still the amount got deducted. I emailed the issue to them... And after few minutes i received text saying i have subscribed to caller tune. Two such texts were received... 1st one saying your caller tune is active now. And other one saying i requested it on 15/05/2020. No such activation was done on my behalf voluntarily. And now even app is saying that some pack has been activated.. (It wasn't there earlier..). Kindly look into this.

                                        I have been charged unnecessarily on my bills every month and every time I have to reach the customer care to get things corrected.

                                        For one month, they correct things, they charge something else next month.
                                        And, when I submitted a request to generate UPC, I receive a message stating some problem with the service provider. Once I received a call from the customer care department and I stated about being unable to generate UPC code.
                                        The response was, we can't help because of lockdown. And, you will have to pay bill. We can work on your query after lockdown ends.

                                        Like, why would I pay extra every month. And, God knows when this lockdown will end.

                                        The current situation is, I am tired of reaching Vodafone through Twitter, Call, Mail, and every way possible but not receiving even a single response.
                                        All I get is an acknowledgment mail and nothing thereafter.
