I am an user of vodafone since long and in 3 years then i converted my prepaid number to postpaid i have registered with vodafone mobile shield protection plan as being a vodafone red plan customer. Negative Balance in Prepaid

I am using Vodafone for last 15 years. I have been using pre paid services with indefinite calls and 100 SMS package. For last 3 weeks i am not able to send SMS message, but able to receive it. I checked the SMSC number it is correct in setting. My balance is --0.78 rupees!!!.
When i called customer care she says i have sent MMS. Why should i send MMS when i am using Whatsapp etc for sending messages.
Very poor service from...

Changed my Vodafone number plan without my request

Yesterday evening, I received a SMS stating that my plan has been changed to 399 INR one from 299 INR one. I was shocked as I haven't raised this request of changing my plan. I called up customer care multiple times but no one was there at customer support. I then dropped a mail to vodafone customer care for the same for which I have not got any reply till now.
I don't expect this kind of service from Vodafone.
Please help me...

Network problem

Bad network connection. There is coverage problem in my area. Continuously two days I can't use my data balance. And there is no way to contact the customer care Services to solve the coverage problem....

Went to store manager vikas in ohagwara he assured me 10 days back charges will be waived. He called on 23 re may that it is done but again today outgoing barred. He is not picking calls even. I received an sms on 25th may 2020 at 14:22 saying "juiceup pack is now active on my number as requested."

I have not activated this service and rs. 75 have been deducted from my balance regarding the same as a rental for 15 days.

I immediately deactivated the service as per details provided by the message...

deducting money for activation of games portal without my consent/ permission

Sir/ ma'am,
This isn't the first time vodafone has done this. They activate some games or some other vodafone services without asking my permission and adding to it, they deduct my balance. Everything happens without my consent.

This time they have activated 'games portal' without my permission on my number and deducted more than 20 rupees of which i can't find any receipt of, even on their vodafone app. It's like vanished...

Sir my mobile no is [protected]. I am vodafone customer. I bought a plan of 149. But company changed it to 299 itself. Company did not inform me about it. When i called company then one of company member told me that take the plan of 224. Then i agreed with him. But no plan was changed. Company also collected 50 ropees only becuse i paid bill later. Now want take an action against company. It is just making fool of the customer....

Recharged twice with rs 379/*

By mistake i recharged twice on 23may 2020 with rs 379/-. Nobody in vodaphone is entertaining this issue of mine. I also mailed this issue but no one addressed to this issue....

Rs 379 recharge failed but money got deducted

On 9th May, I recharged my dad's number with Rs 379 recharge. My money got deducted but the package didn't active (no message was received regarding successful activate or unsuccessful transaction). vas subscription

Vas subscription is being done without my consent consecutively.in one day it has been done twice - right after recharging the sim. I did not subscribe for the services at all. This happens everytime after i recharge - and for each subscription they charge 35 rs, even though it is not with my consent. Till now a total of 105 rs has been dedcuted in the past week....

No network from past 3 days

I am using vodafone from past 4 years it was good journey but now i am facing huge problem in using vodafone services. From past 3 days there is no network in my phone, handset is ok as i checked in by inserting d sim in other handset.
