I'm facing issues with this network and was trying to port/switch from Vi to other better network. Since its been 10days I'm not able to get UPC code while trying to port and getting "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
I've seen lot many complaints against this similar issue. Telecom dept should look into this take necessary action on this ASAP.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I was using Vodafone Idea (VI) postpaid service (Rs. 299/- plan having two connections) for the last 15 to 18 months and even paid every bill amount regularly in time. In the months of July and August, I raised many complaints regarding network issues but it was not resolved. In the month of September, I ported out VI to take Airtel services. After that VI had sent a bill for my numbers [protected] of Rs, 352/- and [protected] of Rs. 705/-. Finding inline, I had paid a bill for [protected] on 28/09/2022 through the VI application for which I had not received any payment receipt yet. I had spent more than sufficient time repeatedly calling at VI customer care asking for payment receipt as well as justification for charging more than double of the monthly charges for my number [protected]. Every time they used to give different explanations without understanding my concern. My issue is not yet resolved and on 5/10/2022, Airtel has stopped service for my number [protected]. After fetching multiple complaints, on 6/10/2022, VI sent a revised bill of Rs. 30.38, that I paid on the same day for which again I had not received any payment receipt. Still after doing all this, no positive response from VI or Airtel to resume the service of my number [protected].
    Request you to kindly look into the matter to resolve the issue.

      I have taken VI 2999 plan for international roaming for 7 days in August ending. In september bill 2022 vodafone charged me with 11 k in bill. They told me I used data but in reality my intenet was off and I was using wifi.

      During that time my credit limit was 6100 K and as per the customer care representative my services were barred when I reached my credit limit.
      How come they charged me 11k when my credit limit was 6100 K, they are simply harassing me.

      Vodafone customer care is not responsive, I've complain several times on VI app, twitter. They are forcing me to pay for something which I've not even used.

      For the very first time when I contacted VI. agent told me that its a technical fault from VI and he raised the complaint #[protected] on 26th sept

      Please help.

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I am having a vodafone tower on my house roof top at Solan (H.P) for nearly last 15 years. For the last 2 years vodafone hasn't paid me the tower rent in my account which they agreed to pay at the time of contract. Despite making numerous calls to them, the issue hasn't been resolved and neither they are taking off the tower from my house.
        Please suggest a most suitable method to resolve the issue ASAP.

          Vodafone has started forced pop ups after every call and sms which is a huge disruption to a user's usage. I have DND activated and flash sms disabled and yet these pop up. Vodafone is using this to advertise their plans and value added services. This is not okay. I have reached out to their customer care as well and they said that this is done on purpose and they cannot disable it.

            I am not able to close my mobile connection for Vi Account no. 73418386 as I have not been using this connection since July and was suspended due to non payment in August . I told vodafone people to stop the connection and I will make one month payment . They are not closing the connection and generating bill after bill even after suspension. With a malafide intension connection was reactivated on 29th September to collect dues from me . They are showing an outstanding of 3 months where I have not used the connection at all. I have visited their nearby store and talked on their helpline multiple times but there is nothing happening. I have been harassed regularly by vodafone collection executives as they are calling me on alternate number, sending SMS and whatsapp and even threatening mails to take legal action. please help.

              I am really fed up with Vi India's customer care service. I just came to the UK on 9th Sep 2022, I recharge my Vi number with 295 Rs international roaming plan. However, the SIM didn't work, and not received any OTP during my bank transactions. I am, repeatedly sent emails from 26th Sep to date I didn't get the correct response. I am really worried because all my bank transactions OTP are linked with the same mobile number. I am really unable to do any important transactions (Credit card bill) for that I am paying extra late charges.
              The service registration number is ROB-V[protected]
              Again I am requesting Vi to issue 3rd party SIM replacement as soon as possible.

                I had obtained two post paid mobile no of VI in March 22. Due to acute network problem in my area and after several complaint i applied for port for one of two post no ([protected]) and submitted the request through app to close/surrender 2nd post paid no ([protected]).

                To my surprise, i started receiving calls from the month of Aug that i have not paid the bill for my one of post paid mobile no ([protected]), which i had already closed in May 22. Further, they are continuously generating bills on month on month basis and harassingly me with abusing language. I request not to call me again and again and close my no if not yet closed else i shall be forced to escalate the complaint to suitable higher level.

                  I am charged Rs.588 per month but data has not been working for more than 2 months. Raised complaint multiple times but no resolution.
                  I did not pay the bill because of this issue. Now the number is suspended because I didn't pay the bill.
                  Pathetic service. VI wants me to just keep paying them without Service.

The person in store whom I paid cash is not picking up my phone more responding to my messages. His name is Nadeem.

                          I can't send sms through Vodafone sim no [protected] and it shows error 29, and vi app also logged out automatically I tried to log in but I can't receive OTP.

                            Today at 3:05am my vi number has been charged with 10 rs for telsync games which I didn't know what it is. They keep charging 10 rs whenever my balance goes more than 10 rs. I want refund.

                              I'm currently studying in the UK (since 2021).I had taken my Vodafone India number with me and activated International Roaming. The number was working fine until May 2022. In June 2022, the network was not getting detected. I tried restarting the cell phone, putting the SIM in a different phone, and some other measures mentioned by Vodafone. However, the SIM was not receiving the network. Hence, I requested for a new SIM in India. I emailed the Vodafone team in June 2022 to issue a new SIM card. They took three months for this process. My mother finally collected the SIM card in September based on NOC and some other documents (proof of identity and address). The store employees mentioned that the SIM card would be activated by the team to whom I made a request to issue a new SIM card. I wrote to the team immediately in mid September to activate the SIM card. They said to send the copy of the NOC and documents proof of my mother once again. I emailed them the same again. It's been more than two weeks since I sent them the documents again and I have been following up continuously (followed up at least twice in these two weeks), but they haven't responded to anything on activating the SIM card. Request you to please help in solving this issue.

                                Dear Sir/Madam,
                                Vodafone India has been auto-renewing my Amazon Prime membership as an add-on plan since 19th Sep’22. I have tried contacting Amazon, they're saying that there is no service activated in your mobile number and you need to contact Vodafone. I never got any SMS or email for the same. They auto-renewed it again without my consent. Vodafone has charged Rs. 1499 from me(add on my monthly bill).Now I have tried calling customer care multiple times but they are not giving me any satisfactory answer. To day I have called Vodafone customer care(Mr Rahul) but he disconnect the call without any solution.
                                I have requested you to help me to get the refund of Rs 1499 that has been charged by Vodafone.

                                  On Above Address but He says that ₹100 taken and given me SIM but This Sim is not working after four hours bcoz this SIM given by Local Operater beside the Store
                                  I am also in Vodafone Mini Store Gallery but Executive there he will not given the SIM.
                                  So I received the message at night 12:39 a.m. 30th September n 1 October 2022 Morning 4 digit message came but already 4 digits for verification came at time of Store

                                  So Please don't go to Bandra East Vodafone Mini Store there's executive is frauds

                                  So I immediately block my SIM at Night bcoz of Executive says that 2 hours will be work the SIM but overnight not working SIM.

                                  Today's I went to Vodafone Gallary JSS Road
                                  Shop No 1 & 2, Gr Flr, Rajendra Mansion JSS Road, Gai Wadi, Girgaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400004

                                  I went to this store he says that SIM name in your father's name so I says that i am given my documents and how it is possible to name
                                  So they're mischief me so please i want to PORT my number as much as possible

                                    Bought a new Vodafone postpaid sim ( [protected] ) 2 months ago from Vodafone Mini Store, Daksh Enterprises Shop No 35 A Square Tower Sector 73 Near Global Indian International School, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301. When I bought the sim, the executive told me that after the initial payment of activation of sim and first month usage, I will need to recharge to keep the plan active. After the first month was over, I received a message that the plan was suspended. So I did not recharge as the exec had told me that when you pay the next amount, the plan will get activated again. I haven't recharged, and I am getting a bill of 2 months 952 rs. when I tried speaking with Vodafone, they said that they can only help after I pay the outstanding amount.
                                    I read the reviews of the store later and there are many reviews of people complaining of wrongful information provided at time of buying postpaid sim connection.
                                    I feel cheated. I need them to remove the outstanding amount, so I can cancel this connection immediately as they will keep adding the bill and calling me for payment.

                                      I received a message today saying that Mazaa Games is activated. Amount charged is Rs 35.00 per week. I have not activated anything. I rarely use the sim itself. This is pure cheating!

                                        My Mobile No. is [protected] Issue regarding Sept 2022 bill.

                                        With great regret I have to say that once again my Vodafone bill has come in excess. This is not the first time this has happened.
                                        Now I feel as if my words are of no value to my customers. I request from all of you that the extra amount that has come in my bill should be taken out.
                                        And let me be assured by Vodafone that this should not happen again. Otherwise I don't mind porting.
