Address: DDA SFS Flats No. 56 Sector -1 Pocket -1 Dwarka

The above phone was ported from MTNL to your company. My wife held it. She expired in the year 2020. The phone is dormant since then. I went to the Vodaphone store to restore the number. The store manager said, this number is closed and returned to MTNL. I sent a letter and mail to MTNL. Their response was the number has not yet been returned to us. Therefore it can not be restored. This number, therefore, seems to be your company. You are requested to return to MTNL or restore the phone. Whatever documents and formalities are required will be completed by us for this purpose.

    Remove this mobile tower. It's on backside of our house, please remove it as it's causing health issues to my family. My father got diagnosed with cancer due to this tower. I request to please remove this tower

      I am a valuable Vodafone customer, holding mobile number [protected].

      Recently, I have been facing issues with the network hosting it as HotSpot. In this event, I visited the Vodafone store located at JB Nagar, Andheri East, Mumbai.
      Based on the store executives suggestion, the request to convert the existing mobile number from PrePaid to PostPaid, was put across on 7th September, 2022.

      However, I have made up my mind to not go ahead with the conversion as I would lose the existing data plan and it's heavy on my pocket as well.

      Reached the vodafone customer care and store mutliple time, in the same regards. Email has been sent across as well. Nothing has been addressed so far.

      I haven’t heard of any response from Vodafone team. Inspite, I have been following up with them multiple times through email and consumer complain forum.

      There is NO response at all. It’s more than 24 hours, still waiting to hear from them.

      Could you please help me, to fix this up. This is deeply a sad connect with Vodafone.

        Vodafone postpaid bill after port out

        I had ported out of Vodafone postpaid on 13th August by paying all dues and having no outstanding amounts against my account.
        2 weeks later the vodafone officials called and asked me to pay an hefty amount which was double the monthly amount that I used to pay while using vodafone postpaid. In the bill, I came across various undisclosed heads that had caused such an hefty bill amount. Such heads were classified as "Value added services"...

        Hello!
        Just now received a msg from Vodafone that Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games,
        You have been charged Rs. 25
        Your balance is Rs. 74.45 but I have not given any consent to activate any game. Please advice to immediately deactivate this Handset Inbuilt games and refund the amount deducted.

          Am a vodafone prepaid customer and on 30th August 2022 at 11:40 am IST I got a message from 54300 stating that my caller tune is activated and charged 66.00 rupees. This was activated without my knowledge and I haven't requested for any caller tune activation. Customer care said "You confirmed the caller tune by pressing 0 or 1. We don't have logs, you need to visit near store". My number is[protected] The similar issues happened with my other vodafone number also multiple times when one or other services were activated without consent. This is organized looting and pure cheating. I need refund.

              Hello Sir

              My Self Deepak Kumar this is my vi number [protected].I want to Generate porting code but i have facing some error please help mei to generate porting code. I am not getting UPC on messaging PORT to 1900.
              I m getting message as "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

                  I own an address [protected]@gmail.com for a long time. Recently, I have started receiving Vi postpaid connection payment due notification for the mobile number [protected], which is not mine. I have already sent emails multiple times to update their records and update the correct email address of that person who is having the mobile number. Did telephonic communication also on the same number and alternate number mentioned in the received email which is [protected]. Even after multiple complaints (written and telephonic), sadly they neither update the correct email address nor remove my email address from the above-said number.

                  I just want to clarify that I own only the email address and not the mobile number [protected].

                  Mobile number [protected] is owned by Dahyabhai Parekh (obviously he doesn't own the email address [protected]@gmail.com), they just need to get the correct email address from Dahyabhai and update the same in their record or just remove my email address from his account.

                    I was recharged my mother mobile which is basic phone amount of 999/- i don't know that is internet pack. i request to customer care please convert my package to unlimited calling package after requesting so many times they are refusing to do that now i lost my amount and don't even got calling recharge also. Please help me to get my refund or at least convert the recharge to unlimited calling plan.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am vodafone user ([protected])since last 7 years and i had recharged my number
                      for 01 year.
                      Now i am getting message on my mobile that "Your request for English Seekho - 7 Days activation could not be processed due to insufficient balance".

                      Such unwanted VAS has exhausted my balance amount without my consent. I want that my amount must be refunded into my vodafone account and such VAS must be stopped immediately. I don't want any more such messages from service provider.

                              In mid of June 2022, I have changed my Vodafone service from postpaid to per paid. After that, since I came to Ireland (3 months), sim is not working . I have contacted customer care and later escalated to their technical team

                              1. Enable International Roaming: Goto Sim tool kit/Sim services/Vodafone Services/Tools - Roaming - International roaming
                              2. Select Network operator manually: Goto Settings - More - Mobile/Cellular Network - Network operator - Select Tie Up network.
                              3. Select Network mode as GSM(2G) only: Goto settings - More - Mobile/Cellular Network - Preferred Network type/mode - select GSM only or 2G only.

                              I told them that the sim toolkit has no international roaming option. The Vodafone team stated that since the Roaming option is not visible in the toolkit, sim is faulty and I have to replace the SIM. They closed the case without any further notification.
                              I asked them to give the new sim to my parents as I am abroad but they asked me to change the SIM by visiting Vodafone India store. Is this practically possible? There should be a way to deliver the SIM to international customers. They have sold me a faulty SIM. As a postpaid customer I have paid thousands for my international roaming. Their roaming packages are also expensive.

                              Their response was really unprofessional and unsympathetic. On top of travelling to India, in today's chat with customer care, they asked me to pay 50 rs too.

                                    Since I do have proper network in my area, I wanted to port my VI number to BSNL network but I am getting below message.
                                    "UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
