Unauthorised deductions

Vodafone deducted rs.25 from my balance for something i have never used nor authorised. I even spoke with the customer care but got no help. I got the following message;

Relationship No.61655068 - Security Deposit Refund

I havent received the renewed cheque yet for Security Deposit Refund in regards to Relationship No.61655068
Its been years now and am still going around in circles.
The original draft issued was submitted whihc bounced incurring me additional charges.

Cheating the Consumers

I recharged 249 combo before 2 months then it's validate finished then i recharge 50 rupees for only talktime but not outgoing calls going then i talk to the customer care of Vodafone they are saying you only recharge combo pack the sim will be work not 50 rupees pack working in vodafone.so my problem is why they giving 50 rupees charging in mobile shops why they are not removing that option????i need my money back 50 rupees please help me🙏🙏🙏🙏they...

Vodafone "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

Hi,

Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

After discussion with idea helpdesk they asked me to visit Vodafone showroom. Showroom...

Wrongfully charged for Games and Videos

I was charged Rs. 7 for accessing Games and Videos which is entirely wrong because I have done no such activities. I have neither accessed any games or videos and hence I believe it was very wrongful of Vodafone to charge me. The message was as below.
Please clarify this mistake and refund back the amount as soon as possible.

Fraud

On date 19/08/2022 I recharged two times for getting extra benefits of data so recharged 299 for data 1.5 gb/ day for 28 days and 699 for data 3 gb/day for 56 day so, according to plan 4.5 gb, but I am getting only 3.5 gb and after contacting to vi regards this, then they are saying that your validity will extend but you will not get this 4.5 gb bcz of clubbing system of twice recharge, and about this clubbing they didn't informed or warn...

Company forcefully subscribes to random programs and takes my money

Vodafone India keeps on putting in programs 'like 'Player club' which I never registered for in the first place. They this on random basis and take away my hard earned money. I have lost thousands of rupees in this process and I've had enough with them. I would be grateful if you could help me out here.

Not able to make Calls

This has been daily issue with Vodafone service. I am not able to receive calls, neither i am able to dial in. Every day this issue is there It is expected from Vodafone that the basic work should be provided without any error. Imagine we need to make urgent calls and can't do that...feels that I don't have phone. Even after complaint, they take weeks to look into the issue as of they are making favour on us. Do they know how much they charge...

Being charged unreasonably

I'm on international roaming, I was charged 3 times for 3 incoming calls even though I didn't answer any of those calls. I raised a complaint, but no response. There's no customer desk or a person to speak to. The automated chat bot is limited and doesn't solve anything. It's a namesake customer addressing mechanism.
Recently I was charged for games and videos which again, I never opted. Looters!...

VAS service

I've been wrongly charged for VAS service that i am not activated...
I hv been charged for Mazaa games service that i am not activated
My Main balance was before 77 rs. Now Main balance is showing is 17 rs.
This is cheap tricks by VI.....

Issue with bill amount

Incorrect charges are levied on my latest postpaid bill (7 Jul to 6 Aug 22) related to international roaming.
I activated the international roaming plan and did not use the service over the course of my international trip so this charge shouldn't be applied on my account.

It was said during the conversion that enabling international roaming is free. Only if you activate a daily plan and use it in the destination country...
