I am a vodafone customer. I am using this number as a secondary number because of the unnecessary deduction happens always. I am using another network as a main one for all my internet services. But vodafone unnecessarily deducted my balance rs.64 plus which i have kept for some emergency home needs. This kind of amount deduction is a general hobby for vodafone always it seems. I don't know how dare to take others money without their knowledge. Give me money back and please stop such a nonsense things immediately. Who told you deduct my money. It's disappointing me.

My complaint is not yet resolved. Not even receive in a single reply from Vodafone. Add on with my complaint, I forgot to say that I am having 7 more days time for my next recharge but its showing/ sending messages my plan will be expire tomorrow. Nothing to say, Its such a bull shit network and management. Waste. Try to seriously care about the customers concern. Don't simply say resolved. Check why you deducted my money and when was my last recharge, and what is my next recharge date your bad network says. What should I say about this, such a blind management. simply time passing executives. Nothing to say about customer care. never and ever will reach them, If we reach will not get any resolution. if you have guts prove this time you people not made any mistake. Hello., My complaint not yet resolved...

    I recharged my number of plan ₹399 which is supposed to provide unlimited data (1.4gb/day) and calling for 85 days. But the internet speed is very very slow. The speed of interest is as slow as 2g.
    I have tried every possible way to fix this problem, but the speed of net is still very slow.

    From last 2 weeks my vodafone 4g connection is very slow and now this network is functioning as the slowest network.. Which is hampering my urgent works

    I need my money back if you can’t fix this issue.

        Dear,
        Vodafone give me offer of rs 129 and rs199 by sms on my mobile.in 129 they offer 12 gb data and ul calling 28 days while in 199 they offer 1gb/day data for 56 days. When i recharge with 199 i found 2 gb/day for 28 days. They offer me for 56 days and after recharge change their validity.
        I lost my money because vodafone shut down my internet. I can't use data anymore. They make complaints and closed it.
        Vodafone cheat with us they also shutdown my internet. I request you to provide my right benefit. I want to my isp to change my plan from 28 days to 56 days. I don't need data i want validity of 56 days which they provide on sms. Help me sir

            Currently i am a vodafone user and i want to port out of vodafone to another network providers services. But vodafone is causing me problems in doing so. I am receiving this message from 1901 when i try to port out, the message says, "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact y 1900 till[protected]:07".
            I have paid all the outstanding amount and i don't find a reason to continue vodafone anymore. Moreover they don't have any grounds to stop me from porting out. This is unnecessary harrasment. Kindly pay attention to the same.

              UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. I am unnecessarily receiving this message from 1901 as Vodafone trying to block my portability rights provided TRAI. I have paid all the outstanding bills and I have every single right to move out of Vodafone and switch to another network. Vodafone cannot harass me while switching to another network. Kindly pay attention to this matter.

                  Vodafone is charging extra from its customers without providing details anywhere on what it is. On my recent bill, I saw they have charged me 50 rupees extra on other credits/charge and I don’t even know why. It’s really preposterous of them to charge anything they want from their customer. Had they provided good services I wouldn’t have registered a complaint but their service is also worsening day by day and now I’m thinking to switch my network!

                  I would need an explanation from Vodafone on the same and would want all the money stolen from me in this manner, credited back to me.

                    Hi, actually i had ported my num from voda to airtel few months ago. When i generated the port code voda operator intimated that before porting have to pay outstanding bill then they issue noc to airtel later i will allow to get airtel as my operator but after so many months they intimated to airtel to stop my services because i had not submitted some outstanding bill.

                    If i had not paid how airtel n voda allowed me that time to switch my num in new operator later on as it's lockdown n services they intimated me will soon stop also forced me to make payment which i made on 10.05.2020 i would like please check as per my best knowledge they done a wrong declaration to me. I want clarification from vodafone and if it's found correct asap reimbursement should be made.

                      I have recharged my number with super plan of rs.599, which offers 1.5gb of daily data bundle. Still 13 days before the plan expires, its been 2 days since i am not able to access internet over my device. I have done multiple recharge with data pack after that and to my notice i can access the internet now, but my daily data bundle of original pack is not accessible. The customer care after complaining is saying the problem is with device and give useless suggestions which i have already tried. Had there been the issue with the device i shouldn’t be able to access internet at all. Really disappointed with the kind of persons running the customer care services...

                        Today I recharged Rs 199 on my Vodafone prepaid mobile via www.vodafone.in and pay the amount using online SIB.But the recharge was unsuccessful and the money got deducted from bank. Please do the needful regarding this

                          I had activated international roaming on my number [protected] on october 12 2019. After coming back from my vacation, i sent a deactivate request on october 21 2019.
                          Despite the request, i was being charged for international roaming every month.in the month of february i resent the request and got a message saying the service is already deactive on my mobile number. Hence, i called on customer care and was assured by the executive that he will deactivate the service on my phone. Request number: 4-[protected] & 4-[protected].

                          I reached out to vodafone customer care and the executive informed me that his team will get back to me once i send the screenshot of the messages i received on email to vodafone. I did and no one responded. I reached out to cc team on twitter and they said their executive will get in touch. It's been over 4-5 days no one called and now they've stopped replying too. I finally called vodafone care again may 10 againand was told that the executive will raise a waiver request. I will get the request number post the call but that was again a lie because no request was made. I checked the same by calling again on may 11. I was also informed that i won't get the waiver despite of being wrongfully charged.

                          I got a call from Vodafone and they have refused to give me the waiver. Despite of giving them all thr screenshot for proof of deactivation of the service, they're telling me it is still my fault for noth deactivating it. This is a scam.

                              Vodafone deducted Rs.20 for some Vas service without my consent. When I checked the balance deducted, it shows Rs. 20 DNLD -DINDO _MP3_20-NEOMOBILE. It happened about a week ago and again happened Yesterday as well. Vodafone has been deducting my balance without my consent for last three months.

                                        I've recharged a decent amount of Rs. 50 after reactivating my sim! Still it says that I need to recharge to activate my internet and outgoing calls!
