My mother by mistake activated this plan on vodafone app. Earlier she was using 399/- per month plan. Now customer care is not ready to roll back to earlier plan and saying that if i change, i have to pay rs. 3000 as exit fee.

I have written many emails to customer care that we are not using any benefits offered in this plan such as netflix etc and dont need this plan but they are not listening. Every time they are replying...

Vodafone idea is making money by activating vas service without customer's approval

balance deduction

My balance deducted since December. Every time I have to call customer care for refund. Firstly they told me every time that I'm downloading something. But when using another sim (sim2) for call or net, then how could my balance deduct from different sim (sim1). After such argument they refund my balance every time....

unable to access outgoing services

I had done my recharge of599 on 24th feb, 2020 of 84days with its validity ending on19th may around & i'm unable to access outgoing services last 10 days. Madeva complaint but no hearing.
