network not working for past 3 days

My data is out for 3 days now. Daily i am spending 2-3 hours on helpline for no use. I am not able to work from home. I may lose my job. My phone no. Is [protected]. Service request no. Is c004-[protected].
I have been calling helpline number for last 3 days. The executives say that someone will call me from network team. I have had this false promise for 3 times now. No one does call.

incorrect postpaid bill

I did not make any isd calls and i am charged rs.1080 for the same. My usual bill amount is 550-570 and this time it's rs. 1866!
Local calls he mushkil se connect hotey hai due to network issues and isd calls ki baat kar rahe hai.
Also i have no relatives/friends or anyone out of india so there's no chance that i'd make an isd call. This is seriously very frustrating. What kind of billing system do you guys have? Customer care...

I got call from [protected] mentioning vodafone care for refund o[censored]nsuccessful recharge, which i have complaining since last 2 week, then he send 3 sms, and hacked my savings account, & debited 5000, another's no. Which i received sms is

internet speed worst like before in gurgaon also

Hi team,

I am a vodafone postpaid member for since 1.5 years.

And for over 1+ years i have faced internet issues in delhi.

Now this is happening in gurgaon also.

Why? Fix it asap. I pay every month on an average to amount worth inr 1200/month despite having inr 399/month and still you guys don't take of it. Why so?

regarding overbill

Address:Anwesha Enclave flat no. 103, Duillia Pakurtala

Overbilled on my vodafone contact no [[protected]] when asked the customer care got a reply that calls were made on nos 56000 for 1hr 20mins duration. However no such calls were made. My billing average bill amount has been 8 time more. Please clarify, the billed amount is 3323 which is not practically possible as the phone is used for just basic 10-15 mins of calling on regular daily contact numbers. Need help and create awareness about vodafone....

unable to make outgoing calls since a month

I've been chasing the vodafone customer care guys on chat email no one is helping me out. I'm not able to make outgoing calls since a month I need an answer. Why should I pay my bill for that month? I need this resolved please else cancel my connection.
As soon as I click on call button the calls disconnected basically not connected at all. The only advice the representative who I finally got hold of had remove sim and insert again...

I cannot send any message from my vodafone sim. I changed the phone as well but of no use. The smsc phone number is correct for kolkata. This is corporate sim. It was postpaid sim then we were asked to change to prepaid as per company policy. Phone number -[protected].

worst company ever

Anyone please do not opt for vodafone in any condition. They are just looting customers even in lock-down! They just send some random messages on your phone & if you click on that by mistake they just loot you by deducting the amount. No one in india should ever use vodafone from now onwards!!!
Would also request the indian government to shut this company or just kick this telephone provider out of the country. Not at all a trustworthy...
