    I am using vodafone mobile service and i have prepaid account. I don't understand even after having full talk-time and internet recharge why i got negative balance.

    I mailed to vodafaone but once asked for this details since then i asked them to respond many times but they are not responding to my issues.

    I got 70rs approx negative balance and same happen a long time back but i thought let it be but not this.

    I am not able to make any call bcz of this negative balance. Now i am bound to recharge so that i can make call at-least.

    I request you to take action measurably and refund my 70rs in my account.

      I have already paid my bill on 15.4.20 but still it is not credited to my account.instead of that it is added to my current bill along with penalty.kindly resolve my problem at urgent basis.

        My main balance is-612 deduction for mms calling.this words of VF customer care executive and so many times call for customer care executive then the receive the call .he said i send you call details but currently i have no details why deducted this amount no help for customer care.very very bad service 2020 please switch the network for airtel

          My mother by mistake activated this plan on vodafone app. Earlier she was using 399/- per month plan. Now customer care is not ready to roll back to earlier plan and saying that if i change, i have to pay rs. 3000 as exit fee.

          I have written many emails to customer care that we are not using any benefits offered in this plan such as netflix etc and dont need this plan but they are not listening. Every time they are replying that i have to pay 3000/- exit fee if i leave redx plan.

          When customer is saying that clicking on your app was a mistake and dont want this service, why vodafone is trying to fleece exit charges.

          Is n't it a kind of cyber fraud and extortion??

          No it is not. noone from vodafone reached out about this complaint and even no response received on my multiple emails and reminders. vodafone is duping its customers with this RedX plan which is nothing less than a cyber fraud in my view.

            Vodafone idea is making money by activating vas service without customer's approval

            I use my vodafone sim only for data usage and i havent made any call/sms from my sim for the past few months.. I keep the sim in my modem..

            Last time i remember i had 950+ inr balance in my account. But few days ago when i checked my balance through myvodafone app, i was shocked to see it was reduced to 867 inr, and found that the service ts_how2vidw is activated on my account. I have no idea how its activated, called the customer care executives and they kept on repeating the same thing (Even the modern day robots respond better than them) - we cannot activate a vas from our side.

            I asked them to check all my outgoing call / sms history of the past 3 months and if they find a single outgoing vas act request, deduct my entire balance, to which they replied they are working from home and they dont have access to their system. So i gave up and chose this option.

            I hope @vodafone will look into this and refund the amount

              My balance deducted since December. Every time I have to call customer care for refund. Firstly they told me every time that I'm downloading something. But when using another sim (sim2) for call or net, then how could my balance deduct from different sim (sim1). After such argument they refund my balance every time.

                My bill due date is 15th every month. But i want to change my due date to 30th every month( From current bill, which is to be paid on 30th of this month).

                    My Vodafone no [protected] N saraswathi. On 4/5/20 rs 21 collected towards Vodafone game portal which I have not opted. This has become nuisance and is happening regularly. Unnecessarily they are charging even though it is not opted for. Kindly deactivate as early as possible and arrange to refund the amount collected

                        Incorrect bill being charged in the pretext o[censored]sage charges of about rs.1416, i also complained to vodafone customer care about the problem, but they mention that some messages international are going from my mobile which i am supposed to pay the bill for. I have not been sending any international messages and still being charged for them,. I am a vodafone postpaid customer for almost 6 years now. This is very disheartening in such unprecedented times, i have no higher authority to complain to about such a negligent behaviour.

                              Sir i've done my recharge today and is unable to browse internet. No sign of network is displayed on my network bars. No service available status shown while choosing network manually. Contacted to retailer, your available complaint contact number and other but unable to provide me a response. Try fixing my issue seeing ur available videos and provided other steps but no result. Sir it's sicere requeat to solve it as soon as possible as my work is at stake.

                                Dear sir,
                                Requesting you in my area - boisar midc tarapur, dist - paghar internet data service is very poor, i make a huge quantity of complaints regarding it since last year in your call center. Always they replied that your technical team will our area within 3-4 days and solve your my problem. But in some cases (5-6%) i feel some improvement. But soon it becomes bad. Since last 2-3 days network is totally collapsed. It s my corporate connection.
                                Problem is disconnection of net after every 2-3 minutes. Very slow speed. Sometime speed get proper but suddenly it downs and connection lost. So we can do downloading and video watching work up to some extent. But we cant do bank work, other official work, chatting with friends etc.
                                Dont know why you ppl claiming of providing 3g, 4g data when it is not working. You are earning a huge revenue by making ppl fool.
                                Can any body hear this!!!???

                                  I am requesting you to please share the call observation which i make you on 04-feb-2020 and also find the attachment for reference.

                                  As i remember that wrong commitment done by your agent, so please change my plan to inr 199.00 per months as soon as possible as per agent commitment.

                                  Please don't call me without listen a call recording. Its mental harassment case on you with compensation as you making a call me again and again without reading mail properly.

                                  If that is not available then why your agent advised me about 199 plan. I need call observation of this.

                                  First you need to play a call recording to me which i made on 04-feb-2020. From last three days you are telling me that there was no call recording of 04-feb-2020 then from where you now find the call recording of that, let me listen a call recording may be you are telling a lie.

                                  Every time getting a different answer without listen a call recording.
                                  If that plan is not available then why he offered me
