I've been chasing the vodafone customer care guys on chat email no one is helping me out. I'm not able to make outgoing calls since a month I need an answer. Why should I pay my bill for that month? I need this resolved please else cancel my connection.
As soon as I click on call button the calls disconnected basically not connected at all. The only advice the representative who I finally got hold of had remove sim and insert again tried a 1000 times didn't work either selected network manually no results.

    I cannot send any message from my vodafone sim. I changed the phone as well but of no use. The smsc phone number is correct for kolkata. This is corporate sim. It was postpaid sim then we were asked to change to prepaid as per company policy. Phone number -[protected].
    Date of the incident - 1 april 2020.
    I tried calling the customer care number of times but i got no resolution. I am frustrated right now. I have urgent work to do and as this is my office number it is creating a lot of problems.

    I want the sms service to be restored.

      Good morning sir.
      Yesterday evening, i received a message in my idea number that the validity period expires on yesterday and i as such i had proceeded to recharge rs.95/- through paytm. While inputting (Keying) the mobile number, instead of giving my idea number, i had inadvertently given my vodafone number and recharged rs.95/- for validity extension. Only after receiving message, i realized my error. Hence, i had immediately sent email to [protected]@vodafone idea.com. Operator reference number [protected].
      As i had earlier recharged for rs.399/- on 12.03.2020, the validity period, mobile data, and talk time are in force.
      Hence i humbly request you to please arrange to transfer the amount of rs. 95, which had been inadvertently recharged to my vodafone number to my idea number. Both the mobile numbers are given in my email.
      Please refer operator reference number operator reference number [protected], and do the needful.

          Dear,

          This is to inform you that i, nishant mour, bearing vodafone postpaid no:[protected] do hereby beg to state that the network condition of vodafone has become the worst network. Inspite of complaining again & again, no action has been taken till yet. There is no-network/ very little network at my residence place (Machkhowa, guwahati) i get call-drop oftenly, cannot access to the internet, check emails, send or receive messages, etc.
          Moreover, i have been complaining the same since august 2018 but no action has been taken yet also i would like to inform you that 1 vodafone executive had promised me that he will activate netflix on my vodafone no but it hasn't been activated yet.
          Lastly, i would like to request you kindly to allow waiver on my postpaid bill as because i am unable to avail the proper service of vodafone network.

            I am using vodafone postpaid plan of 399/-.
            But by mistake my daughter (6years) change it into 999/- plan by my vodafone app. When i checked it, i changed it into previous plan. But bill generated rs. 3693.33/- with penalty, which i am unable to pay. I with my family use 5 sim of vodafone company and are your valuable customer.
            So i therefore request you please make a correction to deduct penalty amount in my bill which is done by mistake of my innocent daughter.

              Hi,

              I'm writing this email with a high level of frustration and disappointment with the service provided by vodafone.

              I have been billed every month for reverse missed call information for rs.30 which is not active in the plan.

              Total: 5yrs x 12months x 30rs = 1800rs + tax/gst

              Almost every month, upon seeing the bill i have tried to reach the customer care and raised this and they acknowledge me that they will stop charging this, but still now nothing has changed.

              Even tried to deactivate the service by sending sms to 199 "can rmci" and i always receive "there is some problem, pls try again later"

              As a proof, i can share the monthly billing statements if it's required.

              Kindly help me to get the justice from vodafone as a common man, which is really bothering me.

              Vodafone is charging 100rs even if the bill is paid late even for one day.

              I'm not sure what kind of answer or justice i will be getting from vodafone now, are they are going to pay the fine for this mistake of charges they have taken from me and the stress which are giving me these many days and the time i have spent on caching the vodafone support guys and even they charged calling their toll free number.

              I hope the consumer complaints india, would get me a justice from vodafone for this act which would stop me from acting further on this issue.

                Anyone please do not opt for vodafone in any condition. They are just looting customers even in lock-down! They just send some random messages on your phone & if you click on that by mistake they just loot you by deducting the amount. No one in india should ever use vodafone from now onwards!!!
                Would also request the indian government to shut this company or just kick this telephone provider out of the country. Not at all a trustworthy company.

                Worst company ever!!!

                    Dear vodafone,

                    In the start of april 2020. I had accidentally activated vodafone red x plan it was activated by mistake and same time it was deactivated. I also tried calling but no help form your end as you can see it was the phase of lockodown so everything was shut even your vodafone store i had no other options to contact and i haven't activated any of your subscriptions however i don't feel comfortable paying 3500/- as an exit fee. Which i haven't even used as you guys can check my billing history my data history. On 4th april 2020 last i spoke to vodafone executive he said within 24hrs if you have deactivated. But as i said i have already deactivated it at the same time hence you wont be charged the amount will be reversed but as usual it didn't happen and still my bill is 3500. Please solve this problem

                      We are facing network coverage issues in my area and raised complains two time but no resolutions and closed tickets without any notifications to me.
                      I tried calling customer care support team about this and they don't have any update on this and disconnected my calls.
                      I requested to reopen my last request but they agreed to reopen but not done and raised new ticket.
                      Vodafone entire network is down 3hrs on[protected]:00-18:30)
                      I asked the reasons but none off the assistant doesn't now and not notified to us about this long down issues. After this issues my network totally poor on indoor coverage's.

                      I called vodafone assistant today and they told just updated old information and requested to transfer next level officer and they transferrd.
                      Next level officer (Vishnupriya) taken about my issues and told that will check and update and holded my call, after 5 mins my call disconnected.

                      I called again and informed pervious my call is disconncted while taliking with your officer and requested to transfer again but they told we dont have facility to transfer now. I 'm surprised that just 5mins talked officers now they told unable to connect.
                      'finally this new asssistant agreed to reopen my old request. But she raised new request to me.

                        My name is jay parekh and my no is [protected], from 10th march i am facing network problems with vodafone and have made numerous complaints but no one has bothered to reply, i am not able to make outgoing calls and even if the call gets connected after 3 to 4 attempts the voice breaks and if someone calls me i am not able to hear them, what a pathetic service, i was happy with airtel in terms of call connectivity i did mistake by porting in vodafone

                          Yesterday called two times with customer care. They told prob will be solved in 24 hours. And the fact is that
                          the customer care executive is not accepting my calls now. Trying from morning.
                          I am unable to do any transaction, missing important calls. Just can't do any work because of this ridiculous issue. Will u try to solve my problem or not.

                            I am not able to receive any calls and sms for last 3 days. Already raised a complaint with customer care executive. Service request no.- [protected].
                            Now the customer care is not accepting call.
                            Not able to do any transaction, any work. Important calls are getting missed. This is really #. How could u do such henious act not receiving calls.
                            I will everyone to switch from vodafone. Worst service provider.

                              As per your confirmation that my connection is disconnected by 27- feb. Then the bill generated at 11-march is already paid.

                              So if already disconnected also i have requested to block the number then why the bill generated for 11- march to 11- apr.
                              Also why i will pay this is as i already blocked the no.

                                After using vodafone i decided to switch to idea postpaid because of the network issue i am facing at my residence.
                                When ever i raising a request to port i am i am not able to to get mpn number from vodafone neither vodafone is able to give me a solution for "contractual agreement issue" while requesting for porting out the number.
                                Funny part is i am getting calls from retention executive each time i am requesting to port out

                                  Since a long time vodafone has been activating services on its own without my consent and deducts money for it. If i'm lucky enough to observe this within 24 hours and inform the customer care, sometimes i get back the money (Not always). If i exceed 24 hours, i'll never get the money. They constantly tell that i've done it from my phone which is totally false. I am not a kid who doesn't know to use his phone. Once it had happened at around 4am. I don't think i'll stupid to be awake at 4am to activate a service from vodafone.
                                  I have deactivated the value added services of vodafone, it still happens.

                                  This is a scam done by vodafone. Please look into this.

                                    Vodafone has deducted my amount of 600inr without any confirmation. I had done an online transaction recharge of inr 100 with upi transaction id of[protected], then again another online transaction recharge of inr 600 with upi transaction id of[protected]. On contacting vodafone customer care by email and via consumer helpline, they cannot find any transactions/deductions for my prepaid number. Even no deductions are shown in myvodafone app. I need last 10 transaction/deduction details for my mobile numner. Vodafone customer care 198 number is not even ready to register a complaint and does not provide a complaint number. They have blocked our number now to register a complaint.

                                    Officially a complaint has been raised with the docket number [protected] but no resolution is provided yet and no calls from vodafone customer care. I have escalated the issue to the Appellate authority. Next step would be TRAI as we have all UPI transaction details for the recharges.

                                        I have been using vodafone billing for my google play transactions. So i need balance in my account. And vodafone have been simply deducting my balance without any reason. I have been charged with 10 rs and 12 rs recently. I contacted customer care and it was useless. I need the balance to be refunded or i will further proceed my complaint to next level.
