This is to inform you that i, nishant mour, bearing vodafone postpaid no:[protected] do hereby beg to state that the network condition of vodafone has become the worst network. Inspite of complaining again & again, no action has been taken till yet. There is no-network/ very little network at my residence place (Machkhowa, guwahati) i get call-drop oftenly, cannot access to the internet, check emails, send or receive messages, etc.
Moreover, i have been complaining the same since august 2018 but no action has been taken yet also i would like to inform you that 1 vodafone executive had promised me that he will activate netflix on my vodafone no but it hasn't been activated yet.
Lastly, i would like to request you kindly to allow waiver on my postpaid bill as because i am unable to avail the proper service of vodafone network.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
