    I have got call from vodafone customer care person. That your plan will be from 399 to 499 today. But i dnt want to increase my plan and i dnt want exter gb. So plz keep my plan of 399only. U can't drictly change my plan from your side.

          Hi can see a wrong charge of rs.2500 which is mentioned as exit fee for a plan which i have never opted for. I want a refund for that. I will not be able to pay my postpaid bill until then. As soon as i received the sms with my bill details, i tried calling the call center but the call was never connected to any executive. I have been doing this for the last 3 days. Today my call got connected to an executive who sounded least interested in talking to me. He was very unprofessional and also mentioned that their systems are down and he cannot do anything.

          I have been loyal customer of vodafone for the last 10 years, and is the kind of service i get for being a loyal to this brand. My details are as below

              Recharged twice by mistake for same number

              Firstly i was trying to recharge via phonepe on a vodafone number [protected] and it showed unsucessful. Later i recharged via gpay successfully and after that my account got debited twice for 399 plan. The phonepe recharge somehow got sucessfull later. Please help....

                    Hello,
                    Im vodafone - maharashtra user, presently working in delhi ncr. I am unable to generate upc for mobile number portability by sending msg on 1900. I tried a several times, but of no use. It is causing a lot of trouble to me and wastage of time and effort. I request vodafone india to please help me generate a upc so that i can start the process of porting asap.

                      I poonam singh just want to convey that i have been fooled by the custumer care excutive, she explained wrong benifits of the post plan services and bcz of that during the rare condition of lockdown i was not able to deposit the excessive bill, the company stopped my no bcz of which i am not able to get essential services on my no., i am unable to pay the bill anyhow as i havenot used my no. Netplan also. This no. Is very very important to me. I request to solve out my problem as soon as possible. I will wait for your response for 3 days if not solved i will write a letter to chief minister and prime minister. Thank you

                        I want to raise the complaint against vodafone as i am using the number of vodafone postpaid up west from last 10 years i march i received the bill of 1680 rs. As i am using the plan in which i have to pay 700 or less than when i asked the executive they said 795 rs. Has been charged for 159 international sms which i did not send to anyone if i have to talk internationally then there are a lot of mediums like watsapp messenger and many more why i will send sms. Also my phone had stolen by someone on16 march2020 i have the copy of police report after getting new sim i received otp from 76813 and i informed the vodafone they said they will sort out the problem and i paid the bill of april 710 after that the next day they barred my services due to non payment of 795 amount of international sms in lockdown period they deactivated my services without informing as everyone knows we can’t go out and all the work is going from home then i paid the amount as they debarred my services. Yesterday i mail to the appellate care of vodafone and i got reply from that the amount cannot be reversed back as it is a genuine charges neither they have me the number in which sms has sent. Its a humble request to you kindly solve my query as soon as possible and please reversed back my amount of 795
                        I am also sending the reply from appellate care in which my docket no is mentioned.

                        As per your email, i would like to inform you that basis the summary of your issue, i have forwarded your concern related to incorrect billing for your number [protected] to the concern team and as per confirmation received from them, you have been charged for an amount of rs.795 for sending 159 international sms from your number and same are genuine charges, cannot be reversed back.

                          I have recharged Rs 599 pack which comes with 100 SMS per day, but I am unable to send messages . So I even recharged SMS pack of 12 Rs which has 120 SMS for 10 days I can't send any SMS. Even though the recharge has been done proper service is not been given.

                            मुझे वोडाफ़ोन स्टोर पर श्रीमान चेतन आचार्या जी द्वारा बताया गया की रुपए 647 मे मुझे प्रतिदिन 1.5 gb + 1.5 gb = 3.0 gb internet उपभोग के लिए 84 दिन तक प्रदान किया जाएगा |
                            मगर मुझे 1.5 gb ही प्रतिदिन इंटरनेट मिल रहा |
                            वोडाफ़ोन स्टोर पर ये बात सूचित करने पर कहते हमारे प्लांस बदल गए | हमारी गलती नही है |
                            यह कंपनी की गलती है| उन्होने हमे देरी से सूचित किया था |
                            इन सब क बीच अब मे खुद को ठगा हुआ महसूस कर रही हु |
                            ओर mental harassment का सामना कर रही हु |

                                I am outside of india and I recharged 2 times for 100 Rs and 295 Rs. as it was showing my balance -182 Rs. But even after recharge its still same.

                                Also I cannot send SMS at all from my indian mobile number. I tried to connect on twitter @VodafoneIN but even after 3 days no one replied.

                                  I am staying in Bangalore Urban and facing multiple network issue for the past 2 weeks even though I am getting good signal strength here. I have data pack serving 3gb per day and regret the inconvenience of not able to fully utilise that. Hope Vodafone looks in to this at the earliest as Quarantine without internet can be really disappointing.

                                    I was cheated by their sales people by saying 'i'll get 100 rs discount on everymonth on my billing amount. Once i visit the store in ramamurthy nagar and inform that discount was not applied agent suggested that you can convert to prepaid if you dont wish to continue. I asked them to convert the same however same was not done. I started getting bills everyday even though i didnt use the service. Collection agents are threatening me that they will file a case for not paying.
