    The last complaint i submitted is marked as resolved, but i dnt get any call from vodafone india for problem, so i am putting this complaint again

    I have a vodafone prepaid connection in punjab circle, from last 4-5 months an amount of ₹49 rupees deducted every month, as i also recharge a full month pack o[censored]nlimited call and 1.5 gb / day data, as i found no overuse in vodafone app, but why they deducting this amount, i called and mail so many times to vodafone but not received any solution. Its really frustrating now

    Please resolve it as soon as possible

      I get regular bill of Rs.352? every month. all of sudden last month bill became Rs.4, 375/ n no reason given. Immediately they disconnected service without notifying me. On their help care/ customer care they made me wait for longest time, used to disconnect my call.

          I am faceing unbareable network issue on vodafone. I live in royal palms, arrey colony, goregaon east, mumbai, maharashtra, 40065. I was trying to connect to the customer care regarding the issue and waited half an hour to connect the call, and then it got disconnected. Anyway, on 20th of march 2020, i've done a recharge of 599, i. E 3 months plan and is valid till 11th of june 2020. Now the problem is, its next to impossible to use the service. It hardly connect a call, someone is unable to reach my number, i am not able to use the internet properly, and so on. The network over here is too poor to adjust. I never expect such network issue, specially from vodafone. And therefore, i have been sending back and forth mails to vodafone, asking them to discontinue the plan and refund the amount as i am unable to use the service. They send me the reference numbers 3-[protected]. But everytime they are avoiding the soution and suggesting me the same thing, to replace the sim on sim! Slot and all.

                This is regarding vas charges added to vodafone bill due on 22nd april 2020 for number [protected].

                I have never applied for any vas however all of a sudden, i received message from vodafone saying addition of vas and charges for the same. I immediately followed the instruction and deactivated the vas. However, i have still been charged for vas which is ideally not acceptable and i do not have any idea for what service i am charged for.

                Why don't we get permission sms before activating any vas??? Is there something wrong in the system???

                Hoping not getting charged for i haven't applied for or bought for and kindly reconsider the bill amount without vas charges.

                    I am not being able to receive any incoming call or message but I can able to do outgoing call. Please resolve it as soon as possible because due to that I am missing my important office calls. This is happening from today morning and strange is I can do outgoing call but for incoming call they are telling number is invalid.

                        I am using 199 + gst plan on my vodafone no. [protected] but last 2 months billing is higher. I was already complained about that but nothing happened regarding this and my total outstanding for 2 months 470 as per my knowledge but my current outstanding is 652. I started this plan before six months and that time executive told me rs100 discount is for life time that's why i am continuing but now in this pandemic situation my plan is changed and i am not able to pay higher charges so please waive off 182 rs and change my current plan back to my actual affordable plan of 199 rs. I hope this decision will be taken in my favor and as i have been associated with the vodafone family for many years, i will remain connected in future also.

                          Hi,

                          I am facing network issue in vodafone operator from last 3 months. The problem is like call is unable to connect, proper network issue, after connecting the voice breaking and also internet speed is very poor.

                          I have complained in vodafone customer care 3 to 4 times but each time they are creating ticket for followup and closing the ticket without resolving the issue and any prior response.

                          I have vodafone red postpaid plan and each month i am paying around 550 rs. Last month for march, my bill came with 1567 rs with 900 value added service for one month but i did not get any value added service apart from bad network issue.

                          I am really fed-up from vodafone network issue and they are charging 1567 rs without providing any service for one month only.

                          The customer care is not picking up the call from last 3 month and even if they are connecting then they are only creating ticket and closing it on their own side.

                          Please log the compain against vodafone network and give my money back.

                              In my location it shows 4g network, but, virtually it seems to be 2g network. Tremendous detoriation of both voice call and data has been observed for the last few days, though it was occurred in previous occassion, but no fruitful result came out after making complaint about the same. I have a post paid connection with one add on number and at the time of making monthly bill payment it is only advantage for vodafone sp not me.
                              Therefore, take into the matter seriously and resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                I have received a bill amounting rs. 1548 for my vodafone number [protected] for the month of april 2020 of which i have been charged rs. 744 as value added service charges in detail calls - special numbers 86:10 minutes. Since then i have been asking customer care by calling and writing mails for details of the charges but they are not responding with details instead they keep sending the detail which already present in my bill.

                                Below are the response from customer care executives.

                                Go through the trailing mails. Is it the business ethics of the vodafone, want to earn money in the name of value added services.

                                My query is i wanted to know the value added service which i subscribed and charges. As per my knowledge i did not subscribe any value added service.
                                Please let me know what kind of vas subscribed and i request dont just mention that charges applied based on my value added service. I understand charges are applied for value added services please be clear what services subscribed.
                                I have installed trai cms app and checked there is no vas has been subscribed last month.
                                In bill copy i can see charges under value added service with calls - special numbers 86:10 units and charges 744.
                                I have never expected this kind of response from vodafone stating "we have checked in our system record the charges applied based on your vas subscription"
                                Please be clear and what value added services i subscribed. As you suggested "in future to avoid the charges do not click any pop up while browsing/download" but here i am using basic nokia mobile phone where it doesn't have browsing capability.
                                I expect better response this time with complete details. If not i'll definitely take steps to move out of vodafone as i don't want to continue with hidden charges without noticing me.

                                I have not received any response for this mail since 3 days. I think they ignored my mail or don't have an answer for my query. Now i realised this was charged wrongly if not why they are not ready to provide me the details i am asking for.

                                No value added service was registered either nor any long calls ever initiated from this number. I initially under the suspicion that the call might have been wrongly initiated. But after couple of further investigation i realised this was fraud. Even if someone call, how come one can talk for one and half hour without interruption. Needless to say i am more than sure that no such call ever initiated. This is pathetic experience leave aside any other service gliche which is acceptable. I hope things get sorted for me to continue my service.

Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/ and enjoy the service. I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 15rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
                                    I have deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means.

                                        I have a mobile no 0-[protected]. I have paid thro my credit card rs 249 towards recharging the above on 11.4.2020. Yet, i get a message that i have a low balance of rs 2.68 and i have to recharge. Without realising, i have already recharged on 11.4.2020, i have again recharged my prpaisd account with another rs.95 on 21.04.2020 throe my credit card. Still, till date, the balance has been shown only as rs 2.68. All my attempts to get the latest balance were in vain as i am told that there is a coonection problem etc. Hope the above amounts are credited to my account and i do not face disconnection. Both the amounts have been debited to my credit card account.
