Just wanted to bring your attention that, I stay in Dombivli East (Thane) & Vodafone network is extremely low

My flat is on 5th Flr & I do not get a single network at my place,
Near by area is not rural but without network is pathetic.

No tower here for Vodaphone

please Please do something!!

It is vodafone and I had recharge it to times one of ₹49 and another one of 10 first time of ₹49 I got the message but it didn't active and now yesterday I did of ₹10 I am not able to call anyone my outgoing is of please do something...

This is to bring in your notice that in our area, when electricity goes, network gone. We can't able to access net due to inactivity of network...

I bought family plan. When i bought my primary number and one of my old number, i port this number from airtel to vodafone, i confess i did mistake because i never faced such issues in airtel since long i always put this number in family plan.

I confess that i got convinced from one of female executives in vodafone and now she is not responding and put me on block and did port even in very initial days my old number started...

I am not getting SMS from Govt websites/Banks which needs OTP validation. The problem started few days back and during these troubled days, how could I manage without SMS OTP validation?

Vodafone is cheating me since the last year by deducting money by activating unwanted packs without my knowledge. Whenever i call customer care, they say sorry and sometimes the money is refunded. But now it is becoming a headache to call them every othe day. I have 3 prepaid numbers and the issue is the same with all 3 numbers. Whom to contact to stop this daylight robbery....

I have been sending email to Vodafone corporate care since March 28th. There has incorrect VAS charges for April month, VAS charges of Rs20. My daily data pack has been exhausting even when i haven't used it. Every morning a message pops up saying i have used the data when i haven't even switched the data on.
It has been happening since almost week now.
Because of this i had recharged again for a 48 rs plan. Which gave me 3 gb data. But even this exhausted within a night which i didn't use.
Kindly see to it asap....

When i receive call no ome is speaking from other side

My balance get deducted by 33 automatically without my permission for caller tune. I never active such service till today although i got sms on 11/4/2020 9:34 am stated your caller tune service will activate within 15 min and to stop sms stop to 155223. I have messaged on 155223 to stop at 9:35 am within two minutes on same day. Still vodafone deducted 33 rs from my main balance with out my permission.

Unnecessary late charges..every month..evrymonth they assure that it will be refunded in ur next bill..never happened......
