Hi
I've been changed an extra bill of 213 rs and the vodafone idea is claiming that i've changed for content downloading charges. I have not downloaded any content and moreover the vodafone internet service is that so bad that one cant do simple browsing on that. This all has happened after i register to port. This is simply an effort to get more money from customer's pocket.

    Vodafone has charged me 878 rupees in april 2020, for calls made to a six digit number, which i have not made. I have called vodafone and was asked to send an email with my call log. I sent the email and was informed by email that vodafone billing is accurate and that i should be careful when making calls, and they cannot change the bill. I do not make calls dialing any numbers, all the calls are from my contact list. I have not made those calls. Please assist.

      Dear vodafone team,

      I have use vodafone service last 2 year and bill plan rs-149 + gst with benefit (Unlimited local and std calls as informed by care execute) but my bill has been generated in month of apr, 20 of rs-444...?

      As we have many time calling in your care regarding extra charged in my bill for the month of apr, 20 approx rs-292 but no any response your side.

      As i called to care and told me we have not authorized for any excluding late payment so i have forward your waver request to our seniors on dated-25.04.2020
      When i called in care today but not foreword any request to senior and now my service has been suspended.
      If you will waive my extra charge from my bill then i shall be payment and have continue service with vodafone service.

          Dear sir/mam
          Good day

          I'm using vodafone services for 10 years, it was good, but for last three years they started to cheat me. I'm merchant mariner most of the time i roam internationally. Sometimes they charge me for caller tune, post data uses, service activated through website, and so and so,
          Even they charged me when i was in deep sea, they have charged me when i was in nassau (Bahamas) such place how could they charge where they don't have network connectivity. Are they provide network connectivity at mid sea???
          Are they provide network connectivity in nassau (Bahamas)???
          It's been already four five times when they charged me, where they don't have even connectivity, when i complained them they said you have activated this, that. I tried to explain them that how could you charge if you haven't any connectivity there, my mobile was in flight mode. But they did nothing for me.
          Please look into this 🙏🙏

              In my recent bill i noticed around 39 sms messages being charged which are not being send by me. When i reported the issue to the customer care, they replied that the bill is correct and the sms are charged because i might have allowed imessages or facetime to send messages. I let them know that i am not using an iphone and so dont have imessages or facetime in my device. The next mail reply didnot give any reason, but simply said the bill is correct.

              I see that all the 39 messages where send to different isd numbers in a short span of 70 seconds, and there is no trace of any of those messages in my handset.

                Since past 7 days automatically vas services are being activated by vodafone and my balance is being deducted. I never subscribed or activated these services through any means but still these services are being activated and my balance is being deducted. First they activated how to video services and deducted rs 49 from my balance. Now they have activated some game and rs 10 have been deducted from my account. Vodafone is not ashamed to use such fraudulent practices to loot the consumer.

                  There is no breakdown of these charges in my bill and they appear in almost every other bill cycle, these are hidden charges and explained no where on the app or website. I have been a vodafone user all my life and charging for something with mentioning what it is for is cheating and fraud !

                    I am having a bad internet connection from past seven days and it is not working well. The Vodafone is the worst company to provide internet connection to user. They charges Rs/200- a month and work Nothing.

                      What the heck is this ? Yesterday I did top up of Rs.50 still my incoming and outgoing is denied...asking to do unlimited top up aur go with combo pack...how can you people control our top up amount too .Even in this pandemic ...

                        Money stolen management

                        Hope it will be considered now.

                        This is my complaint when i had posted this 14th may'2020. But its showing resolved without doing anything from your side.

                        My balance amount deduction is not acceptable because there is no reason for the deduction. Behave like a responsible organisation.

                        I have copied this from my last posted,

                        I am a vodafone customer. I am using this number as a secondary number because of the unnecessary deduction happens always. I am using another network as a main one for all my internet services. But vodafone unnecessarily deducted my balance rs.64 plus which i have kept for some emergency home needs. This kind of amount deduction is a general hobby for vodafone always it seems. I don't know how dare to take others money without their knowledge. Give me money back and please stop such a nonsense things immediately. Who told you deduct my money. It's disappointing me.

                          No steps have been taken so far. Simply its shows always resolved. I do not understand what is the----- going behind this. Customers balance amount deduction without their knowledge, it seems like a knowing thing by the Vodafone India. I thought that they purposely stolen its customer's money, No other Good words to explain about the management here.

                            I got message on 15th may, 2020 and caller tune was activated without any request from my side. I asked over mail regarding to this concern and i got reply,

                            "as per our system check, i would like to inform you that caller tune service has been activated from your end on 15/05/2020."

                            Instead of checking their own buggy system, these people are blaming on user that you activated from your end.

                            Here is the message i got on 15th may,
                            "hello! Callertunes will be activated on your number within 15 minutes. This service is valid till[protected] and a 90 days rental of rs.99 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs 40.53. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Offer! Now enjoy free profile tunes on callertunes app, click bit. Ly/vf-tune. Call 57373 (Tollfree) to set your favourite callertune or call 1234 (Tollfree)."

                                Hello,

                                I am receiving continuous otp sms from 17863 and then my balance is getting detected on my vodafone number. I did not register for any service still i am getting these messages.
                                When i contacted the customer care they said they are not aware about this and cannot do anything about otps.
                                This is fraud on vodafone's part to deduct balance from customer's number without their consent.
                                I want my balance back and explanation from vodafone why i received such sms without my consent and how they are deducting balance. This is illegal to read otp sms.

                                      Last 10 month me 50 bar complain kr chuka hu. Bar bar illegal or dhokhadhadi se money deduct ki ja rahi h. Kabhi 100 kabhi 50 kabhib21 kabhi 11_ complain ka koi response details nahi h or jab call utaya jata h to kehte h 24 hours ho chuke h ab paisa wapis nahi milega company ki policy h. Main nar bar complain karne pateshan ho chuka hu. Abhi latest balance check kiya to maloom pada 11 may ko jo main bal 18.8rs or sec bal 15:rs tha wo aaj main bal 1.82 rs or sec bal 0 rah gaya h. Iska koi solutions kariye 20 mar ko b complain ki thi tobkewal 1 amount h jama hui jabki bahut bar paisa kata jata chukah

                                        This is in reference to my dad (Dataram sharma) vodafone mobile number [protected]. He has been using vodafone service for almost 10 years now. He got this sim from his office (Owner) but later was allowed to personalize the number under his name so he went to vodafone galleria requesting for the same.

                                        As per the information received from the customer support, if any other pre-paid sim is to be changed for ownership, the first 3 month need to be in post-paid service. Having no option he took the plan for 499 monthly as post paid so he can receive the bill under his name.

                                        However now he is getting billed as rs 999 per month and noticed the plan activated as such in the bill. Upon inquiry and following up many time through phone to post paid customer care since he cannot go to galleria due to covid - 19 pandemic, they replied that it can't be helped as it was activated as such.

                                        My father is using a simple non-smart nokia phone and getting billed @999 is very high for him and is unable to pay for which we requested them to change or assist in anyway possible but are not getting any help and also have suspended the sim, so he is not contactable. Currently he is alone in mumbai and also not able to go anywhere for assistance for which i have been continuously trying for some amendments so he can pay his bill for the plan he opted @499 /month, but not able to get any results. Kindly assist.
