I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 21rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.

Vodafone india has set a caller tune on my phone number without my consent. They have deducted some amount of money also from my balance. I have stopped the caller tune now. But I would like my money back and would like to know why this happened....

Dear vodafone,

I recharged rs. 399 for my vodafone prepaid mobile via vodafone app and pay the amount using google pay. But the recharge was not done and i even did not receive any mail or sms for this recharge while rs. 399 was deducted from sbi account.

Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible....

I raised my complain more then 15 days back but still i didn't got any resolution. I am paying for 4g network but i am not getting even 2g network, and above of all, vodafone not responding on complain as well.

Its very disgusting behavior of vodafone with their customers. I totally lost by calling customer care daily but no luck.
