Charging late fees means ..can't suspend my services..atleast incoming calls..using ur service for 16 yrs..I am little disappointed now...at the time of connection the company gave me a limit of Rs5000..means they can't suspend my services until my bill exceeds Rs5000...then how come

In these yrs..I paid the company..atleast 3k-4k as late fees..but they are chaging it now also..when the country is going under lockdown..every company is giving some relief to there customers...and u r doing just opposite...sort it out fast...otherwise unwillingly I have 2 port my number to some service provider...

    Hi this is sundararaju my ph: [protected], i properly paid my post paid amount 352 every month. But last month i got more difference my bill amount. I asked customer care the difference they said waiver up 300 only, but i asked full amount but they said not possible billing section will call you. After i didn't get any call from billing section so i paid my post paid mount 352. But this month my outgoing call was disconnected, again i called customer case they said complaint raised for this then enabled my service.
    But next 48 hrs i didn't get call from vodafone. Then again my outgoing disconnected today i tried many times customer care they didn't picked after i send mail to customer case then i got the call from customer care they also said no waiver i asked to connect to higher officer but they said at present no one is ther will call back next 1 hr.

    Even i didn't get call from customer case again today evening i called and raised the complaint. Now they activated my outgoing service.

    I need permanent solution, in between they add late fee 100 rs.

    My concern is every month i paid 352 rs my post paid without late. I got the difference amount this is because of message send special number. I didn't asked any service even i don't know that number is any person. This is purely blaming the customer, i asked why should i pay the additional amount even i paid my last month bill amount they bared my outgoing service 2 times and put late fees also.

    I need immediate action for this i need to pay this month amount properly. I feel stress because of the vodafone customer care service and bill amount. I last outgoing service

    Can you suggest what should i do my bill payment. I didn't expect these kind of service now.

          Hi,
          As per my last bill of [protected] vodafone added 160 rs internet charges when 150 gb data was available in my account then how can you charge internet charges and this month till date i have 98 gb and in my vodafone app they are showing rs 700 internet charges which are totally fake and will be presented in my current bill. I have mailed to their customer care but they not giving any satisfied answer, actually they dont have any answer.in this scenario vodafone is looting their customers. Please provide waiver of rs 160 in last bill and in this bill make sure no wrong charges should be there. I have attached my vodafone app screenshot as of today.

          No resolution till date and Vodafone also generated this month bill where they added Rs 740 internet charges. Bill generation date 19th april and available data Balance in my account 97 GB as on 18th April. How can you overcharge to any customer in this type of condition when people have limited income sources. Please refer attached screenshot of 18th April

            Hello, myself vikrant singh. Actually i mistakenly recharge rs599/- to my mom cell instead of doing to my cell which is [protected]. 2 days before i had already done a recharge to my mom cell ([protected]) of rs1499/-
            So now if you see it double recharge. Could you please transfer it to my acct or you can do an adjustment to my number.

            I really want you to help me out of this.

              Earlier the plan was something attach, who has changed these plans automatically since march. Send us the correct bill which was the plan earlier and immediately start the outgoing services
              10 years visioncare certification pvt. Ltd. Connected to vodafone, now there is very bad services, i requesr you start outgoing all the numbers and send correct bill according to the previous plan

              Sir my company has 13 vodafone numbers of vodafone, first 149 plan was for 7, 8 years, right now the company has billed the plan 299 without informing us and have discontinued our numbers of outgoing services now my numbers are not running, make us pressure to submit the bill then will the numbers be operational

                I have 2.5 gb per day 4g activated internet packs.. I am getting 0.5 kbps per second speed... I am not able to complete eben 100mb per day...
                I am worried about my imcapability of completing my data...
                I want vodafone to reduce my data to 100mb per day.
                So I can peacefully sleep at night... That I have fully utilized my day...

                    I recharged my no. On 17march with rs. 49, i received rs.38 balance on today when i check my balance i got suprise and balance showing rs.0.01..in whole one month i use for only one call for 45sec nd vodafone charged ra.1.15 now balance showing rs.0.01 when i want to het detail how my balance deducted so i dail *111*2*4# for previous deduction i got a answer rs.36.85 :da:7: forfiet. I request to vodafone company please solve my problem as sson as possible. My mobile [protected]

                        I have raised my disconnection request and but still vodafone team is keep on adding the late fee to my previous bill. I have not yet received neither my final invoice nor my disconnection request. I would like to know how vodafone is handing with customers request and keep on charging the late fees..

                            Dear Sir/Madam

                            It is really unfortunate that you did NOT care to reply my below-mentioned mail, which PROVES that Vodafone has started CHEATING CUSTOMERS of their MONEY from their Main Balance without their consent.

                            Also I need to inform you, that after the mail was sent to you informing about the incident stat, I have also contacted your customer care services and registered my aforementioned complaint with reference number being C004-[protected], which you declined.

                            On April 16, 2020 at 6:43 PM, I received an SMS stating, "Your request could not be processed as your Authorized Signatory has not approved it. Kindly contact your Authorized Signatory" which I failed to understand, and when I tried to call back your customer care by dialling 198, I am barred from calling. Wow, so smart!!

                            From your gesture and attitude towards your customer, it is quite evident that you (Vodafone) have adopted a clandestine policy of duping customers by arbitrarily debiting MONEY from their core balance without the fault of the customer and without his/her consent/confirmation, which is exactly my case and I have evidence of what I am claiming as it has been recurrent almost every month latest to this on March 22, 2020.

                            I would therefore, urge you once again to investigate into the SCAM thoroughly and rectify the fault.

                            Let me remind you that this falls under deficiency in rendering services and cheating customers. Please arrange to refund the amount forthwith, (Rs 71/-) which you have arbitrarily deducted from my main balance and MAKE SURE this kind of SCAM does NOT happen in future to any CUSTOMER.

                            If you don't take any step in this regard and don't refund my money back and remain adamant, I would be constrained/bound to initiate appropriate action against Vodafone by escalating this matter to APPROPRIATE Authority for determination of adequate DAMAGES going forward.

                            This is to bring to your notice that I was having Rs.81 plus change in my [protected] core balance. When checked today, it is showing Rs.10.97/- without any intimation/confirmation to me of your arbitrary deduction. Please enquire into the scam and revert my arbitrarily deducted money back to my account and stop happening this in future.

                            Please note, this incident had also happened in the past on this number and this is the fifth time I am bringing this to your attention. This falls under deficiency in rendering services and cheating customers. Please arrange to refund my money forthwith to my main balance.

                                1. My connection was private. Some representative outside my office building asked for my permission to upgrade plan provided i give my office id card photo and convert to corporate plan. My company doesnt own my connection. I had corporate plan.
                                2. I wanted to change to family plan via voda fone app. However when i click on any option it says error and i was told by 199 in march to visit vodafone shop.
                                3. My company is not involved and hence doesnt provide any letter on letterhead to convert connection to private. They dont care as this is my personal number.
                                4. So i kept trying to change plans in voda fone app and by mistake activate redx plan.
                                5. Within 2 hours of redx activation i dont see improvement in my network reception. I get the plan changed. This is around 20th march 2020
                                6. I am told by 199 person that once bill is generated they will adjust. Reference number 4-[protected] generated on 20th march 2020.
                                7. Since lockdown i am not able to talk to any one on 199 or 55666. The calls get dropped significantly. So i cannot give you docket number.
                                8. I have paid the bill as of today 16th april. However i am requesting wavier of the exit charges on redx plan which was active only for around a day.

                                I feel cheated. With 3k i could have paid 5 months worth of my current plan.
                                I have to pay 5 months of money for nothing but a day of redx plan with no significant change in my network reception.

                                  Upc is not generating for [protected]

                                  Myself is in vodafone postpaid, kolkata circle. Due to some personal issues, and disgusting network, i would like to port out from vodafone service.

                                  Now i am looking for new operator with strong network for both voice and data.

                                  I am trying to genrate upc from my number and unfortunately, upc is not generating. The reply getting is "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance".

                                  I dont know what is the fact actually heppens. I am enclosed the screenshot of the msg and need a valid reply immediately.

                                  The problem yet not solved. Still UPC not generating. Vodafone is not working properly on this matter. When I am trying to generate UPC, the response is receiving "UPC can not generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider".

                                    I have vodafone postpaid number [protected].
                                    I want to port this number in prepaid even i visited in vodafone store in narhe. They said that we have to send msg than i will get call from vodafone team then they ask the reason of port in prepaid etc blaaa blaaa blaaaaaa.

                                    So after 3 day i got call frim vodafone team than same as they asked some foolish question and tried to convince not to port in prepaid.

                                    After some time the gave me port number and said visit to vodafone store and submitt the documents in 7 days. But after covid19 lockdown i couldn't able to visit the store and this scam company vodafone again attached me the whole bill which is very unfair...

                                    Very useless and scam...

                                        I received a message from idea thanks for activating games portal. Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/ and enjoy the service. I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 21rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
                                        I have deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means.

                                        I hope necessary action will be taken soon.
