    Actually my vodaphone postpaid bill is due for month feb and March for which I requested the vodaphone agent to come and collect the cash payment but he further told that there is no staff to collect the payment, thereafter I visited the vodaphone store near me and saw it closed and further came to know it has been closed for ever so after few days around 15 march(one day before the bill due date i.e 16march) i visited the another vodaphone store in my town but the staff there told that the one who collects the payment is not available and moreover they have server issues too.

    After that the lockdown was implemented and stored got closed now what happened that they mentally forced me through continuous SMS and call to do online payment but didnt try to reach me out to know the issue and online pay I m unable to at the time due to insufficient balance and now without informing me they have applied call baring on my outgoing calls and disconnected my service.

    They better know it's a pandemic time and theres no way to pay them at their store and online pay I cant as I stated above but then also they discontinued my services just for 700rs due.

    Kindly help.

      Hello,
      Vodafone India
      Vodafone has been deducting my main balance and talk time over 6 months, I usually recharge per month Rs.49 per before the plan expire. Six months ago my main balance was RS 120. I never check my main balance. They keep deducting my main balance and talktime. Few days ago when I checked my balance that time I seen my main balance was Rs. 20. and further recharge on 07.04.2020 with Rs. 49 and I got talk time Rs. 38. I did not call any one after recharge. Today (14.04.2014) when I check my balance, my talk time was Only 2 Rs against 38 Rs. and main balance was only 10 Rs against 120 rs. I already called to the customer care over and over again for my balance deduction 6 months ago. They continuously gave false assurance everyday that they will refund my amount.
      I want my full money deduction details. I already lost over 300+ Rs., I want my full money refund now. You Keep deducting my money over and over again. Please fix this as soon as possible.

        I am a Vodafone customer from last 2 years I repeatedly complaint about poor connectivity on my locality both signal and internet but no response taken from Vodafone every time they give nonsense advice like reboot your phone and problem will solved very bad network I ever seen

                  Without my permission, some random pack gets activated multiple times, and my money is deducted from the prepaid balance.

                  Received the msg "thanks for activating games portal now you can play unlimited games"
                  The pack is something like dnld-dwap_gam0021*

                  Kindly refer to the corresponding screenshots attached.
                  Please refund the money associated with this pack.

                  Also cant see the subscription anywhere, so deactivate asap and refund

                    I have done recharge of rs.599/- through paytm under cashback vide transaction id [protected] on 7.4.2020. The amount was deducted from my paytm account but it is not showing in my history of recharge. On contacting to paytm, they have said that the amount has been credited to beneficiary account i. E. Vodafone. On contacting your customer care team they have given request no. [protected] after many conversations. Till date the problem has not been resolved. Please look into the problem.

                      I am having vodafone postpaid 4g red connection for several years.in the past 4 months, i am facing very poor 4g data speed. I get data speed at 1mbps level with 4g volte mobile sim from vodafone. Network team visited 2 times in march 2020 and confirmed that the problem is at vodafone side.

                      Though the speed issue is there, i am asked to pay the full bill amount for march 2020 in april 2020.

                      Even made complaints to appellate authority of vodafone. Still there is no use. Hence i am reporting the complaint here to know the solution.

                          I am trying to close my Sim for past 6 month.Every month they detect my money in credit card. I give a closure request many times and give the telephone confirmation also, but backend team will activate again and again with out my knowledge.please help me to close my Sim and get refund all the amount.I destroy this Sim 6 month before and paying bills every month...My Closure request mobile number is [protected]

                            I am having the numbers by the name of kios infratech projects india pvt ltd, currently i am using total 31 numbers under this name. Out of these there are a few numbers in which vodafone has by default changed the plan without notifying me, the active plan for these numbers were of 249 /- but they have changed it to 299/- by themselves without notifying me. This is very unprofessional by vodafone company i will raise a legal complaint against them as there intention is to manipulate costumer. Very unsatisfied with vodafone india, i would never use their service if they dont fix my problem

                                Sir my name is vanzairemmawia, i am from kolasib, mizoram north east region, form the past 8 months ago vodafone network is so unstable and it rotates from 2g to 3g and then 4g altenatively, it does not remain stable.. Sometimes even if there are no weather issue like rain, lightning and thunder the network is still collapsed like 2/3 days that we are unable to access any thing because the network is in 4g frequently, we are very upset from a long long days ago, day by day other network like airtel, jio, idea are becoming good and stable so many vodafone customers are changing their network to other network. But we are a loyal lo customer for vodafone since 3 years ago, so we are so dissapointed about our network conditon, right now when i start typing my complaint its 4g but when i reached to this kine its already 2g again.. Sir we are very tired of this situation please contact your employees who stayed here to fix all this problems.. Otherwise we are preparing to campaign not to use vodafone in mizoram, i am not the only one that is dissapointed many peoples are there with me, so if you dont want to lose many of your customers kindly please fix this problem.. Make the network stable.

                                  Hi,
                                  I am using vodafone postpaid connection. Earlier i was under corporate 199+taxes plan. Later sometime that 199 plan was upgraded by the vodafone without my knowledge to 249+taxes. At that time i didn't check the reason for this. This made them to try this again with me.
                                  Suddenly my 249+taxes plan got upgraded to 399+taxes.

                                  On these last 2 occurrences, i didn't receive any call /message stating that plan is upgraded or so.

                                  In last month bill only i noticed this and tried to contact them over customer care number multiple times. No luck in getting connected to them.
                                  Dropped so many mails to them. As usual no response.
                                  Tried to contact the customer care over facebook messenger. No use in contacting them.

                                  Finally i am writing here.

                                  My query is, how they are supposed to upgrade my plan without my approval/knowledge.
                                  Second is, i want my post paid plan to be degraded to original 199+plan and my last month bill i want the existing amount. Else i won't pay the bill as this is increased without my knowledge.

                                      issues with network - voice breaking/network down/

                                      I am getting issues with vodafone network from past couple of months .This time during locked down, I am unable to take office calls/personal calls due to this. It's really pathetic over here. I am unable to reach customer care as well.

                                      I have been receiving sms since february 9th 2020 for caller tunes upgrade even without subscribing it. And vodafone rs 1 store, got activated on march 26th 2020 even without subscribing from it. Since then around rs 200 has been cut. Since then rs 35 were cut weekly from my balance. I had a total of rs 117 till march 1st and then weekly considerable amount used to get cut for the unsubscribed active services.
