Respected sir/madam,
My contact no. Is [protected] and i had been facing problems regarding internet speed from last evening. I had contact to service provider but the problem remains same. Currently i am living at jhinjhak, kanpur dehat (U. P.) and my area pincode is 209302. Please do something hopeful and needful on this matter. Internet is the only way to maintain social distancing.

        Vodafone has inappropriately deducted ts 49 (Tax extra) for value added services.

        When reached to the customer service agent response received :- it has been deducted for DNLD_WWAP_DLS0049_PPU_KIN01467053

        Vodafone please assist on the same, customer service agent mentions nothing can be done for the same

          I am using the number [protected] since 2002 from the time it was Hutch and then became Orange. Earlier only it was postpaid and I got it converted to prepaid 3 years back. Recently I missed the date of recharge and the phone was cut. When my husband went to inquire in the Vodafone service center, they misguided my husband telling that it has to be again get converted to postpaid for 3 months to start the services. They changed the SIM and charged Rs. 25 for the SIM. They told that after 3 months of post paid we can call the customer care center and get it converted to prepaid. I have not used this number for making a single call. You can check from records. I have kept this number as I have used it for my bank accounts and my old friends have this number .
          I have unnecessarily paid Rs. 477 every month because of wrong information. I had called the customer care 1.5 months back and complained regarding this issue. the customer care executive told me that I will receive the SMS immediately regarding conversion from post paid to Prepaid. I kept on waiting and neither I recived any SMS nor it was converted to prepaid.
          Today I again called the customer care center and one executive, Reshma Murkund told me that she cannot raise any compalints due to lock down. When I asked her to pass on the complaint to higher authorities she told me that she can not do it now and I have to call again after the lock down is over.
          I want a strict action against the vodafone center which has given my husband the wrong information and I want the money refund for misleading and misguiding us like this.
          There is no rule that if the number is made inactive for not recharging, we have to make it postpaid to make it active.
          If no action is taken against this complaint, I will compain to TRAI and file a case in consumer court.
          I hope I will get justice from your side.

              Hi,
              Registered mobile number: [protected]

              Despite of having a recharge of around 37 rs.in my account
              I am unable to make outgoing calls and receive incoming calls.

              Since i do not need big recharge due to lockdown and i already have wifi service at my home, i made this small recharge for emergency use.

              Stop scamming people by showing good offers.
              I have always made big recharge in past hence you people are in a way torturing me for making a big recharge again?

              Revert me back asap and get me connected to your customer executive.
              Worst choice ever to choose vodafone
              Will soon be porting to airtel.

                I have been a vodafone customer for 10 years and for the past 2 years, vodafone has been repeatedly stealing my money.

                Vodafone started stealing money from my balance by activating one or the other vas services without my knowledge.

                Seriously frustrating and annoying behavior

                Even though the customer care is closed because of covid 19 and they are unavailable to pick calls but seems like they are busy in activating vas n taking money from my balance, as if like it's their account and their hard earned money!!!

                I end up having no balance in my account and end up unable to make an emergency call. So damn done with vodafone

                How many times are you planning to test customer's patience and wait for them to make a call and yell at you??? How many times do you want me to spend my time and scold you just cuz you keep stealing my balance, like it's your wallet??? 'm so exhausted at the end of the day, just cuz of you thieves.

                If this is how u plan to do business in india, for god's sake... Leave already.

                So done with vodafone

                  FOR PAST 7 days Vodafone charged Vodafone health services in three different numbers, today they charged again 49 for this service i want my balance back

                  date of incident is 8 april 10 am

                  I want my refund back and deactivate all VAS in this number

                  deactivate Vodafone health service and Refund my balance back to my number

                    I am an very old vodafone sim user. We are using your 5 sims.. It has been deducted deducted 5/-from my number [protected]. So i i tell your customer representative about it, and they said it will be deducted wrongly so it will be refunded till 8th april.. But it is not refunded to me.. Whatever said today it will not be possible... My request has cancelled for some reason..
                    So, then i will take any drastic action or leave all your sims...
                    Look, we don't have much time of the police department, i still job in police so i don't want to face this embarrassing matter...
                    Please refund my 15/-balance as soon as possible... I don't want to face that...

                      I received just call form vodafone ‭+[protected]‬ and i ended the call they self deducted 15 rs for the charges which i didn’t activate i got this msg. What nonsense

                          I am using vodafone services since last 4 months.in this period there i was asked to pay another mobile number as my number was marked as alternate number for that number. My number was blocked as the payment was not made and i had to immediately rush to vodafone center for making payment. I had also occurred business loss as my number was not available during this period.

                          Now the issue is being created by vodafone again by demanding payment for another number which is registered on corporate name. I have put up several mails to vodafone appellate authority for specifying on the corporate name on whose name that number is registered. But they are just mentioning that its registered on corporate name.

                          I am facing this mental torture from last 2 months and on top of that every day and every calls are getting dropped. There is so much frequent network issue that i am not able to do proper voice call. Not only voice calls but this is the same problem with their internet.

                          I vow that henceforth i will never be a customer of vodafone and will ensure whosoever is the current subscriber of vodafone will request him to port out immediately by explaining how unethical approach this company is using towards its customers.

                          In short vodafone doesnt want to provide proper services and want each and every penny to be paid to them

                          Request you to please save us from fraud companies like this

                            I was unable to approach complaint number 198 during last afew days... Some irrelevant game related message has deducted my balance of 80 rs approx in last 15 days... Tried many times to use dnd...& already filed a complaint earlier... But still balance is being deducted by unfair means... It's really troublesome when in case of emergency you have no balnce in your phone... I think last option is to change the service provider...

                                It has been seen that vodafone's network speed is the worst among all others... I have been using vodafone for quiet a time but haven't noticed it because i was not always on phone... But now on quarantine... Its noticed it has the worst speed... I'm just planning to switch to some other network after this lockdown... It shows 0.0kb/s always... I'm just fed up with this thing... Never gonna recommend vodafone

                                  Last 3 year to till yet u am useing the vodaphone only. I have four seems card of this company. Now i thought i have to change the company because of there panthantic service. I keep dnd for flace msg and at all but i call to care they will said like that we active the service and press any key on board any msg like that!!! According to me they deducted around 1000rs from all my seem card's. Now i get ireted to costmar care call. So dear my friends plz don't buy any new connection of vodaphone company. There service very poor. And u will lost ur main account money from every rechrg. I know i lost my time to write this comment but i want to keep my thoughts on there
