I am using vodafone services since last 4 months.in this period there i was asked to pay another mobile number as my number was marked as alternate number for that number. My number was blocked as the payment was not made and i had to immediately rush to vodafone center for making payment. I had also occurred business loss as my number was not available during this period.

Now the issue is being created by vodafone again by demanding payment for another number which is registered on corporate name. I have put up several mails to vodafone appellate authority for specifying on the corporate name on whose name that number is registered. But they are just mentioning that its registered on corporate name.

I am facing this mental torture from last 2 months and on top of that every day and every calls are getting dropped. There is so much frequent network issue that i am not able to do proper voice call. Not only voice calls but this is the same problem with their internet.

I vow that henceforth i will never be a customer of vodafone and will ensure whosoever is the current subscriber of vodafone will request him to port out immediately by explaining how unethical approach this company is using towards its customers.

In short vodafone doesnt want to provide proper services and want each and every penny to be paid to them

Request you to please save us from fraud companies like this

    I was unable to approach complaint number 198 during last afew days... Some irrelevant game related message has deducted my balance of 80 rs approx in last 15 days... Tried many times to use dnd...& already filed a complaint earlier... But still balance is being deducted by unfair means... It's really troublesome when in case of emergency you have no balnce in your phone... I think last option is to change the service provider...

        It has been seen that vodafone's network speed is the worst among all others... I have been using vodafone for quiet a time but haven't noticed it because i was not always on phone... But now on quarantine... Its noticed it has the worst speed... I'm just planning to switch to some other network after this lockdown... It shows 0.0kb/s always... I'm just fed up with this thing... Never gonna recommend vodafone

          Last 3 year to till yet u am useing the vodaphone only. I have four seems card of this company. Now i thought i have to change the company because of there panthantic service. I keep dnd for flace msg and at all but i call to care they will said like that we active the service and press any key on board any msg like that!!! According to me they deducted around 1000rs from all my seem card's. Now i get ireted to costmar care call. So dear my friends plz don't buy any new connection of vodaphone company. There service very poor. And u will lost ur main account money from every rechrg. I know i lost my time to write this comment but i want to keep my thoughts on there

                  My mobile number [protected] resistered on my name chandan kumar sahoo. Facing slow internet speed

                  Currently we work from home and i am from it sector employee. I have need a good internet speed for complete my project so that i had recharged 599 plan which is port in to vodafone before 15days ago and i m facing lots of internet issue. I have 1.45 gb data left of my daily quota but i am unable to download any file the internet speed is 10kbps/sec constantly. If this speed is received from your end then how can i use internet.in this speed one website will not be open. Then how can i complete my project.

                  Its my humble request to you, kindly increase my internet speed download and upload speed limit and i share some proof of internet speed on my location and also share with you the google location where i faced this issue.

                    Pathetic Data network... due to this lock down we cannot even port also to other services, no data at all on 07-Apr-2020 from 11.30 am to 1pm.

                    repeatedly every month on an avg there is issue on data network with vodafone

                        Dear team,

                        This is to inform you that i am using vodafone post paid number [protected] more then 9 years now and instead of give me any previlage of being consistent customer i am being harrassed by team. Currently in such a epidemic situation where one should have the phone should be working smoothly but i am continuously listening pay your bill pay your bill... Which i think i have paid throughout 9+ year that is why vodafone had allowed me to make calls... But this time i have been charged for the facility (Amazon prime subscription) which was not even asked by me and vodafone haven't taken any consent from me by activating that on my number. I came to know about this facility when i saw my bill last month along with the charges.. Immediately i called customer care for the same and they deactivated the same and they told me to pay rest amount and they will waived off other charges... I made the actual bill payment but charges has not been waived off till now. I am really struggling to make calls as i have to listen message to make payment of that subscription which i have not asked. Also they have closed all my request to waived off these charges without giving any solution to it. Nit my outgoing is also barred and in this situation when i ma working from home due to covid19 i am taking all my meeting over the phone and using it for the internet connectivity so seeking your help to resolve this issue asap.

                        Please look into the issue asap and in case more details required please do let me know.

                          Nowadays it's a headache to use vodafone network. Multiple time call drop. A person is not able to speak 20 secs, within that call drop. If anyone has some emergency situation or need to give some information then it is quite a headache. Person need to call multiple times to speak for a single sentence.in a emergency situation through out the world they have just started a new game of call drop.

                          Everything is activated. It's only happening at the time of vodafone to vodafone. Check the attached screenshot. Vodafone should solve its network problem instead of giving b### excuses.

                              I received a call stating i have free netflix subscription for a year and stressed about activating plan.

                              On my questions that monthly plan should not be altered which i have @ 699. Which was confirmed by the person. To my surprise when i called up customer care it was explained - no next flix is free.

                              Can you change the plan back to what i had?

                              If you need number do let me know of person who making such fake calls.

                                      My vodafone number unfairly debited by vodafone 5 times, i am very fad up by calling customer care, only option i think is porting my number to some other network, i request all vodafone customers to not maintain balance so as to deduct unwanted bebit. Vodafone is in very pathetic condition by illegaly debited money from thier customers.
                                      Refund my money or i will port my all 3 vodafone numbers of family.

                                      For past few months I am getting very irritated by using this sim..it will not connect even when I put in 3g network..it simply locks the Sim and shows emergency calls only and it is wastage of money also..If this happens often I will change into jio network..and don't ask for reasons...damn network..
