I had deactivated my Vodafone on reaching London in January 2020. However, due to some urgency, I activated it in the first week of March with international roaming to receive SMS only. Just for this purpose, Vodafone charged me for my basic as well a international roaming, which is acceptable. However, I have not been getting SMS since 16 March. In spite of repeated complaints, Vodafone has not responded to me. I have even requested Vodafone to stop international roaming since then. Instead, it has been merrily billing me even for unsolicited services like VAS. In sum, my bill has exceeded Rs 4000 for March.
No response from Vodafone even after repeated complaints and request for even disconnection.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
