I am chidhambaram. I am ushing [protected] this prepaid number from 2008. I lost my sim card in september 2019 and i visited vodafone store for replacement. But they give that number in postpaid.
After 90 days i visited vodafone store on 02/03/2020 for change my vodafone number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid. They give me the new sim card and ask me to settle all my bills. As per told i settled all my bills. But my number still haven't change to prepaid.
Again i went vodafone store 3 times but the result is nothing happened. Suddenly and sadly my number (New and old sim also) not working from 23/03/2020. I tried to check my vodafone application for further information but now the application also not log in into my account. So please let me know what is the problem with me and my phone number.
