Hi iam anand i have called vodafone customer service regards to my issues from past 2years n still iam facing the issues with internet and it's more like gprs service which we had back in 2000 as i can browse anything nor access the apps as the speed is so slow that at times i get errors am tired of speaking to them as they either disconnect the call or when asked for supervisor they keep me on hold for long time as the highest i stayed for 45mins on hold and then the call gets disconnected and on top of it, it deducted the balance which is a major concern they asked me to change network settings which i did the the vpn port settings was checked did all the possible troubleshooting and even changed the sim paid for that too and still no go so please some one help me on this and do the needful

    Despite the fact that the above material was done on[protected], they have not yet been implemented after speaking with the teletype verification to activate the number and they have confirmed that your document has not been updated in the registrations. And they ask me to call 198/199 for support. It really hurts the client in such a situation.
    Please do whatever is necessary.

      I am khushbu sojitra from bhalsan beraja (Distinct jamnagar). I face network issue last few days and also i complain regarding this 2 time. Display all-time on my device that network not available. Due to the corona lockdown, i have a problem during my office work.in our village, there are so many people who have a vodafone card. But no one able to use it.

      Please help to resolve it.

        Hi,

        Good day to you

        I am chidhambaram. I am ushing [protected] this prepaid number from 2008. I lost my sim card in september 2019 and i visited vodafone store for replacement. But they give that number in postpaid.

        After 90 days i visited vodafone store on 02/03/2020 for change my vodafone number ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid. They give me the new sim card and ask me to settle all my bills. As per told i settled all my bills. But my number still haven't change to prepaid.

        Again i went vodafone store 3 times but the result is nothing happened. Suddenly and sadly my number (New and old sim also) not working from 23/03/2020. I tried to check my vodafone application for further information but now the application also not log in into my account. So please let me know what is the problem with me and my phone number.

          Callertune service is automatically subscribed when i recharged my number with talk time of rupees 100 yesterday (30 march 2020) and it deducted my 30+30 rupees automatically don't know how.. Now ita only showing 0.2 balance left... If i don't get my money back i'll port my number to jio.. This is very annoying i don't even like that callertune.. Vodafone services suck..

                  I recharged my account[protected] at 1:28pm. Transaction also successful. Rs.399 also deduced from my account. But the plan is not activated in my number. I called customer care service they said we will check and call back. But they didn’t call back. They didn’t take any action.Please solve my problem. Either refund or recharge my account.
                  After this all recharge are successfully done and plans are activated. This plan only not activated. Customer care also worst they don’t give proper response. They are cheaters.

                      I am a postpaid customer of vodafone india and this complaint is about poor internet speed at my home address, i am studying in lucknow but i am currently at my home in gorakhpur due to lockdown. The network in vodafone 4g is strong but the internet speed is very pathetic, sometimes it takes few minutes to load the google search, which is very disappointing. Its showing 4g with full network but the speed comes around 10kbps.

                          I had deactivated my Vodafone on reaching London in January 2020. However, due to some urgency, I activated it in the first week of March with international roaming to receive SMS only. Just for this purpose, Vodafone charged me for my basic as well a international roaming, which is acceptable. However, I have not been getting SMS since 16 March. In spite of repeated complaints, Vodafone has not responded to me. I have even requested Vodafone to stop international roaming since then. Instead, it has been merrily billing me even for unsolicited services like VAS. In sum, my bill has exceeded Rs 4000 for March.
                          No response from Vodafone even after repeated complaints and request for even disconnection.

                            With due respect and humbly submission I beg to state that I am a prepaid customer of Vodafone .my Vodafone prepaid number is -[protected].yesterday i recharged my prepaid number amount of Rs -39 but today they deducted Rs-26 from my number.Immediately i have connected to the Vodafone customer care and told my problem.They told me that they charge Rs-26 for 3 sms that i have sent.i here by declare that my phone is not a smart phone.it has no support internet .I want to know that what is the normal sms charge rate.it shows that they charge Rs-9 for every normal sms.Please do something and help me.

                                Network coverage was very poor in my area even in outdoor terrace, 2g 3g 4g all coverage very poor, i contacted customer support still not yet resolved since 2016, base station located 2kms from our location, there 500 familes affected due to poor coverage, so kindly request please solve the network coverage issue as soon as possible.

                                  Today, i recharged online my mobile with rs, 30/-. However, i still cannot make calls,. Checking with 111, it states that incoming and outgoing calls are barred even though there is a balance of approx rs. 22/- tried calling [protected] three times to speak to their cc staff, they disconnect the call after making me wait for around 2 mins. I normally do not recharge online but as all the stores are closed, have to do so. Further, had recharged on wednesday with rs. 47/- on another vodafone number, sent a complaint mail to their email address but no reply till now.

                                    Hello,

                                    I have been facing this issue from long time. Even though i am using prepaid card still vodafone india is debiting main balance constantly and always balance is going to negative. I am working in singapore using vodane mumbai simcard for indian number.

                                    Even my incoming smses are not working anymore.
                                    For instance yesterday only on 28th march 2020 i recharge and bring my balance in positive. And again next day it fell to -31.53 while i have not used any data/sms /call service.

                                    Even i am not able to contact their customer care from singapore[when i tried it;s always unreachable]. And when my family members are trying still customer care is unreachable or unresponsive.
                                    I have mailed the issue as well still no response, that's why posting here.

                                    I have been using vodafone from long time but if with this kind of support i guess i should port to other number now.

                                      I’m nikhil yadav, consumer of vodafone idea service. Yesterday on 28th march i recharged my phone around 1pm with the amount of 599₹ on my prepaid number [protected]. I made the payment through sbi yono app, the amount was deducted and it showed that recharge was successful. Till now i have not received any message from vodafone that my internet pack has been activated. I also tried to call the customer care but they are making us fool that our customer care executives will be available between 9am to 9pm everyday. They are not picking, i tried to write them a mail and they send me an auto reply which doesn’t make any sense. I also tried making a complaint on their vodafone app but there is no such direct option, except for faq’s and auto replying bots. Finally i am writing this mail to you, please take a serious action regarding that. I’m attaching the transaction detail along with the mail, please check that.

                                        My balance was deducted without having any knowledge about this to me. You guys didn't send the message even as well. Rs 253 is deducted my from my balance and i need it back. Moreover how could you charge service without even asking your own customers. This is not the first time many times you guys deduct my balance with some unwanted service and what else. This is getting out of control now. Seriously guys you are not doing any fair kind of service with your customers. And yes, i need my money back. My mobile number is [protected]. Resolve this as soon as possible.
