Network coverage was very poor in my area even in outdoor terrace, 2g 3g 4g all coverage very poor, i contacted customer support still not yet resolved since 2016, base station located 2kms from our location, there 500 familes affected due to poor coverage, so kindly request please solve the network coverage issue as soon as possible.

    Today, i recharged online my mobile with rs, 30/-. However, i still cannot make calls,. Checking with 111, it states that incoming and outgoing calls are barred even though there is a balance of approx rs. 22/- tried calling [protected] three times to speak to their cc staff, they disconnect the call after making me wait for around 2 mins. I normally do not recharge online but as all the stores are closed, have to do so. Further, had recharged on wednesday with rs. 47/- on another vodafone number, sent a complaint mail to their email address but no reply till now.

      Hello,

      I have been facing this issue from long time. Even though i am using prepaid card still vodafone india is debiting main balance constantly and always balance is going to negative. I am working in singapore using vodane mumbai simcard for indian number.

      Even my incoming smses are not working anymore.
      For instance yesterday only on 28th march 2020 i recharge and bring my balance in positive. And again next day it fell to -31.53 while i have not used any data/sms /call service.

      Even i am not able to contact their customer care from singapore[when i tried it;s always unreachable]. And when my family members are trying still customer care is unreachable or unresponsive.
      I have mailed the issue as well still no response, that's why posting here.

      I have been using vodafone from long time but if with this kind of support i guess i should port to other number now.

        Greetings,

        I’m nikhil yadav, consumer of vodafone idea service. Yesterday on 28th march i recharged my phone around 1pm with the amount of 599₹ on my prepaid number [protected]. I made the payment through sbi yono app, the amount was deducted and it showed that recharge was successful. Till now i have not received any message from vodafone that my internet pack has been activated. I also tried to call the customer care but they are making us fool that our customer care executives will be available between 9am to 9pm everyday. They are not picking, i tried to write them a mail and they send me an auto reply which doesn’t make any sense. I also tried making a complaint on their vodafone app but there is no such direct option, except for faq’s and auto replying bots. Finally i am writing this mail to you, please take a serious action regarding that. I’m attaching the transaction detail along with the mail, please check that.

          My balance was deducted without having any knowledge about this to me. You guys didn't send the message even as well. Rs 253 is deducted my from my balance and i need it back. Moreover how could you charge service without even asking your own customers. This is not the first time many times you guys deduct my balance with some unwanted service and what else. This is getting out of control now. Seriously guys you are not doing any fair kind of service with your customers. And yes, i need my money back. My mobile number is [protected]. Resolve this as soon as possible.

            Take immediate action!

            I've recharged my vodafone number [protected] on 28 march 2020 @1.30 p. M. Ist with ₹399 unlimited pack. I am able to call but i am not able to use my internet service. Network is showing 5 bars but there's no internet access. As there's lockdown in delhi, india. I am not able to do my work! Please help me regarding this problem.
            I need immediate action from your side.

              I bought the rs. 399 pack on 27/03/2020 which gives 3gb internet data every day.

              The quality of the internet connection is very poor. It is highly unstable. The network quality is good as all bars are visible on my mobile screen.

              But the internet connection remains inactive for long periods of time, and then it works well for a few seconds, and then becomes inactive again. The average internet speed is therefore ridiculously low.

              Thus is very frustrating. Please look into it and ensure that a good continuous connection is provided.

                I m a upsc aspirant even though they harrash me. To avoid disturbance i brought dis sim nd sim started me distrubing. Plz help me. Getting distrub in study. I brought sim 3 to 4 months before but not i want to deactivate my account permanently. I complained also but they block my sim fr some time now they reactivate without letting me know. I got mail fr payment and i have paid for sim block also... Last time also i paid 1700 rs bill without any used they said ur sim will block 28 march but 29march i got mail... I m now totally frustrated with vodafone sim and want to close it permanently😠 but they are not listening.

                  I have recharge the March 14, 199 rs .. But this afternoon I am calling and saying that my balance is out, the validity of my pack is still on.
                  Now my job is working ... I can't work out how can you cut the balance .. all india is locked down ..
                  The pack of the month is .. So minus how it happened...I need satisfaction...

                    We have a vodafone router connection which installed in e-16/854, gali no.2, bapa nagar, padam singh road, karol bagh, new delhi-110005, but it has not been working for last two weeks due to which the network is not coming in our mobiles, due to which we are having a lot of problems, i had complained twice but no one come here to solve this problem, so i request you to get it done as soon as possible, you will be very pleased.

                    I am thinking that all telecom service are open so why u are not taking it seriously..

                          I have never activated vas service for my vodafone number, neither i have used any vas service anytime, then how and on where vodafone has charged me on vas service?? In the last bill i see dated 10/03 and 21/03 totally 46rs charges as vas. I have never used any of vodafone vas service, then how did they charge me on that?

                          Also for the current billing cycle again i see another rs10 on vas service.

                          I need strict action against such charges, and need refund with that charges and taxes, when i'm not using any such service??
                          This is cheating and creating fake charges on my number by vodafone.

                          I need an urgent action and solution on this.

                            Sir, in continuation of my earlier complaint today 28th march, 2020, regarding delete the your ring-tone message meant for defaulter. As i am a regularly paying my bill (Post) well in advance, but i am getting call from your side regyularly when i open my mobile. (See my earlier complaint in details). Today somebody from ur called me and harassing continuously for 3 hrs - asking my bank details, card no., pin no. Etc., even using team-weiver with my mobile, - just for rs.1/- which is to be deposited to vodafone, for removing ring-tone (By mistake it was activated from ur side). Suddenly, i got message from bank that rs.9999/- is deducted by vodafone from my a/c and then again rs.25, 000/- for further transaction. When bank adviced me, before trasaction, not to give otp to anyone and hold it. However, rs.9999/- has already been deducted. Now ur officer ask me again for otp to refund me rs.10000/-, which was deducted by mistake from ur side. When i refused, he used a very slant language which i cannot spell. When i asked why he said this language, he said my officer has told not me. I request you kindly to take action against the officer who used this language and refund me rs.9999/- at the earliest. I also want to know who has authorised you to deduct rs.9999/- from my a/c. Is this a result being a faithfull customer?

                              I recharged my account[protected] at 1:28pm. Transaction also successful. Rs.399 also deduced from my account. But the plan is not activated in my number. I called customer care service they didn’t attend my call.
                              Then i recharged my account with rs 10. This also show recharge is successful but no amount credit in my number. But money also deducted from my bank account. I continuously contacted vodafone customer care services...

                              My vodafone no is [protected] discontinued from 26 march 2020 where as my rs 599 package vailed upto 12 april 2020 and also i recharged rs 399 on 27 mar 2020 at about 1630 hrs but still i not make any calls to anyone during this crucial time and i also so many calls on help line no 121 and 199 and so many sms to the company but no any response and no any response from you.

                                  My vodafone activated up to 12 april 2020 through rs 599 package but from 26 march 2020 my out going calls discontinued wherein on 27 mar 2020 once again recharge rs 399 but still no out going calls going in this crucial time disconnected from all. Please clarify who will bear this. No any response on 199 and 121 help line nos since 27 hours i tried everything from through sms and help line and no any response from any side.

                                    Since 19th of january, i am continuously chasing vodafone for their unauthorized and fraud deduction of 49, 21 rs from main balance. When asked for justification they reverted, some content was downloaded. However there is no record of any download on my mobile number and no service activated on my mobile number which could have caused any deduction.

                                    This is the 6th time in mere 2.5 months. Once i get refund for my deduction within 2-3 days again amount is deducted.

                                    They have a simple structure, first they say its valid deduction, and when you asked for details they give you some crappy non sense name of a file. After having 2-3 costumer care calling and irritating by giving some excuse. When i provide them all the details such as screenshot of my browsing history my download history and trai app home screen screen shot, there is no apology from there end or information on why the deduction happened. They just refund the amount and within few days again same cycle begins.

                                    Kindly take strict action against them, there are many people like me facing same issue, and some don't even realize their balance is deducted.

It shown some sort of download link : dnld - dwap_com0007_ppu_skm_a-skmobi and wwwap_inf0049_007_tel[protected]_a. Rs 56 is deducted my from my balance and i need it back. This is getting out of control now. Seriously guys you are not doing any fair kind of service with your customers. And yes, i need my money back. My mobile number is 9796*85. Resolve this as soon as possible.
