Karnataka, india registered cell number [protected] has been disabled suddenly. After replacing with new sim it doesn't work out. Then got to know from karnataka based vodafone store that number has been disabled as i failed to recharge with service pack, but continuously without fail i do recharge with unlimited pack.
Done recharge on - 16th feb, 2020 with 599.00 pack
Number inactivated on - 26th feb, 2020.

unknowingly the monthly rental charge got updated 200rs additional

I had a basic phone with 199rs plan which i meant for basic calls, and on sept 2019 cycle the plan seems to be automatically upgraded to 399rs and they have added a 150rs discount, which made me not to realise the change in the plan. This time i saw a amount more than 300rs then i realised that something wrong and when i started verifying the plan has been upgraded to 399rs without my consent. I am really disappointed with the customer care...

worst customer service from vodafone

I have registered my complaint 4 months back. And i have made several complaints as well on same issue. Also i had already made the advance payment in the month of november which has not been updated in my records for which i already made the request. Irrespective of which vodafone have suspended my services.

I registered my complaint 4 months back and made 10-12 follow up complaints regarding same. The matter still remains...

This my vodafone app by vodafone india does not show my secondary balance it always shows my balance as zero. The only way to check my balance is by dialling *111# then navigating to to viewing my balance. The app has no use other than recharging. Why vodafone has kept main balance and secondary balance different what is the difference between main balance and secondary balance is not clear....

On 13th March 2020 i found tht vodafone has deducted a one month charge for a typical callertune from my.balance which.i had not requested. Similar thing happened 3 months ago which i thought i must have done some mistake. Even if I kerp a balance of about 100rs it gets deducted for these kind of sevices which i havent registered or requested....

I have been a vodafone karnataka user since last 10+ years.
Since last 5-6 months, the service has been horrible especially @ koramangala area (My office location).
Every now and then, the range keeps on going.
Even though it shows 4g, i can't even downlaoad a whatsapp pic.
Its high time vodafone fix this issue.

very poor internet provided by vodafone

My working location is in 1st/3rd blocks koramangala, bangalore.
The internet service is very poor in this area from vodafone.
I have checked with other colleagues who have vodafone sim.
Though it says 4g on all phones, the speed is very bad and it wont even download normal whatsapp messages.

Past few months it is like this from vodafone india.
It happens irrespective of prepaid...

sim not yet activated after porting from airtel

Worst customer service. I ported my number from airtel to vodafone and that's the biggest mistake i ever did in my life.

All required documents submitted. Cleared previous bill of airtel too. Even then my sim didn't got activated. When contacted customer service they said to collect bill from airtel gallery and submit to vodafone gallery. Which i did and was told that within half n hour the sim will get activated. But it didn't...

recharge amount not available in balance

I have recharge my vodafone number by 100rupees on 30th january 2020 but the balance is not yet available in my account. My transaction id is onr[protected] i have tried calling the customer care also but there is no response.
How can such a big company go so irresponsible towards its customer..

I am facing network issue since 1 week
My internet works in morning but then after 10 am internet stops working either is does not work or its stops
And this is not the first or second time it happens every time
I have tried every method which company has give instruction about resolving network problems none of them worked
