    I had received invoice from vodafone for billing amount 4917.67 for march month.2020 account no:[protected].
    This is a harresment in billing & cheating with customer. They had stopped my calling, & doing harresment to pay off fake bill. One day roaming charges with such huge bills.
    There is no uses details which has been cleared by them, they are not giving billing statement, they are not hearing any complaints & not responding any positive talk.

    I need to file complaint against vodafone for cheating with customers in billing.

      Worst service of vodafone

      I have been using vodafone n suffiring through a lot network problem n i have made complaints number of time but nothing yet happened in my favor, so im seriously irritated with the vodafone network.
      So if the company can help its customer then please help this problem out im suffering with it from past few months.

      I had already message for port but vodafone has stopped my upc code what's the reason for stopping my upc code

        We know that vodafone network was best in last 5-6 years. due to this we are your old customers. presantly approx from 15 days NARORA distt.-Bulandshahr (UP) town area voda network showing idea roaming. internet speed too slow. we are voda customer but network shows of idea. idea roaming network not having speed. we paid for data use. we are unable to use data due to slow network. please do necessary as required.

          My name is jay parekh and i have ported two connections [protected] and [protected] from airtel on 9 march 2020, now let me tell you the complaint in detail because your customer care team is really pathetic, they give false promises and do not resolve the issue and close the case without giving resolution, on 6 march 2020 i visited the vodafone store situated at vasai west in vinod niwas and met a female named preeti so she told me that as i want to port two numbers vodafone has an excellent plan of 598 in which i will get amazon prime, zee5 and vodafone play subscriptions free for one year and its clearly mentioned online aswell on the vodafone website, so i was happy with this family plan so on 10 march in the morning around 9 am i inserted both the sim and did the verification by calling 59059 which i did and i was completely shock because the lady on the call named megha told thats its not a family plan and hence i cannot avail the benefits of family plan she told that she will send me a link and then i can add my no [protected] as a secondary no in the 598 plan, so in short preeti gave me a wrong commitment, after 30 min my no [protected] was merged in family plan but i was not able to use vodafone play, amazon prime and zee5 so again i called back and they took the complaint after that vodafone play and amazon started but zee 5 was not working so from that day onwards i am calling the customer care and complaining but i am just getting false promises from a lady called vishaka phirke that she will check with the store ans get back from 17 march she is just checking with the store and did not call back and hence i complained again on 18 march to complain against the same issue and this time i got a call around 5 pm just for 1 sec each and at 6.20 i am getting a mail that tried to call but as u did not pick the call, complaint is closes the lady who sent the message just called for 1 second twice as a formality just to show that they called the customer, her name was rupa sultanpure, i am sharing the screenshot of all the mail and i want to complaint again preeti from vodafone store, vishaka phirke and rupa sultanpure because i was given wrong information, then my case was not resolved only false promises were given by vishaka ans lastly rupa sultanpure just called as formality, what kind of people are you hiring, do they understand what customer service actually means, i am filing a case in the consumer court for breach of contract as you guys cannot provide service and against all 3 employees of yours for mental harassment, please check the attachment

            Poor network. Cannot make calls, messages, cannot use internet in prime areas of metro city like pune.
            Every person using vodafone has same issue. Looting people
            Disgusting service. I had complain many times but no response.
            Facing this issue from last 6 months.
            Not service center people are resolving issues.
            We never thought of such disgusting service from vodafone.

            There is a huge loss for people who have emergencies, people who runs business, who are professionals.

            What this kind of looters can think what loss such people can face.

              I recharged with rs 599 2-3 days ago thus i will get 3 gb/day. But since 2 days it's happening with me that whenever i switch on my internet, i see on my vodafone app that i have already used 70% data in the morning. The biggest problem is we cannot contact the customer care service and cannot raise any complaint. I emailed them but i don't know whether they will respond to it or not. I think i should notify it to trai. Otherwise vodafone hasn't left any option.

                I found rs.10 balance deducted from. Vodafone phone prepaid balance. On calling customer care, they told the refund is not possible unless notified within 24. Hrs of deduction. How can i know if the balance got deducted unless there is a notification? This is not the first time. This has happened many times.

                The customers are unaware of such deduction. They told that i used for some wap gaming services which i am totally unaware of. I have not opted for any such things.

                Why vodafone is not looking into these kind of frauds.?

                What the h***l is happing in the Vodafone network?????????I’m facing the Vodafone network issues continuously, Internet, Outgoing calls and incoming call aren’t working...continuously calls are failed... I never seen this problem... do f** anything...
                I am having recharge of Rs.219 in which daily 100 text msg can be send but whenever i send a sms it shows error-50. I am facing this issue since last 2 weeks. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise i will have to switch to another service provider which i really dont want to.

                  I am customer of vodafone from many years. I had postpaid card number [protected] from my employer company. Now company change rules so i have to require change plan postpaid to prepaid. When i went vodafone store they asked to pay dues which i was ready to pay. But they also asked to choose particular recharge for require to change postpaid to prepaid. This is totally disagreement. This is totally unfairness seen to consumer that they have to select recharge plan if they want to same number with same company.
                  I need co-opration from company if it value it's valuable customer. Other wise many customer will move to other telecom company if they suitable there

                    I am vodafone post paid and prepaid customer. I leave in ambuja, city centre, durgapur -713216 (Wb).
                    Internet connectivity is very poor in my residential area, though from your nearest vodafone ministore distance only 500 meter and from store 2km.
                    Several times i made verbal complaints, but no outcome. Even today also i complained to vodafone store.
                    Waiting for your needful action.

                      I wrote above complaint 9 march 2020 but there is no response. I am still facing same data speed problem. My vodafone no [protected] red x plan as per company commitment data speed is not good and i also wrote complaint regarding this issue in all farm but no solution. I received last message that problem resolved but problem is as it is no little bit improve.

                        Dear sir, i am facing problem from month of call is automatically end after some seconds or minutes.. Everytime, due to per day more than 100 calls are cut down. My business call are missing useful information because of this very low class service.. Plz help and give loss of money becoz of them.. Also complaint call is not connected to customer care service. Ao that i can not be complain to them... Plz give proper reply. And main thing plz solve issue as early as possible..

                          I have ported two postpaid connections of airtel in vodafone so i was given a family plan of 598 which has amazon prime, zee5 and vodafone subscriptions for one year but i am not able to use zee5 subscription, vodafone has become a pathetic company which doesn't care for its customers i took a wrong decision by joining vodafone, i want a call from someone who is able to help me

                            Hi, I am from SDA locality in New Delhi and for past year have been facing acute problem of network with Vodafone. Inspite of several complaints to customer care and their appelate authority till date there is no solution and things remain as it is. They just call and say, we have optimized the network and it should be OK. but in reality no change in situation.
                            Cant imagine inspite of having full network bars neither can one make outgoing or receive incoming calls and Data, once should forget about it.
                            even after several request for physical visit of technician at the location, no one has visited so far.
                            Can I get justice/ respite from this harrassment.

                              My vodafone plan talk199 scalable plan7 till february. I am not changing my plan to etalk_149_600mins. My current bill show new plan without acknowledge me. Now why i am pay you for this? My previous bill is 127 and january bill is 117 not more than that.

                              Review my complaint immediately. Or i am not paying you single money.

                              Change my plan to previous plan which is talk199 scalable plan7 otherwise i take strict action against your fraud company.

                              I will sue you and your employee for this scam. Your customer care executive told me your company automatically close my previous plan and activate new plan without confirmation. I am your customer. How and why your company is so careless.

                              I only pay 117 i n this month because it's my original and previous plan. I don't used vodafone because network coverage issue. Many people call me but always said out of coverage area or switched off. But other network is working fine.

                              I think Vodafone is not serious for maintaining relationships with there customer. Soon I fill FIR against this fraud.

                                I have never activated this service and there has never been any message confirming that this service was ever activated on my account in the first place.
                                They are just looting money from people. Very cheap tactic from Vodafone. Their internet connectivity is bad anyways. This is high time I switch to another carrier.

                                  My prepaid mobile number ([protected]) is suspended without any intimation to me. This number I am using on my all accounts. I cannot do any bank transactions now. As I am currently in UK for few days I am not able to connect with Vodafone for this issue.

                                  How can someone suspend a number without asking the user.

                                  I tried to call customer care but not able to reach prepaid line.

                                  I asked one of my friend in India to check with Vodafone store then they told him that my number is suspended and if I want to activate it I will have to buy postpaid plan.

                                    My father inlaw, KPN was using postpaid number and he lost phone along with SIM. He made call to customer care n informed same asked them to block. Vodefone management changed their store to Secbad it's too far to us to reach as my father inlaw is too old. Customer care ppl didn't informed us about to submit disconnection of tht number request..etc Again getting calls regarding bill...we paid few bills..again getting calls regarding bill...finally we went to Vodafone store they said to close tht number we need to pay again 1000( if not we vil get every month bill)...we paid. Without using sim we paid nearly 8 months bill. Worst experience. Recently i hve visited regarding same issue...now they are telling tht number got actived bcoz few outing calls(not normal mobile no...5 digits calls). Actually may be their system mistake...tht number is not in use who vil use tht kind of calls...same i asked vodefone store employee..i was very angry n asked tht person to sent mail to concern dept...he sent mail. But still we are getting calls regarding bill.
                                    In this way Vodafone ppl making money from customers...I'm sharing my experience here to make aware of vodafone services.

                                    Got a call from customer care explained about our concern we paid 6 months bill for unused SIM...they said will discuss n let u know but still now positive response...BUT my complaint has been marked as Resolved... customer not satisfied but Vodafone satisfied without giving services taking money from customers

                                      Hi team,
                                      Since january 2020 vodafone has started a scam where they are deducting main balance from customer in name of some wap download. I have asked them to give details but they are never able to give me the details of download. And as per my mobile storage and site visit, i don't have any unauthorized music or media download in my mobile. This issue was resolved in feb mid when it was time to recharge my number. And all my amount (21, 49, 21, 49) was refunded back. And as soon as i recharge my unlimited pack again they started this deduction. Mostly user don't even realize there balance deduction as we have unlimited pack. And we are not informed about deduction via msg or we cannot even find the deduction details in the my voda app deduction history.

                                      Every time i complaint against this, i get a call from customer care saying they will not refund, and when i push it again they refund it. This whole process take around 2-3 week and by then again new deduction happens.

                                      Kindly take strict action against this.

                                      After providing them Screen shot of all my mobile download and browsing history and TRAI app screen shot they refunded 49 rs, and after few days again they deducted 49 RS.

                                        I have not subscribed for the games portal and still every month an amount of rs 35 is being deducted from my account balance. Why is this done?? Are the people working unaware of the whether the package is subscribed or not? Or is it simply looting the money? Earlier too the service of the toll free call is so very poor. I will be cancelling the connection very soon, coz the services are very unsatisfactory. Till i cancel my connection, i would request the issue of money being taken from my account balance for the games portal to be stopped. Hope the department takes some action on this request
