To whomsoever it may concern,
I am having cross connection issue. The number i called got connected to someone else also the text message i dropped was received by the other person. This is happening every time i try to connect to the person. This is disgusting as unintended person is getting my number.
Hope you solve the issue asap.

I found rs.10 balance deducted from.vodafobe phone prepaid balance. on calling customer care, they told the refund is not possible unless notified within 24. Hrs of deduction.How can I know if the balance got deducted unless there is a notification. This is not the first time. this has happened many times.

    I already irritated from your bogus Vodafone services. Daily my main balance reduced from your side. I want to refund my balance right now. No any reason accepted from your side. Five rupees are reduced then credit the balance immediately.

      I have given my number [protected] to change my billing cycle due yo some reason in vodafone costumer care number they say my billing cycle is changing but when i check after some days its shows still the same previous billing date and when i ask them why not to change billing date they say they can't, please help me.

        9 nov ko 100 rs 12 march ko 21 rs or 23 march ko 15 rs galat tarike se kate. Call karne pr kaha 1 hour me paise wapis aa jayenge. Lekin nahi aaye. Bar bar mere koi service activate kiye bina paisa kata jata h or wapis jama nahi kiya jata mere balance me rashi wapis jama kare.12 march ko money deduct hui lekin koi sms mere pass nahi aaya jab 13 ko balance check kiya to balance kam tha. Call kiya to jawab mila aapne 24 hours kr baad complain ki isliye wapis nahi milega or aapne hi ise download kiya tha.23 march ko 1.15pm pr games portal activate karne ka message aaya jabki us samay me so raha tha. Jab balance check kiya 15 rs kate gaye the. Call karne pr 1 hour me jams ki baat kahi lekin mama nahi hue uske baad company call nahi utha rahi h.9 november 2019 ko 100 rs kate gaye customer care pr call kiya to 10 november take call nahi laga chuki us din ram mandir kr decision ke karan mobile seva band thi. Jab phone laga to unhone 24 ghante ka rule batakr pause wapis jama nahi liye. Deduct money mere balance me jams ki jaye

          I recieved the claim process confirmation form national assrance company limited on 12th sept 2019, which was to convey that the refund of rs. 5647 has been initiated and amount will be credited to my account in 15 working days. A copy of email has been attached for your refence.

          It has been a 2 months and i still haven't recieved any refund in my account. I also called your customer care line twice, once last month, where i was informed that it will take another 15 days for the refund to complete due to issue at your end, and i called another time beginning of november, where i was informed the same with the time required as 10 more days. This issue is only gettinf delayed. Even the customer care executive did not agree to register my complaint. I am also not receiving any reponse on these emails.

          Now it has been 7 months... Still no response.. Worst company... Worst insurance worst services...

            Dear vodafone,

            I recharged rs. 249 for my vodafone prepaid mobile ([protected]) using onlinesbi yono app. But the recharge was not done and i even did not receive any mail or sms for this recharge while rs. 249 was deducted from sbi account. Transaction details as follows...

            Mob xxxxxx2520 is rchrgd for rs.249.00. Tid:uh[protected]Oper ref :[protected]). If not done, fwd this sms from rmn to [protected] to deact usrid or call [protected]

            I tried to contact 10 times to customer care
            Number but it didn't connect

            Please do the needful to get it corrected or return my money as early as possible.

              From yesterday afternoon my internet service stopped completely, no internet since yesterday and even not able to make a call also breakage in voice, not able to hear a single word properly, no internet, no calling facility i am getting from you people, worst connection, i have came across till date. What am i supposed to do, what the hell is happening, even your customer care service is also not responding, is this a joke to you people? Disgusting, i am facing lot of

                  I had used vodafone postpaid connection with number [protected] earlier along with my other phone number. Vodafone was mainly used for calling purpose. Later i moved on to a different connection provider. As i felt like i had not need for the vodafone connection, i called their customer service and requested them to discontinue the service as i no longer need it. They as usual tried to convince me to keep the connection but i denied the same. They told me that it will be done in a few days time. I stopped using the connection from the time i requested for the connection to be disconnected and confirmed the same with the customer representative. They took longer time than what was told to me to discontinue the same. Then after discontinuing the service, they started asking me to pay for the month when i had never used the connection. They had extended the connection irrespective of me telling them that i am not going to use it. I had to speak with more than a couple of representatives and after explaining things to them, they agreed that they will not charge me unnecessarily. Then after that i again received calls related to the same. I had to call them again related to the same and they assured that they are going to discontinue the number and the account. Now after over a year they are sending me emails almost every day threatening me to pay the amount or face legal consequences. They mentioned that they tried to reach me several times but i never received a single call from their end. All this for ₹352.82 that i was wrongly charged. An international brand going through this kind of pathetic false play is unacceptable

                      Got a message at 7.26pm saying they got a request from my end for caller tune activation which obviously i did not place and shortly afterwards service got activated and amount deducted from balance. Sent an email as customer support was not reachable due to covide situation maybe after multiple attempts. First time vodafone trying to cheat me... Trying to pay the agr dues by looting your loyal customers?

                        I am facing network issue for 4 weeks since last recharge of plan 399 rs. Against mobile no. +91 [protected]
                        There is lot of work pending of mine. I have tested this network in many ways.
                        1) downloading speed is very very poor. It takes lots of time in downloading even a single tik-tok video or pdf file.
                        2) for video it takes hours to complete download.
                        3) unable to upload video such as watsapp video status or other social media service.
                        4) there is no clear voice call. Sometimes call become dissconnect. Even while talking to customer care executive.
                        5) unable to do video call. If i want to do video conferencing vodafone is baddest.
                        6) gaming experience is wrost. I tried on pubg, every time it says "server connection lost please check the data connection".
                        7) executives of vodafone doesnt help me. I had complaint them about half of dozen.

                        Recharge of rs 48 not reflected in my mobile no [protected] though money deducted from my axis account. recharge was done of 18.03.2020 through axis mobile apps.

                        Kindly resolve the issue.

                          Be vodafone india sala randi, madarchod land fatika, tum madarchod ko kitni bar complain karni network. Sala tum gand fatika randi ki ollad, bhosadchod, bhosdiwala bhosdika, tum madarchod ko to koi kam hota nahi h. To ek kam to kara, pura din randi ki tarrah gand mara raho h. Fir bhi tum randi ki logo ko kuch solution nahi niklata h. Land madarchod, randi sala badava. Tum tumari maa chodana tina paise l to h. Sala bhosadchod loda choosa sabka.

                              Vodafone india deducted 6 rupees per day for value added service. When tried deactivating through ivr it didn't work. Customer care says that it doesn't work for android phones. When i asked when the vas was activated, they say that is activated through wap application. We haven't activated it and when i asked why was such message or call comes to customers asking to subscribe to service, there wasn't no propper answer. Many people doesn't know such message or call and press some number which result in money getting deducted without they using it. By default such message or call to subscribe to service to be disabled by default and customer can ask for it when needed.

                                Few days back i have created a complaint about poor data connection with vodafone. Here is the complaint number - 4-[protected]. After i raised the complaint, customercare person said that they need to set up a tower in this area and they can not tell how long it will take. We had an argument on that as they can not give any timeline to this task. And now they have completely deactivated my connection. It is showing cross to all bars, not incoming outgoing calls, no sms. If i call my number from another phone, it says not number not active.
                                My question is if your customer is not happy with your service, do you deactivate their number completely? Are you allowed to do that?

                                  I applied for broadband connection of you broadband and also paid amount of 4000 for the same the employee (Nisha rajput) who gave me all details about the plan, through which i completed the online transaction assured me that the connection will be available within 2-3 days as i was in real urgency of internet connection, now she is not responding to any of my messages nor calls. I am really fed up of calling customer care numbers that says they will send their engineers but its been more than 5 days now, this is too much i would take some harsh decision if my query is not attended with immediate concern.

                                      I inspector arun kumar singh presently serving in bsf. On dated 07/02/2017 an fir was registered against her under section 509 ipc. Sir/ madam we has provided all suitable document to police that on this period mrs. Kusumlata was using this number, but police is supporting her and repeatly providing fake data/details to court and submitting some other data in place of real. The io si vikramjeet of dabri ps is openly supporting her. We complaint in all channel but no one listening to us. Its my hearty request to you pls provide data of january and feb of 2017 and owner details. I know its against urs policy but plse help me by providing this deatils.

                                        Vodafone service nt good.. Any time any were any place... It's re diculace and very eritating.., i'm calling lots of time any number but nt connecting... Must be time for waiting 1/2 to 1hrs... And must think is data services auto matic detect on your mobile. And with out information with out sms direct deduct... And customer care member nt convincing properly to me... He all ways said balance finish... Such a bad service.
