I want to draw your kind attention to the following fact.
Recently i lost my mobile phone which was containing a vodafone prepaid sim.
Accordingly i went to my nearest vodafone mini store at 24/68, jessore road airport, gate no. 1, kolkata airport quarters, motilal colony, rajbari, dum dum, kolkata, west bengal 700028 for a duplicate sim.
But i was told by the store people that i have to take one postpaid sim because there is no other option. I was not interested in postpaid connection as it is much costlier than prepaid. But the store fellow was continuously insisting me to take postpaid sim.
As a result i got very much disappointed and left the store and went to a retailer shop and the shop owner solved my problem within 10 minutes.
This type of customer service is unexpected from vodafone store. I think thec reputation of vodafone ultimately suffers due to this type o[censored]nproffessional attitude.

Yesterday I have received OTP from unknown no. 17863 on my Vodafone Number. I have not requested for any services, neither I was online from last 10 Hours. I don't know If someone is misusing my Number.
You are kindly requested to look into this issue.
