Sir actually I am using vodafone red plan @299 this month accidently by clicking at some link online It lead to sending messages to some foreign numbers which cost me an increase in my bill by 150 rupees
I request a waiver in my bill for the excess amount as it was accidentally done and would promise not to repeat the same mistake again

    I have been facing trouble some due to an unknown vodafone number - [protected] is disturbing me through voice call and bad messages. I dont the person who he is. So i requesting you to show all details of this number like name, address, location, imei number of that mobile on an emmediate basis.
    If i not get the valuable requirement, i will contact to trai because i dont want to hassas due to a fake caller.

      Karnataka, india registered cell number [protected] has been disabled suddenly. After replacing with new sim it doesn't work out. Then got to know from karnataka based vodafone store that number has been disabled as i failed to recharge with service pack, but continuously without fail i do recharge with unlimited pack.
      Done recharge on - 16th feb, 2020 with 599.00 pack
      Number inactivated on - 26th feb, 2020.
      1. Why it has been disabled without notice?
      2.599.00 pack - used only 10 days. How do you compensate that amount?

      Whenever I dial this number, it gives me the options and then the line gets disconnected.
      Any number I dial for Vodafone, tells me to dial this number. But what is the point of redirecting customers to this number, if it just gets disconnected?
      Does vodafone want to hang up on all it's customers?

        I had a basic phone with 199rs plan which i meant for basic calls, and on sept 2019 cycle the plan seems to be automatically upgraded to 399rs and they have added a 150rs discount, which made me not to realise the change in the plan. This time i saw a amount more than 300rs then i realised that something wrong and when i started verifying the plan has been upgraded to 399rs without my consent. I am really disappointed with the customer care response too. This is really bad from vodafone that hidding the information, this is not the first time i had similar problem with my mothers phone too.

            I want to draw your kind attention to the following fact.

            Recently i lost my mobile phone which was containing a vodafone prepaid sim.

            Accordingly i went to my nearest vodafone mini store at 24/68, jessore road airport, gate no. 1, kolkata airport quarters, motilal colony, rajbari, dum dum, kolkata, west bengal 700028 for a duplicate sim.

            But i was told by the store people that i have to take one postpaid sim because there is no other option. I was not interested in postpaid connection as it is much costlier than prepaid. But the store fellow was continuously insisting me to take postpaid sim.

            As a result i got very much disappointed and left the store and went to a retailer shop and the shop owner solved my problem within 10 minutes.

            This type of customer service is unexpected from vodafone store. I think thec reputation of vodafone ultimately suffers due to this type o[censored]nproffessional attitude.

              I have registered my complaint 4 months back. And i have made several complaints as well on same issue. Also i had already made the advance payment in the month of november which has not been updated in my records for which i already made the request. Irrespective of which vodafone have suspended my services.

              I registered my complaint 4 months back and made 10-12 follow up complaints regarding same. The matter still remains unresolved every time i was promised that my complaint was resolved within 48 hours. Everytime false commitment from vodafone, now vodafone pushing customer further by forcing me to make payment to restore services without resolving the issue.in between vodafone restricted my outgoing calls from month of january.

              This is how #vodafonebusiness work and covering their losses, by fetching money from customers in an ethical way.

Sales person said to contact billing department and billing department to contact 198 or 199. Both these number is not having any direct discussion platform.                     Its very irritating to me, after so many discussion and complaint, person from vodafone is no resolving my issues. Even after login a complaint, they just closed it without any discussion after few days.
                    Finally after all, i were tried to port out from vodafone. Then suddenly getting call to resolve the issue. Even after that issue remain same.

                    However after that i tried to reach at vodafone customer care no, that also not responding, finally after long hold, call got disconnected automatically.

                    I don't know how to get it resolve.

                      This my vodafone app by vodafone india does not show my secondary balance it always shows my balance as zero. The only way to check my balance is by dialling *111# then navigating to to viewing my balance. The app has no use other than recharging. Why vodafone has kept main balance and secondary balance different what is the difference between main balance and secondary balance is not clear.

                        On 13th March 2020 i found tht vodafone has deducted a one month charge for a typical callertune from my.balance which.i had not requested. Similar thing happened 3 months ago which i thought i must have done some mistake. Even if I kerp a balance of about 100rs it gets deducted for these kind of sevices which i havent registered or requested.

                            Hi,

                            I've a prepaid connection of vodafone and facing currently the balance deduction issue from vodafone.

                            Vodafone deduct rs.21 from my main balance every 20 days. When called to customer executive about the deduction, they say that, "i'm using some online games and download the games".

                            But i told them its not possible, a don't play games and the deduction is not valid. I told them i don't have even any games installed on my mobile, still vodafone deducts the amount.

                            Vodafone even don't intimate me about the amount deductions and my balance is reduced from rs. 220 to rs. 40 now (13th-march-2020).

                            Vodafone is not even giving me any details of the deductions and the deductions are not even displayed in the vodafone apps history section.

                            Need help if someone could help me stop this deduction from vodafone.

                              I have been a vodafone karnataka user since last 10+ years.
                              Since last 5-6 months, the service has been horrible especially @ koramangala area (My office location).
                              Every now and then, the range keeps on going.
                              Even though it shows 4g, i can't even downlaoad a whatsapp pic.
                              Its high time vodafone fix this issue.

                                Hi,

                                My working location is in 1st/3rd blocks koramangala, bangalore.
                                The internet service is very poor in this area from vodafone.
                                I have checked with other colleagues who have vodafone sim.
                                Though it says 4g on all phones, the speed is very bad and it wont even download normal whatsapp messages.

                                Past few months it is like this from vodafone india.
                                It happens irrespective of prepaid or postpaid connection.

                                    sim not yet activated after porting from airtel

                                    Worst customer service. I ported my number from airtel to vodafone and that's the biggest mistake i ever did in my life.

                                    All required documents submitted. Cleared previous bill of airtel too. Even then my sim didn't got activated. When contacted customer service they said to collect bill from airtel gallery and submit to vodafone gallery. Which i did and was told that within half n hour the sim will get activated. But it didn't...

From last three days you are telling me that there was no call recording of 04-feb-2020 then from where you now find the call recording of that, let me listen a call recording may be you are telling a lie.

                                      ♤ agent offer me the plan of 199.
                                      ♤ I want the plan what he offered me on recorded call.
