My vodafone number is [protected]. On 25th february 2020, some kind of vas service was activated on my number without my cinsent and an amount of rs. 21 was deducted from my main balance.
I trued to contact vodafone complain number 198 but they denied the refund.
As per trai rule any telecom service provider can not activate such services and deduct balance without consent of the customer.

Hi, i am facing the vodafone network issues pertaining to call drops, sudden voice and data disruptions very frequently. I am residing in bagalore, the technology hub of india but services are such poor even a smallest rural town would be better than this. Even 2-3 times in bangalore, whole vodafone network was suspended for few hours without prior intimation.

He cannot help for query talk to person whom request bis given over and above customer cannot ask him what he is doing at counter where he standing and store manager came and apologize for his behaviour is this service vodafone give and customer expects from vodafone. I got the message from vodcare to submit the documents on 25/02/2020 and on 26/02/2020 i submitted the documents but still it got deactivated. I have to go through interview calls. Physical address verification for 4 new connections are pending and no one has visited yet.

I cannot answer to calls because of the nature of job I am in to.

The only time I can answer to calls is after 6pm or on sat/sun.

Customer care is not at all helpful and is unaware of the process. I am asked to visit the store instead.

Make filter available for this and i am literate so can search and tell tou. But there are 50 % population is farming community. How they check on internet, if thre information stolen then this become obstacle in digital india initiative....

I have been trying to close my vodafone number and informed many times on customer service but they don't disconnect instead ask me to visit the store which i am not able to as there is no store available in the vicinity. Every time they generate a bill i ask them to close the account but the call centre people are very rude and adamant not to close it. Please close my account asap...

I am in need of the history of my incoming and outgoing call history from 1st february 2020 till 22nd feb 2020 of my vodafone number.

I am using vodafone prepaid connection. As and when required i do a prepaid recharge. The issue is that now vodafone maintains two accounts for one prepaid number. One account showing main balance and another dedicated account showing recharge balance.

We’re facing too much network issue. My house is infront of a railway station, still things doesn’t work properly. We hold 5 voda numbers within the home. Earlier we’ve complained and it was informed that complete network throttle is issued, but no effect whatsoever. If this cannot be fixed, we’ll shift to another network, that is the last option....
