Dear sir / madam,

As per the agreed terms and conditions of customer agreement form (Caf) signed by you,

To provide cellular telephony service, we have provided the said services to you on cellular

Phone no.888xxxxxx, bearing account id no 74831120, as provided for in the caf, you had agreed to pay our monthly bills as on or before the due date of bills and if in default therein, you have agreed to pay interest thereon. However you have failed to keep your commitments and not paid us the outstanding amount on time. Due to this default in payment of rs. 708/- you are not entitled for our services.

Thereafter on repeated requests, reminders and personal demands by our representatives, you have not paid the said overdue amount on your account, even today.

You are now hereby called upon to make the payment of the outstanding amount of rs.708 /- within 3 days from the receipt this notice.

Please treat this as the final notice giving you an opportunity to pay the money due to us, failing which, we will be constrained to take civil and criminal legal action against you in the court of law for recovery of our dues along with penal interest @ 2% per month from the due date till realization of the entire amount, which please note.

    I have recharge my vodafone no. [protected] dated 08/03/2020 online and shown successfully recharged rs, 199 in mobile, whereas call not possible and neither internet services available. After several times call also no response from the service provider.
    I am surprised how this type of companies business in india.

    Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

      Vodafone has slapped a charge of rs 594 (+ taxes equaling total charge of over rs 800) for a call on number 53516 as per the latest bill generated on 1st mar for number [protected].
      When i called up vodafone regarding this charge, customer care representative told me that this call was made on 6th feb for 66 min. I was also told that this is a train inquiry number.
      Nowadays, even calls made abroad don't charge this much.
      I would like to clarify that no such call was ever made in reality.
      This is some kind of fraud. Who will make a 66 min call on train enquiry??
      Hope i get some resolution of my complaint.

      Hello,
      I did receive call from Vodafone. However,
      no resolution provided. Concern still remains. I clarified during the discussion that no such call on number 53516 was made and the charge needs to be revoked.
      This loss of trust on Vodafone!!
      Extremely disappointed with Vodafone. Never expected this from Vodafone.
      What do we do next? Should I just pay the bills and port all my 4 numbers to other operator?

      It's 3 days since I responded on Vodafone's response. I still expect Vodafone to reverse the charge in my bill for a call on so called special number 53516.
      I have time and again clarified that this number was not called by us and we don't accept this incorrect charge.

      I have my some Vodafone numbers active from over 18-19 years and it seems it's only me that still wants to honor this relationship!!
      It's very disheartening that there's no further response from Vodafone on this issue.
      I can wait till this Friday and beyond which, I would be putting in a request to port my numbers to other operator!!

        Hi,
        My vodafone sim card has (0.14) and a recharge of 599 means unlimited local std calls and 1.5 data per day upto 84 days, and after some days of recharge, when i called to someone, it said that you are not eligible to call due to negative balance, when i seen my balance it was (-188.88), i called to customer care they told me that its due to mms you sent to some one and i said how cam i send mms to someone if i don't have any balance in my sim, and they started talking trash and started giving me illogical reasons, and on next day it increased and gone to (-191.38) and i haven't send any mms.

          Sir i am purchased two vodafone postpaid numbers[protected] & [protected]. At the time of purchase the same numbers company executive said after three months number coverted in to prepaid. But now visited again & again they not responsed to me. I am twice deposited the advance bill but number still not converted in to prepaid. I am working in goverment job so its not possible me to visit again & again. They harassing me. Request you to please do the needful.

I was paying to someone through paytm unfortunately rs.8000/- transferred to vodafone bill account for which i complain several time to vodafone for return this but never heard my voice. At last i decided to move on by porting my number to jio. Even after porting of 2 months my balance amount of rs.6800/- is not refunded till now.

              Date 10th Nov '2019 Transaction id [protected], Amount transferred Rs. 8000/- .i requested through several complaints C003-[protected] to refund my money but i was refused that amount will be regularly deducted through monthly bills . For which i requested to port my number and pay my balance amount which is reflected in last bill Rs. 6209 which i have to owe from vodafone. See the screen shot of invoice attached herewith. It clearly reflect that vodafone is having bad intention to return my money and trying to steel my money .Definitely if it is not returned within 48 Hrs i'll suit a case in consumer court with all the evidences including defamation claim.               As few minutes back i received a mail that you had transferred Rs. 8000/- to my account is completely fake statement .I'm attaching herewith Bank account statement through which payment had been made on 10th Nov'19 and expected reversal into the same account but nothing is reversed but yes a false entry is definitely tried to reflect by you here without any supporting transaction details .Its an height of lying with the customers and false try to loot the money .

                We have about 250+ corporate group connections with vodafoneidea. However, we suffer heavy financial losses as network was intermediately available at our office building in spite of having a booster at our building. We have made repetitive attempts to reach out to concerned authorities on following dates.

                Email send dates - 20/02/2020, 09/01/2020, 11/12/2019, 07/11/2019, 02/07/2019, 07/06/2019, 28/03/2019, 11/03/2019, 30/05/2018, 21/03/2018, 20/02/2018, 18/11/2017, 12/08/2017. From [protected]@kalabiz.com

                Various meeting were held by vodafoneidea with concerned authorities on time to time basis still our complaint was not resolved permanently till date. This has left us with no choice but to take our business away from vodafoneidea.

                It was disappointing to say that no efforts were taken from your side to give us timely resolution and ease out our growing problems. We are left with no option but to take the legal action.

                  Today i was checking my balance and found out that my balance is less, so i checked my last deductions and found about vodafone rs 1 store deducted my balance. It is not first time they did these types of deductions in the past. I just don't know who activates these services in my phone, though i am the only person who use it. I have activated dnd, so i don't get any call about useless things, but still they deduct my balance. When i last time called vodafone executive, there he told that i can't activate any service other than caller tune even if i try to do so, so no balance will be deducted for next 6 months, and now it's not even one month, they again deducted, my vodafone no.                         Subsequent to loss of my mobile with vodafone no [protected] (Pre-paid), i had approached vodafone store at saltlake sector-5, kolkaata. They had taken rs.100/- and issued me a duplicate sim on 02.03.2020. They informed that the sim can be activated after 2-hours.

                        I have inserted the given sim and tried to activate but there is no result yet. Made mail complain to vodafone in their customercare. But no reply came neither could the sim got activated.

                        As this sim is very important, kindly advise vodafone to do needful urgently

                          I am Sukant Dev (Mobile Number # 941****362), a vodafone postpaid customer since July 2016. My number was deactivated on 29.02.2020.

                          Due to extremely poor network coverage in my residential area since last 3 months I tried to do MNP. But the UPC code would not generate quoting "There are subsisting contractual agreements with service provider. "Though I had cleared all outstanding dues. A week later on 29.02.2020 my vodafone number was deactivated without any prior Intimation. I contacted customer care & I was told to visit nearest Vodafone Store.

                          I visited vodafone store on 29.02.2020 and I was told that my number had been deactivated under DoT Policy. I was further told by Vodafone executive at store that my number was being used for Tele Marketing. It is pertinent to mention that, this is my personal mobile number and I am employed at a PSU. I asked him to check my call records and he could not find more than 4-5 call per day from my number. Next I was told that my documents were not sufficient. After more than 4 years of being post-paid customer i am told that my documents at the time of CAF were not sufficient??!!!

                          I requested to activate my number and the vodafone executive assured me that the number will get activated by evening of 29.02.2020. I visited the store again on evening of 29.02.2020 and I was told that it will be done on 02.03.2020. On 02.03.2020 I was told by the vodafone store that your number will be created from a different store. I communicated the store and since 02.03.2020 they have been delaying and postponing the process.
                          Literally I am being harassed by Vodafone executives, firstly that my number has been blocked without any prior intimation & justification & secondly that my number is not being reactivated for unjustified reasons.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,

                            This is about my vodafone number +91 [protected]. These days i am in muscat, oman. Earlier my international roaming was working and suddenly i noticed before 2 months the networks are out of range in oman. I have contacted vodafone customer care several times but still my problem is not getting solved.

                            I have done every necessary step on the request of vodafone customer care such as
                            "to activate vodafone roaming: yes it is already activated",
                            "to recharge the mobile: yes, i did the recharge for 3-4 times on their request for more than inr 348/-".
                            "to search the manual networks and select 'omantel': but i found only and only omantel (Forbidden) then they asked to select that forbidden network, sorry to say it was again not connecting".
                            "to keep the network setting on 2g, 3g or 4g and try with automatic network selection: i did all the steps but nothing is working."

                            I did a complaint to appellate authority, nodal office also but not getting any response from them. Their executive promised me that i will get the recharged amount back to my account if they will not be able to solve the issue. Not i need my money back and want to sue vodafone for the loss which i had due to non working of their sim card as it was aligned with my bank account and i have several liabilities to pay the bills.

                            Please provide any solution to all my problems with vodafone. I need my connection to be working or my money to be refunded. After that i'll port my connection to any other network service provider and register a court case against vodafone for the harassment.

                              I've had random amounts being deducted from my account, rs 49 and then a few days later rs 14 which i've been told are for vas. I've not applied for any vas services that i am aware of but vodafone are refusing to refund the deducted amount citing that "the service had been activated through the flash link on your number". I have no idea what this means or how the service was ever activated.

                              I have asked for details on what exactly the above means and exact dates and times of when these services were activated as i'm am 100% sure they were not activated by me.

                              I don't mind paying for services that i've asked for but deductions like this are plain and simple deceitful and theft of credit from my account.

                              Just to add that I am currently in the UK, the SIM is with me in the UK and isn’t in a phone which is why I don’t understand how a VAS was able to switched on and how this happened and enabled. Also the reply I’ve had back suggests that I somehow enabled this service, how is it possible to do this? You are looking at this issue as I’ve already lodged a query in the service numbers posted above. I would like Rs49 and Rs14 refunded as soon as possible as my current balance as a result of the deductions is now only Rs7.81.

                              How can I do that? I’d rather not post my phone numbers or email address on a public forum. The service numbers I’ve given above are service request numbers, can they not be used to get my details. I’ve now had a reply from your complaints department, they’ve stated that “ This service was activated on 24-Feb-2020 at 07:25:27 am (IST) and deactivated on 04-Mar-2020 by us as per your request” The extra Rs 14 that was deducted was also part of this service. As I said above, the SIM was last used when I was in India last August and the SIM is currently with me in the UK and has not been put into a phone since it was last used in India in August.

                              Vodafone are saying to me that at 1:55am UK time, that I must have put the a SIM in a phone, got a pop up to activate the VAS to which I then clicked Yes? Why would I do this at that sort of time in the morning, especially since I have no need to use the SIM and also because I know that doing this would incur international roaming charges?

                              I say once again, the SIM has not been used, Vodafone should be able to confirm when it was last used and that I did not activate any such VAS which is why I am requesting that the charges of Rs 49 and Rs 14 be credited back to my account. I would also like an explanation of how enabling of this service could be done without my consent or permission.

                                I stay in lajpat nagar 1 delhi pin 110024.. I have recently shifted from madhya pradesh to delhi.. There is no network coverage at all in my locality... All my registered otp comes to this no. Which never reaches on time.. I have another no. Too & it works perfectly fine.. And my husband too is facing same problem.. We have thought of mnp to be opted but this won't solve the problem to so many customer living in delhi

                                  A plan change resulted in a wrong charge against my phone number. The plan change was initiated and on dec 7, lodged a complaint in the vodafone store.

                                  Till date, i get recovery calls, threatening to block my number / make it inactive for no fault of mine. I have been to the store at least 50 times in 3 months and have been following up on calls and emails. Each visit to the store costed me a 30 min of my office hours.

                                  It is a mental torture to explain my case to each and every call and despite being promised action, nothing happens.

                                  Absolute lack of coordination amongst vodafone employees and customer harassment is at its peak. Mails to mr. Maqbool khan are not acknowledged. Mr ravindra dubey (Store manager) at the malad store mentions that i wont receive any collection call and that he has registered the above complaint number. And mr. Siddhesh ghadigaonkar from collections has been threatening to close my number.

                                  All the three above have been emailed multiple times and still no action has been taken.

                                  I have been a vodafone customer for over 20 years and expect this issue to be resolved at the earliest

                                    My vodafone number [protected] hasn't been in use for more than 2 years because the sim got damaged and was thrown away.in spite of the fact that there is no active sim on my number i have received a bill of 360 rupees because of a vas service activated fraudulently by someone at vodafone.

                                    I wish to lodge a formal complaint to noida cyber cell because vodafone has fraudulently shown usage on a non-active sim unless these charges are reversed.

                                    I had done recharge if 379rs on 4th feb 2020 for 3 months validity and 98rs recharge for data on 19th feb 2020. Today the recharge was done by mistake of 49rs. As i already have 3 months plan i want to cancel the last reacharge done

                                      All time write error 0x5 on my disply.
                                      I recharge my vodafone number 49rs. Via sbi app on 17th feb . But the recharge has not been done and money from my account has been deducted . The sbi app show recharge has been successful . Kindly help regarding this issue .

                                        I got the network issues since long time for my vodafone mobile number
                                        Mentioned above.
                                        Network issues still not resolved yet. So i tried to port my number, and for that i did sms to 1900 for getting upc port code, but message sent failed, i tried several times but still it got failed, i visited vodafone customer care store twice they told everything is fine from our end, so now i got frustrated, who will going to provide me the upc code.

                                        Request you to please provide me the upc port code for my mentioned mobile number.
