This is to inform that last month vodafone changes my postpaid plan without my permission/intimation which resulted in higher bill. I reached out to customer care and they insisted that the change was made from my side however this is not the case. After a long conversation customer care executive agree to wave off only 235 instead of extra plan charges. Further customer care executive also said that Redex plan need to be continued for 6 months otherwise 3000 penalty will be charged.

This is not at all expected and acceptable from vodafone being a vintage user. My existing plan was 299 and i still wanted to continue the same and I want additional charges need to be wave off in next month bill.

This month I will only pay Rs352 as per my previous plan only

      Hi,

      I did a number portability to Airtel from Vodafone on date April2021. There is some amount pending from Vodafone as a final settlement. It's been more than an year and multiple complaints and follow-ups with the Vodafone to issue the refund cheque and I have still not received my refund amount. VI team says we have refunded the cheque and Store says we have not received it, This kind of drama is going on from several months. It's not customer's responsibility to follow up with Vodafone and their own store for the refund cheque . I'm really frustrated with the kind of response I'm getting. I want to raise a complaint against them and request a way to take action against them.

            Dear customer care,

            Im a subscriber of vodafone chennai. i have left chennai and came to chhattisghar. I want to disconnect my number.Please advise the procedures theat needs to be taken to disconnect the existing number.I will not be able to travel to chennai to get this procedure completed.Please advise the best possible way to get this done from my place in rajnandgaon chhattisghar .Looking forward for your call/Help.

              Vodafone Idea (VI) is deducting money unnecessarily without customer consent. It happened many times, recently they charged Rs.5 for some access to 'Contakt Gaming'. It has been a frequent issue and the customer care hardly accepts its their fault, they only say that I must've clicked on something even though i am pretty sure none of that has happened.

              I requested a refund but no response, please escalate this issue asap since this is not the first ever case as i have notice in this forum.

                    Vodafone has been harrassing me for a bill paymnet of Rs 542.35. I paid this exact amount on May 10 and I have evidence. Yet they claim this amount is from 3 -4 years ago however they have no evidence of what time period this bill is for. I have paid all my bills on time as can be seen from my history and yet they have been harrassing me with calls and messages to pay this amount but have no bill to show me or any evidence of what this money is for. This is absolutely ridiculous and I want them to immediately stop this.

                      Respected Sir / Mam,

                      My name is Bhargav Shah. Earlier I was using an Airtel Postpaid number with a family plan with a child number. Last month I got a call from an executive of "H R Enterprise" which is a mini store located at No 11, Ground Floor, Sumel 6, Jupiter Mill Compound, Block G Dudheshwar Ahmedabad, Gujarat - 380004 India. They offered me Rs.700/- fix billing for lifetime with a family plan for my both numbers. And also offered a joining gift of bluetooth headset. I have checked the offer and I have switched over to " Vi " for better experience and services. I have confirmed the billing amount 2-3 times with the executive and she has given me the confirmation that Rs. 700/- will be my billing per month with gst amount.

                      Today 23/07/2022 I got my first bill for the period of 23/06/2022 to 21/07/2022 (which is less than 30 days) of Rs. 769.84/-. Which is beyond 700/- and which is for 28 days. I requested " H R Enterprise" by calling on "[protected]" to check the issue and to resolve the same. I got a call from " H R Enterprise - Billing department" from "[protected]" and she has asked me to pay this bill. They will apply a 25% discount (which was offered at the time of selling the service) from the next bill. I asked her to adjust the same from the first bill as they have committed to me but she denied and said that that is not possible. I told her that I will make a complaint regarding this against the agency in vodafone company but she said that " thats ok but I can not apply such an offer from this billing. You have to bear this amount."

                      Here I am making a list of all issues for better understanding:
                      1) I have not received what they offered at the time of sale.
                      2) They are not ready to solve the issue and ask me to bear this amount without my fault.

                      This is to request you to please look into this and try to solve the issue as this agency is making fools of the people and this is my request to you to conduct an investigation regarding their services to customers.

                      I am feeling cheated from such a reputed operator.

                      We expect a really ethical way of doing business from you.

                        Fake charges of VAS - Downloads

                        Hi, Same case with me, VI has added VAS for Downloads of 150INR for no reason. I have a plan of 399Rs. I have not subscribed to any service like this. Why would I pay for downloads. I am already paying for Internet where download is free. I want correct bill for the month of June ( Paid) & July or else I won't pay. While I called Customer service. Agent Ankit mentioned he is aware of this issue but systems are down....

                          VI - SIM Verification Call Dropping Problem

                          I got a new Vi sim card yesterday. I was told that the sim will be activated within 2 hours and then I have to dial 59059 for tele verification. I have been trying for more than 9 hours but upon dialing 59059, the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. There are network bars showing on my phone for the sim, but I am not being able to get through to 59059 for tele verification...

                            I haven't activated any games portal in my phone.. I had recharged my number few days back and it had more than rs. 100 as balance and now the balance is rs.5.25. Your customer care is the worst service i have come across.. Im never able to contact your executive for any of my complaints.. If this goes on, i'll need to port my sim.. Deactivate the games portal as soon as possible.

                                  My late father had a VI connection of which sim was lost and blocked after. I went to the VI store to get it activated they said I have to give a letter requesting to transfer of ownership of the number and his Death Certificate, ID, etc, after arranging after more than a month I went to the VI store at Park Street and their they said I had to upgrade the plan from 399 to 699 family plan in order to get the number activated, having no options I agreed to it and then they took my ID and told me to wait, it took more than 2 and half hours for them to register the number to my name then asked for my spare phone to activate the number and kept with him for a good 40 mins or so and then they gave me a second phone number to my name which I never needed and told me to pay 299 for which I asked I do have a security deposit of six month's worth to which they said it cannot be used and will be refunded via Check so I paid and just wanted to go home and I went to get one connection got two I mean I already have an Airtel number and this VI number is second so no point of have third number when I just want to keep my Dad's number as a spare for if someone didn't knew about his passing calls.

                                  I came back home around 8:45 from the store and tried to call customer care and explan the whole story and get the third numberb disconnected, the agent said they have raised the complain and will be resolved 2 to 4 weeks, I kept the phone and then called next morning to check on the complain number but their was no complain to my amusement so I told him to raise a disconnection request and this time I noted down the complain number and the funny thing is to get disconnected I have to wait 9 days for the request to be processed now imagen if new connection took that much time. Anyways now the third connection got disconnected and I have received a bill for that number its not much but considering I never wanted to have that number is a little annoying.

                                  Now my father's number I can't use to talk to anyone as calls keep dropping, I'll port to Airtel.

                                  I would like to get my VI connection to work and extra bill to be cancelled and somthing should be done to stop this kind of grievance from happening again woth anyone.

                                    I was being followed by Vodafone for a Mobile Bill of amount Rs. 597.41, which is completely fake. I was undertaking the service from Voda & ported out to Idea cellular clearing all the previous bills. Now Voda is asking again to pay a bill of the said amount and not in the position to clarify of the same. After asking about the bill, they said since I have ported my no., they will not give any bill.
                                    Now please guide what should I do? The Company wants money without any reason (Unable to produce an Invoice) & threatening for lea-gal actions for not paying the same.
