Hi,

I have some network related problems in our area, for which i had raised a complaint. I have no response from vodafone end. So could anyone of guys let me know the procedure to go ahead with filling of rti and whom to submit and other details. We are around 40 -50 people using vodafone. Now we are thinking of porting to other network with better service, try to solve this. Reply as soon as possible.

I have activated a caller tune, however it always start with advertise asking caller to press any button to copy caller tune.

How can I get rid of this advertise.

    My wife was using vodafone postpaid simcard from march 2019 to june 2019. In june 2019 we've moved to prepaid from postpaid in vodafone only with recharge of first recharge including 3 month recharge in advance. Suddenly on 2nd july network was out of connectivity/ no coverage. We called to CUSTOMER CARE from my number and these vodafone people are saying that she was not using simcard from long time, so they deactivated. How is it possible, we're constantly using the simcard on regular basis, infact she has only one number. then after we went to nearest CUSTOMER CARE, where no one is responding us well. after waiting of 1 hour they told it's deactivated permanently and yeah they dont know even any reason. We went to other store of vodafone, even they also told us the same. Next store people said us to come next day to talk with manager and we can have the same number again but no any money will be back. All we have to give again for any new recharges, i said "seriously"!! what a disgusting poor service of vodafone. We were really angry with this matter and we dont know where we shall go and complaint for any one. Once again i would say when we had CALL ON CUSTOMER CARE for complaints on 198 number, they litterally disconnected our calls. everytime that same sentence was on call " all calls are recorded for security purpose" why they never use it while customer is correct and their people are ###.

    3rd July 2019 recharged amount of 199 through vodafone app but the recharged wasn't done instead money was deducted from my account.

      July 01, 2019 i have changed my postpaid services to prepaid. Postpaid sim got deactivated, new sim was not activated till now. I have done tel-verification still i am not able to do outgoing&incoming calls. From last 2 days i am roaming to aecs layout vodafone store they are behaving very rude to me. Particularly staff name - raju is behaving like rowdy. He is not maintaining series in resolving the issue. He is feeling like a head-master to the store. He is resolving tokens on his wish.

        Vodafone team,

        1.
        I will be paying up for the plan i opted for and for which i was informed. I had very clearly discussed my itinerary with the executive who explained me all the details for the international roaming pack before opting for the same.
        2.
        The plan covered monaco city and i have been still charged for the internet usage in that city with huge amount. If there were issues with the network in that particular city, i should have been informed about it before hand.
        3.
        Also without any intimation or my consent my credit limit was increased to a limit to bring up my bill to the huge amount you guys are asking for.

        Ps: i will be paying for the monthly rental and the the additional roaming pack for which i opted for, nothing more than that. I want this issue to be resolved asap and i will clear the above stated amount as soon as you give me a confirmation on the same. Or consider this as my last communication before filing the case in the consumer forum and will also claim for the damages your company is causing by blocking calls on my number. This is a clear case of extortion and will file the same.

        M/s Vodafone…

        Dear Sir,

        I have a post paid conncetion in my name with Vodafone with no. [protected]. The credit limit of this no. is Rs 6000/- which was fixed by you after my consent when I took the connection on…...For my foreign travel in….I called your customer executive for activation ofinternational roaming pack. I told your customer care executive about my travel plan.

        2. ​Your customer care executive offered me 5999/- pack which is valid for 28 days. I asked him is the plan unlimited. He said no and suggested me to activate 3999/- for 10 days which has unlimited calls and data pack available for the same.

        3.​I asked him I am travelling for 15 days, so how would I manage to take 10 days plan, then he said you can activate same plan twice 3999/- after 10 days for next 5 days.

        4.​I requested to activate plan for 14th June. And he that he took my request for to activate my plan from mytravel date, 14th June.

        5.​Due to some issues in Turkish airline. I had to travel on 13th June. So I called Customer care again and asked customer care executive to activate my plan from 13th June itself. He informed that as your plan is already activated for 14th June. We have to deactivate first and after half an hour you can call again and get the plan activated again. I did the same and my plan got activatedform 13th June 2019.

        6.​After 2 days on…. When I was in France my services were barred by you. I was neither able to make or receive calls nor use data network anywhere. You people cannot image how harassed and insecure I felt without a working phone in a foreign land where I had no other means for communication with any one and where language was a big problem. I was travelling with my sister and was not able to communicate with her or contact my family in India and vice Versa.
        6.1​You have really spoilt my vacation. As while I was there but I could not relaxed. Every second I was feelinginsecure with a fear or getting lost or separated from my sister. Once I got seoerated from my sister neither could I contact her nor my sister could contact me as my incoming was also barred.

        6.2​I have been extremely harassed by VODAFONE. And still I am being harassed as outgoing from my phone has been stopped by you unilaterally without my permission. And without even informing me. My work is getting hindered and I am under extreme mental trauma.

        7.​On returning back to India I was informed by your Customer care executive that my bill had reached Rs… on my second day of travel itself, hence my connection was barred. It was surprising that when I had a unlimited plan how could there be bill and that too so high. More over my credit limit was Rs 6000/- so in any case the bill could not exceed Rs 6000/-. Your customer care executive informed me that the company had suo moto, without informing me of seeking my consent, enhanced my credit limit to Rs 30, 000/-.

        8.​Your customer care executive also informed me that the 3999 plan activated on my phone did not cover Monaco city, though it is a part of France, and i have been charged for the internet usage in that city with this huge amount. If there were issues with the network in that particular city, how am I to know your internal arrangement, I should have been informed beforehandabout it, at the time of opting for this plan.

        9.​My sister who was travelling with me had a Airtel connection and she had activated “IR pack” for the same countries I have mentioned earlier. But she didn’t get any trouble. She has not been charged extra & even not harassed like me.

        10​I am will be paying for the monthly rental and the the additional roaming pack for which i opted for, nothing more than that. I want this issue to be resolved asap and i will clear the above stated amount as soon as you give me a confirmation on the same and resume my connection. Failing which I will be forced to take further action for your arbitrary act of :

        (i) Barring my connection and blocking incoming and outgoing calls on my number on the second day of my travel in a foreign land against a validity of tendays.
        (ii) Suo Moto increasing my credit limit.
        (iii) Showing unrealistic and arbitrary due against me.
        (iiii) Continuing to block outgoing calls on my phone even now as on date.

        11. Please consider this as my last communication before I move against you to claim damages from your company for unilaterally blocking calls on my number and causing me mental agony and trying to extort money from me.

        PS: I am expecting best possible solution from your side and ready to pay genuine bill which is due to me, failing which I sahall be forced to take up the matter on CPGRAMS and or TCCMS etc.

          To the team
          I am enforced to write you about my situation as i have been very harassed for past 15 days.
          I called your customer executive for on [protected] for international roaming pack.
          1.
          I told him about my travel countries i. E. Turkey for 3 hours, france for 4 days, netherlands for 4 days, czech republic for 3 days and hungry for 3 days.

          2.
          He offered me 5999/- pack which is valid for 28 days. I asked him is the plan unlimited. He said no and informed me to activate 3999/- for 10 days which has unlimited cals and data pack available for mentioned countries.
          3.
          I asked him i am travelling for 15 days, so how would i manage to take 10 days plan, then he said you can activate same plan twice 3999/- after 10 days for next 5 days.

          I requested to activate plan for 24th june. And he informed that he took request for 14th june to activate my plan as my travel date was 14th june.

I was travelling with my sister (She have airtel connection and she got activated ir pack for the same countries i have mentioned but she didn’t get any trouble. She has not been charged extra & even not harassed like me) i was not able to contact my family and vice versa.
          You people really made my vacation bad. I was there but i wasn’t relaxed. Every second i was feeling harassed by vodafone.
          Who people gave you right to exceed my credit limit. And if you people have increased, who gonna inform me that your credit limit has been exceed.
          7.
          I got lost and my sister wasn’t able to contact me as my incoming was also barred.

            Dear sir,

            I have activated international roaming from 19.05.2019 to 25.05.2019. (Mobile no. [protected] name of shakun ayurved pvt ltd) with request no.[protected] as on 13.05.2019, but this service is not activated in my phone when i am in nepal.

            I have submit application about this matter in vodafone pratap nagar office to mr. Deepak - [protected]. He ensure to me that this internation roaming plan of rs. 2999/- will be waive off in my bill then same day i have deposited bill rs. 1015 apart of international roaming plan.

            But till date amount 2999/- not waive off.

            What can i do no one want to listen my problem.

              No information was provided on cheaper plans available in vodafone which led me to pay extra. I paid 2100rs for 4 months.,
              Secondly when i personally contacted the customer care for a port request and to seek the procedure for the same, i was put on hold and no one responded. This happened multiple times. I feel like the company has cheated on by not letting me access to information which caused me to pay extra money and time.

                  I have searched my outgoing call and message details on myvodafone account. It shows multiple messages sent to an unknown number from my mobile number on 26/06/19 at 6:10 am and around 12:15 pm. And also on 02/07/19 on the same number. My daughter has told that she received call from an unknown number on 25/06/19. I don't have received calls details. Please provide received call details for june 2019. Also please tell me how messages sent to unknown number without my permission.

                    My Phone screen was broken and i raised for a claim. After that Insurance company collected my phone via blue dart courier. After one or two weeks I got a mail that, My phone is considered for total damage and If I surrender my phone to them, a claim of 12600 is approved.

                    When i send the phone to them, only a crack was there in my phone and its in perfectly working condition. Only screen should be replaced. How did it went for total damage??

                    Later I send email with same information and I did not got any reply back. There is no news about my phone. Its worth 40000.

                      I had done thevodafone recharge of rs. 119 through paytm but the recharge was done 4 times and the amount deducted was rs. 476. I reported a complaint about this to paytm but they said the amount once deducted won't be refunded. As the recharge was supposed to be done only once i need the extra amount that was deducted to be refund back. Hope that the issue is being solved as soon as possible

                        We have a Corporate number against which we had applied for I-Roam Pack of Rs 3999/- (10 days pack for Italy) + 599/- (1 day) against number – [protected] so the bill amount should have been in accordance but Vodafone have sent us the bill of Rs. 8294/-.On inquiring about the same via email-'corporatecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com' / 'vsmsupport.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com' no one have replied a single time. Secondly, on calling up the so called "Customer Care Representatives" every time says they will reply within 24hrs which has been more than 5 days today and still we are waiting for the correct response. Need entire billing clarification.

                          Dear Officer,

                          It has been more than 3 months when I have ported out of vodafone for my mobile [protected].

                          There is excess payment they got for my account for amount of around 6800 which was supposed to be refunded to me as it was made by my credit card bill desk.

                          But they have not refunded the same till today, I have made complaint on their Customer care, Twitter account and in Gallery but so far payment not refunded to me.

                          Also my calls are not attended by their customer care when in am calling on No[protected]

                          Kindly do the needful and inform how to get my refund of Rs.6800.

                            Vodafone has activated some CRBT subscription to my account few months back without my knowledge and have charged me for this service activation. They are deducting money from my prepaid balance for this service every month and didn't inform about the same.
                            I have deactivated this service and want refund for the total amount they have charged from my account.

                            I am a police official and our government number [protected] was stop working accidentally so We brought a new Vodafone postpaid sim same no.[protected] dt 5.07.19 even after 48 hours sim is not activated yet please solve it as soon as possible

                              We haven’t called on number 51717 but still you guys have charged 532 & 238 rs. Requesting you to please wave off the bill amount and share the updated bill copy on priority so that we can make the payment of penning bills.

                                  I am jagadeesh from chennai, i have visited a vodafone mini store (Hello telecom) to pay my postpaid bill for the number ([protected]) and paid the amount of 350rs. For the bill amount of 363rs. On 29/06/19 but after that also i am just unable to call or use internet so i called customer care for the details but they are saying system down for all day and they also not updated my paid amount, if we do late payment means they are asking late payment fee but my bill not updated for more than 3 days for that how they gonna compensate me, kindly check it

                                  I never applied for or requested for international roaming. But on 31 May when I travelled out of the country Vodafone switched on international roaming on my number and billed my Rs51k .
                                  I have no responses to my mails .

                                    Hi,

                                    Let me first tell you that this is the not the first time i have faced problem with this particular vodafone store (Pimple saudagar, rajveer palace, pune-411027).
                                    I visited this store on 17/06/2019 to put request for changing my plan from postpaid to prepaid. After visiting i got to know it can't be done immediately and i will get call from sales team who will convince me to stay with postpaid plan. Interestingly it looked exactly the same procedure when you try to change your home loan from one bank to another bank. Anyway, it was simply a hassle. Okay, i went again on 24th with all document and service request number which i got after convincing sales team. My request was taken and it was said, that it will be done soon and i paid the outstanding amount. I waited for 3-4 days and again went to store as my signal has still not gone and can't put new prepaid sim. Then same store person told me that it will done within 10 days. Btw, it was not told the day i got the new sim.
                                    Now today on 2nd, i tried reaching vodafone customer support through vodafone app and as per them my request for changing to prepaid was taken on 17-jun-19 at 13:48:25 (Not sure where this data came from) but they raised a complain#[protected].
                                    With all this, i am not sure is this being done purposely as in they want me to keep charging till the time i am postpaid consumer or they are not even intending to change until i visit them again.
                                    Let me tell you, this is very frustrating not only to visit store but need to be in queue for hours to get someone to listen your concern. It seems like a government office.

                                    I am writing not assuming that my request will be now handled on priority but i need some action to be taken against whole process, the store man who took my application and precisely the entire store as this is not the first time i have faced this. Every single time, i have faced pain in getting any work done.

                                      It is with great dismay that I am writing that my issue regarding my phone number has not been resolved. This is the first time I was applying for International Roaming on my post paid number. I know very little about phones and phone plans so when I asked Vodafone representatives at Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata they advised me to activate an international roaming for a minimum monthly bill. I was informed by Vodafone representatives that with this plan, I could keep my phone on, outside of India, without incurring a huge bill. However, on 21st June I received a bill of 37202 INR stating that I had used the phone that much outside India. This is not true. My sim was just not working and I had to put it on and off several times. Since then the sim is switched off and has been removed from the phone. Now I am being forced to pay the full amount and they are not even responding to my request to suspend the number so that I don't keep getting charged. I was never told that I would be facing a huge bill if I kept my phone on outside India. Instead the Vodafone representatives said the opposite and assured me that I would not get a big bill. I do not know the difference between International Roaming plans. I activated whatever was told to me by the Vodafone Representatives. If I had been aware, at all, that keeping my phone on outside India would result in a massive bill, I would not have switched on my phone at all!!! I am in extreme hardship and in pain. I can't pay this amount of bill because I do not have the funds to pay for it. I am emotionally and mentally distressed because this issue is being ignored by Vodafone, despite me writing to them everyday. I urge someone to please help with this situation as I have been waiting for a long time for this matter to be addressed.

                                        I have lost my sim... Which is in the name of my mother... While buying the sim her name is wrong in the provided id... Later her name is corrected in the id...
                                        She is expired in 2012, there after i'm using the same sim... It's lost a month ago..
                                        I have visited the vodafone store... They are asking the id& death certificate... Due to presence of corrected name... Names are not matching... And i don't have the given old id, so they are rejecting my request to transfer the sim card to my name... Please help me to get back the sim
