I want to bring this issue to your notice and get solution.
I was having two vodafone number and one ([protected]) i am using only for voice call and last few year it is on voice plan.
In last month i see my bill is shooted up to rs 1123. When i checked with customer care they said data being used on that number and that charge includes data charges also.

I am also facing the same issue from last almost one year. Now it has crosses all the levels of harassment & i had to take the concrete call now. As i was traveling to europe so availed the international roaming pack for 5000 for mentioned 6 countries. Vodafone sends free netflix message on may 22nd, as per instructions of free netflix. On 23rd may when i call the call center advisor promised me its free of charge, i was still not convinced and got the netflix cancelled on the same day.

I have been a vodafone prepaid customer for 5 years, but due to some reasons i couldn't use the number for 1-2 months. The number got deactivated. For reactivation i visited one of the vodafone stores in hyderabad. As per the vodafone agent/support person, the number is 'inactive, state and cannot be reactivated as prepaid number since it is premium number. Today fashion zone pack and how to videos was activated on my vodafone number [protected] and an amount of rs. 50 and rs. 49 total rs. 99 was deducted from my main balance. I have recharged my mobile number [protected] yesterday (On 26/06/2019) for rs. 35/- & got 26/- as main balance. After half hour on same day, rs.21/- was deducted for "english seekho" pack. I have not activated the pack (And i studied in english medium school from childhood so no need for the same).

Thereafter, i duly called vodafone customer care after half hour (26/06) for registering the complaint....

We the people of raina (Purba bardhaman, west bengal) are facing network problem since 7 days.4g network is not available from 7 days. We recharge for 4g service, but we are getting bad network. Nowadays i'm facing too much of network problem, at my home place at badlapur and even at office place at powai and even in during travel in mumbai local train. Can't use the 4g service. Network always fluctuate due to which call drop and internet slow down problem occurs.

When i called a customer care executive and told him about my problem then he was not resolved my problem and say that sorry i cant help it when i again say that then hi told me sorry your call disconnected because you are abusing.
And also he was not talked me with behaviour when i say that transfer the call your supervisor then hi transferred but supervisor also talked me with indecency

I had activated International Roaming service on my Vodafone Postpaid ([protected]) prior to my travel to USA, but on the latest Bill which I received I got a shock when Vodafone has applied following fraudulent charges for International Roaming.
