Dear team, i was wrongly charged 1600rs where my monthly postpaid plan is 150 rs, on enquiring about this they agreed to waiver off but started giving me pressure and threats to pay entire bill. Vodafone please answer why you threatening your customer and using abusive words. Is this the way you handle consumers. Worst service and customer handling.

      Hello, i had done recharge on 20th july for my vodafone number using my vodafone app and mode of payment as upi, on vodafone app it showed transaction failed whereas the amount got deducted from my bank account. After few hours i got sms from vodafone stating "hello! We are unable to complete the transaction with id hsb8e168466e1f12fdfe0538126a08288e8 & have initiated the refund. Amount will reflect in your account within 3-5 working days."
      But today being 26th july i still haven't received my refund amount of 349₹. Kindly do the needful and refund me the amount. Below am attaching photos for reference.

      Also the Vodafone social network team said they have not received amount in their account where as it clearly shows amount was successfully transferred to vodafone. Please refund the amount. I had waited patiently for 5 working days as per the SMS I received.

        I don't want to continue my postpaid plan, so i have requested to convert my no. On prepaid plan. I have requested this on 16th july 2019 and visited the vodafone mini store and clear the payment. The store give me the sim and charge 148 rs as first recharge.
        But till today my no didn't get converted, i have raised the issue to customer care as well the vodafone store but no help from anyone.

          I had accidentally done a recharge of rs.399/- on 16/06/2019 after that i have done the second recharge of rs.458/- on 24/07/2019 accidentally which i was supposed to do on other number, due to this second recharge my first recharge benefits got lapsed which is weird.
          They should had either reverted back the credit or should had considered the new re-charge after expiry of current one.

            1. 3rd july, vodadone store in mira road, i told them i am travelling russia and dont want international data.

            2. The agent gave me an sms plan of 149 to receive otp etc in russia.

            3. Vodafone advised me to sms act irdata to 199 if i want to start use of international data in russia.

            4. I never sent any sms to 199 or never asked to start international data anywhere.

            5. Now they want me to pay 8472 for international data usage!!

              Hi,
              My name is shahbaz haider. I have a postpaid connection for more than 5 years and i pay my bills on time. Every month i am paying close to rs350 to 360 hence i made a plan to move to prepaid as i have 2 more no. On 14th july i visited your kalkaji vodaphone store and paid 165 for mtd bill and paid rs495 for prepaid 90 days top up charge and they inform within 48 hours my prepaid sim will be active. Next day i got a call from vodafone and girl offer me some option and gave me 280rs discount and promise me within 2 hours i will get a text msg and after 4 hours it will reflect on my app. But after 24hours when nothing happens as per promise i decided to call back and sachine told me it's pending right now and nothing changes so far. Hence i decided to continue with the original plan which is to move to prepaid and floor manager (Nitesh) promise me within 24 hours post sim will be deactivated and i need to insert prepaid sim and also i gave my prepaid sim no.
              I got another call from vodafone and one of your executives gave me some more option and tried to retain me in postpaid connection only (Which i have rejected).
              Today i called again and had a word with one of the executives by the name of geeta who hung up my call purposefully as she doesn't have the answer to my problem. (Call duration 10min)
              I called again after that spoke to one the floor supervisor by the name of (Moksh). I explain the full issue again to him but instead of helping me he was repeating the same information again and again. He told me 2 complaints are already raised for the same concern and he can raise 3rd on but can't take any action in order to resolve the complaint. I ask him many-2 time that i want to speak with his manager as he can't help me and he put me on hold time again and at the end he said he can arrange a callback but will not transfer the call to any manager as all the manager is in the meeting. He keeps playing with that again -2 he put me on hold and whenever he came back he gave me the same story again. I have recorded all the calls which i have made so far if you have the access for the same then please listen to it or send me the email on which i can send. But i want to take this ongoing complaint to the next level as per your company complaint procedure. I am really not happy with the services which i have received from vodafone call center. Please look into that and give me proper resolution. I was planning to move from postpaid to prepaid but now i am planning to port out my number. Looking forward to hear from you.

                I am unable to send port sms to 1900. I am already tired of calling customer care services and listening to useless solutions (Or no solution at all).
                Your network is really bad in my area and i hardly get any calls during the day/night as my number stays not-reachable / out of coverage area!
                If you can't serve right, at least let me opt another service provider.

                Fyi - i have enough balance to send text messages and this balance is over and above the validity top up/free sms etc.

                    I have submitted a vodafone mobile insurance claim on 30/04/2019. After so much struggle my claim was approved and they picked up my phone on 29/06/2019 and still i havent got my mobile back. Shortformat is the insurance provider and the agent work on there company doesnt know anything about the process and issue. Decided to port my sim to a better service provider. Need mt mobile phone back even if it is not repaired. Also the excess amount paid.

                          Its about my vodafone mobile number... Paid bill on 16th april even after not using services, just to get rid of the pathetic services of company & to port my no. But they declined porting.
                          Since then sent almost 15 emails... Got an email on 10th july that i will be contacted to resolve my issue.
                          Still no call...& bills are being sent to me again & again.

                          I have requested for portability of my number from IDEA to Airtel. The request has been rejected by Vodafone Idea after 20 days with out proper reason. I need portability of my number at the earliest. - [protected]

                            I relocated to europe and for the same purpose, had gotten my international roaming activated.in fact, i subscribed to 2 packs separately - inr 149/month and inr 2999/7 days. However, on arriving here, i was not able to connect to the network i was asked to (Tango). I chatted with customer care and was told to select the network manually. Tried everything, several times. Nothing worked. My money completely went down the drain. I am stuck here in europe and i cannot receive any otp messages in case i wish to make any transaction.

                            I am an iphone user and also assumed briefly that it might be an issue with my phone. However, i was carrying a spare nexus 5 handset with me, tried the whole activity on this phone several times but, to this date, no luck. Requesting someone to urgently look into this.

                              Have 4G connection but receives 2G-3G speed. It's a fact and a transparent spam. Added a photo. You tell me in what category does this speed counts on. I mean in the name of 4G do we genuinely get that kind of speed. Truly speaking, I have not got this privilege to witness 4G connection speed in India wherever I have gone. Why is this transparent scam happening in our fast growing country. Does this average speed of so called 4G we get, even stand close to 2G-3G speed of the developed counties? Kindly do something. We take the vodafone connection for better service but we are unable to talk due to network issue and we can't think about the internet in the 21st century. There is no proper network connection in my village. So please give your best service in my village. Here the net connection is not much better.in this 4g generation we are using net connection because of in this era in village people are not much literate.. And almost all young generation want to know more and more via 4g network.. So pls do your best for our village.

                                  Called them on their registered customer care number, every time they say they would call me back with a solution to my problem, but they never call back. I am getting harassed for a week now.
                                  What should i do, please advice.

                                    My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert and shows the message -

                                    As per regulatory norms, internet service has been stopped after pack quota/validity. To use data @ standard rates, sms start to 1925 or to buy a data pack dial *444#.

                                    Hi,
                                    this is to inform you that i took a recently changed my circle from Vodafone Bangalore circle to Vodafone Mumbai circle.
                                    I got my circle changed on 9th of July and got a new sim card from VODAFONE STORE NEAR MAXUS MALL(BHAYANDAR)
                                    On 10th of July i was called again saying that the document upload is improper from their end, so again i had to visit the Vodafone store.
                                    My new sim got activated on 13th of July however since then my internet didn’t work.
                                    I complained almost 10-15 times on CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE, but no positive response till date.
                                    I visited the VODAFONE STORE NEAR HOTEL SOLITAIRE(ANDHERI)on 15th of July and he told me that he cannot do anything in this.i have to visit JB Nagar branch to resolve the issue.
                                    I still visited the VODAFONE STORE JB NAGAR on 18th of July and there i was told that we have raised a complaint to backend and it willbe resolved within 12 hrs.(which was still not resolved!!!)
                                    I again visited the VODAFONE STORE JB NAGAR on 19th of July to infomr them that my issue is still not resolved and they asked me to get the sim card replaced and the same would be activated within 2 hrs(WHICH IS STILL NOT DONE).

                                    Despite of buying a postpaid connection and paying so much money, this is the pathetic service offered to the customer.I have been using vodafone since almost 8 years now!!!and i have 6 vodafone connections in my house.And now i am really sure that i will get all of my numbers ported to airtel or jio!!
                                    This is not the reason i am paying so much money to you!!!
                                    I have shifter from Bangalore to Mumbai on 1st of July and since then i have to bear all this for a ### network!!!
                                    And there i am gettin mails to pay bills! i am not going to pay a single penny for this month.Most of my calls have been dropped and i cannot even call and talk to anyone.You can check the number of times i've called your CUSTOMER CARE and the number of times my calls with the vodafone care itself have dropped!!
                                    On 23 July, again I visited the vodafone store at JB Nagar because my new sim card hadn't started yet..and there I get to know that the document photo that they clicked..isn't clear!!! And so the customer has to again get back to them for their negligent work! When today evening I replace the sum again...this is the same error that I get ..! With a failed internet connection!

It's so disappointing to say this!Even approaching the apellete vodafone proved to be of no use! No resolution from anywhere! Worst service provider ever!!!
                                    All what I can think of...is somehow finish the 3 months in this hopeless network and get out of it the very same day my porting validity day's end! Really pathetic experience! Inspite of soooooo manyyyy complains by so many means...still no resolutions! Wouldn't even recommend vodafone if someone gives it for freee!!! Totally fed up

                                      Recently i did double recharge.in other operators, they will append to first one. Vodafone neither append nor refund. Surprisingly customer care is saying first one will be cancelled. By this way they are getting huge money due to customer ignorance. They can provide warning if they can not append.
                                      As they are earning this way they are not worried on existing customers and network issues. So careful and possible switch to another operator. Competition is require else they wont change

                                      As per TRAI, incoming calls should only be barred after 15 days of service validity expiry but Vodafone has disconnected my Incoming calls too, along with Outgoing calls & SMS. Mob - [protected]

                                        Myself and my have been charged for sms which we never sent. When i raised the complaint in may 2019 with them, then only sent generic email stating that they have charged based on my usage only. I called the customer care executives and was informed that i have sent sms to one number which we never sent. They keep on sending the bills with the same number and i informed them through email and phone communications to end my contract and clarify the billing errors unless which i will not make my payments. I reached out to their appellate authority as well and finally in july he told me that if i use iphone, then when i change the sim it will automatically trigger an sms. They are telling me that they can't reverse the payment and asking me to change the headset. If this is the case, why this was informed to the consumers when we raise the concern in the month of may. They inform only in july and keep charging us. Also advising me to change the handset. I have been asking them to close my postpaid connections which they are not doing it either and keep on sending bills with incorrect amount and late fee. I need justice on this matter please
