Hi,
this is to inform you that i took a recently changed my circle from Vodafone Bangalore circle to Vodafone Mumbai circle.
I got my circle changed on 9th of July and got a new sim card from VODAFONE STORE NEAR MAXUS MALL(BHAYANDAR)
On 10th of July i was called again saying that the document upload is improper from their end, so again i had to visit the Vodafone store.
My new sim got activated on 13th of July however since then my internet didn’t work.
I complained almost 10-15 times on CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE, but no positive response till date.
I visited the VODAFONE STORE NEAR HOTEL SOLITAIRE(ANDHERI)on 15th of July and he told me that he cannot do anything in this.i have to visit JB Nagar branch to resolve the issue.
I still visited the VODAFONE STORE JB NAGAR on 18th of July and there i was told that we have raised a complaint to backend and it willbe resolved within 12 hrs.(which was still not resolved!!!)
I again visited the VODAFONE STORE JB NAGAR on 19th of July to infomr them that my issue is still not resolved and they asked me to get the sim card replaced and the same would be activated within 2 hrs(WHICH IS STILL NOT DONE).
Despite of buying a postpaid connection and paying so much money, this is the pathetic service offered to the customer.I have been using vodafone since almost 8 years now!!!and i have 6 vodafone connections in my house.And now i am really sure that i will get all of my numbers ported to airtel or jio!!
This is not the reason i am paying so much money to you!!!
I have shifter from Bangalore to Mumbai on 1st of July and since then i have to bear all this for a ### network!!!
And there i am gettin mails to pay bills! i am not going to pay a single penny for this month.Most of my calls have been dropped and i cannot even call and talk to anyone.You can check the number of times i've called your CUSTOMER CARE and the number of times my calls with the vodafone care itself have dropped!!
On 23 July, again I visited the vodafone store at JB Nagar because my new sim card hadn't started yet..and there I get to know that the document photo that they clicked..isn't clear!!! And so the customer has to again get back to them for their negligent work! When today evening I replace the sum again...this is the same error that I get ..! With a failed internet connection!

Updated by kartik negandhi Respected Sir, more than ONE MONTH has passed and I still don't have any access to the internet on India's DATA STRONG NETWORK!!! It's so disappointing to say this!Even approaching the apellete vodafone proved to be of no use! No resolution from anywhere! Worst service provider ever!!!
All what I can think of...is somehow finish the 3 months in this hopeless network and get out of it the very same day my porting validity day's end! Really pathetic experience! Inspite of soooooo manyyyy complains by so many means...still no resolutions! Wouldn't even recommend vodafone if someone gives it for freee!!! Totally fed up
