It is very upsetting writing you as a non professional mannered business being running up from vodafone idea ltd. I am a very old customer of vodafone and what now happening is deduction of my account balance without any reason and without any information. I had a balance of approx. Inr 175/- after which i use to make a recharge for 399 or 401 or 419 whichever is being offered for unlimited calls and some particular gb of data per day for either 70 days or 84 days.

Since then i had rarely made any call from which the balance should get deducted as per the standard apllicable call rates. Today when i checked my balance it is inr 4.5/-. Where the difference amount from approx. Inr 175/- been deducted and how and for what. How you can use my money such as granted.
Mobile/telecom/cellular/vodafone idea ltd. Customer number for which complaint is +91 [protected].

I need my money back in form of bank account/balance amount/cash. It is a case of fraud, violating 'right to information' a right to every citizen of india as well as a customer right.

I need an urgent resolution for the same. I shall move to consumer court as well as telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai) and all legal ways.

Hope for earliest action.

    Sir/madam,

    I have visited vodafone store on 10.06.2019 at evening for sim replacement purpose. I am holding no [protected] for years and now i need a micro sim for my new phone. But miss keya (Ph no [protected]) completely changed the track and she told me that i have to make this connection postpaid to have a new 4g sim. I was in two mind because my husband categorically told me it was a free replacement. I have given rs 200 but did not produce any document. I have told her that i will decide on it later after the consultation with my husband because i want to continue this number. She have confirmed also that entire process will be stalled until and unless i produce the papers. After that i consulted and my husband called her and requested to stop the process and also asked her to give my money back and reinstate the number in its previous stage. She agreed and next day i have sent my driver to collect the same. But she arrogantly talked with him and refused to return the money. When my husband requested her again over phone then she used top pitch of her voice and harshly told there is no proof that i have sent that driver on my behalf.
    Amazed and shocked by the incident i again visited the store today after my office but she is absent. Other colleagues refused to do any work which is done by her and also told that money back and reinstating the number to previous state is impossible as she already processed the same. This number has been associated with most of my bank and relative. For her callousness i am unable to do any financial transaction for days. Who will repay this invaluable time? Her colleagues also refused to contact her and after much calling my husband able to contact her but she again misbehaved and refused to talk properly.
    Now my question is whether your employees are designed to harass people and also take advantage of being woman by using harsh words to man and women irrespectively. She committed falsely and talked roughly with me also.

    I request you to please solve my problem and for your perusal i again make it pointwise.
    1. Please reinstate my number [protected] in its previous state (Prepaid). So i can do a porting and bid goodbye from your service asap. Please do not waste my number. I will not make it postpaid and you can not force or drag me like that. Also keep in mind for your employees ignorance my entire financial transaction got a hit so please make it active on urgent basis.
    2. Please give my money back of rs 199. On urgent basis and for such a long ordeal that lady should be penalised by some other way also. I request you to take a stern step against this employee and also her colleagues who supported her.

    This is my entire ordeal and i lost hope on your service. I never thought i have to write so long for a mobile connection which is my friend from student life. Neverthless every good thing have a time period and your service and behaviour of store person is such poor that i forgot those days. Lastly again i request to solve my problem on urgent basis so that i can start my operation fluently again with this number.

      Dear Sir,
      iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
      Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
      to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
      but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
      by speking to Custmer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

      1.i did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing SMS barred...but monthly iam recharging
      my mobile not less than 150Rs.
      2. i suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
      3. i have to change the handset - tried but no result...

      moreover the Custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk ...
      Plz help me...

        I use vodafone 4g but i get speeds as low as 2kb ps most of the time. My pin code is 713205. Please look into the matter of increasing your speed services. I have been a vodafone customer for years and switched to 4g by believing that i wud get great speeds. But alas after paying at 4g rates if i receive 2g speed, its useless. I am really pissed off. Fix the speed as soon as possible. Or else i need to switch to jio if not taken care of.

          Hello,

          Had initiated MNP process for mobile [protected] with 299 plan around 13th MAY. Installed vodafone app and found 399 applied & at same time I complained to vodafone customer care & I was suggested to wait till bill generation then any visibility can happen.
          After bill generation again I contacted to customer care & informed for 399 plan which was wrongly charged and now they are denying to modify bill.

          This is completely falls commitment and making fool to customer. This is subject to make high penalty to Vodafone.

            Hello! How to videos service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.49 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.19.54.

            This is msg recived on 21.6.19. I have call 198 at 6 pm 21.6.19. They told system is upgradate call after 2 hr. Then i call around 10 pm, agent said me call after 2 hr. System is still under upgrading.. Now what is should do.

            I call today on 198 company diactivate service and not refund me by saying that u should call within 24 hr. I have already called within 24 hr. It is my fault that system is still upgrading since 10 pm. Of 21.6.19.... I have proof of calling details that i have called 2 time in 21.6.19.

            Totaly bad experience from vodafone, if any learned customer (I m approved valuer working with bank, etc.) is treated badly this way then what about customer from rular area/ village area. I think company has to think regarding policy.

            Do it urgently because i have loosing faith in Vodafone. I have using Vodafone since so many years. i have diverted form vodafone postpaid to prepaid recently. All this problem of automatic service activation are facing recently. That's why worried.

            Also many time service activated in past after getting Vodafone prepaid recently. around 14-15 may 2019, company have refund me after 3 day also. suddenly customer care department said that we can only refund within 24 hr. though i have called within 24 hr. twice in day. I have call recording of customer care when i have called within 24 hr. at that time. i insist when i called around 10 pm of 21.6.2019 that my balance is cut by automatic service activation. i demand that my complaint should be hear on the next day or carry forward after onward. customer care said "no problem you please not worried". That's why i hope next day my complaint will solve... but i got totally bed experience with 198 and [protected].

            Do something serious for really genuine person who got this problem like me for continuously faith in Vodafone.

                I have visited the vodafone store to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid.. The store persons are saying we do not have forms right now.. And dont give us the time line as well.. The behavoiur is also rude. And most of the vodafone store is closed and we have to travell 6 to 7 kilometers to visit vodafone store. The service of vodafone is getting worst day by day. Company is thinking that they have good customer service which is totally wrong. We are paying to company to get the better service but its not getting good.

                  I have [protected] phone pf vodafone i have recharged it with rs.459 on 29.4.2019 for 84 days. Vodafone recharged again my phone for rs.169 on 25.5.2019 on 21.6.2019 they have deactivated my data connection which is valid upto 27.7.2019.in my original plan they were giving 1.5 gb data per day where i observed in 169 plan they are giving only 1 gb daily.
                  I do not know why they have disconnected my data pack of 1.5gb which is valid upto 27.7.2019. My money is with them. I have talked at customer care center on phone they have refused to activate my original plan up to 27.7.2019. I request either my plan should be activated or my money should be refunded to me.

                    Recently ported to vodafone based on their claims of seamless 4g network. But, just to find after porting, that i made a grave mistake and their network is pathetic. No data connection inside my house which is in one of the most premium areas of the capital of our country. Repaired thrice, but no resolution. Vodafone expects me to wait for an unknown time period and hope their service will improve.
                    On top, they’re threatening me that i have to wait for 3 months to port my number.
                    Is this justified?
                    Your service is so poor and you don’t have any resolution or even plans to fix it and you’re asking threatening me to follow your policies!!
                    Put a booster or something at or near my home or be ready to port it.

                      Sir,
                      I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection (Mobile number: [protected]). Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid account on 17.06.2019 without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for English Seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms message showing that in my phone which I can produce as evidence but I cannot send any screenshot as evidence because my phone is not a smartphone. Please take necessary action in this regard.

                      I have had the same issue.
                      Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid account for phone number [protected] on 13/9/2019 for English Seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. The unsubscribe SMS link went to "Reliance communications on 155223".
                      Please look at this issue, refund my money and stop cheating people.
                      Even I had the same issue on my two numbers. Midnight 12AM i got message saying that the english pack is active and a rental of 21 has been deducted.

                      When I called customer care they are telling that I activated this pack.

                      This is day light robbery of Vodafone.

                      Since they are in loss they are pick pocketing money from customer. Why will I need an english pack!
                      This happened on Dec 3, 2019 midnight sharp at 12:00 AM.

                        Extra amount of Rs 211/- is charged in my vodafone june bill of phone number [protected].
                        when i asked customer care to remove it they said that this is extra rental charge for choosing Red plan. I am already paying rental of Rs 299/-.
                        I was not informed before about this extra charge.

                        Please ask vodafone to remove this charge.

                            There is a poor network issue for last few days in university road panchayat Chowk Rajkot and also very bad network at the place where I live Palm City Road, Patidar Chowk, off Sadhuvaswani Road, Rajkot. This has been ever since I have connected with Vodafone. So I am trying to connect with Vodafone Customer services for last two days and all answer I get is that this system is down or system failure at the moment please call after 20 30 minutes or try to registrate after 20 30 minutes so for few hours I tried and then the next day again but I think they are not willing to take my complain and just keep given me excuses of system failure.
                            I hope you will be able to solve my issue

                              I am a Vodafone prepaid user. I have a balance of -109, i had recharged ₹119 after knowing my balance was negative. The transaction has taken place but my balance still shows a -109.
                              I have done the recharge from paytm app

                                  Apart from earlier discussion with Vodafone customer care I had call with Appellate customer care(Nikhil) where I explained that, I sent request to Vodafone care regarding closing my number[protected] on 6th Feb 2019. There was no response from Vodafone so I mailed again after 10 days but still there was no response. So in march I clearly mentioned that I am not going to pay next bill but even after that I made payment for March month. After doing this I was still getting bill for this number which I stopped using. Also I visited Vodafone customer care Goregaon East on 18th may 2019 where representative said your number is stopped and Billing department would null out amount against this number. Listing to this yesterday appellate customer representative asked me to send Mail copy which I sent yesterday.

                                  I was expecting further communication from Vodafone against that mail chain not randomly someone dropping mail me without knowing history and asking for payment.

                                  I am expecting zero amount against my closed number ([protected])

                                    Dear sir, i am a prepaid customer of your company from last three year with no [protected]. Recently i faced balance deduction issue on my no. I had 61 as a main balance but now its deducted and shown as 35. I have unlimited pack of rs.398, so i want to know why this deduction occures in my account and also refund the money. I called ur complaint no 198 but they never gave a suitable reply they always told that systems are down we cant help please call again after 4 hours, even there seniors are also not ready to talk they are alwys unavailble.
                                    This is very pathetic situation for me as a customer. Im forwarding this complaint as a last hope before switching to other network. Hope u will take some action regarding this and inform me too.

                                    Dear madam, How can u expect from your customer that when he has unlimited pack, he check his account balance on daily basis and if he has deduction in his account he will inform u immediately.. i know my balance is 61 on date when i recharged my number i.e. around 28 or 29 may 2019, after that when i checked my balance i found this discrepancy, and then i informed u on ur complaint no 198 but three times continous failure, i am compelled to lodge this complain . So i request u to check deduction details from 28th of may, if u do this surely you can help me. Thanking you, waiting for your response

                                      Yesterday I got my Vodafone bill of around Rs.2100/-, which is very unusual and shocking for me. Because I have selected the unlimited plan which usually comes around Rs.1100/- per month for 3 numbers. But now it's almost double. When I checked with the bill, it showed some Rs.819/- as Value added service charges. When I chatted with the customer care, they have told that, " You have called a special number 55715" which I have never called. This seems to be a daytime robbery and the customer care executive who chatted is very dumb, as she repeats the same. They have said, they or not charging but, they are charging on behalf of somebody else. This is absolute cheating.When I have searched in the web, I have seen a lot of such complaints.

                                        Yesterday I bought a SIM card from Vodafone Kolkata. They told me that I should call 59059 after 2-3 hours to activate my SIM card. It's been 15 hours and calling 59059 doesn't work. My SIM card number is [protected]XXX. I need this activation right away because I'm loosing money without data. Please solve this...
