Dear sir, i am a prepaid customer of your company from last three year with no [protected]. Recently i faced balance deduction issue on my no. I had 61 as a main balance but now its deducted and shown as 35. I have unlimited pack of rs.398, so i want to know why this deduction occures in my account and also refund the money. I called ur complaint no 198 but they never gave a suitable reply they always told that systems are down we cant help please call again after 4 hours, even there seniors are also not ready to talk they are alwys unavailble.
This is very pathetic situation for me as a customer. Im forwarding this complaint as a last hope before switching to other network. Hope u will take some action regarding this and inform me too.

How can u expect from your customer that when he has unlimited pack, he check his account balance on daily basis and if he has deduction in his account he will inform u immediately.. i know my balance is 61 on date when i recharged my number i.e. around 28 or 29 may 2019, after that when i checked my balance i found this discrepancy, and then i informed u on ur complaint no 198 but three times continous failure, i am compelled to lodge this complain . So i request u to check deduction details from 28th of may, if u do this surely you can help me.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Also many time service activated in past after getting Vodafone prepaid recently. around 14-15 may 2019, company have refund me after 3 day also. suddenly customer care department said that we can only refund within 24 hr. though i have called within 24 hr. twice in day. I have call recording of customer care when i have called within 24 hr. at that time. i insist when i called around 10 pm of 21.6.2019 that my balance is cut by automatic service activation. i demand that my complaint should be hear on the next day or carry forward after onward. customer care said "no problem you please not worried". That's why i hope next day my complaint will solve... but i got totally bed experience with 198 and [protected].
Do something serious for really genuine person who got this problem like me for continuously faith in Vodafone.
