Hi, how the vodafone company process the below query
I want to know that if my sim is blocked once, will the network company again put my same number in the market for sale which i used earlier?
Or they close the number which i used before?
Here i want to know what exactly the vodafone company do for my blocked sim card. Do they resell (Same number which i used) it again in the market?

I'm sending porting msg from my vodaphone no.but msg is not going.rejected.please. Retry.im not satisfy with the vodaphone service.cheange . please help

    I have converted my vodafone postpaid connection to prepaid. I have paid all my dues and also have got the prepaid sim card. I was told that in 48 hrs the migration will take place, till now nothing has happened and my postpaid connection is still live. I have also registered a compliant to the vodafone customer care[protected], till now the migration has not taken place. Every time I call customer care they are always pushing to stay on postpaid despite I have obtained the prepaid sim card. They are willingly not allowing the customers not to migrate to prepaid. Service provided by Vodafone is pathetic to the core and even the staffs are not having any dignity and shameless.

      I use to pay my vodafone postpaid mobile bill -[protected] after every two months. Now this is going hactic to me as using vodafone connection. As i pay through mob. Internet only but this time vodafone has disconnected my no. Inspite of having more then 3000 credit in my vodafone postpaid service. Thave disconnected my number

      And

      When i called vodafone customer care to reactivate my number and that too i was calling from another number of my colleague. I was connected 5 times to the costumer care but they dint connect me to vodafone postpaid department. As they don’t have this feature.
      If we want to call a postpaid costumer care department regarding the reactivation of postpaid number we have to call from another number. Correct? And if that another number is of vodafone prepaid, users don’t have any option to make a call to postpaid department. For this we have to call them from another company and if we don’t have another number of different company apart from vodafone, we are not able to connect with vodafone postpaid department. As thru vodafone prepaid customer care voice over always connect to vodafone prepaid department only. Vodafone should get this feature in their voice over for the postpaid customers, that if they want to call regarding their postpaid connection they can call through another vodafone prepaid also which they don’t have nd it will stop connecting to vodafone prepaid only. They should allow postpaid users also to connect to postpaid department by calling through prepaid number of vodafone.

        Hi,

        I had raised a request by calling 199 to deactivate on of my vodafone number. I had raised the request on 24th of june, 2019 and i was told that the number would be deactivated by the 29th of june, 2019. When i called to ask the status on the 30th i was informed that the request was incorrectly updated and hence a fresh request would have to be taken. Therefore, a fresh request was raised on the 30th (Ticket number[protected] and i was informed that the number would be deactivated within 7 working days. Today (1st july, 2019) i got a call from the cancellation department (Number : [protected] / caller neha) to check why i wanted to deactivate my number. Now she informed me that it will take more 7 working days from today as their department has received the details today. My complains are below :
        1 - why do i have to follow up so much with vodafone customer care for a simple procedure of cancelling my number
        2 - the customer care executive (Neha) was very rude over the call and was not ready to answer any of my questions. She abruptly disconnected my call while i was asking her a question.

        Request you to kindly disconnect my number immediately. Also, get the customer service executive trained on communication skills and talk to the customers with respect (I have the recording of the call and am happy to share the recording).

          From march or so i am getting poor network from vodafone. Contacted n-numbers of time to customer care and they took complaints but those complaints got resolved automatically. Don't know how as problem is still there. Though i am not happy with resolution so i made call to lodge complain and again executive/s raise complaints. This process is in infinite loop don't know what is the end. For last 3-4 months network issue is there.in spite of making so many complains all went in vain.

          I used to connect through vodafone for officialworks but after 15:00, each and every day network will be down (Last 3.5 months experience). Appellate dept is not clear about resolution and they provide lame excuses to defend themselves. Moreover customer care executives provide different statement (Few say coverage is not there and few say coverage is there asper their system). Few of them disconnect call using the word prank few were clueless. What a nonsense these? I am really faded up for last 3.5 months. Issue still persists. Though situated within 300 meter of radius from vodafone tower, network is down (Voice, internet). Nobody is giving escalation matrix so they made me to raise a concern here. Please look into this.

            Please be warned all vodafone users if the vodafone says rs. 149 iroam package they will fool you, while you in foreign network they activate other packages such as freeiromactive with rs599 etc
            Then they will charge you for both rs. 149, rs 599 then what ever data or voice or sms you used.
            All public are warned of these practices by vodafone
            Even if you switch of your phone, or disable data or even disable data at the data control page where each app is disable to access mobile data, still the fraudlent billing software of vodafone will charge you, that the reality.
            We had choosen only a rs. 149 iroam for sms and in case of any emergency and kept phone completely out of data network including gprs/gps while going to uk via abu dhabi.
            Their billing provided confirmed there is no data from xx date to xx date while we were away.
            While their customer care executive claim their is 20 mb used when asked for details they have no reply
            When we chat using the vodafone app the customer care executive says they will reverse these charges rs 2995 and 2639.52 but it never happened.
            Their claim is that back end team enabled the iroamfreeauto for rs. 599 for 5 days.
            How on this earth such charges applicable, even satellite phones are less charge. These billing these telecom companies uses is totally un audited by properly and thier is spike in billing as evident from numerous complaints online on social media and complaint forum evidently establishes.
            Trai/dot and govt of must act against these roaming charges and there must be clear policy on these and each package must be crystal clear what offered and what not offered. There must be no hidden charges and automatic charges etc especially in international roaming as charges are imposed on foreign currency etc
            At every stage user should be updated with factual information
            Thats not the case in vodafone at least
            Its well on record the business ethics of vodafone in which they involved in tax evasion in india.
            Trai/dot and telecom department must urgently act on these complaints.

              Please i want the clarification of amount which u added in my prepaid account of rs. 1204/-. Last six month i am using only incoming calls/sms purpose using for this i recharged of rs. 202/222/- exactly i forgot. I had not received any message also regarding this activation. I called today vodafone executive but she is saying details is not available at present. How come this is possible. If you people are not taking any proper action for this amount settlement then i need to go for consumer court.

                I want to bring this issue to your notice and get solution.
                I was having two vodafone number and one ([protected]) i am using only for voice call and last few year it is on voice plan.
                In last month i see my bill is shooted up to rs 1123. When i checked with customer care they said data being used on that number and that charge includes data charges also.
                When i questioned them they said there is a option of blocking the data on customer request.
                My question is when a data plan is taken why customer has to ask for data blockage? It should be enabled by default.
                Why vodafone is playing with people who does not know this option and wait for hefty charges and then block the data?
                I have wifi at home and usually don't use the data on that phone. Even my other phone also data is not used it is getting lapsed.

                I am not agreeing this charge and asking you to full wave-off the this bill.

                My monthly bill on that number is rs 120 to rs150. But how the credit of 1123 is given on that number?

                Please let me know the solution for this.

                Else suggest me what is the next level of escalation.

                  Hi all,

                  I am also facing the same issue from last almost one year. Now it has crosses all the levels of harassment & i had to take the concrete call now. As i was traveling to europe so availed the international roaming pack for 5000 for mentioned 6 countries. But, as i was not aware of country called monoco which i have visited for only 3 hours.in that time i never received a message for chargeable area or something. But, still i have charged 26, 000 rs for access the maps & google.com. For that i have been fighting but vodafone is totally adamant. Even i have paid the amount all six months in that 1 month outgoing was on and next 2 months the incoming. Even i have paid for 6 six months ethical bill. But, still vodafone threatening me for legal case against me for this and now they are ready for settling these 26000 for 8000. But for me it looks ethical as i was fair with them they has to inform before the crossing or chargeable usages for internal roaming. What should i do??? Please help or share your ordeal for same.

                    On 12/6' i got the message as english seeko has been activated in vodafone.

                    On 27/6, i got the message as how to videos is activated

                    For both i am 100% sure that i haven't registered for it and i didn't send any subscription message and i don't attend vodafone customer care calls as well.

                    I have put dnd and blocked all the communication with vodafone. Still it's happening..

                    I don't want the refund bcaz i am going to change it to jio or airtel today.

                    This post, just letting vodafone know that 'this is one way of losing customer'

                    I pray vodafone also face the consequences as aircel / reliance.

                    Bcaz both of them done this cheap act..

                      Vodafone sends free netflix message on may 22nd, as per instructions of free netflix. On 23rd may when i call the call center advisor promised me its free of charge, i was still not convinced and got the netflix cancelled on the same day.

                      Vodafone has charged me 650 and on making complaints, they harass the customer by making multiple advisors call customers and make them understand the complaint, they have no entitlement or authority to do anything.

                      I would like to make consumer complaint and would go to court to fight this incorrect charge.

                        I have been a vodafone prepaid customer for 5 years, but due to some reasons i couldn't use the number for 1-2 months. The number got deactivated. For reactivation i visited one of the vodafone stores in hyderabad. As per the vodafone agent/support person, the number is 'inactive, state and cannot be reactivated as prepaid number since it is premium number. Also i have to reactivate it as postpaid number and use it for 4 months.
                        First of all, why do i have to reactivate it as postpaid number? It was prepaid a number when it got deactivated.
                        Second, why do i have to use for for 4 months? I am not a new user/customer. I have been using the number from past 5 years.
                        It is my number. How can vodafone force its customer to such rules. Why take advantage of their helplessness as they are aware that number is being used for years and customer has no other option than forcefully migrating to postpaid to retain their own number.

                          Myself mr. Hitesh,

                          I have been using vodafone postpaid number [protected] & [protected] with rs.99/- rental/month plan. I was using vodafone only as a back up number and for incoming calls as i was using this number from long. Few months back they changed my plan from rs.99/- to rs.299/- without my permission. I have tried talking to customer care but its of no avail. This is plain cheating. How can they change my plan as per their wish. This is criminal, and even if they have stopped rs.99's plan (As per the information provided by the custome care executive) they should have called me and took my permission or simply stopped my services and inform me that they dont have that plan any more.

                          For payment they keep on mailing, messaging and even call 10 times in a day, why was that not done at the time of changing my plan. I have told the customer care executive that i am ready to pay the bills as per rs.99/- rental plan as i have not used rs.299/- plan (Vodafone can check my usage history)

                          I am already in talks with my lawyers and i will try one more time explaining my issue to customer care before filing a case in district consumer forum.

                              i called to customer care and submit my complaint. After 24 hour i am able to send port message. Many telecom companies are blocking port services so that customer can't port their sim to another company. If anyone getting same problem then call to customer care and raised a complaint.

                                Today fashion zone pack and how to videos was activated on my vodafone number [protected] and an amount of rs. 50 and rs. 49 total rs. 99 was deducted from my main balance. I never subscribed to this pack and it was done by the company on its own. Such packs get activated on its own and amount is deducted from my balance so I want my balance back. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                                  I am using vodafone prepaid mobile connection (Mobile number: [protected]). Rs 21 has been deducted from my prepaid account on 17.06.2019 without my consent in the name of weekly subscription charge for english seekho weekly pack. I have never subscribed for such a service. I have the sms for this. Infact i had been to the useless vodaphone store in white fields bangalore and they dont even know how to speak proper english and the customer care guy wanted to have physical fight with me. Is this you treat your customers?

                                  I have the photo of the guy who misbehaved with me and he tried snatching my phone.

                                    From yesterday[protected], i am receiving unlimited calls from vodafone india. When i received call ist time, i clearly told them that i don't like vodafone services and network problem all the time.

                                    From[protected], i got 100dereds of calls and i am very disturbed.

                                    I am getting calls in every 5-10 mins and i am very very upset due to their behavior with customer,

                                      For barring my vodafone servives and suffering from call droping and internet issues. I requested so many times, but they are not helping. Please resolve the issue, the company is not ready to start the services and i requested through so many mails and calls.

                                      I also requested for reversal but only provides me rs.118 reversal against i requested rs.400-500.

                                        Hello,

                                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] yesterday (On 26/06/2019) for rs. 35/- & got 26/- as main balance. After half hour on same day, rs.21/- was deducted for "english seekho" pack. I have not activated the pack (And i studied in english medium school from childhood so no need for the same).

                                        Thereafter, i duly called vodafone customer care after half hour (26/06) for registering the complaint. They said that this has been activated by push notification (Which is illegal and i am 100% sure i did not activated any push notification). After discussing for few minutes, the cc executive confirmed that pack is deactivated and refund will be granted within 24 hours.

                                        No refund was granted even after 24 hours.

                                        Thereafter, i called customer care today (27/06) for followup on the same and they informed that 24 hours has elapsed so no refund would be granted. This is very unlawful and unjustified. Thereafter, the executive said that this was activated on 19/06 so 24 hours has elapsed from then. I am sure i did not activated then also as i am careful and does not use interest from my vodafone sim so no case of any content download as was said by vodafone executive. Further, my question to vodafone is, if vodafone (Not the customer) activates 50 such services and then customer recharges for 1000/- they would deduct the whole balance and say this was activated long before further, if this would have been postpaid, would they come to my house asking for thousands of rupees. Is vodafone fooling the customer. The balance is deducted on 26/06 & pack activated message is on 26/06 then how can they deny refund saying it was activated (By vodafone, not customer) on 19/06.

                                        Further, in the whole process, where is customer fault.
                                        1. Vodafone designs a new mandatory pack for customer to recharge every month. (Which the customer is not happy about, but still complies to prevent deactivation)
                                        2. Vodafone deducts balance within 1 hour of recharge saying some random pack was activated (By vodafone and not customer)
                                        3. Customer follows up and registers a complaint with the customer care and they say refund will be granted within 24 hours.
                                        4. No refund granted within 24 hours.
                                        5. Customer follows up after 24 hours and they say 24 hours has elapsed so no refund would be granted.

                                        In the above process, where is customer's fault. He ideally follows the recharge policy made by vodafone, recharges and not able to use the balance. I had to make an urgent call yesterday but due to unwilful balance deduction i was not able to do so despite registering a complaint with the customer care. What if it had been en emergency situation.

                                        I want to register complaint against vodafone on following points:
                                        1. Unwilfull balance deduction of rs. 21/-.
                                        2. Misleading customer that refund would be granted and then denying the same.
                                        3. Misleading and tricking customer in the name of push notification and content download.
                                        4. Not providing further complain authority details such as vodafone appellate or nodal office.
                                        5. Mental torture due to the inconvenience and sub-par service from vodafone.
