My number is [protected] belongs to a 3 sim corporate package issued by mr abhishek sarkar and i'm using this number since last 5 years or so. I came israel one year ago and before coming here i converted my number to prepaid from postpaid. I've done recharge several times as prepaid number being in israel also. I was getting all my sms in this number since last one year without any issue. Suddenly from today morning, this number is not active. After consulting with the vodafone service center, i came to know that the number is deactivated. And when i requested them to activate the sim they are advising me to visit kolkata vodafone center.

They have inactivated the number of a person who is in abroad since last one year without any prior notification that you are going to do so. I lost all the access of my banking transaction, adhar, pan card. Being in a foreign country i lost all my financial transaction ability all of a sudden!

I therfore request you to intervene for my sim to be activated again.

    Since the last two months (May, june 2019) the bill amount has been above 400rs on my vodafone postpaid number - [protected] despite of the fact that i have a 98rs mseb plan activated.
    The internet was not used but might have got connected accidentally.
    Yet the amount charged is unreasonable.
    Now i have an outstanding amount of 810rs on my bill and i am not willing to pay such unreasonable amount of money.
    Either deactivate this number or regenerate my bill with proper analysis and billing amount.

      Vodaphone changed my plan without informing me . I asked them to switch back & refund the amount, but customer care saying it is not possible .

      Vodphone is cheating the customers . They might have cheated the lakhs of customer like this .

      If you have done autopay, you may not be knowing . Customers Pls check your plans

        My number barred today for not paying the payment to previous provide airtel.

        I have made the payment to airtel on 1st july itself.

        I have asked to visit vodafone store just to send the copy of the receipt looks like vodafone customer have no access to email. Its pain for simple email travelled all the way to store.

        I have sent email by 4.37 pm itself. Store guy assured the connection will be back within 4 hours.

        It's 10.30 pm connection was not restored i am chasing vodafone to get the connection back.. I have last day for 3 credit card payment which requires otp.

        Everytime customer care giving wrong information its pending with airtel, its pending with backend team and many more..

        I made a mistake by porting to vodafone because of poor speed in tcs siruseri area.. I suffered, vodafone is very poor in basics being global provider..

        Having said that poor guy waiting for the connection back!!!

          It appears that download speed on a prepaid plan are throttled till midnight. I can see that speeds are very low (under 512K) and then jump up to over 10Mbps after midnight. This is consistent behavior observed over several months. I would expect the same 10Mbps to be available throughout the entire day. Thank you for your assistance with resolving this issue.

            Hi,

            How to know if my mobile number is trapped and someone listening to my calls?
            Its serious problem am facing and causing problem is using phone as someone listening to my calls and tried hacking my confidential data.
            Bank details also.
            I have noticed that if i et any calls, first someone else spoke and i was surprised to see my calls running with different person said "hello and asked me if am priya/someone", then after 2-3 attempts they disconnected and my sister was shocked too as she too said someone else receives cal first and 3rd time was connected to me.

            Please address this issue and tell me how to deal with it, else should i contact nadal officer/crime branch.

              Hi, i am vodafone postpaid customer since longtime and recently shifted my home.
              There is no network in my home and raised multiple complaints with them.
              They close the requesting stating the issue is resolved but it dint.
              They generate bills every month but don't provide network.
              This is at all not fair and they charge late payment fee as well. Please help.

                Today 04/07/2019 VODAFONE company block my sim after i recharge 02 july Rs 35.

                when i call customer care...exeutive reply me that i have not recharge my number in 90 days so my sim no [protected] was block permanently.

                i port this mobile number from airtel..and not using vodafone for last 90 days.

                02 july 2019 i recharge Rs35..which messages also come from vodafone. and also 3 july 2019 message come from vodafone side that 2148.00 MB 3G/4G date pack active and valid till 29/07/2019.
                and in same day other message come in which ..2GB DATA i got valid for 10 days.
                after this message and recharge vodafone say i not recharge in 90 days so they block my number..( all message from vodafone screenshot are attach )

                i face huge problem bcoz this no [protected] are link with my all bank and i have not made any transaction bcoz OTP not come.

                so resolve my problem otherwise i go to court.

                and huge fine for vodafone for my harassment.

                today 05/07/2019 i recevied a call from vodafone mobile no. 9051145563 at 13:50pm and tel me that i get my number, when i say yes..then she say me.. i sumbit my KYC in nearest vodafone store and take postpaid line..her behaviour was very bad and used wrong word. and tell me d win the case and not care any complain in consumer forum. after that today i visit shyambazar vodafone store and they not tell me the reason why my number block.and tell me i take postpaid plan for 3 month after that change in prepaid plan. even today i not used my net banking more over my 9830888957 number was block which many people not contact me..vodafone just blackmail me and harassment me..

                  Hii, from last tuesday vdafone closed my no. ([protected]) without any intemation. I contact to vodafone store they told me that company closed you no. Permanently. I contact to vodafone customer complaint services (198) yesterday noon and they told me that your no. Will activate tomorrow by 03:00 pm. But till time no coverage on my no. I continuesly contact to vodafone customer complaint (198 and [protected]) but they did not give me proper response. From last tuesday i can't access my mobile no. I use this no.in my professional job. So, please do the needful on urgently.

                      I purchased online an international roaming package from vodafone on 15th march'2019 vide transaction id qcmp[protected] for my vodafone prepaid mobile no.

                      We went to dubai, but the international roaming did not get activated till our return on 22nd march'19.

                      I wrote to customer care on 27th march'19 at vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com ; but did not get anyreply.

                        I have some network related problems in our area, for which i had raised a complaint. I have no response from vodafone end. So could anyone of guys let me know the procedure to go ahead with filling of rti and whom to submit and other details. We are around 40 -50 people using vodafone. Now we are thinking of porting to other network with better service, try to solve this. Reply as soon as possible.

                          prepaid card deactivated suddenly without any reason

In june 2019 we've moved to prepaid from postpaid in vodafone only with recharge of first recharge including 3 month recharge in advance. Suddenly on 2nd july network was out of connectivity/ no coverage. We called to CUSTOMER CARE from my number and these vodafone people are saying that she was not using simcard from long time, so they deactivated. How is it possible,...

                          July 01, 2019 i have changed my postpaid services to prepaid. Postpaid sim got deactivated, new sim was not activated till now. I have done tel-verification still i am not able to do outgoing&incoming calls. From last 2 days i am roaming to aecs layout vodafone store they are behaving very rude to me. Particularly staff name - raju is behaving like rowdy. He is not maintaining series in resolving the issue. He is feeling like a head-master to the store. He is resolving tokens on his wish.

                            Vodafone team,

                            1.
                            I will be paying up for the plan i opted for and for which i was informed. I had very clearly discussed my itinerary with the executive who explained me all the details for the international roaming pack before opting for the same.
                            2.
                            The plan covered monaco city and i have been still charged for the internet usage in that city with huge amount. If there were issues with the network in that particular city, i should have been informed about it before hand.
                            3.
                            Also without any intimation or my consent my credit limit was increased to a limit to bring up my bill to the huge amount you guys are asking for.

                            Ps: i will be paying for the monthly rental and the the additional roaming pack for which i opted for, nothing more than that. I want this issue to be resolved asap and i will clear the above stated amount as soon as you give me a confirmation on the same. Or consider this as my last communication before filing the case in the consumer forum and will also claim for the damages your company is causing by blocking calls on my number. This is a clear case of extortion and will file the same.

                            M/s Vodafone…

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have a post paid conncetion in my name with Vodafone with no. [protected]. The credit limit of this no. is Rs 6000/- which was fixed by you after my consent when I took the connection on…...For my foreign travel in….I called your customer executive for activation ofinternational roaming pack. I told your customer care executive about my travel plan.

                            2. ​Your customer care executive offered me 5999/- pack which is valid for 28 days. I asked him is the plan unlimited. He said no and suggested me to activate 3999/- for 10 days which has unlimited calls and data pack available for the same.

                            3.​I asked him I am travelling for 15 days, so how would I manage to take 10 days plan, then he said you can activate same plan twice 3999/- after 10 days for next 5 days.

                            4.​I requested to activate plan for 14th June. And he that he took my request for to activate my plan from mytravel date, 14th June.

                            5.​Due to some issues in Turkish airline. I had to travel on 13th June. So I called Customer care again and asked customer care executive to activate my plan from 13th June itself. He informed that as your plan is already activated for 14th June. We have to deactivate first and after half an hour you can call again and get the plan activated again. I did the same and my plan got activatedform 13th June 2019.

                            6.​After 2 days on…. When I was in France my services were barred by you. I was neither able to make or receive calls nor use data network anywhere. You people cannot image how harassed and insecure I felt without a working phone in a foreign land where I had no other means for communication with any one and where language was a big problem. I was travelling with my sister and was not able to communicate with her or contact my family in India and vice Versa.
                            6.1​You have really spoilt my vacation. As while I was there but I could not relaxed. Every second I was feelinginsecure with a fear or getting lost or separated from my sister. Once I got seoerated from my sister neither could I contact her nor my sister could contact me as my incoming was also barred.

                            6.2​I have been extremely harassed by VODAFONE. And still I am being harassed as outgoing from my phone has been stopped by you unilaterally without my permission. And without even informing me. My work is getting hindered and I am under extreme mental trauma.

                            7.​On returning back to India I was informed by your Customer care executive that my bill had reached Rs… on my second day of travel itself, hence my connection was barred. It was surprising that when I had a unlimited plan how could there be bill and that too so high. More over my credit limit was Rs 6000/- so in any case the bill could not exceed Rs 6000/-. Your customer care executive informed me that the company had suo moto, without informing me of seeking my consent, enhanced my credit limit to Rs 30, 000/-.

                            8.​Your customer care executive also informed me that the 3999 plan activated on my phone did not cover Monaco city, though it is a part of France, and i have been charged for the internet usage in that city with this huge amount. If there were issues with the network in that particular city, how am I to know your internal arrangement, I should have been informed beforehandabout it, at the time of opting for this plan.

                            9.​My sister who was travelling with me had a Airtel connection and she had activated “IR pack” for the same countries I have mentioned earlier. But she didn’t get any trouble. She has not been charged extra & even not harassed like me.

                            10​I am will be paying for the monthly rental and the the additional roaming pack for which i opted for, nothing more than that. I want this issue to be resolved asap and i will clear the above stated amount as soon as you give me a confirmation on the same and resume my connection. Failing which I will be forced to take further action for your arbitrary act of :

                            (i) Barring my connection and blocking incoming and outgoing calls on my number on the second day of my travel in a foreign land against a validity of tendays.
                            (ii) Suo Moto increasing my credit limit.
                            (iii) Showing unrealistic and arbitrary due against me.
                            (iiii) Continuing to block outgoing calls on my phone even now as on date.

                            11. Please consider this as my last communication before I move against you to claim damages from your company for unilaterally blocking calls on my number and causing me mental agony and trying to extort money from me.

                            PS: I am expecting best possible solution from your side and ready to pay genuine bill which is due to me, failing which I sahall be forced to take up the matter on CPGRAMS and or TCCMS etc.

                              I am enforced to write you about my situation as i have been very harassed for past 15 days.
                              I called your customer executive for on [protected] for international roaming pack.
                              1.
                              I told him about my travel countries i. E. Turkey for 3 hours, france for 4 days, netherlands for 4 days, czech republic for 3 days and hungry for 3 days.

                              2.
                              He offered me 5999/- pack which is valid for 28 days. I asked him is the plan unlimited. He said no and informed me to activate 3999/- for 10 days which has unlimited cals and data pack available for mentioned countries.
                              3.
                              I asked him i am travelling for 15 days, so how would i manage to take 10 days plan, then he said you can activate same plan twice 3999/- after 10 days for next 5 days.

                              I requested to activate plan for 24th june. And he informed that he took request for 14th june to activate my plan as my travel date was 14th june.

                              Who people gave you right to exceed my credit limit. And if you people have increased, who gonna inform me that your credit limit has been exceed.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have activated international roaming from 19.05.2019 to 25.05.2019. (Mobile no. [protected] name of shakun ayurved pvt ltd) with request no.[protected] as on 13.05.2019, but this service is not activated in my phone when i am in nepal.

                                I have submit application about this matter in vodafone pratap nagar office to mr. Deepak - [protected]. He ensure to me that this internation roaming plan of rs. 2999/- will be waive off in my bill then same day i have deposited bill rs. 1015 apart of international roaming plan.

                                But till date amount 2999/- not waive off.

                                What can i do no one want to listen my problem.

                                  No information was provided on cheaper plans available in vodafone which led me to pay extra. I paid 2100rs for 4 months.,
                                  Secondly when i personally contacted the customer care for a port request and to seek the procedure for the same, i was put on hold and no one responded. This happened multiple times. I feel like the company has cheated on by not letting me access to information which caused me to pay extra money and time.

                                    Making lot of troubles and hassles to change my vodafone postpaid to prepaid and giving bogus reasons every month and cheating customers in the name of postpaid and luring us in the name of fancy numbers and arrogant # staff is at vodafone mini store at coimbatore jai communication handling customers roughly and rudely barabarian treating customers like without respect and rude toned voiced and insulting

                                      I have searched my outgoing call and message details on myvodafone account. It shows multiple messages sent to an unknown number from my mobile number on 26/06/19 at 6:10 am and around 12:15 pm. And also on 02/07/19 on the same number. My daughter has told that she received call from an unknown number on 25/06/19. I don't have received calls details. Please provide received call details for june 2019. Also please tell me how messages sent to unknown number without my permission.
