I have searched my outgoing call and message details on myvodafone account. It shows multiple messages sent to an unknown number from my mobile number on 26/06/19 at 6:10 am and around 12:15 pm. And also on 02/07/19 on the same number. My daughter has told that she received call from an unknown number on 25/06/19. I don't have received calls details. My Phone screen was broken and i raised for a claim. After that Insurance company collected my phone via blue dart courier. After one or two weeks I got a mail that, My phone is considered for total damage and If I surrender my phone to them, a claim of 12600 is approved.

When i send the phone to them, only a crack was there in my phone and its in perfectly working condition. Only screen should be replaced. How did it went...

I had done thevodafone recharge of rs. 119 through paytm but the recharge was done 4 times and the amount deducted was rs. 476. I reported a complaint about this to paytm but they said the amount once deducted won't be refunded. I had raised the request on 24th of june, 2019 and i was told that the number would be deactivated by the 29th of june, 2019.
