Hi Team,

I have raised many complaint specific to network related issue when I got a call from vodafone immediately after I submitted port request to change my service provider.

I have a issue specific to network inside my house and I am not able to make or receive calls. I have used vodafone for almost 3 years and going through same issue but finally I ended up submitting port request to change from vodafone to other service provider.

Vodafone customer representative told me that they will resolve my issue within a week and told me to wait till 25th june.

I have followed up many times within a week but almost all of them have provided me wrong and mileading information

I could have changed my number to other service provider a week back, however vodafone promised me to resolve my issue and requested me to hold on submitting documents to other network provider.

I am following up since a week so many complaint raised and so far no resolution.

Reasons given to me by customer service representative were irrelevant saying because of vodafone idea merging i am facing issue in network.

This is long standing issue I am facing since 3 years.

    Respected sir/ma'am,
    My Vodafone number is [protected] activated since 2012. I want to register a complain regarding it's payment of Bill. Actually from the day, since I gave this number for Port request, from that day onwards lot of phone calls from Vodafone customer care service started coming for not to Port the number despite of telling them that we want to Port our number in BSNL. After our previous online bill payment of Rupees 107 made on 8 May, 2019 via operator id- [protected]C213, they activated Value Added Service (VAS) and caller tune on my number. However, Do not Disturb (DND) request is also activated on my number. But then how come, these services are activated on my number. They say that these have been activated from my end but I'm sure that I didn't started any of these services nor did I requested for it, Vodafone customer care service has started them by themselves.

    They have been doing this to me as a harrasment. My bill has been increased to 412 ruppes this time. I had also registered a customer care complaint against this on 12 June and the complaint number was[protected]. But now it has been cancelled by them. I request you to please provide me with some solution to my problem of bill payment. My bill should be adjusted. Hope you understand my situation.

      Money is deducted from my account on the name of bollywood alert services. The service is self activated. Everyday rs 3 is being deducted from my account. I want the refund of those deducted amount. And the is one toll free number for deactivation which is invalid. What kind of services you are rendering. The number given is not working but amount deduction is done of own. Look into the matter and seek me refund.

      Vodafone blocking port out request

      Have tried sending PORT to 1900 multiple times from my Vodafone sim, but it seems Vodafone has blocked this sms.

      I can see same complaint from many users, but no solution.

        Hi, my name is Shanmugavel. I'm Vodafone Post paid customer. I am working with corporate company. In my company they've asked me to migrate corporate plan. They have tie up with Vodafone, plan corporate Red basic 199. I contacted Vodafone customer care. They said they don't have such a plan for corporate. I explained that they provide me with a corporate mail id for this plan migration. They said to contact Vodafone showroom. In Vodafone also no proper information and mailed to appellate authority. He also said to go showroom only. I fed up with the Vodafone customer service. When ever I contact them, they created complaint no and closed without my knowledge. For me issue not resolved. I have attached the complaint record for the above issue. From June 26th I started to contact them. Still now no response from the Vodafone

          On 08/07/2019, at 12:50 am, i did a successful recharge of rs. 398 on my vodafone mobile number. Transid onr[protected]
          I also got sms of recharge success from vm-vfcare. Yet i havent received the recharge benefits (1gb per day data and free calls and sms).
          Also my outgoing validity is showing till 11/07/2019 which should be increased for 84 days.
          Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Today I recharge on my . And I got 90ruppes balance on my phone now the balance is zero number is [protected]
          Vodafone has activated some CRBT subscription to my account without informing or asking whether or not I want this service to be activated. Also they are deducting money from my prepaid balance for this service.

          I need them to deactivate this service and refund for the total amount they have charged.

            I can not abale to send sms form my no to another no. Also i've put my Vodafone sim into another no but the problem is still remaining. 1000 of time I have complained vodafone customer care and also visit nearest Vodafone store but they could not abale to solve the problem. Please solve my problem otherwise I will port my no into another operator.

              I changed my vodafone sim from postpaid to prepaid a week ago. And I also visited the store two days ago, they said there is a problem with the tele verification and they said it'll be done by evening. But it's been two days. I can't receive calls messages otps anything. And I called vodafone customer care and they were like we can't do anything about that sir. What? Seriously! Then why are they working in vodafone. Please do something.

                Was visiting Italy in June when I activated International roaming on my vodafone number.
                On reaching I was not able to connect to the network and after hours over the call with the customer care, i requested them to cancel roaming and ensure no charges are levied
                When the bill was generated they charged me INR 4500 for roaming charges which never worked.
                They are not willing to reverse the charges.
                Kindly advise

                I chose data plan of rs.459, in this pack 100 sms free for a day but i'm not able to send messages even yesterday my balance is deducted for sending messages. This is totally unacceptable. I really want to know about the details why balance deducted and why messages are not being sent. Please respond on this complaint as soon as possible.

                  My number is [protected] belongs to a 3 sim corporate package issued by mr abhishek sarkar and i'm using this number since last 5 years or so. I came israel one year ago and before coming here i converted my number to prepaid from postpaid. I've done recharge several times as prepaid number being in israel also. I was getting all my sms in this number since last one year without any issue. Suddenly from today morning, this number is not active. After consulting with the vodafone service center, i came to know that the number is deactivated. And when i requested them to activate the sim they are advising me to visit kolkata vodafone center.

                  They have inactivated the number of a person who is in abroad since last one year without any prior notification that you are going to do so. I lost all the access of my banking transaction, adhar, pan card. Being in a foreign country i lost all my financial transaction ability all of a sudden!

                  I therfore request you to intervene for my sim to be activated again.

                    Since the last two months (May, june 2019) the bill amount has been above 400rs on my vodafone postpaid number - [protected] despite of the fact that i have a 98rs mseb plan activated.
                    The internet was not used but might have got connected accidentally.
                    Yet the amount charged is unreasonable.
                    Now i have an outstanding amount of 810rs on my bill and i am not willing to pay such unreasonable amount of money.
                    Either deactivate this number or regenerate my bill with proper analysis and billing amount.

                      Vodaphone changed my plan without informing me . I asked them to switch back & refund the amount, but customer care saying it is not possible .

                      Vodphone is cheating the customers . They might have cheated the lakhs of customer like this .

                      If you have done autopay, you may not be knowing . Customers Pls check your plans

                        My number barred today for not paying the payment to previous provide airtel.

                        I have made the payment to airtel on 1st july itself.

                        I have asked to visit vodafone store just to send the copy of the receipt looks like vodafone customer have no access to email. Its pain for simple email travelled all the way to store.

                        I have sent email by 4.37 pm itself. Store guy assured the connection will be back within 4 hours.

                        It's 10.30 pm connection was not restored i am chasing vodafone to get the connection back.. I have last day for 3 credit card payment which requires otp.

                        Everytime customer care giving wrong information its pending with airtel, its pending with backend team and many more..

                        I made a mistake by porting to vodafone because of poor speed in tcs siruseri area.. I suffered, vodafone is very poor in basics being global provider..

                        Having said that poor guy waiting for the connection back!!!

                          It appears that download speed on a prepaid plan are throttled till midnight. I can see that speeds are very low (under 512K) and then jump up to over 10Mbps after midnight. This is consistent behavior observed over several months. I would expect the same 10Mbps to be available throughout the entire day. Thank you for your assistance with resolving this issue.

                            Hi,

                            How to know if my mobile number is trapped and someone listening to my calls?
                            Its serious problem am facing and causing problem is using phone as someone listening to my calls and tried hacking my confidential data.
                            Bank details also.
                            I have noticed that if i et any calls, first someone else spoke and i was surprised to see my calls running with different person said "hello and asked me if am priya/someone", then after 2-3 attempts they disconnected and my sister was shocked too as she too said someone else receives cal first and 3rd time was connected to me.

                            Please address this issue and tell me how to deal with it, else should i contact nadal officer/crime branch.

                              Hi, i am vodafone postpaid customer since longtime and recently shifted my home.
                              There is no network in my home and raised multiple complaints with them.
                              They close the requesting stating the issue is resolved but it dint.
                              They generate bills every month but don't provide network.
                              This is at all not fair and they charge late payment fee as well. Please help.

                                Today 04/07/2019 VODAFONE company block my sim after i recharge 02 july Rs 35.

                                when i call customer care...exeutive reply me that i have not recharge my number in 90 days so my sim no [protected] was block permanently.

                                i port this mobile number from airtel..and not using vodafone for last 90 days.

                                02 july 2019 i recharge Rs35..which messages also come from vodafone. and also 3 july 2019 message come from vodafone side that 2148.00 MB 3G/4G date pack active and valid till 29/07/2019.
                                and in same day other message come in which ..2GB DATA i got valid for 10 days.
                                after this message and recharge vodafone say i not recharge in 90 days so they block my number..( all message from vodafone screenshot are attach )

                                i face huge problem bcoz this no [protected] are link with my all bank and i have not made any transaction bcoz OTP not come.

                                so resolve my problem otherwise i go to court.

                                and huge fine for vodafone for my harassment.

                                today 05/07/2019 i recevied a call from vodafone mobile no. 9051145563 at 13:50pm and tel me that i get my number, when i say yes..then she say me.. i sumbit my KYC in nearest vodafone store and take postpaid line..her behaviour was very bad and used wrong word. and tell me d win the case and not care any complain in consumer forum. after that today i visit shyambazar vodafone store and they not tell me the reason why my number block.and tell me i take postpaid plan for 3 month after that change in prepaid plan. even today i not used my net banking more over my 9830888957 number was block which many people not contact me..vodafone just blackmail me and harassment me..

                                  Hii, from last tuesday vdafone closed my no. ([protected]) without any intemation. I contact to vodafone store they told me that company closed you no. Permanently. I contact to vodafone customer complaint services (198) yesterday noon and they told me that your no. Will activate tomorrow by 03:00 pm. But till time no coverage on my no. I continuesly contact to vodafone customer complaint (198 and [protected]) but they did not give me proper response. From last tuesday i can't access my mobile no. I use this no.in my professional job. So, please do the needful on urgently.

                                    I have deposited security deposit rs.2000/-ten years back. I visit a vodafone store in alambagh, lucknow. I request a complaint to refund my security deposit. I submit this
                                    Complaint one month ago after a month i again visited the store to get the update as i have not yet received my refund cheque. They said it is under process. Can you tell me how much time you required to release

                                      I purchased online an international roaming package from vodafone on 15th march'2019 vide transaction id qcmp[protected] for my vodafone prepaid mobile no.

                                      We went to dubai, but the international roaming did not get activated till our return on 22nd march'19.

                                      I wrote to customer care on 27th march'19 at vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafone.com ; but did not get anyreply.

                                        I have some network related problems in our area, for which i had raised a complaint. I have no response from vodafone end. So could anyone of guys let me know the procedure to go ahead with filling of rti and whom to submit and other details. We are around 40 -50 people using vodafone. Now we are thinking of porting to other network with better service, try to solve this. Reply as soon as possible.
