Respected sir/ma'am,
My Vodafone number is [protected] activated since 2012. I want to register a complain regarding it's payment of Bill. Actually from the day, since I gave this number for Port request, from that day onwards lot of phone calls from Vodafone customer care service started coming for not to Port the number despite of telling them that we want to Port our number in BSNL. After our previous online bill payment of Rupees 107 made on 8 May, 2019 via operator id- [protected]C213, they activated Value Added Service (VAS) and caller tune on my number. However, Do not Disturb (DND) request is also activated on my number. But then how come, these services are activated on my number. They say that these have been activated from my end but I'm sure that I didn't started any of these services nor did I requested for it, Vodafone customer care service has started them by themselves.
They have been doing this to me as a harrasment. My bill has been increased to 412 ruppes this time. I had also registered a customer care complaint against this on 12 June and the complaint number was[protected]. But now it has been cancelled by them. I request you to please provide me with some solution to my problem of bill payment. My bill should be adjusted. Hope you understand my situation.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Have tried sending PORT to 1900 multiple times from my Vodafone sim, but it seems Vodafone has blocked this sms.
I can see same complaint from many users, but no solution.
