Dear sir/madam,

I converted my below mentioned vodafone postpaid into prepaid and as i didn't recieve the new prepaid sim so i was not using this number since then. My issue is as i already converted post to prepaid still i got a bill generated as per postpaid connection and customer care executives asking me to pay the bill which is against the norms. Kindly do the needful and take suitable step against it so that my relation and trust as a customer with vodafone network stay.

    My dad's bills have contained vas charges of 200 to 400 rupees every month which went unnoticed for years. This is a scam and genuine customers are being looted of their money through this.in case one complaints they give waiver of last month only. I want my hard earned money back. I have full proof of the bills. It has amounted to thousands since it has been doing this for years. Many customers still do not know this. Such a fraud needs to be stopped.

      On the iroam free 6999 pack & iroam free 3999 pack, the usage mentioned for free data consumed in bahrain is 5gb & 3gb respectively. Additional data will be charged at ₹1/mb on both plans as mentioned on shown on the mobile app. I have been charged excessively for the same and they have not been responding appropriately. Have been calling since the past 20 days and yet they say they will call back with more detailed information.

        Vodafone included the below addins to my phone pack without any request from me or notification. When i request my pack details the below dont come up and i got to know about this after i called customer services.in my opinion what vodafone is doing is unethical and they are not offering a full refund of the charge of this service from the activation date as it was added without my knowledge. There is a clear invasion of customer privacy, as these addins are provided by third party companies and it does not appear in the billing plan details of vodafone.

        Vodafone games-21rs/week 31st may'19
        How to video-49/week activated from oct'18

        After requesting for a formal complaint to be registered with vodafone customer services they keep getting back to me saying that a block for such addins has been applied to my account which will last for next 6 months. After 6 months i need to mail them again and they will renew the block. They have rejected giving me a refund so that it cannot be done.

        I am sure this has been done to thousands of customers without informing them and vodafone has made money cheating consumers and amount collected by them in such means should be easily in crores.

          Hi i am a customer i went to top up my sim in one shop on 1/07/19 i told him that i need calling and internet for one month he told me rs.199 i paid him after that i got message of rs 129 which i asked him he said nothing wrong in that so after 10 days my internet got over so i went back to him he was not ready to explain i told him to give his name and id he was not ready to give even he did not have my record of my number which he top up. On top he said do what ever i want

          Now this retailer is cheating all the people in goa (Margao) i need to take immediate action on this...

                Dear sir/ madam,

                As per trailing mail, vodafone asked to pay extra charges for last bill.

                I am briefing in details : -

                I was using mobile no. #[protected] with vodafone and my plan was rs. 250+gst (Rs. 295/- including gst) and billing cycle was 28th to 27th of the month, due to company process, need to port my number in jio and porting process has been completed on 20th may'19.

                As per plan which is given by vodafone 1.6 years ago, my bill should made rs. 217 (Approx) for last bill cycle 28th april to 20th may'19 (22 days). I had paid for rs. 220/- in advance before porting process. But, vodafone generate my bill for rs. 360/- for last billing cycle and changed my plan to rs. 399/- + gst from rs. 250+gst without any communication.

                Also saying this bill generated on prorate basis and we can't reverse and harassing me on daily basis & forcing me to pay this extra charges.

                I also receiving call from jio to pay this bill otherwise my number services will be suspended soon.

                I complaint multiple times in vodafone (Reference number [protected], [protected], [protected], against extra charges but nobody responding in positive ways.

                Please help to short-out this issue.

                I was using plan for Rs. 250+GST (for lifetime) for my Vodafone number from more than 1.6 years and every month I was paying bill for Rs. 293 to 295 including GST.

                I already paid for Rs. 220/- in advance to Vodafone before port my number into JIO which was used by me for billing cycle 28th April to 20th May'19 (Approx 22 days) as per my plan which is given by Vodafone.

                In my last bill Vodafone showing my plan was Rs. 399+GST and generate bill for Rs. 360/- for billing cycle 28th April to 20th May'19, I complaint against extra outstanding in Vodafone many times but nobody listen and saying you need to pay only this.

                Yesterday, I visited at Vodafone store for same issue, but your executive (Ms. Titli) saying we can't clear your outstanding without pay from your side.

                I just wants to ask to Vodafone, why cheating customer in last bill?

                Please clear extra outstanding.

                  We visited uk between 06 june and 18 june, 2019. So that we can keep contact with our relatives and friends in india and in uk, i recharged for rs 1495 for my mobile no. ([protected]) and for my husband's mobile no. ([protected]). We sent sms "act ir" to 199 so that the packs get activated. We also got the message that our roaming packs have been activated in our respective mobiles. We needed to keep sufficient balance in our account so that rs 99 could be deducted from our prepaid balance. Although we maintained sufficient balance, nothing was deducted.

                  Unfortunately, after reaching at uk, neither me, nor my husband could use the vodafone service. We had to face a lot of hazard for the 1st day on our arrival and ultimately we had to take local sim card to keep contact with india. During our stay at uk, our relatives tried to contact vodafone customer care several times. No one could give any satisfactory solution. They told some server problem was going on.

                  After several requests to vodafone, they have refunded rs.1495 in each of our mobile number as vodafone balance with a certain period of validity. To us, these are of no use. I spent the amount for roaming purpose. If that purpose was not served and since we had to face a lot of trouble in a foreign country due to non-availability of the service, vodafone must refund the money (Rs. 2990) into my bank account which was spent in order that we can keep contact with our families and friends in india and uk.

                    Vodaphone has done nothing within the last 8 months in sector 20 dundahera, gurgaon. Customer service always say “we will do our best”. I say people are dumb and just fooling people by only fake promises. Even vodaphone+idea can do nothing. Stop your services. People just recharge and get nothing except your #. Your internet service sucks. Tell balesh sharma who has merged voda+idea that he stops playing and be educated....

                    On 13th July, I have converted my postpaid number [protected] to one of the prepaid plans. Also I have paid all the dues and 500 Rs. Prepaid plan for 3 months.Attached is the payment receipt. Inspite of waiting for last 3 days, the number is not yet activated. I personally visited vodafone store, at drive in . The customer care executive, named Aftab, asks to file a complain for this, which again will take 48 hrs to get resolved. Is this the service, being given by one of the leading telecom service provider?

                      I am writing this in regards to vodafone services that i am not happy with the services of the number. I do have rather disappointment with the services. Also, regarding the plan that is currently going on the number is too much for me as i told your customer care earlier regarding the same that there should be some basic plan for a user where i can keep the number active. But the bill was continuously increasing and i am not able to pay that much for the same.

                      Also, i need to close the number as the services seems to be bad day-by-day as the internet doesn't work and the voice is always unclear. I have to recharge my other number everytime because the vodafone once does not work.

                          This is shashank. I am currently in Dubai. I have taken vodafone i-roam pack which cost me Rs. 5999 per month plus Tax. I require my India no to be activated as I have regular business calls from my no.
                          Since my i-roam plan was getting expired, I had requested vodafone renew my international roaming pack on 3rd June. However, the same was not activated by vodafone, and after follow-up with them on the same they made the activation on 4th June in the afternoon.
                          To my surprise, VODAFONE charged Rs. 3043 extra in my account. Balance amount of Rs. Rs.14, 450 already paid on the day it was demanded. On my inquiry, the customer care official told me that this extra charge of Rs. 3043 is usage of mobile in between activation on 4th June.
                          I have sent several emails to vodafone with proof of email sent to them on 3rd for reactivation. But nobody is responding the email properly and I am getting same response everytime.
                          I am very upset with the system as they are penalizing the customers for the mistake done by vodafone.
                          It's been more than a week and I am getting same response.

                            I have one vodafone postpaid number which is currently in deactivate state due to non-usage.

                            I would like ask few question to vodafone as below,

                            1. I was paying the monthly rent for my postpaid number still why my number got deactivated?

                            Here i am requesting you to kindly activate or re-allocate this number to me.

                            Since last 1 month i have been visiting vodafone store but your executives are not giving me solution for this issue and saying that this number is allocated to someone else and currently the number is in idle state (Since last 1 month).

                            I tried calling my deactivated number to check who has been allotted with my number, but this number is still out of service/doesn't exist state.

                            As the number is still out of service/doesn't exist state and not assigned to anyone, here i am requesting you to kindly reallocate this number to me.

                            I have been using my postpaid vodafone number past 3-4 years but due to some unavoidable circumstances i was not using my number from last few months.
                            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Vodafone India is the biggest fraudulent network carrier as of today. In my every bill they have charged from the past 3-4 months additional 50 rupees in the name of "Other credits/charges". Everytime i call the complaints number 198 they tell me that they have a technical issue due to which they cannot check my details. And in the same call at the very beginning the IVR is telling me all my details. They also do not transfer the call to their senior manager and shamelessly disconnect it. From past so many calls they have not send any survey message regarding the feedback. They are trying to make out for their losses of all those cheap pre-paid schemes from regular post-paid subscribers. I have wasted nearly 150 rupees in 3 bills as my bills where paid by my office staff and I could not notice. Today i took screen shots of all previous bills and found out this scam(attached in this complaint). They will make lakhs of rupees by conning only 10% of their regular post-paid customers. I am going to switch to other network soon now. Throw Vodafone out of India and motivate Indian carriers. We already lost Tata Docomo and Tata Indicom because of these foreign pathetic companies and I feel very shamefull of myself that I was associated with such unethical company.

                                Hello team

                                I got a call from your team member, asking for the compliance that I have posted on your website
                                Regarding the wrong delivery and no proper response from the seller.

                                So your team has taken the initiative and made a call today morning
                                So while having a call
                                The team member has asked for details
                                And asked to share the card details
                                Which I dnt agree, when asked why
                                The reason given to me is ( it’s company policy, card details we need, i[censored] need your money back, as we transfer money through Paytm )
                                When I clearly said I don’t have paytm
                                You can share through bank
                                For which you have asked the bank details

                                Kindly clear this confusion and get back

                                I have a wierd doubt after speaking
                                The first reason is
                                1) Called from consumer, but money is refunded to me through consumer as they have direct link
                                2)To transfer money why will they need my card details

                                  They have incorrect email id on this profile of mobile number [protected]. Instead of putting actual email id of the customer, they have my email id [protected]@gmail.com which is not correct. I am receiving unwanted emails because of this. I am not at all a customer of vodafone. I have sent multiple emails asking them to remove my email address. Why are they not taking action?

                                    I bring the Vodafone international roaming.they offered me 5000+399+Tax unlimited call and data.around more than 20 country.there happens last month I traveled by road to Oman from Dubai.when I reached there my Sim not activate.after I listed my clients meet and other roaming facilities arroun 15000 rs.after they added extra bill also arrund 5000 rs.now sending message even they not pay will disconnect my line.its effected my business and I lose the business project also around five lakh.

                                      Dear team,

                                      My name is kiran bhalodia and i am using vodafone postpaid connection with registered number [[protected]].

                                      In july-2019 month bill i got additional amount for vas services in my vodafone postpaid bills which i have never purchased/added. Daily basis i am using internet and calls during day time only (07:00 to 23:30 hrs) but vas charges deducted 3 times during night hours. I have discussed with customer complaint team but they also don't know about this deduction. I have raised customer complaint[protected] for the same.

                                      Vodafone need to revise my mobile bill for july month.

                                      Due to unnecessary calls and offers and notifications, I have requested a port from Vodafone to Jio. Its too much annoying if you are receiving 20 useless calls from company. Its been 5 days Vodafone is not leaving the number. Please look into this matter Consumer Complaints Forum.
