Vodafone India is the biggest fraudulent network carrier as of today. In my every bill they have charged from the past 3-4 months additional 50 rupees in the name of "Other credits/charges". Everytime i call the complaints number 198 they tell me that they have a technical issue due to which they cannot check my details. And in the same call at the very beginning the IVR is telling me all my details. They also do not transfer the call to their senior manager and shamelessly disconnect it. From past so many calls they have not send any survey message regarding the feedback. They are trying to make out for their losses of all those cheap pre-paid schemes from regular post-paid subscribers. I have wasted nearly 150 rupees in 3 bills as my bills where paid by my office staff and I could not notice. Today i took screen shots of all previous bills and found out this scam(attached in this complaint). They will make lakhs of rupees by conning only 10% of their regular post-paid customers. I am going to switch to other network soon now. Throw Vodafone out of India and motivate Indian carriers. We already lost Tata Docomo and Tata Indicom because of these foreign pathetic companies and I feel very shamefull of myself that I was associated with such unethical company.

    Hello team

    I got a call from your team member, asking for the compliance that I have posted on your website
    Regarding the wrong delivery and no proper response from the seller.

    So your team has taken the initiative and made a call today morning
    So while having a call
    The team member has asked for details
    And asked to share the card details
    Which I dnt agree, when asked why
    The reason given to me is ( it’s company policy, card details we need, i[censored] need your money back, as we transfer money through Paytm )
    When I clearly said I don’t have paytm
    You can share through bank
    For which you have asked the bank details

    Kindly clear this confusion and get back

    I have a wierd doubt after speaking
    The first reason is
    1) Called from consumer, but money is refunded to me through consumer as they have direct link
    2)To transfer money why will they need my card details

      They have incorrect email id on this profile of mobile number [protected]. Instead of putting actual email id of the customer, they have my email id [protected]@gmail.com which is not correct. I am receiving unwanted emails because of this. I am not at all a customer of vodafone. I have sent multiple emails asking them to remove my email address. Why are they not taking action?

        I bring the Vodafone international roaming.they offered me 5000+399+Tax unlimited call and data.around more than 20 country.there happens last month I traveled by road to Oman from Dubai.when I reached there my Sim not activate.after I listed my clients meet and other roaming facilities arroun 15000 rs.after they added extra bill also arrund 5000 rs.now sending message even they not pay will disconnect my line.its effected my business and I lose the business project also around five lakh.

          Dear team,

          My name is kiran bhalodia and i am using vodafone postpaid connection with registered number [[protected]].

          In july-2019 month bill i got additional amount for vas services in my vodafone postpaid bills which i have never purchased/added. Daily basis i am using internet and calls during day time only (07:00 to 23:30 hrs) but vas charges deducted 3 times during night hours. I have discussed with customer complaint team but they also don't know about this deduction. I have raised customer complaint[protected] for the same.

          Vodafone need to revise my mobile bill for july month.

          Due to unnecessary calls and offers and notifications, I have requested a port from Vodafone to Jio. Its too much annoying if you are receiving 20 useless calls from company. Its been 5 days Vodafone is not leaving the number. Please look into this matter Consumer Complaints Forum.

            Hi This is Apurba Karmakar my wife's vodafone no is [protected]. 3 time deducted rs25, rs.7 and today rs 29 ... When I called there customer care, one of Senior executive said to me that my wife took loan from her Vodafone no that's why deducted rs29 and she was not to be refunded. I cannot understand how she tail that type of explanation... I and my wife don't know how to take loan from vodafone no. Last time rs7 they refund to my wife's no main balance. But today they were make it happen.

            Requested to pls do the needful and help me to get my refund back to my vodafone no.

              I am gupta narayanaswamy one of the customer of "vodafone" having a mobile number-[[protected]] this mooring i had done a two time recharge plan of 169 where it has to my other vodafone mob no. After this mistake which is done my end, i had immediately reached to vodafone customer care office near to me is frazer town.

              Yes, i agree that is my mistake of doing it so. But there should be an easy way of getting it done. When i asked the executive akkmama. She replied that it is not possible to do. Then later she had called other person praveen kumar he is the person who had no customer service knowledge. He had tried to command me in front of all other people who had present thereby raising his voice towards me.

              When i am recharging 169 plan to my mob number why the same plan again gets recharged to the same number.

              And why can’t you return that recharged amount or recharge to the other number?

              What is the use of customer care office when they don’t have the right to give writing letter which is told to me in oral? Is that i have to hear/listen to what were they say is correct in oral and come back.

              Then what is the use of having your service since from 10 + years? Is this the way you treat your customer.

                Dear sir,

                I have registered dnd on my vodafone number, long back. But, i still receive plenty of commercial sms and calls.

                I have complained to vodafone by calls and emails several times, but they are not are not serious to their customers. They have not resolved my complaint till date.

                I have complained once again. Vodafone docket number[protected].

                I have attached proofs that dnd is registered as per trai.

                Also attached sms screenshots and vodafone email confirmation screenshot.

                I request you to take serious action against them.

                  For past 3 months my vodafone [[protected]] number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said everything is fine or visit the customer care outlet. Went there they gave me a new sim. Still nothing happened. I send messages to my friends and relatives. Nwithout my knowledge they blocked. How to un block?

                  Every time i send a message, it shows error 50 (Kindly check attachment to know what and error 50 is)

                  I have sufficient balance rs.6 and an unlimited pack.

                  I can't even send a message to generate port request.

                  If a solution is not possible, kindly give me a porting code.

                    I have ported into vodafone for just above one month now. From day 1, i am not getting data speed at my home. I am subscribed to a pack with over 90 gb data and i am unable to use any of that. On 1st of jun, i got a mail that network executive will be visiting my location for inspection and gave me a service request number[protected]. After around 15 days, one network executive visited and left.

                    Later i got a mail which stated - "with regard to your concern and basis the feedback received from our network team, i regret that an immediate improvement in coverage would not be possible, as currently there is no new network site planned near your premises."

                    What i got after this was a bill for rs. 951. When i made a complaint on this to the executive who called me, the answer i got was - "this is how it happens"!! I am amused with they themselves acknowledging no coverage and sending me such an amount as bill and then responding such arrogantly.

                    Then i decided to use a public forum for my complaint and started using twitter. I have been contacting them ever since for this. Every time they say the complaint is escalated and will contact soon. I have been hearing this for 20 days now. Irrespective of all this, they are even sending me messages for late payment if i do not pay before july 13.

                    This is the way you deal with a new customer, i wonder about the rest!

                      Vodafone have wrongly charged in april 2019 bill and currently i am not getting any service of incoming and outgoing but still i am getting the bill with increased amount and i am getting threatening call from multiple numbers multiple times in a day. This is humble request to vodafone that don't charge wrongly and don't take the charge when you are providing the service and don't give threatening call.

                      Please resolve the issue and i want to port my number to other mobile service provider.

                        I have a prepaid number of vodafone ([protected])

                        The number is blocked by the company because of non usage from last 90 days. I was unable to use the number due to some personal reason but when i restarted phone, the number was blocked without any strong communication by the company.

                        Now when i went to there store they are saying that i have to convert the sim into postpaid account with minimum 299 recharge per month.

                        So why is this compulsory to convert the sim to postpaid when i dont want to... If you want than you can charge some amount for restoration of number.

                        I dont want to convert the number in postpaid but they are saying that the number will be reissued to another person if i didn't convert the sim asap.
                        Please resolve the matter asap.

                          Vodafone has been quite frequently deducting my data balance on a sly. Recently also I had a balance of 878 and have already recharged unlimited calls n 1.5gb data daily but inspire of this my balance is further reduced to 859 today. What kind of cheating is this. Also there has been no excess usage of data during the given period nor was I notified through message about any deductions from their side. Kindly refund my amount that u have always been deducting by hook or crook on sly basis.

                            I have been charged approx 7000 on my vodafone bill for international charged which i have not done. There are charges continuously for a week and i am now forced to pay the bill. I have tried to complaint about this but no help despite the person from the complaint department does not have any manners to talk. My bill usually is for 700-800 and now they are charging me 9000 rs which is fraudulent charges. I want those international charged to be removed from my bill

                              ​vodafone charged me unnecessory for calling on 51717 which i didnt not dailed hence bill not paid by me. I need waiver on that amount. I requesting so manytimes for it but vodafone call center guys not processing the request.

                              As i have communicated so many times to vodafone guys through call, chat & you to through email that i have not dialed this special number & still i have been charged for it. I am completely aware that there is tie-up between vodafone & that special number service provider or it may that vodafone is owner of that number that's why this special number -51717 is added to vodafone's sim tool kit & that's why vodafone is recovering charges from customer otherwise let that special number service provider charges us separately on their invoice with gst number why vodafone is adding this charges to their bill.
                              There are lot of complaints posted on internet regarding this special number
                              I think i clear my point here.
                              Still, i am requesting you to provide waiver on these charges as well as late payment fees/charges so that i can clear outstanding & will continue with vodafone.
                              This is my last ultimatum email to vodafone & if waiver is not provided then i will not pay single ruppy to vodafone against my mobile number & from now onward, i will not responsible for any charges to pay henceforth for rental etc.

                              If vodafone collection team calls me for payment or any recovery agent contact me for payment then i will approach the customer forum against vodafone idea limited.

                                  The number [protected] is constantly calling and disturbing me with vulgar messages and calls.. When asked who is he or whom does he wants to talk doesn't respond to that however if i block 1 number he does the same from a different number. Tried calling back to know but calls can't be reached and it's really really making my life hell as my phone constantly rings or vibrates throughout the day. I want serious action to be taken in regards to this as when asked my service provider they completely refused to take any action against it.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have raised many complaint specific to network related issue when I got a call from vodafone immediately after I submitted port request to change my service provider.

                                    I have a issue specific to network inside my house and I am not able to make or receive calls. I have used vodafone for almost 3 years and going through same issue but finally I ended up submitting port request to change from vodafone to other service provider.

                                    Vodafone customer representative told me that they will resolve my issue within a week and told me to wait till 25th june.

                                    I have followed up many times within a week but almost all of them have provided me wrong and mileading information

                                    I could have changed my number to other service provider a week back, however vodafone promised me to resolve my issue and requested me to hold on submitting documents to other network provider.

                                    I am following up since a week so many complaint raised and so far no resolution.

                                    Reasons given to me by customer service representative were irrelevant saying because of vodafone idea merging i am facing issue in network.

                                    This is long standing issue I am facing since 3 years.

                                      My Vodafone number is [protected] activated since 2012. I want to register a complain regarding it's payment of Bill. Actually from the day, since I gave this number for Port request, from that day onwards lot of phone calls from Vodafone customer care service started coming for not to Port the number despite of telling them that we want to Port our number in BSNL. After our previous online bill payment of Rupees 107 made on 8 May, 2019 via operator id- [protected]C213, they activated Value Added Service (VAS) and caller tune on my number. However, Do not Disturb (DND) request is also activated on my number. But then how come, these services are activated on my number. They say that these have been activated from my end but I'm sure that I didn't started any of these services nor did I requested for it, Vodafone customer care service has started them by themselves.

                                      They have been doing this to me as a harrasment. My bill has been increased to 412 ruppes this time. I had also registered a customer care complaint against this on 12 June and the complaint number was[protected]. But now it has been cancelled by them.                                         Money is deducted from my account on the name of bollywood alert services. The service is self activated. Everyday rs 3 is being deducted from my account. I want the refund of those deducted amount. And the is one toll free number for deactivation which is invalid. What kind of services you are rendering. The number given is not working but amount deduction is done of own. Look into the matter and seek me refund.

                                        Vodafone blocking port out request

                                        Have tried sending PORT to 1900 multiple times from my Vodafone sim, but it seems Vodafone has blocked this sms.

                                        I can see same complaint from many users, but no solution.
