Vodafone data card for [protected] (Account no:[protected] was already deactivated on 28.03.2019 under official request no.[protected]y vodafone at vashi sector-14 stores in person. While de-activation on 28.03.19 earlier due payment against [protected] was made on line 3 under transaction no. Qcmp[protected] dated 27.03.2019. The data card was not used at all later on. The above details were forwards by mail to concerned vodafone contact mails. There was demand from vodafone for rs. 544.33 bill for april'19. It is surprising that i was patronized customer for vodafone for last more than two decades and there was not a single default on payment. Vodafone has already deteriorated services and most of the subscribers are getting diverted to other economical services providers and it is surprising that vodafone initiating wrong demand of money by raising false bills. Further notice has been forwarded by mail by an advocateon 25th june'19 towards demand of rs.662.33 with 18% interest. I condemn the demand from vodafone and should request consumer complaint to take action against vodafone18% interest towards above issue.

      I m pankaj d. Patel, holding vodafone postpaid number

      Which i got converted in prepaid on 04.03.2019 against which security deposit was of rs.500/- for each. Which i was supposed to get after 45 days, now since more than 113days have passed i have not received, till yet no correspondence i have received nor the cheque.

      Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. Else i take any further actions.

        I NIRMALENDU MANDAL hereby inform you that my Vodafone postpaid mobile number [protected] with relationship number[protected].Which i surrender on 28th of FEBRUARY. Vodafone sent me a refund notification on 18th MARCH with the details of Cheque no and all other details. But till then I not receive the refund. I sent them 30 to 32 mails. but they recently sent me a mail in which they demand that the cheque has been delivered. But I yet not received any refund from them.             Hi,

            I ordered and paid for a new vodafone prepaid connection online on 4th june 2019. This sim was supposed to be delivered to me by 5th june 2019, but till date i have never received any calls to deliver my sim. I have called and mailed vodafone many times and received the same answer over and over 'this complaint will be escalated to the highest priority and we will deliver it the very next day' but for some reason this 'very next day' never happened.

            At last today i got a call from someone from vodafone asking me go over to the local vodafone store and get a new connection from there. I told him clearly that is not at all possible and he replied 'then i'm sorry i will have to cancel your request' soon after i got a message saying my request has been cancelled.

            This is a clear cut case of online fraud by vodafone.

            1. If we are to go to the local vodafone store and get a new connection, why does vodafone accept payments online promising a door delivery?

            2. I made a payment on 4th june and till the date i have never received a single penny from it.

            3. As of now they have cancelled my request without my consent and will charge a cancellation charge from the amount i paid. So even if they agree to refund my money, they will take the cancellation charge from it.

            4. It is almost 21 days since i made all the payment and till the date i have been chasing them for the sim but with no use. If any customer makes a delay in payments vodafone will levy a fine from them and if they make any delay will they make any amendments for it? No. A very big no.

            Called 59059 for activation and it says the voicemail does not exist for this number and the call hangs up. My email is [protected]@gmail.com and alt number is [protected].
            Entertainment pack got activated without my consent and Rs.35 got debited with 1 week validity. It got renewed on 7th day and again Rs.35 got debited. I noticed only when second time Rs.35 got debited. Please arrange to get refund of Rs.70.

              I have done recharge of rs. 398 on 18.06.2019, my ref no. [protected] (Mobile banking no.)- mob - mb[protected]. Amount of rs. 398 debited from kotak bank, but recharge was not done. Please refund my amount. I have done several calls on helpdesk of vodafone but didn't get proper reply. They said they will refund in 4-5 days but still not received.                   I upgraded my vodafone sim card to 4g. Now i am not able to send or receive messages on my vodafone number. Whenever i send a message it says can't send message sim error 28. I have updated the smsc number still i'm not able to fix this. It's the number connected to my bank accounts and in every important applications. So the sms service in this number is very necessary.

                    I have a post paid number. I contacted vodafone kolkata to get international roaming activated on my sim card on may 25th 2019 just before leaving the country. Vodafone people said that i would be charged only the amount for the monthy plan (A minimum amount) and i would not be charged extra. I left the country and went to myanmar only to find that my international roaming was not working. I reported this to vodafone customer many times, troubleshooting exactly how they told me to. The problem persisted. I wrote to vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com and others highlighting my problem but they kept writing back to me with the same set of troubleshooting. Then on the 21st of june 2019 i was sent a bill of rs. 37202.61. I haven't been able to get any messages or use my phone internationally but i receive a huge bill even when the kolkata vodafone store employees assured me that i would not "under any circumstance" get an inflated bill. I am 64 years old. I am terribly harassed and very much upset with this kind of service. Please help.

                    I don't think it will be of any use contacting Vodafone customer care service...they will say the same old thing without taking responsibility that their employees in Kolkata, lied to me about the international roaming charges that I would incur. I would be grateful if you could contact higher authorities in Vodafone.
                    Its been 1year am experiencing this irritating mood towards vodafone for its terrible network. vodafone says its providing supernet & i feel that its a super fooling net for consumers.am porting out of it & will opt for airtel or Jio Will share my experience with top review sites about vodafone.

                      Your 4g net facilities are a joke, i can't understand why do u even claim to give 4g and take our money, i live in mumbai parel n can't even see a simple youtube video many times even ur site loaded after 3 to 4 times, it's so pathetic, i have been vodafone customer for many years but now the standard has detoriated too much, it's really time to shift to jio now

                        This is my complaint with regards to my bill which was generated in june, 2019. I have been charged with a bill of rs. 5300 and the reason i have been given is that i have used my number internationally. I had activated the 599 pack on 3rd may, 2019 and i was given instructions on activating that pack through app when i contacted the vodafone gallery of korum mall thane on 2nd may, 2019. They did not tell me that i have to get the pack deactivated. Also, i have moved to germany and i have a german number active since 4th may, 2019 and i haven't used my vodafone number since then though your customer care team tells me that i have used it.

                        First of all i was not given any instructions on deactivating the pack infact i was told that the pack will get deactivated on its own after 24hrs and on top of that i was explicitly told that i won't be charged anything extra.

                        I am ready to pay whatever is the legitimate charge but i refuse to pay the extra amount which i have been billed for no fault of mine.

                        Also, the first time i had complaint, i received a callback from their team, and the lady spoke to me very rudely and banged the phone on me saying i will not provide any information to you on why have you been charged extra and you will have to pay the bill anyhow.

                          It is very upsetting writing you as a non professional mannered business being running up from vodafone idea ltd. I am a very old customer of vodafone and what now happening is deduction of my account balance without any reason and without any information. I had a balance of approx. Inr 175/- after which i use to make a recharge for 399 or 401 or 419 whichever is being offered for unlimited calls and some particular gb of data per day for either 70 days or 84 days.

                          Since then i had rarely made any call from which the balance should get deducted as per the standard apllicable call rates. Today when i checked my balance it is inr 4.5/-. Where the difference amount from approx. Inr 175/- been deducted and how and for what. How you can use my money such as granted.
                          Mobile/telecom/cellular/vodafone idea ltd. Customer number for which complaint is +91 [protected].

                          I need my money back in form of bank account/balance amount/cash. It is a case of fraud, violating 'right to information' a right to every citizen of india as well as a customer right.

                          I need an urgent resolution for the same. I shall move to consumer court as well as telecom regulatory authority of india (Trai) and all legal ways.

                          Hope for earliest action.

                            Sir/madam,

                            I have visited vodafone store on 10.06.2019 at evening for sim replacement purpose. I am holding no [protected] for years and now i need a micro sim for my new phone. But miss keya (Ph no [protected]) completely changed the track and she told me that i have to make this connection postpaid to have a new 4g sim. I was in two mind because my husband categorically told me it was a free replacement. I have given rs 200 but did not produce any document. I have told her that i will decide on it later after the consultation with my husband because i want to continue this number. She have confirmed also that entire process will be stalled until and unless i produce the papers. After that i consulted and my husband called her and requested to stop the process and also asked her to give my money back and reinstate the number in its previous stage. She agreed and next day i have sent my driver to collect the same. But she arrogantly talked with him and refused to return the money. When my husband requested her again over phone then she used top pitch of her voice and harshly told there is no proof that i have sent that driver on my behalf.
                            Amazed and shocked by the incident i again visited the store today after my office but she is absent. Other colleagues refused to do any work which is done by her and also told that money back and reinstating the number to previous state is impossible as she already processed the same. This number has been associated with most of my bank and relative. For her callousness i am unable to do any financial transaction for days. Who will repay this invaluable time? Her colleagues also refused to contact her and after much calling my husband able to contact her but she again misbehaved and refused to talk properly.
                            Now my question is whether your employees are designed to harass people and also take advantage of being woman by using harsh words to man and women irrespectively. She committed falsely and talked roughly with me also.

                            I request you to please solve my problem and for your perusal i again make it pointwise.
                            1. Please reinstate my number [protected] in its previous state (Prepaid). So i can do a porting and bid goodbye from your service asap. Please do not waste my number. I will not make it postpaid and you can not force or drag me like that. Also keep in mind for your employees ignorance my entire financial transaction got a hit so please make it active on urgent basis.
                            2. Please give my money back of rs 199. On urgent basis and for such a long ordeal that lady should be penalised by some other way also. I request you to take a stern step against this employee and also her colleagues who supported her.

                            This is my entire ordeal and i lost hope on your service. I never thought i have to write so long for a mobile connection which is my friend from student life. Neverthless every good thing have a time period and your service and behaviour of store person is such poor that i forgot those days. Lastly again i request to solve my problem on urgent basis so that i can start my operation fluently again with this number.

                              iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
                              Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
                              to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
                              but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time...
                              by speking to Custmer care for solution...they keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                              1.i did not recharged my mobile, as for as company rules so outgoing SMS barred...but monthly iam recharging
                              my mobile not less than 150Rs.
                              2. i suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                              3. i have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                              moreover the Custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk ...
                              Plz help me...

                                I use vodafone 4g but i get speeds as low as 2kb ps most of the time. My pin code is 713205. Please look into the matter of increasing your speed services. I have been a vodafone customer for years and switched to 4g by believing that i wud get great speeds. But alas after paying at 4g rates if i receive 2g speed, its useless. I am really pissed off. Fix the speed as soon as possible. Or else i need to switch to jio if not taken care of.

                                  Had initiated MNP process for mobile [protected] with 299 plan around 13th MAY. Installed vodafone app and found 399 applied & at same time I complained to vodafone customer care & I was suggested to wait till bill generation then any visibility can happen.
                                  After bill generation again I contacted to customer care & informed for 399 plan which was wrongly charged and now they are denying to modify bill.

                                  This is completely falls commitment and making fool to customer. This is subject to make high penalty to Vodafone.

                                    Hello! How to videos service is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.49 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.19.54.

                                    This is msg recived on 21.6.19. I have call 198 at 6 pm 21.6.19. They told system is upgradate call after 2 hr. Then i call around 10 pm, agent said me call after 2 hr. System is still under upgrading.. Now what is should do.

                                    I call today on 198 company diactivate service and not refund me by saying that u should call within 24 hr. I have already called within 24 hr. It is my fault that system is still upgrading since 10 pm. Of 21.6.19.... I have proof of calling details that i have called 2 time in 21.6.19.

                                    Totaly bad experience from vodafone, if any learned customer (I m approved valuer working with bank, etc.) is treated badly this way then what about customer from rular area/ village area. I think company has to think regarding policy.

                                    Do it urgently because i have loosing faith in Vodafone. I have using Vodafone since so many years. i have diverted form vodafone postpaid to prepaid recently. All this problem of automatic service activation are facing recently. That's why worried.

                                    Also many time service activated in past after getting Vodafone prepaid recently. around 14-15 may 2019, company have refund me after 3 day also. suddenly customer care department said that we can only refund within 24 hr. though i have called within 24 hr. twice in day. I have call recording of customer care when i have called within 24 hr. at that time. i insist when i called around 10 pm of 21.6.2019 that my balance is cut by automatic service activation. i demand that my complaint should be hear on the next day or carry forward after onward. customer care said "no problem you please not worried". That's why i hope next day my complaint will solve... but i got totally bed experience with 198 and [protected].

                                    Do something serious for really genuine person who got this problem like me for continuously faith in Vodafone.

                                        I have visited the vodafone store to convert my postpaid connection to prepaid.. The store persons are saying we do not have forms right now.. And dont give us the time line as well.. The behavoiur is also rude. And most of the vodafone store is closed and we have to travell 6 to 7 kilometers to visit vodafone store. The service of vodafone is getting worst day by day. Company is thinking that they have good customer service which is totally wrong. We are paying to company to get the better service but its not getting good.
