And you people deducted my balance 2 times.
And the main thing is that after service activation you are not sending a activation message about customer activated.
First you improve your service.

    My number is ported from prepaid Airtel to Vodafone postpaid. My sim cannot do tele verification and has been reported suspended after 30 hours as I am still unable to get connectivity to mobile network. I can't manually connect to vodafone and I get "could not register to this network" error. Madurai Anna Nagar Vodafone store manager kicked me out saying not his job to verify my sim status. I need an explaination for this mess vodafone has created. It's my primary number and I have no usage to it for 2 days now!

    Converted postpaid to prepaid but sim not activated even after 5 days. Request was given on 4 June at sion vodafone gallery mumbai to abhishek who said that it'd be done on priority but not done till date i.e 10 June 2019
    I have connection of Vodafone, with zero rental plan but few months back they changed the plan to paid plan without any intimation or customer concern, now the Vodafone was shown my outstanding bill Rs.949 approx., also outgoing call stopped by the company.i have already 3-4 more connections kindly resolve, I never pay this amount.
    Vodafone has charged me extra data charges stating that i consumed 60GB of data in a month over my phone.
    Is this every practically possible.
    Where as my current months consumption is just 8 GB.

      Hi.
      I am a.long time customer of Vodafone since years.
      Last 2018 to now has been a nightmare.
      Despite many complaint about network..call drop...no network bar many times and worst 4G speed..there is no resolution.
      Recently they did few backend changes and it improves a little and again it's same after three days..
      Bad part is it not one location...from home ..office and shopping lanes ..equally pathetic connection.
      They should shut down if they don't know the technology

      Many games, and other VAS shown active in my no. This all active without my permission and knowledge.

        I lost my phone on 6th June 2019 and block the sim on the same day by calling customer care . Then I visit Connaught place Vodafone store in New Delhi on 7th June 2019 for a new sim to my surprise they(Priya) informed me that the system does not show my document and it needs to be upload again. I informed them that I am using this number from approx last 14years but they again took my PAN copy and photo in mobile and uploaded and assure me to get activated .unfortunately it not get activated. On 7th June 2019 I went to Vodafone store South Ex New Delhi and explain the same, they (Sachin, Karan) took my document again and fill the form and paste the photo of mine with signature and assure me to get activated on the same day.

        But till now 11th June 2019 my phone is inactive and not get activated. Then I email to Vodafone customer care (vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com). on 12th June 2019 I got a call from an executive named Aman saying that they will look into the matter and try to get back to me within 48hrs. Today 48hrs completed and i contact customer care again they said the activation request against my number has not been made, so i have to visit vodafone store again.Now tell me what is my fault that I lost the phone or I am a customer of Vodafone so I am getting this type of treatment. Do the activation of the phone needed lots of time or effort or suggest me to port because you don't have any effect of losing the customer. AS this is my old sim and I do all my jobs with this particular number I am really getting affected and does not able to move from my place.

        several times I call customer care they instigate me to visit Vodafone store, once I got the sim why should I visit Vodafone store repeatedly in this digital age. I am total in isolate condition and have suffer monetary as well as beneficiary loss and still i have to wait. Do Vodafone compensate all my losses with there poor service provide

          Vodafone Keeps on deducting amount, saying like this service activated by you.
          But these services have been activated by some unwanted components installed by Vodafone to our mobile. When we call customer care they keep on saying you activated, but not.Also they have 24 hrs time limit seems to refund it.
          Even before 24 hrs I called, but they say like this amount can't refund as it is continued service. First of all their apps are triggering this service with user knowledge. How old person would know about it. Even sometimes I also got these kind of deduction without my knowledge these service got activated.
          Please ask Vodafone to stop this kind of looting from our country citizen.
          Also ask them to disable this kind of service enabler installation and enable only to the user who request.
          In my family alone, last month they looted around Rs.200 (from parents and grand parents).
          I am hoping on you for resolving this issue not only to me, but to all our Indian brothers and sister.

          Any update from Vodafone customer support. They will just say as per their rules they deducted. It happened multiple time to me. Thinking to port the number.
          Call drops, unable to accept the calls, Change the SIM to another phone, Removed SIM, switched off and switch on more than 10 times, signal line 3-4 always, but spur in voice and reception,
          Compalints closed without informing us
          Everytime when trying to send a message getting Vodaphone error in 50 and not able to text inspite of the phone being recharge, and full balance is available...I'm not able to send SMS to anyone...tried switching of the phone and working again but still no Luck need help with that plz

            I was travelling to mizoram and I have been charged rs 40000 as data used on international roaming. I have not travelled abroad at all how can they charge international roaming for travelling to remote locations.
            They informed me that my data usage limit is 7000 why did they give me a grace of 33000 . Now my services are deactivated for past 6 days I have written to every complaint channel in the company but no one seems to pay any attention please help my Vodafone no is [protected]

              Dear Vodafone,
              I am using Vodafone from last 6-7 years.
              But now your network is really not good.
              And internet speed is also low.
              I am really not satisfy with your Internet Network
              Coverage now .
              Hence, i thought to move to jio.
              and when i have started
              to send SMS to 1900 for Porting.
              i am not able to send any sms on 1900. Every time "message Could not sent" is showing.
              I tried many times but not able to send sms only on 1900.
              Its a humble request please provide me Upc.

                Hello,

                My complaint is regarding Vodafone India. I have been a using my number for last 8 years, since last 2 years I have not been able to use services in my home. Since this is my personal number I primarily use this number at home. I have been complaining multiple times to which i only get calls to reconfirm my problem. Nothing has been done yet. I have paid my bills since last 2 years. Since there is no services that I get I have stopped making payments, I have been getting calls from people claiming to be from legal team. When I told them that I am not going to pay any further my pending charges need to be waived off and I be allowed to port out. These people started telling me that they would call my contacts and tell them I am fraud. I need a solution on this. I am not paying anymore. Neither I am going to troubleshoot because the people who call are absolutely incompetent, I say this because every time they call they ask silly questions.

                  Reg - Vodafone no. [protected] plan activated Vodafone Value 199 CUG plan

                  Vodafone advocate Kayalvizhi, contact no. - +91 [protected], is calling mobile numbers which are contacted from [protected]. This is done to threaten me by calling my relatives and friends number to make me to pay to Vodafone, which they charged me extra by claiming I have called some specail numbers.

                  Who authorized Vodafone advocate to use my personal data? Isn't this is a Personal Data breach by the Vodafone to share the contacts? Is the Data with Vodafone is not safe?

                  I am hoping vodafone wouldn't mind me providing the Advocate number to Cybercrime.

                  Cause of this issue:
                  I am in CUG plan, and this number was used by my Mother.

                  Bill Date 01-May-2018 : Vodafone activated service (Celltick This Day in History pack and Daily 2 Minute Recipes 1) and charged me extra Rs. 77.88. I didn't looked at my bill thought my Mother made extra calls and paid the full amount.

                  Bill Date 01-June -2018 : Again extra Rs. 77.88, was charged for the same service. Even this month, I didn't looked at my bill (same reason) and paid the full amount.

                  Bill Date 01-July -2018 : Again extra Rs. 77.88, was charged for the same service. Contacted Customer care and informed them I didn't activated the service. Vodafone reversed the extra charges.

                  Bill Date 01-Aug-2018 : But services were not deactivated even after informing. Also another service (Celltick Action Games pack) added. Vodafone charged me extra Rs. 102/-+GST. So, again contacted customer care and informed them I didn't activated the service. Vodafone informed me to less the Rs.102/-+GST and pay the rental amount. And informed me it will deactivate the service.

                  Bill Date 01-Sep-2018: But the amount was not reversed and late fee of Rs.25/- + GST was added. And also the services were not de-activated. Again extra Rs.66/-+GST was added along with last month service charges.
                  Contacted Customer care and informed them. And I paid only my rental.

                  Bill Date 01-Oct-2018: August month amount was not reversed. But they have reversed the September month service charges and late fee. Also, deactivated my service. Contacted Customer care for reversal of August month amount. Vodafone informed amount will be reversed. And I paid only my rental.

                  Bill Date 01-Nov-2018: August month amount was reversed. But, charged extra Rs.258/-+GST, this time claiming I have called special numbers (51717, 139 per minute Rs. 10/-). Contacted Vodafone and told them I didn't called those special numbers and representative told me to pay the full amount and promised he will reverse the amount extra charged. So, I paid the full amount including the extra 258/-+GST.

                  Bill Date 01-Dec-2018: But the amount was not reversed. Also, Rs. 114/-+GST was added (same reason 56789 and 139 special number is called). This time, I didn't called vodafone I was not happy with Vodafone and paid the full amount and decided to change my network.

                  Bill Date 01-Jan-2019: But everything changed this month. Vodafone changed my plan to RED4Business_ULV_249 without informing me. And also charged extra Rs.1384/-+GST (same reason called 56789 and 51717 for 114 minutes). Contacted Vodafone and informed them who did call those numbers for 114 minutes this is not done my me and asked them what are those services they told me those numbers are (ASTROLOGY, JOKES).
                  When internet is cheap and why anyone need to know ASTROLOGY and JOKES in Audio by spending Rs.1384? I explained them but they are not willing to listen. I asked about the why my plan was changed they told me there old plan was stopped they activated this plan and told me they have given Rs.50+GST as corporate discount.

                  I ONLY PAID THE RENTAL RS.199/-+GST.

                  Bill Date 01-Feb-2019: Jan month amount carry forward along with Rs.100+GST late payment fee. Again, I paid only the rental Rs.199/-+GST.

                  During Feb month cycle, my OUTGOING calls was CUT.

                  Bill Date 0-Mar-2019: Amount carry forwarded along with Rs.25+GST late payment fee. I didn't paid my rental since they had CUT the OUTGOING call an STOPPED using the SIM.

                  So, as per March 2019 bill my outstanding amount remains Rs.1978.23/-.

                  Many Customer care representatives called and I explained to them I have paid the rental properly and only the extra amount I didn't paid. But they were not willing to listen. They claimed I didn't paid the rental. Kindly check the details I provide along with bills. You can see, I have paid my rentals properly.

                  Then, Vodafone advocates started to calling me saying they have sent the notice but I didn't come to the court. When I told them I didn't receive the Notice and asked to send to the proper address. THEY STARTED TO TALK IN BAD LANGUAGES.

                  Now, Vodafone advocate is calling my contacts and asking them to inform me to pay the amount. When I contacted Vodafone advocate regarding this and told them If they want they can file the case rather than calling my contacts.

                  But, they are not willing to stop. This is Data breach. I would like Vodafone to take respective action on this. And, check the details and reverse the amount.

                  Note: I can see in this Forum, many people are complaining the same about not calling this special number. This looks like a method of Vodafone to cheat people to pay extra amount.

                    Hi Team,

                    Am using [protected] (Mohammed Toufeeq) from more than 12 years now and I have been constantly complaining about the additional charge on my account, due to pop up or WAP messages impacting my monthly bill, tried reaching customer service who doesnt understand customer need and make me wait for more 1.5 hour on call to speak to Floor manager.

                    Adarsh C Floor supervisor & Praveen K Floor Manager, hopeless folks I encountered who wasted my time. Month of may had 149 additional charge for the service I did not use & 72 additional charge for June. Please get this waived and ensure I do not get any invalid charge unless double confirmation from myside.

                    Please act swiftly on the complaint and this is impacting my monthly billing cycle.

                      Hi,

                      I had placed a port request from docomo to Vodafone and I visited below Vodafone store for issuing the sim. Since I was travelling to United States I was need of a sim just to receive the OTP. But the store in-charge of Vodafone suggested (Misguided) to buy a Vodafone postpaid sim.
                      After the activation once i called customer care for enabling international roaming they are asking for security deposit of 5000/- and montly charges of 150/-.
                      But in prepaid it is 98/-. I need the postpaid sim to be ported to prepaid.
                      Again I visited the store they said after one month of billing cycle they can update it. But now after the bill is generated they are asking me to wait for 120 days.

                        I am very disappointed with the fact that vodafone is providing such a pathetic customer service.
                        I had a word with one of the associate on 12th of March, where I have asked him to put my number [protected] with a basic 99rs plan, he promised me for the same and I checked my bill 2days back.
                        I got to know still, my plan is for 399rs and he gave me a wrong information.
                        Then I called on 9th april I spoke with Samrat and explained everything, but he was blank so asked him to transfer the call to the Manager, he transferred to a floor supervisor, who was unable to communicate with me properly, and was keep blaming me that the changes has happened from your side, he was not even able to answer my questions.
                        I told him to listen the call for 12th march, he said fine will listen you stay on the line.
                        I told that already I am in call with you guys from past 20mins nd now I can't wait this long, you give me a call back, he said he can't, as vodafone doesn't have any call back procedure.
                        WTF is this, how you are running such big telecom, like seriously.
                        I want to make a complaint with high level escalation.
                        I have an ongoing complaint with my number as well.
                        Is there anyone who can help me.
                        Or do I escalate to consumer forum & TRAI.

                          Sim re-activation
                          dear sir my sim number [protected] is deactivated by vodafone company.
                          reason: per month validity recharge.
                          this number is my personal number and this number important for me and this number linked to my addhar card and other documents please re activate this number and send me details about this number.

                            i am vodaphone customer since many years, today i want to upgrade my sim 3g to 4g, then i go to a retailer city link khargone, i follow that instrustions and they give me 1 new sim box, then i received a message from vodaphone for new 4g sim activation the i open that new vodaphone box sim is not there box is blank, and then i go to that retailer thay tell me your sim is replace but they try message occured your sim is premium thats why not able to replace, now my 3g sim is off, kindly check and i want to my new 4g sim tommorow any how condition otherwise i want to leave vodaphone and buy new network sim, if you not take any action tommorow then i not interested vodaphone sorry.

                              For eg.if i us 1gb in a day they take .5gb data back
                              They should transfer the left data for next date means next day 2gb

                                I bought a Vodafone pack of Rs.199 which should entitle me to 100 free SMS per day. Now, when I tried sending one, it failed. When I talked to Customer Care of Karnataka circle, he said I need to maintain a positive balance. Now this information is not on the website. And when I told him that, he said, it's not updated. And when I asked why, he said it's the same on other networks as well & I should probably go talk to a Vodafone store & talk to their manager.

                                  This cheater company has charged a amount of 630 giving reason that I have made h call on special number for 45 minutes but I hadn't made any call and they make fake bills and pretend that charge is very true please help me to resolve this issue
                                  Wrost experience if this issue does not sorted out I will surely terminat my connection from Vodafone

                                    Please read carefully below my mail.

                                    This is to inform you that I have facing lots of issue in your free slow data services. SUCH IS THE PATHETIC SITUATION. There is another is an issue, If I received any calls its creating echo and I am unable to communicate with other ends. As per my device, it shows that I have consumed 510.81mb. I damn sure that I haven't consumed that. That is why I have attached the screenshots. Check it and resolve the issue. Without resolving My simple question to them is if they are not able to address the issue or not provide good services at a certain locality why do they issue their services for the zone???

                                    It's a totally miss managed service that Vodafone is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

                                    VODAFONE:

                                    1. I am a consumer of Vodafone since 2017.

                                    2. I would like to kindly draw your attention to the Vodafone Idea 4g network.

                                    3. Hope I will get the fastest response from you. I have many issues with my Vodafone number. Which is very painful for me to handle Its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem.

                                    4. I don't know further for how many days I am would be suffering. I need someone whom I can discuss and escalate asap.

                                    TRAI:

                                    1. Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against TRAI portal & of-course you too. How can I believe that if I register a complaint here then it will get resolved? You guys say the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how to try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think TRAI is on the name & nothing else.. I am using a 4G phone when I had to change my location still poorest service getting from the operator in my location...No work done. All you are hopeless

                                    2. I requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several emails to them but fruitless.

                                    3. some useless spot boys are there setting of reliance mailing team who was no responsibility of valuable customer also may be deleted mail from there mail box.

                                    4. I got totally exhausted by this network. So please do something against them.

                                    5. If TRAI has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, I request TRAI to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else I will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till I get justice.

                                    6. Please take some urgent action and if you want to know anything from my side please feel free to contact me below mention given number asap.

                                      Before I am using two Vodafone postpaid bill but from march 2019 I received high amount of bill. So I convert one sim to Vodafone prepaid and another to jio network. I clear all my previous bill on 18 April 2019 and on that very day I went to jio store and ported my sim. But on 4th may I received one massage from Vodafone about withdrawing my April bill showing the amount paid on April is an incorrect payment. And on 6th may my sim is activated to jio network but still now [11 june 2019 ] I received massage to pay bill of amount Rs 807 from Vodafone through hoi network. I already talk to Vodafone care but they don't listen and force me to pay the amount. Plz help.

                                      Today on 07/06/2019 vodafone deducted 50 rs without my consent. When I complained customer care, they said its from hungama games and I have played games in their site but its totally false. I have't even turned my browser on.

                                        This is for your kind information that I had gone for recharge of rupees 398 on 8th June 2019 during 12.21 am by my indusind mobile banking. And got this message
                                        (Congratulations! Recharge of Rs.398 for [protected] on IndusMobile-All in One Store is successful. For any issues, kindly check with operator Ref.no:[protected].
                                        But the reality is there was no recharge from Vodafone side where as my bank account had been deducted successfully. So it's a clear cut of false recharge.

                                        Hereby your are requested to refund the above said amount to my Indusind account. I had already gone for the voice complain to Vodafone service. Kindly verify and refund as soon as possible neither i shall bound to go for the next step.

                                        Awaiting for the good response from Vodafone side.
