Dear ALL.

Please read carefully below my mail.

This is to inform you that I have facing lots of issue in your free slow data services. SUCH IS THE PATHETIC SITUATION. There is another is an issue, If I received any calls its creating echo and I am unable to communicate with other ends. As per my device, it shows that I have consumed 510.81mb. I damn sure that I haven't consumed that. That is why I have attached the screenshots. Check it and resolve the issue. Without resolving My simple question to them is if they are not able to address the issue or not provide good services at a certain locality why do they issue their services for the zone???

It's a totally miss managed service that Vodafone is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money on a regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. The charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about the customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit.

VODAFONE:

1. I am a consumer of Vodafone since 2017.

2. I would like to kindly draw your attention to the Vodafone Idea 4g network.

3. Hope I will get the fastest response from you. I have many issues with my Vodafone number. Which is very painful for me to handle Its almost over 1 month. I hope u will try to resolve my problem.

4. I don't know further for how many days I am would be suffering. I need someone whom I can discuss and escalate asap.

TRAI:

1. Only 1% customer satisfaction emerging a big question against TRAI portal & of-course you too. How can I believe that if I register a complaint here then it will get resolved? You guys say the complaint character used less than 350 hence redirecting how to try an understanding the importance of the complaint & the essence of it. I think TRAI is on the name & nothing else.. I am using a 4G phone when I had to change my location still poorest service getting from the operator in my location...No work done. All you are hopeless

2. I requested a lot to them but they do nothing. We wrote several emails to them but fruitless.

3. some useless spot boys are there setting of reliance mailing team who was no responsibility of valuable customer also may be deleted mail from there mail box.

4. I got totally exhausted by this network. So please do something against them.

5. If TRAI has any regulations towards me and other citizens like me, I request TRAI to take immediate action and give us relief as per our need. Else I will sue all involved in this matter and keep all under seizure till I get justice.

6. Please take some urgent action and if you want to know anything from my side please feel free to contact me below mention given number asap.

    Before I am using two Vodafone postpaid bill but from march 2019 I received high amount of bill. So I convert one sim to Vodafone prepaid and another to jio network. I clear all my previous bill on 18 April 2019 and on that very day I went to jio store and ported my sim. But on 4th may I received one massage from Vodafone about withdrawing my April bill showing the amount paid on April is an incorrect payment. And on 6th may my sim is activated to jio network but still now [11 june 2019 ] I received massage to pay bill of amount Rs 807 from Vodafone through hoi network. I already talk to Vodafone care but they don't listen and force me to pay the amount. Plz help.

    Wanna know the reason
    Today on 07/06/2019 vodafone deducted 50 rs without my consent. When I complained customer care, they said its from hungama games and I have played games in their site but its totally false. I have't even turned my browser on.
    My message centre number is deleted and I am not able to send any message please help

      Dear Madam/ Sir,

      This is for your kind information that I had gone for recharge of rupees 398 on 8th June 2019 during 12.21 am by my indusind mobile banking. And got this message
      (Congratulations! Recharge of Rs.398 for [protected] on IndusMobile-All in One Store is successful. For any issues, kindly check with operator Ref.no:[protected].
      But the reality is there was no recharge from Vodafone side where as my bank account had been deducted successfully. So it's a clear cut of false recharge.

      Hereby your are requested to refund the above said amount to my Indusind account. I had already gone for the voice complain to Vodafone service. Kindly verify and refund as soon as possible neither i shall bound to go for the next step.

      Awaiting for the good response from Vodafone side.

        I am writing this to inform Vodafone that I have been harassed by you guys completely and if there will be no action taken even after this email, I am going to lodge a complaint in the police and consumer court.

        I have been using your services since 2012 and this is the worst service that I have faced in my life, I used your international roaming services almost every year and only this time on March 2019 I have been billed for INR 14000 and for not my fault at all, the guy in the store (Name: Madhu, Toli Chowki Branch - Hyderabad) who told me that he activated my services and I do not need to do anything else just start using my phone once I reach there, this I did and now I get a surprise with the bill. I went to the store for 2 months back and was told that coming Monday some manager will come and they will call me to solve this issue it has been 2 months now and I guess the manager has lost his way!

        I called the customer service and complained about this they took the complaint and nothing ever happened to it, I was promised that some customer relationship manager will call within 24-48 hours and I guess even he lost his way and it has been 1 and a half month. I am continuously getting called from your end to pay the bill but not even a single call to resolve this and NOW MY OUTGOING AND NET HAS BEEN BARRED !!!

        Madhu is clearly mentioning that it was his fault that he forgot to inform me to install the app and even after that he is not accepting that this is is to be resolved.

          Hello Madam/Sir,

          I am RAMAN, working in GLOBAL STOCK GURGAON, staying in SECTOR 17C (near to IFFCO CHOWK).
          In my OFFICE, we have 11 vadafone connection, in that 11 of them post paid.I hope I am a
          valuable customer for your company. But I am not getting the benefit.

          I have network problem, in my OFFICE. Means my call is disconnected sometimes,
          and in another situation I am not able to make any call because of low signal.
          My current place name is SECTOR 17C, just 3.5 KM from IFFCO CHOWK.

          I have registered first complaint on 9/6/2019, .After that several times
          I made complaint like this. The response given back are different, but my actual problem is still persist.

          So this is the final letter/ attempt to continue with the connection.
          Please escalate and do the necessary steps to solve my problem as early as possible.

            Want my deducted money back
            ₹49 deducted for some video box subscription on 6th june 2019 6:11 pm which I didn't activate at all, infact i don't even know for what purpose it is used. I called 198 which is never connected, 199 spoke with customer care executive she says app is stuck call back after 4hrs. More than 3times i called am getting the same response, when wil the 4hrs gets completed n get my deducted money back??? Dialled *111*2*4# for last 3 deductions... It says no data available

              I have been charged Rs.698 (546+152 tax) saying that i called to 51717 and talked for 39 mins by vodafone, which is in all the way unrealistic. First of all, with other telecom subscriber 51717 is invalid number by mistake also no one can dial 51717 making call is unrealistic, top of that talking for 39 mins is not at all possible

              when i contacted through webchat to vodafone customer care they said it can not be waived off as its genuine charge when i insisted to waive off.

              vodafone is saving this 51717 number through SIM tool kit & charge customers heavily & making us fool.
              i am not willing to continue with vodafone now since its cheater company.

                I use two postpaid connection of which one connection is used for internet connection & calling. & the other no is just kept active as I have it connected with Banks & others. But the bill received is showing internet charges of Rs 599 whereas I dont use the internet connections.

                  In June, 2019 month Vodafone mobile bill I got extra charged for 249 Rs for VAS.

                  I contacted VF customer care and got information that these changes are caller tune and charges are for 249 Rs /12 months and there is no refund on cancellation.

                  In reality never accepted /clicked or sent any sms to enable caller tune and
                  I have been charged for 249 Rs extra and there is no refund when i asking them to disable it immediately.

                  This is really unfortunate that Vodafone is adding VAS automatically and there is no refund on cancel request.

                  I have transcript of communication with VF customer care on this matter.

                    One of the worst, atrocious service I have ever received. I have a postpaid connection recently purchased. The internet connection does not work while my network is in roaming. I called customer service to complaint. The only thing they do is raise a complaint and close it without even checking the resolution of the problem. They don't bother to contact the customer to check. All they do is to fool customer saying "My technical team (which is actually invisible even to god) will contact you regarding the issue in the next 24 hours (which never occurs)" and close the complaint.
                    I mean, why do you even have a customer service to provide such a creepy service?

                    Problem:
                    When my network moves to roaming, i turn on the data connection, it says "Sign in to Vodafone network" and my internet connection does not work. When I browse internet, I get the error, "Data Usage Alert! as per regulatory norms, internet service has been stopped due to pack quota / validity"

                    Whenever I call to complain, I was told that my internet service active with huge amount of data balance. But it simply doesn't work.

                      On 7-jun-19 in the early morning my balance was deducted by Rs 21 for kids pack and again after one hour Rs 21 deducted for english seekho service.
                      Above mentioned services are not at all activated by my number.Eventhough unnecessarily money is deducted.
                      on the same day i spoke to customer care executive, complaint about the inconveience but no response from their side.They told money could not be refunded...
                      With out my knowledge money is deducted from my balance.Even the above mentioned VAS services are not present then how they would deduct from custmeer.

                          I haven't activated any rubbish service like Mazaa Mobile, & I know, it's done from Vodafone side to deduct balance in my account. & I know too that you people do (activate services & deduct balance) by their own to just deduct balance with everyone, who have unused or more amount of balance. So stop this kind of foolish things, & stop making us fool by saying that this service is activated by our side. If this things happen again, I assure Vodafone, I switch the service provider. Not only me, in my family only, more than 10 people have Vodafone connection since more than 5 years, so they too switch the connection for me, & I am capable to influence my relatives & others to switch who are also too old customers of Vodafone. So be careful for next time or else I don't come here again for complaint, I & other just switch to your competitor, & you loose many loyal customers !

                            Since 2months my number is disconnected due to Vodafone issues and wrong information give by Vodafone advisor and also customer service supervisor accepted the mistake on call. However I have sent all the call recording which I have as per Vodafone request.

                            Vodafone closing my complaints with remarks and resolutions, while I asked to Vodafone customer service associate and supervise they were not aware the reasons, I have the call recording for the same.

                            I have loop the email to CEO of Vodafone Mr. sunil Sood as per Vodafone email escalation matrix but no one is taking care of my complaint.

                            All the necessary documents and email which I have sent to Vodafone attached

                              From 2 and 3 months ...it always shows that in a week that you have charged rupees 3 for DNLD-197_SONA_CONTEST_3-ONE 97 but i did not start this type of service in my phone..I lost My money every time when ever i recharged my phone with a talktime or rupees 35...every time i have to face this situation...So its a humble request to the Executive of the vodafone service...to stop this service

                                I have done two recharges on 6/06/2019 because the 1st recharge that I have done through Vodafone app was not successful . So I have done a 2nd recharge through Amazon app and it was successful.                                   Respected Sir/Mam, i have using multiple postpaid of vodafone since it was hutch.never this thing happened earlier.i switched from reliance to vodafone postpaid and using this number.suddenly the company changed my plan without a single information to red basic pack and now when i contacted vodafone customer care, they are saying i have to pay the minimum rental charge for 2 months.i was paying the bill fluently, i didn't pay last month when i saw my bill exceeded to rs.100 and my plan was auto changed.this is simply cheating customers without informing them about the plan upgradation.now i am getting forced by vodafone to pay this massive bill.i never use net from this number and i hardly make calls as well.but still i have to pay around rs.800 for 2 months.don't cheat customers like this.i will clear up this bill and will switch to the best service provider available with the best rental package.the same thing happened with my around 16 years old number as well- the pack is auto upgraded to red basic which is used by my father.i will switch both the connections and will suggest people not to go for any vodafone postpaid plans no matter what lucrative offers they offer you.they will definitely cheat you the way they did me and many existing users by changing your chosen plan to their chosen plan.shame for such a big company.regards.

                                      My vodafone portability request has not been taken care of. I have raised it on 18/05/2019 and submitted all my proofs at store. I cleared my past month bill 560 and paid for 24 days Rs. 376 as told by voda store manager Pankaj More, Hinjewadi, Pune branch that it would take 4 business days for new sim to work. I paid for 3 months prepaid plan Rs. 385 and new sim charges Rs.25 at the store. Delay of a week happened and I was not informed. I had to take follow up and I was told by Voda store manager whom I called that due to delay by vodafone system I have to pay extra Rs 95 for that week and then they will generate a new request number and my request will be processed within 4 days. But I asked him that due to delay from Vodafone's side why should I have to pay, and I was told that "you are saying as if you are not using the service, you are not the only customer with voda who is facing such issues. Either pay Rs. 95 or come and take back your money". I contacted the customer care and askrd to talk to someone from the senior team. I received a call back in 3 hrs approx and that person told me to pay Rs. 95 and I wont have to pay any extra money. I asked him to give a written confirmation mail and he confirmed he would send right after the call, but I never received the mail, yet I paid. Again the same thing happened, I again had to take follow up and i was told by store manager that my request has expired and I need to contact customer care and provide him the new number. I did as he said and I have that request number as a proof. I was contacted after a few days by customer care saying I again have to pay Rs. 50 for my postpaid account as my request has still not got processed. This has become like a loop now. I had to take follow up from someone senior in vodafone customer care and after telling him the entire story I was told that money would be waived off and since May was over, I again had to request for a new portability request number by texting on 199 and that number I will have to provide to store manager again. There is no communication or coordination between stores and voda customer care. I again listened to him before taking any action and raised a request as told. Still nothing has happened and again the same follow up process had to be done, first I was told they are not sure if the sim provided to me would work for the new request and I would need to visit vodafone store and I had to again ask them to connect me to someone senior and I was being told by a team lead that they have escalated my issue with "Resolution Team" when I told them that I am now keeping record of the calls with vodafone. I was assured a call back within 48hrs from the responsible team which I haven't received and 3 days have passed. I have finally raised it on twitter about this mental harrasment keep TRAI in loop. I want to file a case of mental harrasment caused by this company and how unprofessional their behavior is. I want my money back that i had paid for prepaid plan of 385 for 3 months and 25rs. for new sim. Because of vodafone's unprofessional grievance tackling my postpaid bill is being increased each day which I want to get waived off and just grant me my money back from voda store so that i can stop this mental harrasment of following up continuously between voda store and customer care and shift my number to airtel or Jio which are much better competitors. I want this to be escalated as well so that no other customer faces such pathetic services. I had to continuously take follow up calls between store manager and voda customer care and result is the same. I want strict actions to be taken against this company and I have the call recordings for the false promises done by senior team members of vodafone customer care services. I need help as this portability has become mental harassment for me in middle of busy schedulein office and home. I am attaching the Screenshot of money paid at voda store.

                                        I have been charged 1540 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 110 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 110 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue..
