I haven't activated any rubbish service like Mazaa Mobile, & I know, it's done from Vodafone side to deduct balance in my account. & I know too that you people do (activate services & deduct balance) by their own to just deduct balance with everyone, who have unused or more amount of balance. So stop this kind of foolish things, & stop making us fool by saying that this service is activated by our side. If this things happen again, I assure Vodafone, I switch the service provider. Not only me, in my family only, more than 10 people have Vodafone connection since more than 5 years, so they too switch the connection for me, & I am capable to influence my relatives & others to switch who are also too old customers of Vodafone. So be careful for next time or else I don't come here again for complaint, I & other just switch to your competitor, & you loose many loyal customers !
