Internet seva shuru se hi band kerva li gai haui hai, DND seva bhi Act. thi jise fir se activate kiya gayai, Us per Gam seva Activate ker 90/ balance me se kat liye gaye jabki use kisi ne bhi activate nhin kiya. 198 per complent kerney per game sevaa to band ker di per Refund nhi diya, unkaa kahna hai ki is seva ko BabeLinke se shuru kiya gaya hai. ye kase sambhave hai. kyoni ki jis smaya ye seva shuru hui n to koi uskaa upyog ker rha tha. aur n hi us per koi linke ka massage aya tha, Internet ki koibhi seva deacctvate thi, mera mob. meri mother ke passrakha rahta hai jinhe peralesis hai . kya is tarah ki ki company ki harkat shi hai.

      My complaint against miss bhagyashree (vodafone store besides gajanan school, new subhedar layout, nagpur 440024.). On the 08/06/2019 11:00 pm aprox, I went to vodafone store and ask for lost sim activation process. She told me the required document and chargable amount.
      She ask for the 100 rs sim charge and 75 rs sim balance. I have doubt about 100 rs sim charge, so i called the vodafone customer care, he told that only & only 75 rs charged is applicable, so again I told her customer care executive told me the charge then she said here 175 rs charged i[censored] want to cancel then I can give you 100 rs amount back then I came to my home and wait for sim activation. Tomorrow I called customer care and ask for my activation of sim then he said there is no request about activation please contact vodafone store. Please take legal action against her

        I was in Thailand for a few days, where is took a days’ u limited internet plan for 599 with a validity of 24 hours. It was mentioned nowhere that the plan would automatically keep getting updated everyday which it did and I was subsequently charged for 4-5 days for the plans usage. There was no place on the app where I applied for the plan for, where I could turn the plan off from. In my understanding something that is valid for only 24 hours finishes after that rather than keeps getting refreshed. That’s what happens with a SIM cards’ validity as well.

        On talking to customer care, they told me they will remove the extra added days since I only applied for one day. However he said that they will charge me 55000 for internet usage for 10mb which was beyond my understanding . And upon much clarification he insisted multiple times that the amount was 55000, attaching some screenshots for your reference.

          There is no damn network since past 3 weeks in New Delhi area. Have called so many times, they said it’ll be resolved by 1st if June, but here we are. You people claim to be one of the best networks across the country but the customer service you provide is as [censored] as your network all the time. Your customer service people are the worst in the business with zero sense of talking about relevant details. Your network and all it's services are HORRIBLE and the worst at the moment.

            Below is email i sent to vodafone which will give u all idea about my complaint and that is following:

            Dear Vodafone Team,

            I am Dev Rajput using Vodafone number:[protected] and want to raise one issue which is regarding wrong practice by your organization. So below is bullets points step by step:

            1) I was using airtel number [protected], I was facing the problem of a network in two room of my home only and other than that it is working very very fine. So I raised mnp request so airtel can do rectify issue asap.

            2) Your team starts to follow up for mnp cos they might get data for all those numbers who raise a request for same.

            3) One of your executive or third party (though both are the same thing they are working for you guys as per your guidelines) promised me to give a better network of Vodafone at a price of Rs. 299 including taxes. as I was already paying 249 to airtel monthly bill.

            And they said I will get all benefits of 399 red plan which is 40 GB data, prime, vodaplay, 100 SMS per day and unlimited local and std clng with roaming. Along with that, I will get the monthly same amount of voucher which I can redeem on Amazon, groffers and Flipkart without any t&C

            4) So here is an issue: First of all your network is worst I ever felt in my entire life!
            B) pro data bill came and there is no discount available and even ur executives in cl center saying this is only 399 plan and no discount.
            c) you are making other network customers fool and forcing them to port number with wrong commitments:
            D) neither ur vouchers are valid as there are no Amazon and Flipkart vouchers given by you.
            E) Will raise this issue to consumer court along with airtel how u guys making fool to airtel customer with wrong commitment and i have all those proofs as well.
            F) THose executives who promised me this fake deal not even taking my cls now and blocked my number.

            Solution: what solution your team will provide to me now?
            let me be very clear this does not issue about mere few hundred rupees.
            It is a question who you making fools to other people and customer and if have to raise this thing in public I will do that, as I belong to media only. don't consider my mail as just normal customer anger.

            I need solution along with an explanation why your third-party executive doing this and den disturbing peace of customer like this.

              My Vodafone no is [protected]
              This is with respect to my bill dated 06/06/19.
              I was billed and have already paid a whopping amount of Rs 46, 143.61.
              I feel cheated, betrayed and very dissatisfied.
              I was going to travel to Europe for which I had taken a [protected]@28 days pack for Rs 5999.
              My credit limit is Rs 12800.
              1) Now I went for a 5 hour trip to Montenegro from Croatia. In these 5 hours I have just transferred 5-6 pictures on wassap which were just a few hundred kb’s
              2) I was shocked to see that in the bill you have charges for 51568+3995 =55563 kb @ 5.5 per 10 kb = 30535.5 in the smart bill. Whereas my usage wan not this much.
              3) My credit limit is 12800 but my bill was allowed to come to Rs 46143 without any intimation or warning
              4) I was travelling with my friend Tarun Khandelwal who had a airtel no. [protected] and he received a warning message but I did not from Vodafone. This is where I feel that my bill was allowed to go out of proportion without even informing me.
              If Airtel can why is it That Vodafone would not???
              Additionally I am sure this was not my usage in Montenegro.
              I have already paid my bill but I am one of the oldest customers of Hutch and then Vodafone in Kolkata and this is making me fell absolutely cheated.
              I would be porting my no. to Airtel if no action is taken on this. Atleast they don’t keep their customers in dark and let their bills reach astronomical levels and then extract that amount from customers.
              I hope you understand that after a relationship of over 2 decades this was not what I expected.!!!

                ₹49 deducted for some video box subscription which I didn't activate at all, in fact I don't even know for what purpose it is used. I called customer Care 198 which is never connected then googled n found this number [protected] spoke to customer care executive, says application is stuck call back after 4hrs, 3times i called i hear the same response. Refund my deducted money asap...

                  HI team,
                  i have raised my mobile shield claim which is rejected with the reasons.
                  1. claim is not intimated with in time - against it i have provided reason the same day on which i have meet with accident went to site and come after 7 days and immediately i have raised claim .
                  2. loss is informed after after 24 moth of MFc- wrong i have my purchase invoice of 7 th June. and i have intimated claim on 27th may .

                  we choose vodafone over other network due to their customer satisfaction policy . but this is not a way to satisfy . i have valid reason and valid date still not consider.
                  they have provided false reason and reject the claim .

                      Very poor network in my village . Nobody can talk in room with phone calling. Every one going out side for calling.
                      Our nearest village have a tower but it's frequency is very low. Full village are suffering network problems. And they are port their sim in jio for better network compression then vodafone.

                      Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

                        This is the second complaint I'm raising on this issue. The is no company that is WORSE than Vodafone in customer service. I am in different city so cannot visit home region store. So they are saying they cannot convert postpaid to prepaid. I informed them stop billing for my number that also not done. Absolutely no help provided. Spoken to customer service executives multiple times they keep transferring and repeating the same thing. This has dragged on for four months I have not even used the number to make one call and still continue to bill me for usage. If Vodafone does not resolve this issue this time I will take legal action.

                          So many follow up with representative of Vodafone but no one able to reverse charge.
                          Due to unacceptable service customer very suffering from Vodafone.

                          Vodafone should be try to understand some situations and metter.
                          If customer's mistake then liable to to pay charge but it is Vodafone's mistake then who liable for charge???

                              I am not at all satisfied with Vodafone n/w. Most of the time it says n/w busy or no switched off to the callers. It is hampering my work.

                              Now when I have decided to move to some other n/w, I am not able to send Port message. I am trying since 2 days however every time I get the error "message could not be sent". I am able to send/receive messages to other numbers.

                              Kindly help me with porting of my number from current n/w as soon as possible.

                                I had repeatedly raised complaints to Vodafone on to resolve the poor 4G network connectivity and data speed issues in my residence located in the following address:

                                Flat-13P, Maple-I (13th Floor),
                                Hiland Woods,
                                New Town – Action Area IIC.
                                Rajarhat. Kolkata – 700157

                                Vodafone network service Engineers visited my place and reported there is poor 4G connectivity in my location and the solution is to install a 4G network booster device which will resolve the issue.

                                After this I received the following response from the Vodafone Appellate team:

                                "• We took up the matter with the concerned team, we found that the signal strength is currently impacted by distance from nearest cell sites.

                                • Improving the Network quality through an additional Cell-Site or Booster would not be possible at the moment due to various constraints and factors beyond our control like physical obstructions, weather conditions & possible radio interference.
                                .
                                The Vodafone Service Registration number is 3-[protected].

                                Me & my family are using 4 nos. Vodafone corporate connections and still this is the poor response received from Vodafone.

                                When I called the Vodafone Appellate office of Kolkata, Ms. Tanusree Nag responded that it is not possible to provide any network booster device and cannot provide any timeframe when they can provide it.
                                When I insisted on any solution from Vodafone since me and my spouse are badly suffering due to the non-existent 4G connectivity, she said she cannot help any further.

                                Kindly note that even Vodafone towers are already installed in my apartment complex beside our building.

                                Request your kind help to enable Vodafone India to provide me a solution to provide good 4G connectivity in my location at the earliest please.

                                  Since last 17 days I'm not getting proper connectivity at my home. Voice break issues and data speeds have come down from around 8mbps to 0.32mbps. I raised a complaint regarding the same and was told today by customer service team that it would take 2months or more to resolve the issue in my area. Now I wanted to Port my number to a different service provider and was told that I could do the same only after paying current month bill. Why should I pay for a service which I did not get?

                                    Vodafone network company my areas all sim sales points shop front 4g network name board advertisements seen,

                                    This vodafone advertisement i hope recharged rs.509 4g unlimited voice call & 1.5 gp 4g data plan.

                                    After vodafone company not provided 4g and 3g data and voice call services also. This area 2g network available.

                                    I am fooling for this vodafone advertisement hope and my money totally wasted.

                                    Vodafone network per day every voice call automatically disconnecte to week signal& heavy hanging network problem in tamilnadu, overall tamilnadu fully maximum 2g network signal also not connected.

                                    This vodafone network is not comfortable 3g&4g smartphone network. Vodafone all network advertisement is fake, fooling around all people money.

                                        Almost 3 hours daily in afternoon i have no internet. location chiplun.

                                        Sometime the network is full and in next minute it is zero.

                                        Very frustrating.
                                        I use to trade online on mobile.
                                        But i had stop trading due to these pathetic service.
                                        Today I had to face a lose of 10k only due to network issue.
                                        Vodafone has become a very irreliable service provider.
                                        Need to change to some other better one.
