I have been getting bills as per 399 postpaid plan from Aug 2018 onwards whereas I was given 299 plan and I have visited store several times and also over the phone, informed about the discrepancy of the bills raised but no action has been taken yet and now my number is suspended because of non-payment.Kindly help for this matter urgently as Vodafone is not resolving my issue even after approaching many times now.

    I'm using this number [protected] from last few years. on 25th may I got a message of my balance deduction. today I'm calling to your customer care for this purpose. Telecalling agent Mr. Sujoy Roy received the call. I'm tell about balance deduction & request for refund my balance. He informed that a caller tune service activated in this number. So, I request him to refund my balance but he was very rudely behaved with me and use rough language and argument for this matter.
    I'm very disappointed for your service. I'm request you to solve this matter as soon as possible. And I hope my balance was refund as soon as possible.

      Hi i am from pune maharashtra a retailer in camp area i am receiving service from munot sons but from quite some time there are issues which are not getting solved like, heir salesman doesn't have any balance, they take cheque but still i haven't received the balance all the concerned person are useless.

      And there is no asm or rsm visiting our outlet to share the complaint

          I am writing this mail in regarding to u r bill concern to which was raised by to me as an user to your services, as i now i am writing this a story which i faced today in your store at,

          Kalyan west opp to kalyan railway station,

          As i visted & got the token nos & have visited the cco - madam joytsna madam my token nos was 244. As madam did my concern very well to convert my postpaid to prepaid as i wanted to

          Do but they told that it will take 3 to 4 days... As one madam said we can't do like this it will take time for 3 to 4 days but how i requested to joytsna madam & she stated doing but one of the
          Madam said why u r doing now... Don't do now otherwise the call will not count... U do after two days then that call will also will be counted.

          Now the big story stands behind me that how you will happy to know that what ever was out standing which you billed to me that i have clear the due with pai & paise paid to you & for u r reference i have attached the bill also u can confirm from u r store.

          But now i want to make u r attention to u for the cco - or he told that i am manger - mr. Atul sir.. I went to him & told i want to covert my postpaid to prepaid & i have paid all the dues which was raised by you & i told him all the things that happens to me & he started with very very loud noise & indicating that make fear to the customer as he reacted like bhai - giri - wording was there in his tone & told me that 'jaa tere ko karna hai kar le"... Now my concern is that is this you all behave like this to the customer... Ceo sir please i want single line answer from you that what is the action plan & hope that you will be happy that as an customer i have paid all the due as concern to me.
          I want action to be taken on mr. Atul... How he behaved like this with the customer.

            Dear team,

            I had applied for a claim under vodafone mobile shield for my damaged device in the month of march. These people had asked for lot of documents and made me run for two months and given lot of false promises stating that once the claim amount is approved i can repair my mobile on my own and post that i can give the repair estimate which will be paid back to me in few working days.

            I followed the complete process and now the customer care person is telling me that the over all device got depreciated and they want me to send my device for which they will pay 25k for a device which i bought at 89k where as the market value of the mobile is higher when i checked in i phone store.

            You people had given me an immense stress, wasted my productive time and made me run here and there by giving me false information without explaining me properly and end of the two months you totally talk about depreciation which was not explained to me in the conversations of customer care on which there are recordings.in my last conversation the customer care executive rita had connected the call to one more gentle men who had abruptly cut my call by asking me to wait since he was not able to give explanation.

            I have spoke with my advocate to file a case in consumer court for compensation for giving me so much stress and wasting my productive time for this two months.

            Kindly get back on a positive solution to this issue or i will go to any extent to get all the compensation for wasting my complete time and stress given to me all these days through such a worst customer service team.

              Why without any intimation rs 24 have been deducted from my account? As per trai, if there have not any active service pack then service provider will
              1. Inform first to the customer,
              2. After few days they will stop outgoing calls,
              3. After that they will stop incoming calls and
              4. After 90days they will stop the service..

              But 1 day after the validity expired without any intimation rs 24 were deducted from my account? Please refund my balance

                  Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                  Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                  To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                  But, iam not able to send only for 1900... " can't send message error 38 is showing... Tried 10 time...
                  By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                  1 i suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                  2. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                  Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
                  Plz help me...

                    I applided for deactivation of the postpaid number. After that lots of communication with the customer care agents.I said strictly to her to cancel my postpaid number. After 5 mins i got a mail that “we are glad to retain your services on Mob.No. [protected] through Communication IdC[protected]. “ I haven’t said to retain my number. I just said her the cancel my number. I’m having the full conversation voice record. If you didnt cancel my postpaid account means i will surely take this into the consumer court

                      Due to above service failure, i failed to do any online banking transaction, can not access to my bank a/c due to dynamic access code not sent by sms, no complaint either registered or not - provided to client, or erased, the back end team confirmed that nothing can be done more. As advised by vodafone, sim was changed from prepaid to post, no result, number port out blocked by vodafone, on demand, the list of otp generated, does not belong to me but having the same cell no. Its is greatest cause of risk concerned. Bank a/c details could not be reconciled for want of otp, also again trying for otp (After receiving list of otp claimed by vodafone sent successfully) is risky affair, i do not know how much fraud has been done in financial activity, if any. I shall be able to access my bank a/c once the blockage of number portable is released and i can change cell service provider, as already applied. (With unique portability code).

                        On 15th of may, 2019 the company deducted ₹24 from my main balance without my consent.
                        When i contacted customer service representative they told me that as my account was having sufficient balance so they deducted without my permission.
                        I want these companies to stop charging the customers until and unless they contacted for the same to the customers.
                        I want my money to be refunded into my account balance as soon as possible.

                              Today (26.05.2019) at somewhere around 1:19 am rs. 35 has been deducted for entertainment pack however, i didn't activate it. I gave called the customer care and they have mentioned server issue is going on and if any amount is dedicated then it would be refunded. Please note i didn't activate any value added services hence need my money refunded asap. This is very bad and it hampers the reputation of the brand. My number is [protected] and my name is payel.

                                My phone was stolen in the month of january and i goes to the vodafone store k - 62, chachi building, krishna nagar, delhi - 110051. I talk to bintey and tell her that i need a new sim ([protected]), she told me that i need to move to postpaid from prepaid if i need the new sim, i told her that if there is anywhere return please show me and she denied saying that it is the company policy. My number was 10 years old i it was distributed everywhere so i need to take that decision and i moved to postpaid. After 3 months i again went to the store to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid, this time i met anjali and she told me that i need to do the frc if i need to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid which is for 495, i told her that i will not do that i can only do the 399 recharge which is open for all the vodafone consumers but she refuses that an told me that this offer is not available on my number. My question is how this is possible, it is available for all the vodafone consumers and the same thing is told by there customer care executive that it is not mandatory to do the frc. I told the same thing to anjali that your customer care executive saying the different thing and you are saying the different thing then she told me that it the the company process and you need to follow this i told her that give this thing me in written along with your name and employee id but she refuses and told me that i cannot give it to you. If this is an company policy it should be written somewhere. I talked to her manager dinesh and akshay and the same thing told by her manager and the way dinesh and anjali talk to me is very disappointed for me. I wasn't feel that i am talking to an employee of an india's top telecom company vodafone. They refuses for any kind of help to me.

                                Also when my number is postpaid before all this happened i done a recharge of amount 200 and that too was not refunded to me which is told by the bintey that it will adjusted in your first bill.

                                I am very disappointed from the behavior from the vodafone employees anjali and dinesh (So called manager). I guess their tag line "we are happy to help you" is just a mimic. The way they handled there customers is very inappropriate and disappointed.

                                I hope that you will take strict action against them.

                                  I have been receiving a call from vodafone collection agency.
                                  In regards, to payment of a vodafone number where my number ([protected]) was just a additional phone number. I'm no longer in touch with the person.
                                  I have been receiving calls from collection agency for bill payment of that number. Today i received a threatening call from their agency ([protected]), stating they will block my number ([protected]) and call all my contacts and inform that i not paid any bills.
                                  Is vodafone seriously monitoring consumers personal contacts/calls and will disclose the privacy?
                                  I don't think that is right as per trai privacy policy for consumer. I have a call recording and gonna file a complaint to trai, and will surely take it consumer forum.

                                    From last few years outgoing sms is blocked for my mobile number. I am not using it for any marketing, this is my personal number.
                                    Please unblock outgoing sms as soon as possible. I have checked with customer care several times but no use. Please help us to unblock my outgoing sms. I have contacted vodafone showroom in kelambakkam but they were not able help me in this case.

                                      Sir / madam,
                                      My vodafone no. Is [protected]. Suddenly this morning i recieved a message that some 'juicepack' has been activated on my number as per my request and deducted rs. 75 for 15 days from my account.
                                      I didn't make any request for activating any plan on my number. Also while i'm trying to deactivate the service by sending sms or making calls, it can't be done.
                                      I don't want any extra service from you. Please deactivate the service and give me my account balance back.
