Hi,

My Vodafone number was blocked 2days back informing that I did not have sufficient balance(minimum balance of Rs. 35/-).
I recharged for Rs.50/- twice yesterday. But still my incoming and outgoing services are not re-activated even after 24hrs.

In my bill generated on 15th may i can see one time charge of inr 1198. I have never requested to activate iroam free package on my number. I have made one phone call and 2 sms on international roaming and never asked to cap my bill. Why this was auto activated when i never asked for.

I will pay only for usage (1 call and 2 sms) and not capped package amount. Rectify the bill....

Vodafone cx since 2007. My voda #[protected]Lifetime postpaid-0 rental plan) has been upgraded to red basic inr 299 without my consent. No call, no msg, no email from voda regarding plan change. Wrote 2 emails to "vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com" but no response. On top of that, there is no voda network in my locality. Why should i go for 299 plan, when i can't use the network.

Regarding mobile no [protected] in vodafone postpaid rajasthan, in my current bill plan voda add 97 rs extra of VAS service, although i never requested for such service, and no such service was also installed in my phone, when contacted customer care they replied in careless manner and said me for wait for generation of bill, but they didnt reduce my unfair amount, take strict action against vidafone...

We have 18 vodafone corporate number with customer no[protected].
Our last bill amount is-6877
We already gave cheque for that amount at 06/05/2019 at vodafone center-Bodakdev branch ahmedabad.
The cheque is deposited at 8th May 2019 .
10th May was the last date of payment.
Eventhough we already made payment but process not continue from vodafone...

Please check the trailing various reminder mails against which i didn't get the resolution for my raised complaints till now.

Can you please update me the status for my following raised complains:

1) what action has been taken by idea against their cheated employee (Ms. Renu)?
2) what is status for migration of my mobile number ([protected])?
3) when this mobile number...

I am getting calls from various numbers of vodafone and using in polite language and harassing my mother in law and daughter
The bill amounts is 2789 but calling and saying that the bill amount is 3921 some are saying 1500. I won't pay the bill untill the calls don't stop. I have also extended this complaint to vodafone mr sameer and no help from him as such....

There is no internet speed in our area even if it is 4g network. Its only less than 10kbps. Why there is such a problem in 4g network. You are jusy fooling the peoples nothing else. I think its waste of taking an unlimited pack in this slow network. Nowadays your service is also not good. If it continues the same i will be looking for other service provider... Same as airtel...

I am a vodafone customer, made a recharge of talk time Rs.399/- on 12.05.19. In reply rec'd a msg from Vodafone 0nb12.05.19, 8.39 PM -
" Talk time recharge of Rs.399/- is successful. Talk time rec'd Rs. 3.49./- GST charged Rs.60.86/-
ACCESS FEE Rs.334.65."
Now it is my request to "Vodafone Customer Care" to explain why even after deducting GST of Rs. 60.86/-
Rs. 334.65/- has again deducted as Access fee..?br...

This is in regard to mobile number [protected] with which my email id [protected]@gmail.com is associated and the number is not mine. I dont know how they activate the number without confirming whether the same related to owner of number or not.

I have already register my complaint with vodafone but no response came from there side.

I have applied for migration of one of my postpaid connection to prepaid.
Nothing happened since 8 days. I submitted required documents to near vodafone store 4 days back. Different answers from call centers.

1. Mesage p2p to xxxxx, you will get the call within 48 hrs.- why 48 hrs.
2. Submitted document - your prepaid connection will be activated 48 hrs.-ok

My vodafone postpaid number is [protected] using last 6 years but ur service is so cheap.. Jan 2018 to apr 2019 u are charged 3928 rs and late payment charge rs 1000 and last time i m call ur executive says i m deactivate ur all value added service and next time charges is not applicable in ur bill but all time ur side charges in my bill and executive says ur side is activated services plz waiver my amount and action immediately...

My money has been deducted from my account but there is no succesfull recharge

I received a phone call on 05:00PM in my another number but I didn't receive call on that time and after some time I call him back from my Vodafone No. [protected]. He introduced himself as a OLX Car buyer & said that I like your car & after some time I will deposit 20000 Rs. as a security deposit in your bank account through PhonePe UPI App. And after some time He call me try to cheat me with my UPI ID, But I am aware always from this type...

Inspite of giving repeated complaints, some packs are being activated on my no.and balance is getting deducted. I don't want these useless services. this time also I am complaining for the 3rd time for the same matter, still nothing is resolved.
Because if the inefficient services only I changed from my postpaid plan to prepaid. My money has been robbed many times in this manner.
