Our whole family has been using Vodafone network for almost last decade.
I'm using postpaid from equal amount of time while other members use prepaid.

I have opted for an unlimited plan of ₹699/- and bill amount expected per month is approx. ₹846/- as per the employee when asked while activating this plan.
Almost every 3 months, the company adds an extra charge of ₹100/- in the bill under other credits/charges.

When asked for an explanation they say that a popup must have appeared and we must have clicked ok on it so service has activated and hence charged. But no such service is activated and no proper justification is provided.

I highly oblige you to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate strict actions against these extra charges scam.

In case this continues, I'll be forced to change my service provider.

    On 9th april 2019, one the vodafone exe visited my house and removed an indoor repeater which was installed, promising that he will visit again in two days and resolve issues raised due to this (If any). Since then i have been calling up the customer care and registering my complains of very poor in house network. But in vain. Only once their exe visited my house, checked and also commented that indoor repeater has to be re-installed to get the matter resolved. We are 5 nos. Users and suffering signal drops and poor network last two months!!! No proper action taken by the vodafone co.

      Dear team,
      I do existing client of vodafone... And my mobile no is [protected]...
      In this every month my bill was raised abt 120/- rs as i had applied package with 99/- rs + gst... So i had paid every time abt and around 120/-...in between also some bad experience accured with vodafone as some time they are charged for internet and some time charged for any other benefeets like astrology and caller tune and cricket scores...
      Now on this month my bill is raise for amount 348/-.. So i do inquiry in vodafone care and ask them why amount is very high... So from there they are give me answer that we had changed you plan from 99/- rs to 299/-.. But as a you are a our preveliage client we are offer this plan in 249/- rs... So with gst your amount is 348/-.. As we are closed your previous plan (99/-) so as per trai rule we manage your plan 99/- rs to 299/-...
      My question is that how my previous plan was changed without any intimation and if you have give any intimation then where is my confirmation for change my plan to another plan...
      I do very inconviniance with your service regarding to previpiage customer... As a customer of vodafone we are not tolerate this type of misbehaving...
      For this i want confirmation regarding plan change and waiver of amount which you raised (348/-)..

        I'm using one plus, with dual sim.

        One is airtel and the other is vodafone. For my vodafone the call waiting doesn't work, but it works for my airtel. Please help me sort this out.

        The vodafone sim i use is critical and registered for everything, all of a sudden it stopped working for call waiting, i would really appreciate it if it's resolved on priority.

        Please help me on this.

          I am sure i have not downloaded or clicked any link during the said time.

          I have tried to contact them many times but received no satisfactory response from them in this regard.

            Incorrect charges applied on my bills for the period 20th apr to 19th may 2019. Requesting reversal o[censored]nnecessary elements pumping the bill. To elaborate, the only monthly plan i have requested to keep active is for inr 399.00 where as vodaphone has charged me international & domestic roaming for inr 8000.00 each anf further a international roaming package of inr 6000; these all are inspite of my payment of inr 8500.00 last month. This is insane, please help me immediately with a revised reasonable bill orni will have to knock the door of judiciary.

              The subject mobile no.was given for deactivation at vodafone office, Mahipalpur, New Delhi on 28/2/19. Outstanding amount of Rs.160/- was paid in cash towards settlement. However we have been receiving bills every month and have sent mails on 21/3/19, 21/4/19 and 21/5/19 to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com explaining our situation but have not got any response. We have also explained our case over phone whenever we received a payment reminder from vodafone but they keep telling that phone is still active and do not take any action. This phone has not been used after 28/2/19 and hence no bill is payable.

                My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert and shows the message -

                Data usage alert​

                As per regulatory norms, internet service has been stopped after pack quota/validity. To use data @ standard rates, sms start to 1925 or to buy a data pack dial *444#.
                Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I'm unable to call on any number even after monthly plan activation.
                Incoming call still working fine.

                Despite several attempts and requests on 111 to stop flash messages on my mother's mobile number, Vodafone keeps pushing those unnecessary stupid flash messages to her phone. Either this be stopped immediately or i will file a formal case soon.
                Rs. 75 got deducted from my account. I lodged a complaint with the customer care. They said that money will be refund within 24 hours. But the money was not refund. I want to know how to get the money back.
                Please solve my problems

                    1. I am an Indian Armed Forces Official currently posted under Army HQ, Fort William.

                    2. On 30 Apr 2019 I had ported my number [protected] (Vodafone Kolkata).

                    3. Since then the indoor 4g coverage at my Residence at 11/B, AC Banerjee Lane

                    Is extremely poor or none. Most in 99.99% case in a day I am not able to use my number &4g data.

                    4. The matter has been intimated through a number of emails requesting at least a visit of Vodafone Kolkata Technical Team to visit my resi to resolve the problem.

                    5. But in each reply the Appellate Officer Shri Arnab Som is replying deliberately without arranging a visit of tech team that "Max optimization has already been done".

                      1. That I have been availing of cellular services from Vodafone company as a “postpaid customer” since the past more than 15 years.
                      2. That vide email from “vodafonebill.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com” dt. Fri. Apr. 26, 6.50 PM you raised a bill of Rs. 54, 936.32 ps. for Rs. 54, 936.32 ps. which is a false and bogus charge in consequence of the crimes committed by Vodafone.
                      3. That Vodafone has a criminal strategy made to fleece and blackmail international travellers to make wrongful gains. That Vodafone is guilty of luring vide their SMS dated 31st March 2019 sent my cell no. claiming that “i-RoamFree” roaming pack for Rs. 2, 999/- would give free cellular access to over 65 different countries and trusting such representations on the basis of trust built over the past several years I bought the said pack on 1st April 2019 through “Vodafone App” for Rs. 2, 999/-.
                      4. Vodafone is guilty for suppressing important information and also guilty for misrepresentation of facts and information vital to the services sold and this suppressed information was later misused and Vodafone took advantage of the same to raise false & huge usage charges and thereafter forced and blackmailed me to cough up monies to satisfy their claims failing which I faced disruption of my cellular services on the cell no.
                      5. That Vodafone deliberately and intentionally failed to perform its obligation as a contracted cellular service provider and further committed crimes viz. for conniving and colluding together to commit an offence AND for concealing a design to commit an offence punishable with imprisonment AND for entering into a criminal conspiracy to commit mischief, blackmail, extortion, wrongful restraint, forging electronic record, falsification of accounts, cheating, breach of trust, etc. and this modus operandi amounts to “deficiency of services” and “unfair trade practices” that are explained as under;
                      a. That I had a transit halt in Bahrain for about 5-6 hours beginning from 20:00 hrs. on 1st April[protected] till 01;55 hrs. on 2nd April 2019 Bahrain Standard Time and during the said transit halt, without suspecting any mischief I received full network coverage, whereby I unknowingly and unaware that the network available is not covered in the “i-RoamFree” pack covering 65 countries unsuspectingly made and received calls for about approximately 10-12 minutes, which usage could never amount to 40 MB of data as falsely alleged. In-fact, I was lured to use the cellular network in Bahrain as there were no pre-call warnings of any kind issued by Vodafone.
                      b. My simple questions are that when the Vodafone company did not have network coverage in Bahrain as alleged that Bahrain was not covered under the “i-RoamFree” pack then why was my cell no. allowed to be activated in Bahrain? Why didn’t Vodafone warn, verify and confirm by SMS or email the moment I landed in Bahrain that “i-RoamFree” pack was not available in Bahrain? Why did Vodafone system wait for a period of 5 hrs. to send the first SMS? Why was the I not warned or given the option to decide whether I wanted to use the Bahraini network coverage for a cost of Rs. 1000/- per MB of data on not? Why was such a costly network deceptively given free access to? Why did Vodafone allow me to make phone calls of about 10-12 minutes when Vodafone could have easily stopped me from making any calls after the first call from Bahrain was logged into Vodafone system? Why did Vodafone wait till I used 40 MB data as falsely alleged during transit in Bahrain? Why was I allowed to use network coverage in Bahrain without my asking and then why did Vodafone go on to falsely claim a huge amount? Why was I not warned that cellular services in Bahrain were costly and that cellular usage would result in huge bills which I would have to settle immediately or suffer discontinuation of service? Why did Vodafone send SMS’s to my cell phone at 1:00 Hrs. Bahrain Std. Time on 2nd April 2019 after I had already spent 5 hours in Bahrain and after I had as falsely alleged used 40 MB data as falsely claimed? And lastly why did Vodafone allow me to cross the credit limit of Rs. 9000/- allocated me without my asking or knowledge?
                      c. I was induced to use such network in Bahrain as there were no warnings of any kind issued by Vodafone and it was only a planned after-thought to commit the fraud and charge me illegally and unlawfully, criminally conspiring to allow the network get freely logged into my cell no. as I had never chosen or preferred manually any service provider in Bahrain and since my cell no. was automatically activated that with all logic I assumed that I received network covered by the “i-RoamFree” pack purchased from Vodafone who dishonestly trapped me to unsuspectingly use the automatic network that logged into my cell as if it was a trap set up by Vodafone Fraud Department to make wrongful gains.
                      d. That after deceptively allowing free cellular usage to me without any warning of any kind that Vodafone sent SMS’s to blackmail and extort monies from me and since I did not succumb to Vodafone’s blackmailing tactics to extort monies, hence Vodafone disrupted my cellular services to my cell no.
                      e. Vodafone’s acts stink of deceptive criminal intention and mischief and Vodafone are guilty of forging electronic record AND also for making claims on the basis of the forged record and treating the same as genuine AND Vodafone are also guilty for falsification of accounts as Vodafone conspired to falsify the usage charges on the basis of the forged electronic record alleged to be the usage logged in the cell no. and falsified the account with inflated charges to falsely claim Rs 42652/- to cause wrongful losses to me AND Vodafone is guilty for concealing a design to commit an offence by entering into this criminal conspiracy, by exercising deft deception to trap international travellers firstly by concealing the name of countries covered in roaming packs and then by allowing them to freely use cellular networks which are not covered in their roaming packs without any pre-warning and then to raise huge bills to make wrongful profits, and then to blackmail international travellers to pay up or face disruption which apart from crimes punishable under the Indian Penal Code also amount to a very serious case of “deficiency of services” and “unfair trade practices”.

                      6. That Vodafone has failed and neglected to comply with the contractual and statutory obligations and are guilty of providing “deficiency in service” and have committed “unfair trade practice”.
                      7. That Vodafone is guilty for causing colossal loss of my name and standing by adopting unfair trade practices that have caused tremendous mental and physical agony and unfathomable economic losses through your systematic corporate fraud by blackmailing international travelers.
                      8. That In light of the crimes committed by Vodafone through the distinct roles played by people employed under your fraudulent system as mentioned hereinabove, that I filed a criminal complaint dated[protected] against Vodafone along-with Goregaon Police Station officers under the Indian Penal Code and the said complaint is kept for verification.
                      9. I call upon Vodafone to immediately reinstate services to my cell no; [protected] within 24 hours, rectify the intended defects, tweaks and glitches in your system, software and services, send an apology for causing colossal loss of my name and standing by adopting unfair trade practices and for causing tremendous mental and physical agony failing which I shall be forced to file a Consumer Complaint against Vodafone for being guilty of “deficiency of services” and “unfair trade practices” as envisaged under the Consumer Protection Act, and further seek order and directions for compensation and damages totally amounting to sixty lakhs, hence this notice.

                        Hi. I am having corporate connection.
                        Issue - i am given option for plan change by phone some 7 months back.
                        I wanted to change my plan after completing the 6 months bill, but without my notice the plan got extended and i started getting messages to pay amount as per renewed amount.
                        Request to waive off additional charges as i want to opt for different plan and not use the 6 months plan which i didn't like.
                        I stopped using vodafone services due to issue and want to get this to get closure at earliest. Please do the needful. Thank you

                        I have recharged my Vodafone number twice with unlimited pack of Rs.199.The another recharge done was by mistake. It would be great if there is any refund facility for the same . If not, I would want the other recharge to be applicable in another month.

                          My mobile no. Is [protected]. I have raised the network complain so many times but seems its not getting resolved. Please have a look at my records to get the list of complains.

                          I work from urmi estate, lower parel, and we have got boosters in office but those boxes seems dummy. Since the merger with idea network has gone worst. Its not only about office network, even if i am outside in open the network is so bad at times. I have got the sim card changed then also its same. When i spoke to gallery people, they also agreed about the issye but no answer to it. Internet shows 4g on mobile but its not even 3g. I would suggest give us at least strong 3g if you can't give good 4g network, not need to show off.

                          Anyways, no on bothers to look at but if you still want to discuss then you call me on [protected].

                            Its been 8 or 9 years that iam using Vodafone, but believe me no matter what i did i failed to set a Callertunes in my number(+91 [protected]) i tried through messaging 55655, i downloaded the Vodafone Callertune app, no matter what i did not just one particular song but any song, i just couldn't, every time i did the end reply message that i recieve is this

                            We are unable to process your request right now. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

                            I recharged my phone with enough balance, i am following proper procedures but all in vain, i complain over 50 times, they say sir follow this procedure, follow that procedure, but end result is same..when i complain they say they have taken a complain over the matrer and will resolve it by next 24 hours, but i guess the day never came, its been 9 years, i cant set a simple Callertunes in my number, i am fed up, its my humble request to you either u solve this once and for all or i am porting after 9 years of experience,

                              R/sir,
                              I am a customer of vodafone. In 10th May Rupees 99 deducted from my main balance without my permission. I contact to customer care and lodge my complain with docket no[protected]. and after very negative respond form Customer Care then i contact to National Consumer Helpline and lodge complain with docket no- 1326593.
                              so i request to you that please refund my money of Rupees 99.

                                Living in Newtown like area and not getting 4g coverage and getting call drop in every call is highly disappointing. Tried calling the Vodafone customer care. No solution given.
                                I am facing a lot of issues while using this network. The price they took for 4g services is high but here 4g network is unavailable. And the call failure is a daily matter now.
                                Calls getting dropped in the middlebof my important meeting giving me a lot of reason to complain against Vodafone network
                                That is why I am complaining againt the simple network availability in the most vital areas near the IT hub to be available all the time.

                                  I lost my sim card and it is in my father's name. But he is in abroad. I need to get the duplicate sim but representatives are asking the corresponding person to come in order to get the sim. Since he is in abroad, how can i get the sim?

                                  When the same thing happened in bsnl, they agreed my proof having my father's name in that and gave the new sim. But in vodafone only representatives are not agreeing

                                    International roaming has been activated and 99rs deducted from my prepaid balance without me requesting. My number is [protected]. Please put back the money to my balance. This is such an injustice. I would like this the 99rs to be credited asap.

                                      Hello,

                                      I am extremely upset with the service given to me by the self-proclaimed "world leading communication company" like yours. I went to your store in kaggadasapura bangalore yesterday afternoon, few hours after landing and jetlagged from 30 hours long flight to get myself a pre-paid connection. I was told that i need to pay 249 rs., which i paid in the first visit and received a sim card. The customer care representative at the store collected my details and driving license to process the application form. I was promised that the service will be active in 2 hours. However, the after two hours i got a messages saying that the application is rejected and the reason given was "referee details are not provided". I was not asked for this information. I cannot dream of it and give it proactively. I again go to store the next day. When i went to get the token, the representative who assisted me stopped from getting the token (I think it's their workaround for not reporting an error). He again made me tell all of my details, this time along with the referee details, which i gave patiently by giving ample benefit of doubt. I was told that the phone will start working in two hours. (Already close to 20 hours since your guys promised). I rebooted my phone after two hours and i see that it is activated so now finally i can make calls. But when try to call, it doesn't go through and gives me a message that there is not enough balance. The balance was paid your respected company over 24 hours by then. I have no idea why this treatment. Whose fault is this. Certainly not mine. I call customer care and they parrot out "sorry for the inconvenience and the amount will be posted by morning. Now why so late! I am traveling out of state, alone, without a phone to communicate. No big deal really. I have traveled without phones when these cellphones weren't allowed. So i will now too. But does that justify your service? No. What can i do? Three things: i can write strong reviews about your company in social media and through word of mouth. Promote your rivals. And discontinue your service the moment my 249 rs. Is expended in about 28 days and never look back. I will do all of the above. Let's see your response. Live by claims or else don't make any, otherwise, we all know how long does it take to go bankkrupt in this economy. Just by making cute advertisements you can't create and run a business sustainably. May work for short time but only for a short time. And there goes two day worth of my much coveted time of my priced vacation.
