Hi, i have already paid my last bill and closed my account for my number [protected], but still, they are calling me to clear dues. They did not send me a single email regarding this either. My last bill generated on 15-mar-2019 was of rs. -67. So they need to refund me rs.67 which i never received but instead, they are calling me to pay my dues. Also in call, their ivr does not mention any phone number against which i need to make a payment. Kindly look into this.

    I am struggling with vodafone network and raised several complaints, but no complaints has been addressed.

    I am trying to send port xxxxxxxxxx from my vodafone number to 1900, but i am not able to send this.
    Vodafone is blocking smses to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed".
    Can you please look into the matter and stop harassing consumers like this?

      Respected sir,

      This is to inform you that my no. Was deactivated by vodafone even after payments of my bills. I would like to inform you that this no. Was under corporate o[censored]nion bank of india regional office and the same was used for monitoring purposes and hence i was using it. From last 2 years. I am providing the authority letter to port my no. So that i can bear the charges of the no. But vodafone is denying to activate the no.

      Sir, kindly help me so that i can get this no as this no. Is circulated in the community where i work and everyone who knows me have the same no., now no is able to contact me and hence i am facing lot of difficulties. 5 to 10 times i have visited to the vodafone store but no one trying to even listen to me.

      So i request you to kindly intervene in this matter as this is a kind of arbitrariness for monetary advantage.

        My corporate vodafone mobile number is [protected] and i have been charged rs. 2234.54 for a toll free isd number. Although, i have not enabled isd as well and also there was no threshold set for my number.
        I attended the call on thu 5/2/2019 and it was a toll free number and once the call ended. They stopped all services on the number without any prior information.
        They also asked me to pay before 21st else they will charge rs. 100 extra on the bill per day.

        I have bought the sim from exl center 5, noida sector -58.

        Exempt me from this payment else I will have to file a complaint with consumer court as you are charging for toll free number.

        Take immediate action as this is critical.

          I am sufferer of vodafone company since many years. All the ads of dogs or people putting towers every hours is just a gimmick.
          Your network is absolute nothing. Anywhere you go you have to find an open road or something then rotate your neck to get the signals to talk for some time till the call drops. Its your luck if you can talk for some minutes.
          Is there any system to tell them that stop making fools of people. Every time you complaint they will call you to inform we are working on it and soon rectify.
          I loose my business and important calls.
          Why do you have to get more customers when you cannot even satisfy the old ones.
          You guys are pathetic. I dont have an option of porting out as they know all are same.
          Can someone help...

            Even today also i got call from vodafone same number like vinoth shinde executive collection team [protected] and [protected] and also vijaya borde[protected] from lower parle vodafone office calls daily and torturing me by calling continuously so i didnt pick up my phones and i will never pick their phones. I know they calling for excess bill payment, i need solution for the excess bill they can't say to pay the full amount because i didnt use internet in international roaming if i want to pay i will pay some amount for your torture dont torture me by using rubbish word. pls dont torture me, leave me . I deeply hurt by the way vodafone has given the service.

              I am sritharan sundaram and my vodafone postpaid no is [protected]. Recently i got a message from vodafone stating you have extended your credit limit rs 7000. (Last jan 17 to jan 23, 2019 i visited srilanka but i activated international roaming pack and roaming active pack also once i reach mumbai i deactivated the pack after that i received a message that i crossed the limit but i never make a outgoing or received a incoming call during out of india i used wifi and one time i on the mobile data suddenly i off the mobile data even i activated international roaming and pack. I have a doubt on jan 30 i received a msg that i crossed the limit rs 7400 and jan 31 i received a msg that i crossed the limit rs 9400 how can it possible in india u charged me 2000 it shows the vodafone all are cheating. I visited vodafone gallary in chembur near monorail station the very next day i raised the complaint no #[protected] and the vodafone agent advised me nothing to worry about it wait for the bill to come. Today i again got a message stating your limit is extended to rs 9400
              my outgoing calls, mobile date got cancelled without any notification to me.
              i was at office audit work at virar and was at stand still 4pm to 6pm as i couldn't book la cab like uber or ola call anyone. You can check my bill history and not a single has been missed till data and this is the service you give to your valuable customer.

              Even i paid all my monthly rent bill and my roaming active pack bill but my complaints didnt solve. Even many peoples from vodafone like vinoth shinde executive collection team[protected], vijaya borde collection team [protected],[protected] from lower parle calls daily and torturing not only me, my friends and relatives and family members.

              i am deeply hurt by the way vodafone has given the service.

              Inspite of repeated calls to there customer care i dinot get good response. No one attended my call and call was put on hold and finally disconnected.

                Claimed for mobile damage on decmeber 2018 and received a communication total loss on my mobile and they asked for documents and accessories of the phone which was couriered to them which reached them on 18th april 2019, with all the followups every week i haven't received the claim amount yet, they are only postponing the payment date from one week to other.

                  Dear sir / madam,

                  I the undersigned vodafone consumer mr. Ajit g. Desai is writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with respect to your services.

                  The postpaid rate plans amounting rs. 99/- (Rupees ninety nine only) per month, i have earlier subscribed from maharashtra circle had been changed to rs. 299/- (Rupees two hundred and ninety nine only) per month since january 2019 (Billing cycle i. E. 25-january-2019 to 24-february-2019 and thereafter) without prior intimation.

                  When i called the vodafone customer service, i was told subscription o[censored]sage plan amounting rs. 99/- is expired and hence my usage plan was upgraded to rs. 299/-. Further i was also advised that sms pertaining to usage plan upgradation was sent across to my number [protected] on 22-january-2019 & 25-january-2019 respectively and since no further response from my end, it was upgraded.

                  I went through my mobile sms inbox and found no sms with respect to intimation pertaining to new usage plan upgradation but only pertaining to other services. Screen shot of the mobile sms attached herewith for your reference which clearly indicates that i had received no sms from vodafone with respect to expiry of earlier usage plan amounting rs. 99/- and upgradation of new usage plan rs. 299/-.

                  Again when i called the customer service with respect to portability in services to other network operators, i was again offered a subscription o[censored]sage plan amounting rs. 99/- if i won’t go for service portability. Also notified that i had been given the discount rs. 29/- which is a very least amount as compare to the charge rs. 708.00 (Approx.) billed to me. I would like to seek explanation as to how i am offered the usage plan amounting rs. 99/- if it’s already expired from your end and only when i requested for service portability.

                  Mails are also sent across to the appellate officer on 03rd, 06th, 08th & 09th of this month (May 2019) respectively but least interested to reply my emails. Refer the attached chain email for your reference.

                  Much shocked to see such pathetic service of the one of most biggest service industry.

                  I expect a letter of explanation regarding the above mentioned issue along with the proper resolution such as revised bills for the month of february 2019, march 2019 & april 2019 + subscription of earlier plan rs. 99/- on my mobile which i was offered by your customer service at the time of portability request. Failing to receive proper explanation & resolution from your end will result in complaint to consumer forum and portability of service to other operators.

                  Note: my alternate number used by my spouse is also subscribed to the usage plan amounting rs. 99/-. Requesting you, not to upgrade another usage plan on this number (Mobile number [protected]) without prior intimation. Kindly confirm. Also note that i had also paid the outstanding bill rs. 883/- which was a high value bill due to excess usage of internet from her end. No issues in paying this bill, as the internet services were used.

                    Vodafone billed me rs 2300 for my phone number [protected]. It was actually used by my 80 years old mother. Firstly they gave a bill of rs 900 roughly in nov 2018. Most of the bill amount was for special call on 51717 or vas. They gave a waiver of rs 500 and taken the request of deactivation of vas services. They even mailed me the same with the request number. After two months the gave the bill of rs 2300 out of which rs 2000 was for vas again. I tried to explain them multiple times but they are so unprofessional that they did nothing and now threatening me to file case against me
                    I have all the proofs required with the mails from their side and this time they should understand their mistake.

                    I was mailed on 11th May in which vodafone threatened me to take a legal action against me and asked me to come to the Kakardoma court for the settlement. Who in this fast world will go to Shadhra from Janakpuri for this and I decided to visit the vodafone store. My case was put up by a girl named Swati and when i showed her the proofs that I have been charged for the VAS services in January which I requested to deactivate in December only, she accepted the facts. But astonishingly the other person named Ajay called to the person who can take and decide the settlement amount and he was the person who was mailing me as an advocate. When Swati tried to explain him that the mistake was done from their end then also he didn't want to understand and asked me to pay Rs 1500 after a discount of Rs 830. So in our country vodafone is asking for money which they don't deserve to get and try to explain us that they have given us a discount.
                    I am a sikh and I believe in donations. Today, I am sad as I have donated vodafone an amount that could be the food for a week of poor family. I would never recommend anyone to take vodafone. I am using two phones with vodafone postpaid connection in my office which I am going to port now.

                      I had open new mobile shop in udaipur (Rajasthan). I had call salesman distributor of vodafone. They are not coming to my shop for new outlet to map in vodafone. I had tried to much time they are not picking up my calls today is 8th day of my shop, i am doing online recharge. My problem is i dont have topup simcard. I want to do business with you, but they are not responding. Now what shoud i have to do for that??? My shop name is (R-mobile city)

                          Sir, i have two postpaid mob. Nos.[protected] & [protected] of your (Vodafone) network. Now am unable to use both numbers. I want to deactivate one of the above number such as [protected]. I have already given request to nearest vodafone store to stop service for no.[protected] by paying all outstanding bill before one month back, but now in this moth again bill raised.                             Vodafone no [protected] has been recharged twice with amount rs 169 by different app one by paytm - and other by u mobile app. Since the recharge has been done twice for same amount we request you to kindly help us and refund back one amount i.                               Sim will deactivated due to loss of number. I want to activate sim please activate sim. I give phone no to exam. How will i download hall ticket. I will pay 40 rs to activate sim. Hence you will try to activate the sim l dont know vodafone office. I am happy when you solve the problem otherwise i will lose my number. Custmor care executive will also not activate the sim. I will lose my number from one month hence i am uncomfortable from this activity. Please activate my sim. Otherwise i will lose exam.

                                I am unable to get my porting code since sending a message to 1900 is repeatedly failing. Customer Service team unable to resolve my issue.

                                  I called the centre and they told me to update the SMSC number but it wasn't getting updated. I told this to the company executive via the complaint number and all I was told in reply is that change the number.
                                  They provided no help whatsoever when I kept repeating that I can't update it. If I can't update the number what am I supposed to do?

                                    We are living here since 2003. Now we are in 2019. And shocking news is that we are not getting mobile signal till today.
                                    Everywhere, everything online today. But here we are not getting network.
                                    Airtel, vodafone, jio, bsnl not able to provide network here.
                                    Even after giving many complaints no actions from government as well as telecom companies.

                                      My recharge has been deducted as access fee n this is not the first time it has happnd, it happened many times .if such things keep happening i would change my company n tell others too to change n not follow vodafone. I recharged n my access fee get cut for 24 Rs n I didn’t even take unlimited pack for month it was just a prepaid recharge . Other times my 18Rs n 20 Rs then someday 13 Rs got deducted from my balance n I didn’t use data n my chhota credit was already deducted n my validity was not expired at that time still it was deducted.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Since the last two days (Starting may 4, 2019), i'm not receiving otps from any service providers on my vodafone number. Be it from banks, uidai, swiggy or any other portals, receiving otps seems to be a problem. All this while, i continue to receive regular smses, but opts are missing. It's a recent occurrence as earlier i have never faced this issue with my vodafone number.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
