Hi, i have a corporate plan for a monthly rental of rs. 399 and i haven't paid the bill since two months. I'm not being able to send a message to 1900 to change my sim to airtel

The internet speed is pathetic in vodafone. So i want to change my sim to airtel. So i tried to send a message 'port my number' but the message can't be sent... Please help me out... I am fed up... I tried to send the message more than 20 times. I even changed the handset but the message can't be sent even then.. I am not being able to even open my facebook account because of this # internet speed... Please do something...

I have been almost forcefully given a sim saying it was free and do not have any rental. I have already have two postpaid connections whose billing i wanted to pay through one bill, hence i visited vodafone store beside south city mall in february 2019. Although it was not met, but since they have given that to me saying "this is given to activate my issue of paying two bills from one number, and this new sim no [protected] has no rental"....

access fee

Hello! Talktime recharge of rs. 98 on 30/04/19 is successful. Talktime received rs.0.89. Gst charged rs.14.95, access fee rs.82.16. New balance is rs.0.02.

This is the message i got. And i wasn't able to make any calls as it said i have no balance to make a call. I absolutely don't understand this. If access fee is for unlimited calls then why wasn't i able to place a call?

Please resolve this....

port out from vodafone intentionally stopped

smses blocked to 1900

Shameful move taken by vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking smses to 1900. Whenever i tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of vodafone. I have called their customer care also but of no use. Messages can be successfully sent to any other number except 1900...

I have called vodafone several times regarding this issue the executive just says it's my handset issue. The same handset is able to send sms from another sim and even after swapping the slots. I even tried using the vodafone sim in another phone stil not able to send sms.
My number is linked to the bank how on earth an i supposed to do any damn transaction if you have blocked my sms?...

rude behaviour of customer care executive named "atul"

My name is abhay, i have been trying to recharge my number [protected] online from the past 5 days, but the number won't recharge. unethical customer support and service

Hi myself Himasatyasuresh Saladi, holding an postpaid account with Vodafone.

sim block request not processed for 2 days

Hi, i had requested for a sim block after my phone being lost on the 26.04.19 which was successfully taken over the call.
The very next day we bought a new card from the vodafone store @ ₹50.

compulsory recharge for prepaid sim (third reminder)

I had earlier complained in march and on 15th april, 2019 but with no reply. I have 3 sim cards of your company. My only concern is why you are insisting customers for recharge of 35 and with end period of 28 days only. By this, you are making money out of such compulsion, which is not ethically correct.
