Dear sir / madam,

I the undersigned vodafone consumer mr. Ajit g. Desai is writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with respect to your services.

The postpaid rate plans amounting rs. 99/- (Rupees ninety nine only) per month, i have earlier subscribed from maharashtra circle had been changed to rs. 299/- (Rupees two hundred and ninety nine only) per month since january 2019 (Billing cycle i. E. 25-january-2019 to 24-february-2019 and thereafter) without prior intimation.

When i called the vodafone customer service, i was told subscription o[censored]sage plan amounting rs. 99/- is expired and hence my usage plan was upgraded to rs. 299/-. Further i was also advised that sms pertaining to usage plan upgradation was sent across to my number [protected] on 22-january-2019 & 25-january-2019 respectively and since no further response from my end, it was upgraded.

I went through my mobile sms inbox and found no sms with respect to intimation pertaining to new usage plan upgradation but only pertaining to other services. Screen shot of the mobile sms attached herewith for your reference which clearly indicates that i had received no sms from vodafone with respect to expiry of earlier usage plan amounting rs. 99/- and upgradation of new usage plan rs. 299/-.

Again when i called the customer service with respect to portability in services to other network operators, i was again offered a subscription o[censored]sage plan amounting rs. 99/- if i won’t go for service portability. Also notified that i had been given the discount rs. 29/- which is a very least amount as compare to the charge rs. 708.00 (Approx.) billed to me. I would like to seek explanation as to how i am offered the usage plan amounting rs. 99/- if it’s already expired from your end and only when i requested for service portability.

Mails are also sent across to the appellate officer on 03rd, 06th, 08th & 09th of this month (May 2019) respectively but least interested to reply my emails. Refer the attached chain email for your reference.

Much shocked to see such pathetic service of the one of most biggest service industry.

I expect a letter of explanation regarding the above mentioned issue along with the proper resolution such as revised bills for the month of february 2019, march 2019 & april 2019 + subscription of earlier plan rs. 99/- on my mobile which i was offered by your customer service at the time of portability request. Failing to receive proper explanation & resolution from your end will result in complaint to consumer forum and portability of service to other operators.

Note: my alternate number used by my spouse is also subscribed to the usage plan amounting rs. 99/-. Requesting you, not to upgrade another usage plan on this number (Mobile number [protected]) without prior intimation. Kindly confirm. Also note that i had also paid the outstanding bill rs. 883/- which was a high value bill due to excess usage of internet from her end. No issues in paying this bill, as the internet services were used.

    Vodafone billed me rs 2300 for my phone number [protected]. It was actually used by my 80 years old mother. Firstly they gave a bill of rs 900 roughly in nov 2018. Most of the bill amount was for special call on 51717 or vas. They gave a waiver of rs 500 and taken the request of deactivation of vas services. They even mailed me the same with the request number. After two months the gave the bill of rs 2300 out of which rs 2000 was for vas again. I tried to explain them multiple times but they are so unprofessional that they did nothing and now threatening me to file case against me
    I have all the proofs required with the mails from their side and this time they should understand their mistake.

    I was mailed on 11th May in which vodafone threatened me to take a legal action against me and asked me to come to the Kakardoma court for the settlement. Who in this fast world will go to Shadhra from Janakpuri for this and I decided to visit the vodafone store. My case was put up by a girl named Swati and when i showed her the proofs that I have been charged for the VAS services in January which I requested to deactivate in December only, she accepted the facts. But astonishingly the other person named Ajay called to the person who can take and decide the settlement amount and he was the person who was mailing me as an advocate. When Swati tried to explain him that the mistake was done from their end then also he didn't want to understand and asked me to pay Rs 1500 after a discount of Rs 830. So in our country vodafone is asking for money which they don't deserve to get and try to explain us that they have given us a discount.
    I am a sikh and I believe in donations. Today, I am sad as I have donated vodafone an amount that could be the food for a week of poor family. I would never recommend anyone to take vodafone. I am using two phones with vodafone postpaid connection in my office which I am going to port now.

      Hello sir,
      I had open new mobile shop in udaipur (Rajasthan). I had call salesman distributor of vodafone. They are not coming to my shop for new outlet to map in vodafone. I had tried to much time they are not picking up my calls today is 8th day of my shop, i am doing online recharge. My problem is i dont have topup simcard. I want to do business with you, but they are not responding. Now what shoud i have to do for that??? My shop name is (R-mobile city)

        This is regarding the mobile connection i have with vodafone in maharashtra circle (Pune). Without informing me the additional mobile services related to unlimited international roaming pack have been added and charges for the same have been applied to my account. I have raised the complaint via email as well as by calling customer care but i am still waiting for resolution after 3 days. The charges are heavy

          Sir, i have two postpaid mob. Nos.[protected] & [protected] of your (Vodafone) network. Now am unable to use both numbers. I want to deactivate one of the above number such as [protected]. I have already given request to nearest vodafone store to stop service for no.[protected] by paying all outstanding bill before one month back, but now in this moth again bill raised.               Sim will deactivated due to loss of number. I want to activate sim please activate sim. I give phone no to exam. How will i download hall ticket. I will pay 40 rs to activate sim.                 My corporate vodafone mobile number is [protected] and i have been charged rs. 2234.54 for a toll free isd number. Although, i have not enabled isd as well and also there was no threshold set for my number.
                I attended the call on thu 5/2/2019 and it was a toll free number and once the call ended. They stopped all services on the number without any prior information.
                They also asked me to pay before 21st else they will charge rs. 100 extra on the bill per day.

                I have bought the sim from exl center 5, noida sector -58.

                  I called the centre and they told me to update the SMSC number but it wasn't getting updated. I told this to the company executive via the complaint number and all I was told in reply is that change the number.
                  They provided no help whatsoever when I kept repeating that I can't update it. If I can't update the number what am I supposed to do?

                      My recharge has been deducted as access fee n this is not the first time it has happnd, it happened many times .if such things keep happening i would change my company n tell others too to change n not follow vodafone. I recharged n my access fee get cut for 24 Rs n I didn’t even take unlimited pack for month it was just a prepaid recharge . Other times my 18Rs n 20 Rs then someday 13 Rs got deducted from my balance n I didn’t use data n my chhota credit was already deducted n my validity was not expired at that time still it was deducted.

                        Since the last two days (Starting may 4, 2019), i'm not receiving otps from any service providers on my vodafone number. Be it from banks, uidai, swiggy or any other portals, receiving otps seems to be a problem. All this while, i continue to receive regular smses, but opts are missing. It's a recent occurrence as earlier i have never faced this issue with my vodafone number.

On seeing a busy person you just steal money from his account. What cock scheme is about sona jeeto. Mother puckers who authorized you to deduct my money. That writing - off your 6k crore will be reinstated by protest by mumbai protesters.

                            Vodafone has started looting people. First they cancel out the connection and force to take postpaid plans. Rs 299 is the minimum plan they offer. After using for a month and after much convincing they changed the same plan to rs 254. But again when i visited the next month somehow the plan was increased to rs399. The service is so bad in my office that the card is of no use to me. Even after a confirmation from the customer care to change to prepaid the vodafone gallery executive are reluctant in the matter. To solve silliest of the problem they called me about 5 times in the gallery giving various non sensible reasons and with a very rude attitude they ignore all the requests. The executives in charni road girgaon branch (Especially ms. Bhavana) are pathetic and cannot help the customers in any way. After denying to change from postpaid to prepaid several times when its finally done they force you to pay rs254 for the 28days for no reason. They also deny the port out request. Sincere request that if you cannot serve your customers properly atleast let them port out. I would not reccomend vodafone to anybody unless you want to waste your money and still not get any kind of service then one can go for it.

                              You changed my plan on 21st feb from 149 to 299 without confirmation from my side
                              Now my bill which came for 2 months is 652 whereas it should have been 326. Why should i pay this bill, i use this number for incoming therefore i took the minimum payment plan and you made it double i want a solution for this plus if you cant give the 149 plan back i want to port my number from vodafone and i wont be paying this 652 rs. I agree to pay the 326 as this is the amount which was said to me according to my plan.

                                I recently did my vodafone no recharged. And i was charged almost rs 130 for access fee. I tried talking to customer care to understand why access fee is charged and none of them was able to clarify my question. What is access fee? Why am i charged access fee?

                                  My postpaid vodafone bill is higher than i was promised at the time when i changed the plan but every month i'm getting higher bill so from one month i'm trying to port my vodafone number from postpaid connection to prepaid but mini-store near by me insisting to visit vodafone main store bellary. Problem is vodafone main store in bellary is closed from a week & it's not available where it is shifted. Neither vodafone customer care, nor mini store near me is providing the solution to port. My bill for this month is also higher i. E 609 rupees. I want to clear the dues and port but no solution from anyone. Customer care executive is saying helpless regarding issue & saying in order to port you have to visit store but we don't have details.

                                    I have postpaid number for nearly 5 years with vodafone and want to cancel postpaid. I have repeatedly tried to get it converted to prepaid as i still want the number. The network sends people to your house when you want to convert to postpaid but they don't even have a online process for reconverting to prepaid. Why? Despite no usage i am being forced to pay monthly rental every time. I really wish everyone stops using vodafone and the company goes bankrupt immediately and the owners and shareholders of the company are forced to come to the streets! My anger for this company truly has no limits!

                                      My vodafone postpaid plan was for 99 rental per month.
                                      When i checked my bill today it was 700.
                                      On enquiry i found they have changed my plan to 299 without my confirmation.
                                      I got have gone for prepaid if their plan is closed.
                                      How can they change my plan to 299 without my confirmation.
                                      This is really frustrating and even on asking they said their plan is closed so they could have stooped the services then i would have taken necessary decision.
                                      But no they changed it at their own will without my confirmation.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Hi sir,

                                        My number [protected] has been ported to jio network from 2nd march and even after that vodafone has generated bill from 2nd march to 10th march which is rs 93/- and then again from 10th march to 20th march 2019 which is rs 125.03/-.
                                        I have send so many emails with proof of invoice and recharge history from jio. But still they refused to listen. I believe they have been doing this for so many customers and fooling around people.
                                        I have made all the payments but i want to tell everyone that i will not let go vodafone easily by cheating me. As they refused to help me, i have to bear an additional charge of rs 218/- and i don't know how many people have been cheated like this.

                                        I am receiving lot of calls claiming from Vodafone . They are asking me to share the card details so that they can refund the amount and some asking to share the mobile screen by installing Inkwire Screen share . Please let me know what is going on. Please protect my number so that it doesn't reach to fake/spam people . Kindly help .
