International roaming has been activated and 99rs deducted from my prepaid balance without me requesting. My number is [protected]. Please put back the money to my balance. This is such an injustice. I would like this the 99rs to be credited asap.

I should have been intimidated by vodafone regarding the deduction, which wasn't done.

    Hello,

    I am extremely upset with the service given to me by the self-proclaimed "world leading communication company" like yours. I went to your store in kaggadasapura bangalore yesterday afternoon, few hours after landing and jetlagged from 30 hours long flight to get myself a pre-paid connection. I was told that i need to pay 249 rs., which i paid in the first visit and received a sim card. The customer care representative at the store collected my details and driving license to process the application form. I was promised that the service will be active in 2 hours. However, the after two hours i got a messages saying that the application is rejected and the reason given was "referee details are not provided". I was not asked for this information. I cannot dream of it and give it proactively. I again go to store the next day. When i went to get the token, the representative who assisted me stopped from getting the token (I think it's their workaround for not reporting an error). He again made me tell all of my details, this time along with the referee details, which i gave patiently by giving ample benefit of doubt. I was told that the phone will start working in two hours. (Already close to 20 hours since your guys promised). I rebooted my phone after two hours and i see that it is activated so now finally i can make calls. But when try to call, it doesn't go through and gives me a message that there is not enough balance. The balance was paid your respected company over 24 hours by then. I have no idea why this treatment. Whose fault is this. Certainly not mine. I call customer care and they parrot out "sorry for the inconvenience and the amount will be posted by morning. Now why so late! I am traveling out of state, alone, without a phone to communicate. No big deal really. I have traveled without phones when these cellphones weren't allowed. So i will now too. But does that justify your service? No. What can i do? Three things: i can write strong reviews about your company in social media and through word of mouth. Promote your rivals. And discontinue your service the moment my 249 rs. Is expended in about 28 days and never look back. I will do all of the above. Let's see your response. Live by claims or else don't make any, otherwise, we all know how long does it take to go bankkrupt in this economy. Just by making cute advertisements you can't create and run a business sustainably. May work for short time but only for a short time. And there goes two day worth of my much coveted time of my priced vacation.

        There is activated 999 plan without my permission
        Pls take it my complaints & do the needful as soon as possible.

          I have received vodafone postpaid bill yesterday in which i was charged 238 rupees in value added services section for making a special call on 51717 and talked for 17:10 mins.

          However, i never made such call and i never talked with anybody for such long duration. You can check my past bills.
          I have checked on internet many peoples have complained about this billing on the name of special call 51717. I am collecting the relevant information regarding the same.

              I have been using a vodafone prepaid number for nearly 7 years now. The internet pack (3 gb 4g internet per day) i have subscribed to gets exhausted quicker than usual. The maximum usage of the internet on my phone is usually done between 10.30 pm to 2 am. Since the daily internet quota gets refreshed everyday at 12 am, i receive a credit of 3 gb 4g internet at 12 am. However, since i'm continually using my internet hotspot without a break, the newly credited 3 gb internet gets exhausted by 1.15 am, which is incorrect and should be impossible because i use less that 3 gb internet between 10.30 pm to 12 am - a bigger time frame as compared to 12 am to 1.15 am. I therefore end up having to purchase additional data packs so as to enjoy uninterrupted internet services.

                Worst network connectivity in this area of dekhi. I am writing from chanakyapuri, right opposite of taj palace. Worst is even a small word to describe your poor useless worthless network connectivity. Utter nonsense. There is no data connectivity. Your internet never works.4g is never usable. While on phone calls it is never connected properly. The call gets disconnected in between. Bloody worst service provider you people are.

                  I am trying to send message to 1900 of port but it shows failed i tried no. Of times but couldn't work but i am able to send messages to another numbers. Customer support of vodafone is useless. The don't know the solution. They only note complaint but no solution. It's been 5 days since i am calling them like a stupid and the think that customer is stupid. They don't value their customer.

                    On 15/05/2019 I mistakenly recharged my vodafone number 2 times . The recharge was of 399 . So I need help related to it .. please if it is possible refund it or double the expiry date .
                    If refund is jot possible so please try to increasing the expiry date as 399 is not a small amount .

                        Dear sir,
                        With due respect i want to inform you that i am using this vodafone numbers last 5 years. Many times i have complained for call drop issue and network problem and even sent email to appellate kolkata and to corporate care. According to the request network teams visited my location 7 times. But till now the problem is just same. Informed my nearest vodafone store (Address: jessore road, subodh bhawan, 13/9, dak bunglow more, hirdaypur, barasat, west bengal 70012). But no action has been taken. Getting call from appellate agent biswajit maity who informed me that network problem in my area is not possible to resolve as it is under low coverage zone. And even he behaved rudely for sending email again and again. He suggested me to port out from vodafone. Is this your service sir?

                          I had been its customer over ages more than 20 + years they suspended my number due to any stupid reason without any prior notice that would annoy any normal human being. It has been my worst experience as this number belongs to all my financial, personal and business institutions which is dependent on otp based operations now a days. I am helpless.. Please never choose vodafone as your network operator. I have talked to customer care but they told me that your number[protected] has already been closed by your another number which is postpaid number is[protected] but from today to last 10 days it has already been closed how is it possible that that number[protected] is closed my number[protected] whether that number[protected] has already debarred from last 10 days from today.

                            In my bill generated on 15th may i can see one time charge of inr 1198. I have never requested to activate iroam free package on my number. I have made one phone call and 2 sms on international roaming and never asked to cap my bill. Why this was auto activated when i never asked for.

                            I will pay only for usage (1 call and 2 sms) and not capped package amount. Rectify the bill.

                              Vodafone cx since 2007. My voda #[protected]Lifetime postpaid-0 rental plan) has been upgraded to red basic inr 299 without my consent. No call, no msg, no email from voda regarding plan change. Wrote 2 emails to "vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com" but no response. On top of that, there is no voda network in my locality. Why should i go for 299 plan, when i can't use the network.
                              Now that i have not paid the bills, they are sending me emails again and again.
                              For a bill payment, they can send emails, but for plan upgrade, they can't send an email. And they also know that there is a network problem.
                              I called cx service twice. They did not do anything.
                              What i want is, the old bill as per my old plan, waive off the new bill and i will convert it to prepaid.

                                Regarding mobile no [protected] in vodafone postpaid rajasthan, in my current bill plan voda add 97 rs extra of VAS service, although i never requested for such service, and no such service was also installed in my phone, when contacted customer care they replied in careless manner and said me for wait for generation of bill, but they didnt reduce my unfair amount, take strict action against vidafone

                                  First of all kindly check all attachments.
                                  We have 18 vodafone corporate number with customer no[protected].
                                  Our last bill amount is-6877
                                  We already gave cheque for that amount at 06/05/2019 at vodafone center-Bodakdev branch ahmedabad.
                                  The cheque is deposited at 8th May 2019 .
                                  10th May was the last date of payment.
                                  Eventhough we already made payment but process not continue from vodafone end so we are not eligible for late payment penalty.
                                  They send us lots of reminders, we also have bank statement which clearly shows that cheque was deposited to vodafone account.
                                  We made 3 complain through mail and two times via call but still we have on same position.
                                  They said us that go to vodafone center with your bank statement, we also did it 2 times but no change in the situation.
                                  What will we do now?

                                    I am a postpaid idea customer and i have a big trust on idea services. This mail is to highlight a cheating, fraud, misguided issue done by idea executive which i am facing and for which i have already registered complain on idea complain section.

                                    Actually i had received a call on my mobile ([protected]) from idea executive (Mrs. Renu - [protected]/[protected]) on april 1st week regarding “addon” to any family mobile number and she told & confirmed me that i will have to pay only your post paid bill as you are paying currently and your addon mobile number will work as “free of cost”. Then i said ok and i have given my another mobile number ([protected]) which was pre paid earlier. She told me and confirmed me that your postpaid plan will not be changed and your bill will be remain same as you are paying currently hence after lot of efforts she has added my another number with my mobile number.

                                    Now april month’s bill has been generated (01.04.2019 – 30.04.2019) which having a high amount compared to which i was paying earlier. When i checked the breakup of the bill, it is quite surprising & shocking to me that now my another prepaid number ([protected]) has been converted into postpaid number and it is under a different high value postpaid plan (Nirvana 399), which i was never communicated by her earlier.
                                    Only to covert prepaid to postpaid plan and sell the nirvana 399 plan, she has done this activity, which i was never expected from her. She has completely washed out the brand value of idea in front of me.

                                    Now i want proper action should be taken against her and migrate my mobile number ([protected]) from my main number ([protected]) and convert it from postpaid to prepaid as it was earlier. Otherwise there is no option for me to port my idea mobile number to another operator (Airtel etc).

                                      I am getting calls from various numbers of vodafone and using in polite language and harassing my mother in law and daughter
                                      The bill amounts is 2789 but calling and saying that the bill amount is 3921 some are saying 1500. I won't pay the bill untill the calls don't stop. I have also extended this complaint to vodafone mr sameer and no help from him as such.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
