I received a phone call on 05:00PM in my another number but I didn't receive call on that time and after some time I call him back from my Vodafone No. [protected]. He introduced himself as a OLX Car buyer & said that I like your car & after some time I will deposit 20000 Rs. as a security deposit in your bank account through PhonePe UPI App. And after some time He call me try to cheat me with my UPI ID, But I am aware always from this type of fraudsters. And I cut the phone.

    Inspite of giving repeated complaints, some packs are being activated on my no.and balance is getting deducted. I don't want these useless services. this time also I am complaining for the 3rd time for the same matter, still nothing is resolved.
    Because if the inefficient services only I changed from my postpaid plan to prepaid. My money has been robbed many times in this manner.
    Requesting you to refund my deducted balance asap.

      I am very regular postpaid customer for vodafone for around 2 to 3 years. From the day of 1 month bill they are adding a extra bill amount around rs 90 to rs 150 as vas (Value added services (Vas) charges) this is knowledge when i look into the bill only. After checking it i use to call to customer care and they ask to pay the bill amount with vas charges in the next month bill this vas charges will not be added it will blocked in your next month bill.
      But now this time after using jio again i came to vodafone back because of the network on mid of feb 2019 month first month bill amount of rs 220 paid with out checking the bill but on 2nd month bill this vas charges has been added at the spot i called to customer care and ask to cancel it waiver that charges and send to fresh bill but they answered me sir it cant be waiver but from our side it can be blocked and that message will be send to your number for reference but you need to pay the bill amount of rs 380/.
      This is the 3rd month bill but from me the same has been added in bill of rs 115/ + gst of 9%. This time also the same above answer is telling by there staff it cant to waiver at any reason onces bill is generated you need to pay the total bill amount (If this time if i pay the total bill amount) why this same charges of vas charges will not be added
      This charges has been added already for the next month bill also. I am attaching the proof also

      I need the solution for this and, i need to get some benefit and vas charges should not be added and at the same time from vodafone because of there negligence

        It all started from the month of february, 2019.. I got a message on myobile on feb 15, 2019 send by vodafone. Let me show whats witten in that message..

        "your subcription to vodafone tv all channel pack is active now. Offer! Now enjoy free profile tune on callertunes app, click hyperurl.co/uts. To listen songs, dial 1234 (Free)"..

        After reading i was in a complete shock & was thinking... What pack? Which pack? When did i subscribed & for what?

        Vodafone deducted rs. 14 in the name of pack and the next day in the name of pack renewal they deducted 3 rupees more. Let me post the messages sent by vodafone.

        "your subscription for vodafone tv all channel pack has been renewed and rs 14 has been deducted. Your next renewal date is[protected]. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). Click www.myvodafonetv.in to watch tv. Offer! Now enjoy free profile tune on callertunes app, click hyperurl.co/uts. To listen songs, dial 1234 (Free)."

        Again,... "hi, due to your low balance, your subscription to vodafone tv all channel pack could not be renewed. We are continuing the service for 3 days, especially for you. Recharge within 3 days to keep enjoying the service. Offer! Now enjoy free profile tune on callertunes app, click hyperurl.co/uts. To listen songs, dial 1234 (Free)"..

        Now coming to the main part... I wrote "stop to 155223"... 1st the link was not working... Later on after trying & trying the the pack was finally deactivated few days later... & it happened when my prepaid tt balance gone nil..

        Doing so vodafone didnt stopped.. Further more they put tons of packs on my account without my consent & constantly deducting, looting whenever i recharges for talktime i. E main balance leaving a penny on my prepaid balance after deducting.. Like from rs 95tt deducting the entire balance leaving with rs. 1.00 & even sometimes with rs 0.00..

        Vodafone messaged me.. By saying "due to low balance my so-called"this pack, that pack"cannot be activated.. So recharge soon".. I already know what will happen if i recharge for main balance.. Now a days im using vodafone by avoiding adding money to main balance instead i recharge for ultd. Call packs+1g. B/day for 28 days...

        Below are the list of packs which can be activated any time if i recharge for main balance (Tt).
        These packs are not activated but is under-going to become activated if i just recharges a balance for talktime i. E main balance..

        1) vodafone tv all channels pack
        2) how to videos pack
        3) vodafone health pack
        4) jobs govt. And blue collar
        5) how to videos pack
        6) vodafone games pack
        7) entertainment pack
        8) caller tunes service etc. Etc.

        I like to call it my mother tounge as "loot raj kayam hai". Just one simple question.. What is going on & why me?... Thank you.

          Vodafone mobile network has been worst. Even with such hefty monthly prepaid plans the network connectivity is as good as 2g. I would think twice before recommending this carrier to others. I am applying for a port now to either airtel or jio.
          I subscribe for 4g network with. A monthly rental but the signal strength i receive i very weak. Complained several times to customer care but that being a dead end

            This is in regards to the billing issue.. It's been more than 4 years i am using the postpaid connection. Never i had any issues with the bill payment or the network. I was happy and referred many of my colleagues to vodafone..
            I see that you guys have changed the plan without informing me. I was happy with 199 plan and you guys changed it to 249. How do you expect me to make the payment without my permission for the plan change.
            When i called customer care they say they sent me messages, if you see the handset that i'm using it is basic handset meant only for calls... I don't use any of your 4g services..
            This is totally unacceptable. I need the plan to be changed to 199 which i was using from the last 4 years or i'll port my number to airtel.. Also i need to waive off the late payment charges to make the payment if you want me to continue with vodafone. I'm not gonna pay for something which i was not informed.. Please fix the issue asap..

              I recharged rs 400 to my no. From a mobile shop by mistake the recharge was made on another no.... Pls i want my recharge back as it is not a small amout... Plss... The recharge was pack of 1 gb per day and unlimited calls and 100 msgs per day... Yes it was my mistake but as the amount is big i want my recharge back... Pls try to do something in pls look into this matter as soon as possible

                I am staying in malad east area in mumbai. The connection of vodafone here is absolutely pathetic. I shifted to this place 1 month back, and within 2-3 days i complained about the quality of network issue i am facing. I even complained and on the platform of a social networking site. They sent a technician and the technician confirmed a bandwidth issue at my place. Since then i am waiting and not resolution provided.

                  I have complaint vodafone customer call centre regarding the slow internet speed issue. But the issue is still not been resolved. According the trai website https://main.trai.gov.in/faqcategory/complaint
                  The complaint should be resolved within 7 days. I had complained on 30 april 2019 but still today it has not been resolved. Common people like us don't have time to track the issue and call the customer care every day.

                  We didn't accept such bad service from vodafone india.

                    Dear responsible officers

                    This is about your Vodafone pathetic services. I have been using your company's number since last 15 years. But few days ago I lost my sim and went twice to your Vodafone store Sector 20 panchkula but there is no response from your staff. Adil gave me sim today and said it will be activated in 2-4 hours as we have sent request to customer care. But no request is sent to customer care as I contacted them.
                    As now I am going to Lodge a complaint in consumer court as your services are very pathetic and is this the way you serve your customer.

                      My name richard and i am using yr net for past 5yrs last few days i am facing lots of problem in net and calls as there is no net and range but other network range comes example airtel and jio my customers also face this problem who are using vodafone please request to fix a tower close to this mall that orion mall yeshwant pur bangalore, other wise you will loose yr customer a hubl request other wise increase the capicity, looking forward to see good network

                        Vodafone is charging extra from its customers in plus of providing a horrible service. On my recent bill, I saw they have charged me 100 rupees extra on other credits/charge and I don’t even know why. It’s really preposterous of them to charge anything they want from their customer. Had they provided good services I wouldn’t have registered a complaint but their service is also worsening day by day and now I’m thinking to switch my network!

                          Hi, i have already paid my last bill and closed my account for my number [protected], but still, they are calling me to clear dues. They did not send me a single email regarding this either. My last bill generated on 15-mar-2019 was of rs. -67. So they need to refund me rs.67 which i never received but instead, they are calling me to pay my dues. Also in call, their ivr does not mention any phone number against which i need to make a payment. Kindly look into this.

                            I am struggling with vodafone network and raised several complaints, but no complaints has been addressed.

                            I am trying to send port xxxxxxxxxx from my vodafone number to 1900, but i am not able to send this.
                            Vodafone is blocking smses to 1900. Whenever one tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed".
                            Can you please look into the matter and stop harassing consumers like this?

                              This is to inform you that my no. Was deactivated by vodafone even after payments of my bills. I would like to inform you that this no. Was under corporate o[censored]nion bank of india regional office and the same was used for monitoring purposes and hence i was using it. From last 2 years. I am providing the authority letter to port my no. So that i can bear the charges of the no. But vodafone is denying to activate the no.

                              Sir, kindly help me so that i can get this no as this no. Is circulated in the community where i work and everyone who knows me have the same no., now no is able to contact me and hence i am facing lot of difficulties. 5 to 10 times i have visited to the vodafone store but no one trying to even listen to me.

                              So i request you to kindly intervene in this matter as this is a kind of arbitrariness for monetary advantage.

                                My corporate vodafone mobile number is [protected] and i have been charged rs. 2234.54 for a toll free isd number. Although, i have not enabled isd as well and also there was no threshold set for my number.
                                I attended the call on thu 5/2/2019 and it was a toll free number and once the call ended. They stopped all services on the number without any prior information.
                                They also asked me to pay before 21st else they will charge rs. 100 extra on the bill per day.

                                I have bought the sim from exl center 5, noida sector -58.

                                Exempt me from this payment else I will have to file a complaint with consumer court as you are charging for toll free number.

                                Take immediate action as this is critical.

                                  I am sufferer of vodafone company since many years. All the ads of dogs or people putting towers every hours is just a gimmick.
                                  Your network is absolute nothing. Anywhere you go you have to find an open road or something then rotate your neck to get the signals to talk for some time till the call drops. Its your luck if you can talk for some minutes.
                                  Is there any system to tell them that stop making fools of people. Every time you complaint they will call you to inform we are working on it and soon rectify.
                                  I loose my business and important calls.
                                  Why do you have to get more customers when you cannot even satisfy the old ones.
                                  You guys are pathetic. I dont have an option of porting out as they know all are same.
                                  Can someone help...

                                    Even today also i got call from vodafone same number like vinoth shinde executive collection team [protected] and [protected] and also vijaya borde[protected] from lower parle vodafone office calls daily and torturing me by calling continuously so i didnt pick up my phones and i will never pick their phones. I know they calling for excess bill payment, i need solution for the excess bill they can't say to pay the full amount because i didnt use internet in international roaming if i want to pay i will pay some amount for your torture dont torture me by using rubbish word. pls dont torture me, leave me . I deeply hurt by the way vodafone has given the service.

                                      I am sritharan sundaram and my vodafone postpaid no is [protected]. Recently i got a message from vodafone stating you have extended your credit limit rs 7000. (Last jan 17 to jan 23, 2019 i visited srilanka but i activated international roaming pack and roaming active pack also once i reach mumbai i deactivated the pack after that i received a message that i crossed the limit but i never make a outgoing or received a incoming call during out of india i used wifi and one time i on the mobile data suddenly i off the mobile data even i activated international roaming and pack. I have a doubt on jan 30 i received a msg that i crossed the limit rs 7400 and jan 31 i received a msg that i crossed the limit rs 9400 how can it possible in india u charged me 2000 it shows the vodafone all are cheating. I visited vodafone gallary in chembur near monorail station the very next day i raised the complaint no #[protected] and the vodafone agent advised me nothing to worry about it wait for the bill to come. Today i again got a message stating your limit is extended to rs 9400
                                      my outgoing calls, mobile date got cancelled without any notification to me.
                                      i was at office audit work at virar and was at stand still 4pm to 6pm as i couldn't book la cab like uber or ola call anyone. You can check my bill history and not a single has been missed till data and this is the service you give to your valuable customer.

                                      Even i paid all my monthly rent bill and my roaming active pack bill but my complaints didnt solve. Even many peoples from vodafone like vinoth shinde executive collection team[protected], vijaya borde collection team [protected],[protected] from lower parle calls daily and torturing not only me, my friends and relatives and family members.

                                      i am deeply hurt by the way vodafone has given the service.
