I am on a international visit and before visiting took a international roaming pack of 3000/- but after my visit the first day itself there was no data and internet was not working but still 2nd day of my visit when i complain i came to know that my bill is 36000/- and asking on the details i was not getting any clarity on my bill which i register a complain also and i was told that for 42countries my ir would be fore for certain mins and data also but still my data was barred but on the 3rd day there was no signal also for even in coming calls which is absolutely not professional, now i have got an wifify of the hotel to write it to vodaphone, seriously its such a harassment to the customer and i am going to complain about this to trai consumer forum and ministry of telecom about such a harassing act done to the customer and the moment i reach india i will port my number to jio or airtel which are far better then vodaphone.

    I am not able to send sms from my vodafone number and i am not getting any help from their support. They are just asking me anything to do and i did those but still its not working. Everytime they are coming with an excuse and at the end they asked me to change my mobile phone. Its already my second mobile phone. Also, they are not helping me to port my number.

    Only internet is working..incoming and outgoing both are not working..call is ended when i called any one..and income is also not working at all..

    Vodafone is not providing my Internet service . When I called to contact customer care executive they just dropped the call. This is second time that it is happening with me and last time they stopped the service for more than 24 hours and I had to face a lot harrassment and incorporating and unprofessional executives.

      Hi team,

      Hope you can assist me here.

      I have done a prepaid recharge of 399. This plan is meant to provide unlimited calls. But when i try to call to some of the toll free numbers, it says low balance and call is not getting connected. I have been facing this since more than 20 days, raised complaint to vodafone customer care and they i have to recharge another 35 to make a call to those numbers. This is really unfair trade practice. First of all i took a plan which is unlimited, then why should i make additional recharge. Very much disappointed with the service where it’s troubling customers in the form of cheating.

        Hi, i have a corporate plan for a monthly rental of rs. 399 and i haven't paid the bill since two months. Everyday i get calls from your executives regarding payment and i tell them the same thing over and over again that i will not pay the bill unless the "value added services" which was added to my account unknowingly and i have been paying for the same.

        But now when i asked them why is this added to my account they say i did it and i dint. I had even put a request for deactivating the services but still its not done yet. Every month this service is added into my account and the bill value goes to rs. 700 something. This has been happening from last two months now. Every time these vodafone executives call me they just ask when are you paying the bill and when i say "cant you see my complaints" they just disconnect the call.

        Kindly look into this.

        I got the new 4G sim vodafone from service dealer. Its been two days since i am waiting for the sim activation. Also there is error of no sms connection. Kindly solve the problem. I bought the new 4G sim with previous number on 26 april 2019.
        Nigam dont go for this network they do nothing but Just Rob Rob and Rob from us.

          The internet speed is pathetic in vodafone. So i want to change my sim to airtel. So i tried to send a message 'port my number' but the message can't be sent... Please help me out... I am fed up... I tried to send the message more than 20 times. I even changed the handset but the message can't be sent even then.. I am not being able to even open my facebook account because of this # internet speed... Please do something at the earliest...

            I have been almost forcefully given a sim saying it was free and do not have any rental. I have already have two postpaid connections whose billing i wanted to pay through one bill, hence i visited vodafone store beside south city mall in february 2019. Although it was not met, but since they have given that to me saying "this is given to activate my issue of paying two bills from one number, and this new sim no [protected] has no rental". My bill generally is around 588-600. But this month they have added a rental of 299/- (Tota lbill comes to 848/-) for the sim they have committed to have no rental charges. Vodafone executive adrish have cheated me and then another guy called me and cheated me to care of the issue, at same place i. E at vodafone store beside south city mall at kolkata 700068.

              Hello! Talktime recharge of rs. 98 on 30/04/19 is successful. Talktime received rs.0.89. Gst charged rs.14.95, access fee rs.82.16. New balance is rs.0.02.

              This is the message i got. And i wasn't able to make any calls as it said i have no balance to make a call. I absolutely don't understand this. If access fee is for unlimited calls then why wasn't i able to place a call?

              Please resolve this.

              It's been over two weeks and nobody from customer care has done anything about this. When will this issue be resolved? If this continues i am gonna change my sim!
              Please remove the pre caller tune or announcement before my caller tune

                Due to reasons of network quality of voice and data in my city i decided to port out my vodafone number which i was using from last 8 years. As company they degraded there quality and staff to admit this and use other providers numbers here now. But vodafone intentionally using technical blocking to specific number stopped port out sms to 1900 to retain customer to port out knowing there degraded quality. So kindly as customer according to t r a i rules i too must be allowed to port out by unblock the sms to 1900

                      Shameful move taken by vodafone..!! Vodafone is blocking smses to 1900. Whenever i tries to send 'port' to 1900, an error message is received "unable to send sms" or "message sending failed". This is being done to prevent the customers from porting out of vodafone. I have called their customer care also but of no use. Messages can be successfully sent to any other number except 1900

                          I have called vodafone several times regarding this issue the executive just says it's my handset issue. The same handset is able to send sms from another sim and even after swapping the slots. I even tried using the vodafone sim in another phone stil not able to send sms.
                          My number is linked to the bank how on earth an i supposed to do any damn transaction if you have blocked my sms?

                            Today I chat with Customer Care of vodafone to get some information about my balance deductions. I told him that I already recharged unlimited pack on Feb 3rd 2019 but he continuosly and loudly telling me that I don't know how it is deducted, i am providing you information that amount is deducted from your account. His tone is so rude that at last he said likely that "Kya kar loge".

                            Now i just want to switch company because of this type of misbehaviour. I just ask one question "Why vodafone giving executive job to such persons who don't know how to solve someone'e problem."

                              I have recharged my number [protected] using my Vodafone app specifically for 100% cash back vouchers.
                              The recharge amount is 398 rs for 84 days.
                              I have done it at 12:18 am on 30/4/2019.

                              I don't what's wrong with Vodafone server and services.
                              My recharge got success after 1 hour and not instantly and they are not giving penny of speed for internet but I have to use only calling so not a issue but they are worst

                              Firstly I didn't got any vouchers in application
                              And I called customer care on 198 at 12 pm on 30/4/2019 after 12 hours.

                              They are wasted 30 minutes and told me that you are not eligible

                              But I have a only screenshot of proof for eligible for cashback vouchers.

                              I demanded mail id to send proof but they are not giving any mail id and not giving anything

A message saying "recharge declined by operator" simply displays on the screen. Transaction is successful from the banks side, but the operator (Vodafone) is continuously declining it.                                   Hi myself Himasatyasuresh Saladi, holding an postpaid account with Vodafone.
                                  mobile number is [protected]. I contacted customer care on november 2018 to stop the services and to deactivate the vodafone number because i moved to other country as their roaming plans are higher I contacted them to deactivate number. they said to clear the outstanding amount i cleared but they didn't deactivated the number.

                                  Again on Jan 2019 i got bill and paid the outstanding and contacted customer support to stop the number they told to mail at customer support i mailed them and i got reply that the problem will be resolved in 1 working day. But again now in april i got the bill and they are asking me to pay the bill for the months of feb march. As i am in other country how can i deactivate the number. I searched on march by keeping the sim into mobile to check wheteher it is deactivated r not. But still its working. The agents who are calling from vodafone to collect the bill they are claiming that they are legal advisors and telling my parents that i have an court hearing and have to attend the court. i complained the same to vodafone customer care and they said that no will call stating that legal advisors directly. first they will mail you if you are having long outstanding then they will contact you regard further procedures. but i dont know, the agents calls claiming that they are legal advisors.

                                  Please let me know, how to resolve this.

                                    I've been struggling with the vodafone internet service approximately for the last 10 days. Internet service quality in my area is very bad and hardly reaches a speed of 30-40 kbps at night and also does not works well during the day.
                                    I am a loyal vodafone customer for the last 12 years and have not used the services of any other service provider ever. I was a diehard fan of vodafone but now i am very frustrated with the kind of service being provided.
                                    I lodged a complaint regarding the issue on 198 complaints number on 23/04/2019 and the complaint number is [protected]. I was told that my complaint would be addressed latest by 29/04/2019, but still it has not been addressed and i am facing the same issue.
                                    I am now thinking of switching to some other service provider who is more capable of providing me a better service than vodafone.
                                    Either vodafone resolves my issue or i will port my services to another service provider in the next couple of days, and would expect a full refund of the recharge that i done on my number on 14/04/2019.

                                      Hello, i have been a loyal vodafone india customer for the past 3 years (I still choose to remain with them with all these jio wave). Their services were good enough all these years, but today's incident made me think otherwise for their trustworthiness to continue with them in the future.

                                      Complaint details:

                                      - date of incident: 28 april 2019
                                      - full description:
                                      I have subscribed for an unlimited calls, 1.5gb/day data pack on 04 feb 2019 valid till 04 may 2019 (90 days pack). So today (28 april 2019), i went to a nearby city and when i am back home i tried to switch on my mobile data and my mobile showed that there is no internet connectivity. So, i used my friend's airtel mobile internet for my data needs.

                                      Losing hope after some time i checked, my vodafone app and it does show that i have 0 mb data balance and rs.0 main balance in my account (I have rs.55 in my main balance for emergency needs.

                                      When checking the history i am even more shocked to see that i have consumed some 300mb at 1:30 am in the morning (I am actually sleeping at that time) and around 700mb, 700 mb at 10:15 am and 11:30 am respectively. (I am actually travelling at that time). And at last, the vodafone history shows that i completely consumed my data by 12:30 pm.

                                      After a while, around 5 pm i received consecutive messages that i have consumed the full data (1.5gb) and i have also been charged from my main balance (Rs.55) for the data consumption (That i don't use).

                                      I always used to switch on my mobile data whenever needed and "switch off the moment i don't need". I also opted for "update apps on wifi only" on the google play store. I have also "restricted app background data usage".

                                      This seems totally unfair that i consumed all my mobile data and even if by chance i totally consumed all my data, how are they supposed to deduct my main balance while i have been already subscribed for an unlimited plan.

                                      My desirable resolution for this complaint is to stop charging from my main balance without my concern (When i am subscribed to an unlimted pack) and also to refund the amount of rs.55 to my main balance back.

                                        Hi, i had requested for a sim block after my phone being lost on the 26.04.19 which was successfully taken over the call.
                                        The very next day we bought a new card from the vodafone store @ ₹50.

                                        After being 14 hr i called customer care to know the status of my sim and came to know that the earlier sim block request was still pending hence cannot activate new card.

                                        I asked the executive about why wasn't it done and they told we have no idea. I spoke to the senior manager and was really ridiculed by the way he spoke.

                                        While i was speaking to him he just hung up that why wasn't the sim not blocked as it could be used for some illegal activities.

                                        I have a been a customer to vodafone for 15 yrs and plus and i feel really sad if this is the kind of service it offers.

                                        I request a written answer for sim not being blocked and responsibility of vodafone if the sim was used after 26.04.19 for any illegal activity.

                                        The network connectivity in Hinjewadi phase 3, Pune is very bad. There are times where you will see no network in your phone. I live in Sangria Towers and the network connectivity is so horrible over here that i had to get landline connection. Please resolve this vodafone network issue ASAP.

                                        4G can't even browse they say every minute they are setting a tower, even jio is better and cheaper great network good value for money.Vodafone is worst worst worst network.Switch to Airtel or Jio for great peace of mind, value for money and time.
