My name is abhay, i have been trying to recharge my number [protected] online from the past 5 days, but the number won't recharge. A message saying "recharge declined by operator" simply displays on the screen. Transaction is successful from the banks side, but the operator (Vodafone) is continuously declining it. I request you to please help me on this matter, this sim without any balance is of no use. Please help

    Hi myself Himasatyasuresh Saladi, holding an postpaid account with Vodafone.
    mobile number is [protected]. I contacted customer care on november 2018 to stop the services and to deactivate the vodafone number because i moved to other country as their roaming plans are higher I contacted them to deactivate number. they said to clear the outstanding amount i cleared but they didn't deactivated the number.

    Again on Jan 2019 i got bill and paid the outstanding and contacted customer support to stop the number they told to mail at customer support i mailed them and i got reply that the problem will be resolved in 1 working day. But again now in april i got the bill and they are asking me to pay the bill for the months of feb march. As i am in other country how can i deactivate the number. I searched on march by keeping the sim into mobile to check wheteher it is deactivated r not. But still its working. The agents who are calling from vodafone to collect the bill they are claiming that they are legal advisors and telling my parents that i have an court hearing and have to attend the court. i complained the same to vodafone customer care and they said that no will call stating that legal advisors directly. first they will mail you if you are having long outstanding then they will contact you regard further procedures. but i dont know, the agents calls claiming that they are legal advisors.

    Please let me know, how to resolve this.

      I've been struggling with the vodafone internet service approximately for the last 10 days. Internet service quality in my area is very bad and hardly reaches a speed of 30-40 kbps at night and also does not works well during the day.
      I am a loyal vodafone customer for the last 12 years and have not used the services of any other service provider ever. I was a diehard fan of vodafone but now i am very frustrated with the kind of service being provided.
      I lodged a complaint regarding the issue on 198 complaints number on 23/04/2019 and the complaint number is [protected]. I was told that my complaint would be addressed latest by 29/04/2019, but still it has not been addressed and i am facing the same issue.
      I am now thinking of switching to some other service provider who is more capable of providing me a better service than vodafone.
      Either vodafone resolves my issue or i will port my services to another service provider in the next couple of days, and would expect a full refund of the recharge that i done on my number on 14/04/2019.

        Hello, i have been a loyal vodafone india customer for the past 3 years (I still choose to remain with them with all these jio wave). Their services were good enough all these years, but today's incident made me think otherwise for their trustworthiness to continue with them in the future.

        Complaint details:

        - date of incident: 28 april 2019
        - full description:
        I have subscribed for an unlimited calls, 1.5gb/day data pack on 04 feb 2019 valid till 04 may 2019 (90 days pack). So today (28 april 2019), i went to a nearby city and when i am back home i tried to switch on my mobile data and my mobile showed that there is no internet connectivity. So, i used my friend's airtel mobile internet for my data needs.

        Losing hope after some time i checked, my vodafone app and it does show that i have 0 mb data balance and rs.0 main balance in my account (I have rs.55 in my main balance for emergency needs.

        When checking the history i am even more shocked to see that i have consumed some 300mb at 1:30 am in the morning (I am actually sleeping at that time) and around 700mb, 700 mb at 10:15 am and 11:30 am respectively. (I am actually travelling at that time). And at last, the vodafone history shows that i completely consumed my data by 12:30 pm.

        After a while, around 5 pm i received consecutive messages that i have consumed the full data (1.5gb) and i have also been charged from my main balance (Rs.55) for the data consumption (That i don't use).

        I always used to switch on my mobile data whenever needed and "switch off the moment i don't need". I also opted for "update apps on wifi only" on the google play store. I have also "restricted app background data usage".

        This seems totally unfair that i consumed all my mobile data and even if by chance i totally consumed all my data, how are they supposed to deduct my main balance while i have been already subscribed for an unlimited plan.

        My desirable resolution for this complaint is to stop charging from my main balance without my concern (When i am subscribed to an unlimted pack) and also to refund the amount of rs.55 to my main balance back.

        But my dse provide only 2%.

          Hi, i had requested for a sim block after my phone being lost on the 26.04.19 which was successfully taken over the call.
          The very next day we bought a new card from the vodafone store @ ₹50.

          After being 14 hr i called customer care to know the status of my sim and came to know that the earlier sim block request was still pending hence cannot activate new card.

          I asked the executive about why wasn't it done and they told we have no idea. I spoke to the senior manager and was really ridiculed by the way he spoke.

          While i was speaking to him he just hung up that why wasn't the sim not blocked as it could be used for some illegal activities.

          I have a been a customer to vodafone for 15 yrs and plus and i feel really sad if this is the kind of service it offers.

          I request a written answer for sim not being blocked and responsibility of vodafone if the sim was used after 26.04.19 for any illegal activity.

          The network connectivity in Hinjewadi phase 3, Pune is very bad. There are times where you will see no network in your phone. I live in Sangria Towers and the network connectivity is so horrible over here that i had to get landline connection. Please resolve this vodafone network issue ASAP.

          Please deactivate the postpaid no. of vodafone [protected] on tha name of Mr. K.M. Chaudhari as this is not required any more.
          The balance due will be depositted
          4G can't even browse they say every minute they are setting a tower, even jio is better and cheaper great network good value for money.Vodafone is worst worst worst network.Switch to Airtel or Jio for great peace of mind, value for money and time.

            I discussed with vodafone executive saying, your number has been blocked by trai as someone has filed a false complaint that this number is being used for telemarketing purpose.
            Kindly activate this number immediately as all my banking accounts are linked to this number,
            I am unable to make any online payments and am unable to receive any sms from this number.
            I am requesting you to unblock my number as soon as possible.

              I am holder of vodafone, delhi, postpaid plan talk 199 (Unlimited) on my mobile numbers [protected] and on [protected]. But, from billing cycle 28.2.2019 to 27.3.2019, in bills dated 28.3.2019, vodafone, delhi has forcefully changed my postpaid plan talk 199 (Unlimited) to its postpaid plan 299 (Red basic) on both of my postpaid numbers [protected] and [protected]. On 28.2.2019 and on 08.3.2019, from my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected], i had massaged out to 199 for not changing my existing postpaid plan talk 199 (Unlimited) to its postpaid plan 299 (Redbasic). Vodafone, delhi had acknowledged my out massage 199, but, despite this, vodafone, delhi, forcibly sold its postpaid plan 299 (Red basic) and started charging me for this on my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] in its bill dated 28.3.2019. This forced action by vodafone has caused me very much mental harassment and monitory loss due over charging. I request vodafone delhi to switch back postpaid plan talk 199 (Unlimited) on my mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] with this billing cycle immediately.

                I had earlier complained in march and on 15th april, 2019 but with no reply. I have 3 sim cards of your company. My only concern is why you are insisting customers for recharge of 35 and with end period of 28 days only. By this, you are making money out of such compulsion, which is not ethically correct. Just to cover up your losses, you are resorting to unethical practices, thereby losing more customers. Now choice is yours. Further how can you stop incoming calls just because customers has not recharged as per your wish.

                    I ported from Airtel to Vodafone ([protected]) and did FRC 495 plan recharge on my no. in which I get unlimited calls on Landline and Mobile, 1.5GB daily data and around 100 SMS per day. I had never consumed more than 1GB data and atmost I had sent 15 SMS and that too not in a single day.
                    Now in march, I did a recharge of RS 50 (top-up) in which I got around Rs 39 balance. This was done just as a precaution, in case my plan validity ends.

                    Now as per FRC plan I had everything free as I already paid the entire cost for 84 days, then how come they deducted my balance and now I am left with Rs 4.54 .

                    On raising this concern many times and talking to their CC, they also don't have any answer.

                      I have been check the balance via myvodafone website. I found that is negative balance as 114 so I try to recharge as 569. After that the balance is still negative. In next 2 days I try to recharge again with 509 but the current balance is still negative again. I need to know how can it be 0 balance. Can you set the balance into 0? Am I already lost my money?                         Myself hannan shaikh, living in malad (East), mumbai, maharashtra. I went to vodafone mini store near malad east railway station next to milan hotel (I don't know exact address) to port my number in vodafone, but staff told me to pay 544/- in cash for mnp process, so i told them to just do kyc and handover me sim i will do frc after activation of sim, but they told me that without frc we can't process ahead and they were convincing me again and again, one month ago i went to local shop and did mnp and just paid sim charges and i did frc from the same shop after sim card activation. Vodafone stores are just looting customers, i already have 4-5 vodafone connections in my family, i think i should port out them also, if vodafone doesn't took any action then i will do the same.

                          I am using the vodafone connection from past 2 years. Here i am facing some unknown and unwanted calls and messages always from mumbai asking name like mr. Rajendra shetty as this number registerd by his name. He wants to pay of rs. Xxxx. Many of times i replied like wrong number and complainted nearest store in bangalore uttarahalli from long back 6 months. Month on month i was shared the irritating calls which i was receiving. But there was no response. Due to that, i decided to disconnect my phone connection. Kindly please note my no. [protected]. And i have recd my last bill of rs. 1257 without using any calls, sms and internet from past one month. Then also i've paid of rs.600 and i dont want to pay any more for this connection.

                          So plz disconnect this connection.

                          Plz do the needful asap.

                            I want to port my number i. E [protected], but every time i send sms for port to 1900, it says sending fails.
                            Kindly look into the matter as it is happening with other mobile numbers also.
                            Is it companies strategy to retain their customer by false means?

                              I have raised queries to cancel my vodafone caller tune 4 times against no. [protected] (Assam circle).

                              But till date, same has not been done.

                              The first query i had raised on 24.11.2018.
                              Today also, i have visited your vodafone zoo road guwahati' store.

                              Hope you will cancel the caller tune today and repay me back the amount you had charged against this since 24.11.2018. I will be grateful to you, if i see this calculation in the next bill.

                                Unable to send port message to trai.
                                Help me to port it from vodafone to jio... Why i can't send the message to trai??? It always showing that message sending failed... But when i send to my normal contacts it's going as usual but when it's time for porting the message is not sending it's showing "failed to send"...                                   On the 7th this month, i had availed the amazon prime offer, the first time, it failed but the amount was deducted from my bank. On the second attempt, the subscription was successful. The deduction was not refunded.
                                  I had made a complaint about it almost a week ago. There was no response from vodafone.
                                  I had to submit the complaint here in hope of getting it solved.

                                    Ported my no ([protected]) from airtel postpaid to vodafone prepaid and received a message that some amount is due and if i do not pay that amount my services will be stopped. I cleared the amount by paying the bill to airel but still my no. Is not activated again. I submitted the receipt to vodafone store and mailed the receipt at vodafonecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com but still to response from their side.

                                      Dear team,

                                      The unlimited calling validity for mb : [protected] is till 25-jun-2019. But the main balance amounnt is deducting from number.

                                      I have done recharge of rs. 200, rs. 200 and rs. 458 around six months back. We have done self recharge of rs. 458 twice, so the validity was till 25-june-2019 for unlimited pack. My main balance was (-) rs. 365 because of incorrect self recharge from vodafone. Now i have done the recharge of rs. 100 4 times during last 4 months i. E a total of rs. 400. So my main balance was rs. 35.

                                      But now my main balance is deducting which should not happen as my validity o[censored]nlimited calling is till 25-jun-2019. Kindly also reverse wrongly deducted main balance also.

                                      Kindly do the needful asap and revert. Call [protected] incase of any queries.

                                      Vodafone service provider is always deducting the balance from my prepaid mobile account. They are deducting the amount without any cause and gives a worst reply if I complain about this issue. Want justice against this issue. This is not the first time the Vodafone is deducting the amount.
                                      Unable to send Porting message to 1900 from Vodafone. I tried to send the message
                                      PORT [protected], to 1900. But the message sending fails everytime. Please help me.
                                      I have tried this more than once. I want to exit Vodafone services and retain my number.
                                      I need incoming call details on 12/4/19. It was deleted by me on my phone by mistake so I need it urgently to contact my friend

                                        Iam not satisfy with your internet network
                                        Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to airtel... Then i have started
                                        To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                                        But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time...
                                        By speking to custmer care for solution... They keep giving non sense / irrilavent solutions: -

                                        1. I have unlimited package of internet, even it’s showing 4g, internet is very low.
                                        2. I suppose to change message centre no.- did the same but no result...
                                        3. I have to change the handset - tried but no result...

                                        Moreover the custmoer care representatives not available for 3 days, n they are are not giving a chance to spk...
                                        Plz help me...
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I call any time in Vodapfone Service center and also service center are update position do given not proper answer

                                        Vodafone Care is not solving the problem they are telling me that problem may solved after 3 months when my Recharge will over I am getting problem from10 to 11 days continuously please solve My problem as fast from Vodafone Care
