This is to inform you that my mobile no ([protected]) plan of monthly rs.99 has been changed to 299 without my confirmation. I have been informed to pay the rental as per 299 for 2 months.

I would request you to reverse the revised plan and reverse the bill amount which you have activated without my confirmation or change the account to prepaid.

Failure to do so i have no option but port out to another service provider, as this change in plan without users consent is unethical

      Without my knowledge my balance is -103 and due to that i am not even able to port my number. I do recharge for unlimited calling everymonth. Have no idea how and for what services they have deducted amount.. Also customer care is rude.. Not providing any details on deduction stating that it has occured long back and they do not have track of it. Even after trying to get in touch with vodafone customer care there is no resolution on my issue.. Customer care is totally improfessional and impolite.

        I had port my sim card on 25/10/2018, and apparently vodofone sent me a bill of rs 1017 but i was using vodafone plan 499 so bill should be 499+ tax that is 588.
        Now vodaphone is calling me to pay this outstanding amount which is incorrect. I have already complained about this in vodafone gallery but they are not changing the bill amount and continuously calling and mailing me and my mom for this which is very irritating

        Please do the needful

          I am unable to send messages while in romaing,
          I raised so many compliments and unable to resolve, they are simply taking money and not providing any Services, this issue was fro. Last 5 years. Please help on this. Nearly I spoken to vodafone customer care executive 10 times from last 10 days, this problem is only when I am in roaming not in karnataka. Please help on this asap...please call ne for more information

            1 hi baat bar bar complaint kr kr ke ab me thak gaya hu nahi chahiye apki juthi tasali,
            Lagatar me bol raha hu net nahi aa raha 2g se bhi kharab net mila rha network apni parji se aa raha ja raha, har baar ek new juth, maintenence ka kaam chal raha, technichal issue hai kuch din me ho jayega, vodafone idea ek ho gaye network acha milega, ye setting kro wo kro,,,, sab kr ke chuka hu or kitna 3 month se jyada ka time ho gaya ek hi baat ko or kitna time wait karu,
            Or jb wapis complaint krna hu to bolte he kaam chal raha he..
            I m sorry muje bolna pad raha he ki sabse jutha commetment dene wala koi he to aap log ho.

              Hii sir i have provided all documents but den also sim not working and it's showing like sim card registration failed m getting too much irritation and bad abt vodafone i was working in vodafone previous but m only facing this problem how abt others.
              I was working previous in vodafone company only for few months but that time i felt good network but now m getting too much very bad exp

                  The mobile service provider Vodafone India has charged excessively very high on my international roaming data usage. There is no provision for requesting a international data roam separately when you request for activation for international roaming. Along with the voice calling and sms, Data also gets activated.
                  Vodafone has charged approximately inr 14, 000/- only for data usage for 23 mb. This is a data leakage by accident, the service for international data roam was not requested by me for activation. The total bill amount is rupees 17000.00 (Plus the applicable taxes) which is much over and above my credit limit assigned to my mobile number.

                  I have been reaching out to customer care over emails and phone requesting vodafone to waive-off the charges incurred against international data usage. The charges are way beyond the credit limit assigned. I should have been informed or my services should have been disconnected once reaching the credit limit. Their response to this is credit limit is dynamic Credit limit as per vodafone seems to be as per their convenience . I would like to file a case against vodafone for this fraud tricks to charge the customers. Kindly assist with necessary details and steps.

                  Vodaphone india added a new plan on my mobile account just by sending SMS. The plan is 5 times more expensive. They are not willing to retract on the plan and would not credit my account.

                    I have a vodafone SiM which has been stopped services few days ago by the company prior intimation .every month I recharged with Rs 35, but few days back, it stopped services suddenly and Showing NO NETWORK.i can not understand why they suddenly stopped the services. Also their quality of network through out Kolkata mainly in baghbazar is very very much poor. I asked the company about it, but could not satisfied with the reply and they said to Recharge with Rs 65 and we did it as fast as we can.but at last we have to changes the sim card by Rs 200 approx. i found guilty of the said company here and want to compensate the loss as soon as possible.

                    I had gone to your vodaphone shop in Mumbai and activated my international roaming as i wanted only SMS service free in coming but up till now it is not done. Please do the same asap.

                      Hi,

                      My name is Swapnil Wadval, I am using Vodafone no. [protected] since 7 to 8 years. Around last week of March someone hacked my mobile phone and send international SMS, which result in exceeding my credit limit.
                      Now, around rs. 3700/- is showing due and service to my no is block by vodafone. As I visited your lokhanwala store where Mr. siddiqui who is floor in-charge told me that, as all SMS send through my handset and I am responsible for the same and have to pay all dues.

                      Kindly help me with it.

                          Though i subscribed for a plan for inr 299, these people started sending me bills upwards of inr 600. I stopped using the connection in november, but they send me a bill in december also. Now, they are claiming an outstanding amount of inr 989. I am willing to pay 299 + taxes, which i have communicated to them. But, they are continuously harassing me.

                            I can't send the port message to 1900. I want to port my vodafone number to another network as my vodafone network has been worst and vodafone is not doing anything about it since the past month. I have sent so many emails, but all i get is automated replies. I have network issue all over the city and they say they are not currently not updating network in my area! I have received the worst customer service ever!! So i'd like to port asap but i can't send the port message on 1900. I says sending failed as soon as i press the send button. I don't understand why that is happening. Vodafone honestly has highly degraded their services!

                              I have two vodafone postpaid numbers...[protected] and 956969*... Due to inappropriate billing... I had requested to migrate my numbers to prepaid on 08/04/2019... After that i visited vodafone stores... Deposited my id.. And rs.1000... Since then no response... Neither they are migrating nor allow me to port my nos.... I have made 5 complains in 8 days... They are mentally torturing... Plz help...

                                Vodafone has very pathetic signal problem at my residence and they are not rectifiying from more than a year. They are just giving only 50% waiver on the monthly bill which is very nominal. Upon multiple compliants they are not resolving the issue rather they are giving just 50% monthly rental waiver. Its affected my business, important calls and its a humiliation causing me when iam not able to make calls, nor receive, disconnnects inbetween, other party wont be able hear.

                                I need the waiver of 3 lacs rupess for all my losses from the vodafone. Please take this compliant seriously and provide the solution

                                  I did recharge of 569/- but haven't got cashback of 28/- for last 1 month. Stupid CUSTOMER CARE kept me hanging for last 2 weeks and they still ignoring. His name is Rajesh Singh who just ignored and blocked instead of returning my money . Vodafone's worst customer service ###.That newbie didn't even know the plans, he asked me the snaps of my plan, percentage of cashback, when I did it, how I did it, why I did it, why this world is here, etc. everything like I am the CSA and that dumb employee is the customer. So, unprofessional. THey think what a customer gonna do, if we just steal his Rs. 28, what he will go to court ! You typical Indians, I assure you I will and as an extra will be my encounter to that person who blocked and ignoring instead of doing his resolve job.

                                    My number [protected] Vodafone network, last week I have recharged the net pack of 569 which gives 3 GB of data per day but Vodafone gave me only 1 GB per day. So i am trying to port my number but its not even giving me to port.
                                    I am trying to send message for porting but it gives errror message but i can send messages to others.

                                    So pls I am a feed of this Vodafone network i hope i will get the justice.

                                      I hope that you may give a better service to a costumer but sadly i am saying that it was very bad to having a vodofone sim in my mobile without having any benefit after recharging 119 plan, actually the problem was not giving a data for reaching 12 am.
                                      And phone calls are also not good while connecting this was getting me very anger
                                      I was using vodofone since 9 years.
                                      The result that you find here you may loss your valauable cistomer.
