I shweta patil... Have kept on requesting the vodafone customer care in belgaum (Kirloskar road & govaves circle for changeing the sim as it is damaged & change of postpaid number ([protected]) to prepaid for further usage since 4 -5 months always they just tell us we can do it next month... As though we have listen to them and keep on paying the minimum eventhough the sim is dead...

      I am prashant using vodafone service since 12 years & i am facing incoming calls as well as internet 3g internet not working i complained serveral times the same to vodafone as well as local store here in belgaum, but the representative is just using foul language and ignoring the same as usual the worst service comes from worst place with worst people working for the same...

      I am going legaly against them with all the recordings for the problem what i am still facing...

        Full description of issue i faced with vodafone p2p (Post to prepaid) request:
        1) i am using vodafone number [protected] from 2011 and i got this number converted into post-paid in 2017.in first/second week of jan 2019 i requested to convert it into prepaid because i am not using it as compare to what i am paying every month.
        2) after dropping message for p2p as instructed by vodafone employee of baner pune branch, i did not receive any call. I again dropped msg and got call from customer service.
        And this person calling from vodafone was so rude and rigid to listen to me. Somehow, i got him convinced to convert the number. Still he did not msg me my request number after call and i was waiting for my request number.
        3) i again visited baner vodafone centre in 2nd week of feb and she confirmed that request number for p2p was generated but she said that prepaid sims were not available and asked me to come on wednesday a week later.
        4) i again visited baner vodafone centre and she repeated same thing. And i again visited on 22 feb and she said she does not have sims available. Meanwhile, i was paying bill for jan, feb where i has already requested for p2p in jan.
        5) on 27 feb, i visited karve road 411004 vodafone centre to check status. They confirmed that prepaid sim was available. I waited 2 hrs for my turn and i got to know that person who called me for p2p verification has mentioned that customer is ready to continue with post-paid number which was wrong remark. I had to call vodafone customer care again, took request number, submitted all the required docs and paid 220 rs outstanding bill which was confirmed by vodafone employee. She handed over prepaid sim and asked me to wait for 2 days to get current sim disconnected.
        6) my current post-paid sim did not get disconnected a week later as well and i received new bill which rs 765. When i called customer care to check as to why my sim is not converting, he mentioned that i did not paid complete bill.
        Vodafone did not process my request where my sim should have disconnected when i paid bill and submitted docs on feb 27.
        ➢ who is at fault?
        ➢ why did i receive next bill?
        ➢ why vodafone kept p2p request on hold till next bill generation?
        ➢ if next bill has to paid which ideally should not be, why your employee confirmed me 220 rs at first place?
        7) still on mar 22, i paid complete bill and asked customer care to disconnect my number and process p2p request.
        As usual he did not process the same request and my post-paid sim is still active.
        8) when 4 days back (May be on 23, 24 mar), i again called customer care to check status, i was told that i need to pay outstanding bill due to which that my request is on hold.
        ➢ who is at fault now?
        ➢ after paying bill of 765, my request should have been processed. Vodafone still kept on hold why?
        ➢ so that you can get time and generate new bill or outstanding bill?
        9) in first week of april, i got call from same vodafone employee with whom i had talk (Point no 6) to check my p2p status. He was shocked to know that after paying bill, request is not processed. He told me he will check details and get back to me, but he never called back. Now bill is generated for april month as well when i am not even using sim.
        10) since 23 mar, i have been calling, escalating over mail and social page. And every time i have to explain same thing to your employees. They don't have any record. And shockingly they are saying that "you have to pay bill to get your request processed".
        There is no other solution of mistakes which were made by vodafone itself?
        ➢ what is the guarantee if i pay bill and you will process it today, you won’t keep it on hold to generate new bill?
        This is going in loop from last two months.
        What i understand from all of this is whole process was done intentionally.
        ➢ why it has already taken 3 months for a single request?
        I already paid unnecessary amount vodafone for their delay and going further, i am not going to pay a single rs for vodafone fault.
        Vodafone is incompetent and incapable of resolving customer issues.
        After so much of suffering, i had no other option left. I have raised complaint with consumer forum for customer harassment. Request you to solve this issue asap.

          I am facing technical problem with vodafone play on my handset. From 6th april i am trying to cooperate with the vodafone executives and patiently waiting for the technical team to resolve my issue. But every time the executives are mentally harassing me by asking me to wait for 24 hrs and the problem will be resolved. This is not the way to deal with a technical issue.

            Sir/madam,

            We state that we are cellular mobile telephony service provider in the delhi and ncr.

            We state that you had approached and requested us to provide you our cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, we provided the said facility to you, with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. We state that you have availed the facility but, in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of rs. 679/- which is due and payable.

            We state that in spite of our repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date. We state that from the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility used by you. We state that as on : 11/04/19 a sum of rs. 679/- is due and payable by you.
            We state that believing your representations to be true, we acted upon in good faith and entrusted upon you with our cellular mobile phone facility, which you put into extensive use and accumulated huge amount.

            In the circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the sum of rs 679/- together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% p. A. From the respective due date till the full & final payment, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences, which please note.

              We have 7 corporate connection. Among them the above said number is lost. So kindly deactivate the connection and issue a new one.
              Please cancel my postpaid connection. number [protected].
              Vodafone customer care escalation team is not able to resolve my issue and as a result have stopped replying to my email even after more than 10 reminders.

                Unable to send port message on 1900
                While i try sending i get a messgae as failure
                I am completely unhappy with internet service and connectivity issue at my locality

                No one is able to call me as there is no signal at my place. Its a residential area witj all network working fine but vodafone is horrible time.

                  My name is anirban paul and my phone number is [protected]. This sim had activated from kolkata. But now im in pune. My existing plan validity will be expire on 22nd april 2019. But today is 10th april 2019. But since morning no network was showing.

                  I have called to vodafone customer care 4 times. They told me my sim had been deactivated due to no recharge for last 3 months. But my last recharge was rs. 398 on 29th january 2019 which will be expire on 22nd april 2019.

                  But i didn't receive any phone calls or sms from vodafone regarding any information about this. Without any prior intimation they cannot deactivate my sim.

                  Vodafone customer care executives told me to visit vodafone store in kolkata. But right now im in pune. So its not possible to go to kolkata for activate sim card where my plan is still active.

                  This is my primary phone number. This number has linked with all portal like banking as well as other important portal. It's very difficult for me without this number.

                  Last call with vodafone executive was 2 hours while almost 1:45 minutes i was just waiting to talk with the senior. But vodafone senior executive didn't talked to me.

                  Please take a moment to look into this matter and take a necessary steps for the same.

                    I think this is ruting from you to give me stress.

                    Every mnoth Active VAS Without Informing me And deduct My Balance,
                    they told me that its done by pop up, i have other Airtel card they never start this type of service.

                    I suffer from this problem every month, every time i sent mail to care but they
                    cann't help me, Every time i loss my hardcore earn money.

                    Still i waiting for justice in my complain about Activation of "vodafone Health Pack", Neather comapany refund my Balance nor stop that pack.

                    Surprisingly today started Caller tune service without informing me.

                    I totally out of mind, Pls provide genuine service.

                    Tell me the process of Portability.

                    I want my all deduct balance Back at any cost.

                    Every time Some Executive from Pume ( Mr.Satish & Mr.Sunny - Mail attached ) Called me and give false information about your query was solve and tomorrow you get ur refund but end of the days result is 0.

                    That's why i m not recharge bcs every time deduct my hardcore money behind this stupid services.

                    Noone give proper answer so that Finally i decided to register complain in consumer forum And TRAI.

                      I am not happy with your service system and recharge system. Hence, i thought to move to jio, then i have started
                      To send sms to 1900 for porting...
                      But, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message could not sent" is showing... Tried 10 time. So can you please help me out as soon as possible. And it's very funny that the massage is not working to 1900 number only.

                      I requested for MNP to airtel through retailer on dated 13 march but still the service provider didn't change till date, all documents are submitted by me to retailer, also got a call from your customer care, but they are unable to give any satisfactory solution, kindly do it on priority.

                        I have ported three mobile nos. To vodafone in nov 2018. The nos. Are [protected], [protected] & [protected] & opted for redtogether plan.
                        However, the plan gets changed to individual plans without my consent everytime, i get it rectified.

                        Individual bills are getting generated baring one two times. Several complaints have been lodged with vodafoneidea but no resolution has been provided.

                        Vodafoneidea is not even responding now - appears that the issue is beyond their capability.

                        I must get single bill every month since ported.

                          I have lost my lenovo A6000+ mobile, with sim card of Vodafone no [protected].
                          I request you please block this no. And replace the new sim card with same no. Thank you.
                          They send a message on alternative number asking me to call on 59059 from Vodafone number to activate Vodafone SIM. But there is no network in Vodafone SIM so how am I supposed to call?

                            Recently i have change my postpaid plan i confirmed with vodafone representative that they will not charge against toll free number. Which i using last 2 years.
                            But my latest bill they have add 600 rs on toll free number

                            This is really pathetic.

                            Im ready to pay bill amount expect 600rs. But they not interest on this neither solve my issue.

                            I made calls to toll free numbers of Tata Sky Broadband[protected] and One touch Customer Care[protected]. I was shocked to learn that Vodafone had charged me for these calls although they are toll free numbers. Both these numbers appear as "Toll Free" on their respective web sites.
                            Is this a new method adopted by Vodafone to rob their customer?

                              I have a sim card Which is Corporate and in NAme of Company, But I pay my all bills, I have linked my aadhar card to this sim, But now i want to change my ownership, i want the sim in my name, I have letter from my previous company that i am not working there still my ownership transfer request is rejected.

                                Hi i am anu i have been cheated 40000 rupees by fraud vodafone 4g tower installation please help me what to do please, first he asked rs 5000 for processing and we paid through google pay and again he asked 35, 000 for noc and we also paid now he is not attending the call and we dont know what to do! Anybody tell me how to get the amount back from the cheater

                                  [protected] is my vodafone number. I have paid rs 292 entire amount shown in bill on 2 march 2019. Same time i told vodafone executive who called up for bill payment that i wanted to discontinue the service of this number so please disconnect my services after payment.
                                  But after payment of rs.292 on 2nd march 2019, they sent another bill of rs. 8.77 on 4th march 2019. I ignore because 2 days back i already spoken.

                                  Now today again vodafone billed me for rs.302 in which other credit charges are rs.150, monthly billing charges are rs.99, tax-rs.44.82 and previous balance of 8.77.

                                  This is really ridiculous. Please help me to resolve my issue.

                                    I was trying to port my number as there was network issue. I want to complain to customer care but no use. Because i can speak a maximum of 30 to 1 minute after that the other person cannot hear my voice. This is happening with my every call.in such case how can i continue in this network? So want to port but iam receivng error message as unable to send. So how can i solve this issue?

                                      I hold a corporate account with vodafone india, since 2017 june and things are only negative since then. They charged me higher tarriffs than what were decided and finalised and when i didnt pay the bills due to higher charges, they would stop all my company numbers. Once that got resolved, after a few months of smooth functioning, i asked for lower tarriffs and even after receiving a confirmation realised that they were yet charging me the older tarriffs. They provide rm's who are absolutely unprofessional and do not know even the basics of relationship management. Inspite of repeatedly emailing on corporate care and the rm, there is no resolution from their end. I really wish to port out of this service provider to airtel or jio, since anyone else will be better than them.

                                        My vodafone connection plan has been changed from rs. 99 to rs. 249 from feb'2019 without my consent. I repeatedly (6 times) complain to vodafone customer care. Every time they replied the complain is forwarded for continuation to old plan i. E. Rs. 99 monthly plan. Out of my three nos only two nos have been corrected but despite repeated chasing one no. Remain in rs. 249 monthly plan. If it is not corrected within 24 hours then please consider all of my three lines as mentioned below is not required and please be stopped connection and send me bill accordingly and i will pay the same. I will not be responsible any more to pay rental from next day. I am fed up with your customer care service for my last connection.
