Even after many mails and conersations, vodafone is harrassing its customers. I have already made the necessary payment. Even though i havent used this no for a day.
I am really fed-up with the way vodafone is handling this case. Very very disappointed to hear the same everytime. Vodafone is playing with customers.
And i would like to talk to some higher authority who can take proper action on this matter.

otp is not being received on my vodafone number

Dear sir
On my vodafone number [protected] otp of any website or any app is not being received from last 4-5 days. It’s very difficult to use any app or websites without generation of otp. Sometimes otp comes but it’s after 2-3 hours which is of no use as session get expired in the mean time. Look into the matter.
Kindly solve the issue asap.

Why am not able to send port message to 1900. Everytime i try to send it, it says message cannot be sent.
I am not satisfy with your internet network
Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to bsnl... I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But i cannot send sms to any vodafone cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc.

I called up customer care twice, but they were not able to solve this issue....

As i am receiving bill which is high as based on my current bill.
Just viewed my past bill, then found automatically vodafone changed the my monthly plan to 290 rupees without any initimation call.

With request to my complaint, i am not going to pay untill they reimburse my previous pending amount.

In our family we all are using the vodafone sim vary from 20 years to 10 years but since last 2-3 years we are facing the problem of no network coverage because of which we have faced economic losses as no body can get in touch with us.

I have been a very old vodafone customer and my profession required me to travel overseas for around 1 to 2 weeks every month for years. I have been vodafone user since years and out of blue, vodafone india deactivated my incoming calls, messages and data just because i wouldn't recharge my account with 199 rs plan.

Although i have sufficient balance and was active on the network i received messages regarding, recharge with 199 plan or get deactivated. They deactivated my7 incoming calls, messages and data. Please help....

account closed yet receiving bills

My vodafone mifi account is closer yet i am receiving emails and after sending them multiple email, they are not responding.

This is very frustrating. They should revert back the amount and close the account permanently as it was requested in past but dont know why i am gettings bills and they even dont respond.
