I want to port my vodaphone mobile no to jio. I had tried so many times to send the port message to 1900 but every time i send the message from my vodaphone no. It gets failed. I tried to contact customer care no. Also but in vain.
Please help me to get my no. Ported from vodafone to jio. I have charged my phone with 398 pack for 3 months time.

    Even after many mails and conersations, vodafone is harrassing its customers. I have already made the necessary payment. Even though i havent used this no for a day.
    I am really fed-up with the way vodafone is handling this case. Very very disappointed to hear the same everytime. Vodafone is playing with customers.
    And i would like to talk to some higher authority who can take proper action on this matter.
    Again i have received bill for 1 k today.
    I don't think you deeply value the relationship of customer or even u care about customer, looking at the service provided by you.

    As i have lost the sim, i have already blocked the no long back.
    And i am requesting you to kindly cancel this no (Connection [protected]) as well, i don't want to continue any relationship with such people (Vodafone) who won't care about genuine customers.
    And i don't want to receive any more mails from you regarding this. Kindly connect me to the higher authority. As i have already lodged complaint in the consumer court. Resolve this issue and kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

    I bought Vodafone no [protected] on 7th Jan 2019, i made 1 or 2 calls and messages from that no, later on 10th i got a call from Vodafone saying you have exceeded your call limit, plz pay to continue service. immediately i tried calling their call centre, i cant even call call centre then. i tried from other no and they said i have to wait till the bill gets generated to know the reason. later i kept the no barred for outgoing calls. i tried talking to their store executives they gave me the mail id and asked to get connect with the corporate. i sent many mails saying all these issue but no one bothered to reply back or resolve, by then it was already 2 moths over and 3rd month was on. I didn't get any mail or call regarding this. By then i was getting calls for the payment, with every person called i asked to connect me to the right person or give my feedback or to check the bill and waive of[censored]nnecessary amount. Nobody was bothered to do so.
    It was a mental torture Vodafone has given me. And they even started coming to house address and asking for the payment and started threatening me to spoil my name. I can see Vodafone is only bothered to recover money from its customer. I am very upset with the daily harassment of Vodafone. They have raised bill of Rs 2052/-.The unnecessary charged made was Rs 1080/- . I have made payment of Rs 972/-.(This includes my rental 299 and taxes).They themselves dragged it for 3 months and even after paying the rentals they are demanding me to pay the full amount . Which i haven't used the no for anything.

    Please help me to resolve this issue soon.

      Dear sir
      On my vodafone number [protected] otp of any website or any app is not being received from last 4-5 days. It’s very difficult to use any app or websites without generation of otp. Sometimes otp comes but it’s after 2-3 hours which is of no use as session get expired in the mean time. Look into the matter.
      Kindly solve the issue asap.

        Why am not able to send port message to 1900. Everytime i try to send it, it says message cannot be sent.
        I am not satisfy with your internet network
        Coverage n data packs... Hence, i thought to move to bsnl... I can send and recieve messages from other numbers. But i cannot send sms to any vodafone cc numbers like 1900, 111 etc.

        I called up customer care twice, but they were not able to solve this issue.

            On march 06, 2019 i logged a complain with vodafone for the network issue i am facing and got a reply from vodafone that by march 12, 2019 your issue will be fixed. But till date my issue is not resolved. No body from vodafone network team tried to reach out to me. I wrote to appellate authority 3 times but no solution yet. I have opted for a vodafone red plan 499+tax and the service i am getting is nothing. I have to go out of my house to take up the calls and internet i am totally frustrated with there network. When world is looking for 5g, vodafone most of the time works on edge (E).

            I tried connecting team on twitter, phone, emails in this last 1 month but no solution yet and they even don't know by what time they will be able to fix it up.

            Now i am willing to drag them to consumer court for network issues and customer service as well. I am totally lost, i feel like my smart phone is not even workable as nokia 1108. Even you can't properly take a call.

            Call drops, internet nothing works on vodafone.

            Service complain numbers:

            1.[protected] dated march 06, 2019.
            2.[protected] dated march 20, 2019 given by appellate authority.
            3.[protected] date april 06, 2019 given by appellate authority on follow up of above complain.
            4. Number of times i have raised my concern over twitter.

            But for vodafone nothing helps. They just want your money and have nothing to do with service they should provide.

              Hi,

              As i am receiving bill which is high as based on my current bill.
              Just viewed my past bill, then found automatically vodafone changed the my monthly plan to 290 rupees without any initimation call.

              With request to my complaint, i am not going to pay untill they reimburse my previous pending amount.

              Note: already talk with customer care -199, but no help receive. Worst experience with vodafone.

                Respected sir from 2 months i am complaining about network and data issues to vodafone customer care. But every time they ask us to wait for 3 months as as a tower is to built in our area. Please solve the complaint as soon as possible. We have 2 vodafone sim cards in my family and same problem occurs for both of them. This sim works full on highway but in our vicinity it doesn't work.'

                  I have made a recharge of rs. 399 o[censored]nlimited pack for 84 days on 5th apr 19 through vodafone online website https://shop.vodafone.in/shop/prepaid/easy-online-recharge.jsp and make payment through online sbi netbanking https://retail.onlinesbi.com/retail/logout.htm but my amount got deducted and recharge not successful. It is showing in my vodafone account that no transcations found. I called to 24*7 customer care but no luck. Please help me to get my money (Rs. 399) refund back at the earliest.

                    I mahadeo bhosale a vodafone customer trying to contact the customers care for the connectivity issue which i am facing with vodafone network.

                    Everytime i contact with the customer service executive they ask me to call back after an hour as there is some kind of technical error in there system.

                    This has been going on from a very long time and it is very difficult for me to followup. They deny transferring calls to senior associate named priyanka as mentioned by her in one of the calls..
                    This has been the worst service ever

                    Kindly look into this matter and provide me the resolutions as soon as possible.

                      Sir,
                      In our family we all are using the vodafone sim vary from 20 years to 10 years but since last 2-3 years we are facing the problem of no network coverage because of which we have faced economic losses as no body can get in touch with us.
                      It has been really irritating for us as in this era without proper network it feel as if we are living in a jungle.

                      I dont see any point for you charging me any money and i need a compensation for the same.

                        I have subscribed Vodafone postpaid number[protected] in feb2017 ( aprx) my monthly charge was aprx rs 700. After 2-3 month my dues was RS 1200. I asked for details for bill from Vodafone store, they said for game downloading and otr application downloading. I was not agree with their information as I have not downloaed any games or else. I left the matter unclosed, after they Vodafone service provider started calling bon my husband's for due Bill payment.. we deny to pass till voda phone care will not provide full details my dues.

                        My I can't do that then do not call and harras us.

                          Dear sir,
                          I refer to the visit to the veera desai road outlet today for a sim card replacement of my alternate number. I was told that i would be given a new sim card on providing an otp which would be sent on the other number.

                          Since there was no parking space in front of the outlet, it was not possible for me to leave the car. I therefore sent my wife with the phones so that the otp requirements.

                          My wife met ms sana shah for having the job done. However, she wanted me to be present at the counter. As desired, i did report to the outlet with my identification.

                          Ms sana shah was already in a verbal spat with a consumer telling him that the phone calls made by him were not of any use and the service would only be available later. The consumer was also told that she would throw away the phone where he had been asking for telephonic assistance.

                          I tried to intervene, wherein i was told to keep away as it was none of my business.

                          I demanded to meet the in-charge of the outlet but unfortunately couldn't make it to the front office.

                          I would like vodafone to address the complaints in a cordial manner and understand the importance of mobile connectivity in the day to day lives of the consumers.

                            I have been a very old vodafone customer and my profession required me to travel overseas for around 1 to 2 weeks every month for years. When overseas my phone was always 'on' as i needed to be in touch with my family (Old parents). Despite this my data usage was not high and the bill was reasonable. This was the period when the rates were high and no packages were available. Suddenly in 2017 i was out for just 3 days and had my phone off most of the time and was shocked to receive a bill of over rs 60000/.

                            Since i maintain all old records i tried to reason out with them with facts and figures but they refused to even respond and only kept repeating like a parrot that they have a perfect monitoring system.

                            They followed all harassment practices like calling at all times, threatening sending me mails every month. And finally they have disconnected my phone.
                            They have finally filed an application before lok pal which is fine. The hearing is coming up this month

                              I have opted for international roaming before moving to canada but no service available here in brampton on my postpaid connection. Tried all troubleshooting steps listed but no luck. Unable to reach customer care to to talk and chat agents responses is bad experience. After several complaints and attempts, issue still not fixed for more than two months now. Worst case is i'm unable to make any transaction of loan, creditcard, other dues and vodafone payments as well as unable to receive otp. Now my credit scores are badly impacted, all loans and dues are bouncing back and charged with fees after fees and also vodafone charging for the services that i'm unable to use for more than 2 months and have been asked to pay first for looking into the issues. I'm facing heavy loss because of this 'no service' issue which no customer agents is understanding and feeling responsible to fix it.

                                  The recharge was not yet done. I want to know why it is not done?
                                  How much it will take to complete the recharge and also he didn't received any message for this?

                                    Dear vodafone,
                                    Since yesterday dated 04.04.2019 we are facing network issues of vodafone service provider, we had multiple complaints relates with network issues to customer care service provider since 2-3months as we have multiple vodafone connections. And we unable to connect due to high network issue. Please resolve the issue as we are getting issues in managing our requirements.
                                    Please solve the problem asap.

                                      I have been vodafone user since years and out of blue, vodafone india deactivated my incoming calls, messages and data just because i wouldn't recharge my account with 199 rs plan.

                                      Although i have sufficient balance and was active on the network i received messages regarding, recharge with 199 plan or get deactivated. They deactivated my7 incoming calls, messages and data. Please help.

                                        Need new sim card as the previously issued sim has stopped working suddenly now the sim card is deactivate d since last 8 days now regarding the process we went to the mini store with police fir for new sim unfortunately we lost original documents but xerox copy was shown but executive denied i would like to what kind of process is it last time the sim card was issued by seeing documents only live photo can be taken and issued the same but unnecessary problems are created i will stop all the connection with vodafone with immediate effect if this is what they are giving an experience to 5 years old customers
