Last month i did portable request about high bill from u than ur executive call me nd say about 250rs plan nd say never cum bill above 300 nd right currently bill is 700 nobody from ur company call me for this issue nd my outgoing also blocked from ur company... If satisfied answer not provide by u than i have to port for other company... After pay ur bill which is not acceptable from me... Thanks

    The recharge was not yet done. I want to know why it is not done?
    How much it will take to complete the recharge and also he didn't received any message for this?

      Dear vodafone,
      Since yesterday dated 04.04.2019 we are facing network issues of vodafone service provider, we had multiple complaints relates with network issues to customer care service provider since 2-3months as we have multiple vodafone connections. And we unable to connect due to high network issue. Please resolve the issue as we are getting issues in managing our requirements.

        I have been vodafone user since years and out of blue, vodafone india deactivated my incoming calls, messages and data just because i wouldn't recharge my account with 199 rs plan.

        Although i have sufficient balance and was active on the network i received messages regarding, recharge with 199 plan or get deactivated. They deactivated my7 incoming calls, messages and data. Please help.

          Need new sim card as the previously issued sim has stopped working suddenly now the sim card is deactivate d since last 8 days now regarding the process we went to the mini store with police fir for new sim unfortunately we lost original documents but xerox copy was shown but executive denied i would like to what kind of process is it last time the sim card was issued by seeing documents only live photo can be taken and issued the same but unnecessary problems are created i will stop all the connection with vodafone with immediate effect if this is what they are giving an experience to 5 years old customers

            My vodafone mifi account is closer yet i am receiving emails and after sending them multiple email, they are not responding.

            This is very frustrating. They should revert back the amount and close the account permanently as it was requested in past but dont know why i am gettings bills and they even dont respond.

            Please let me know how should i proceed to permanently close this connection

                I have a vodafone number which i have lost and taken back and due to non-maintenance it got deactivated, when i contacted local store they said it will never be active again. The number was linked with several accounts and now active again to another customer, the customer is willing to hand over the sim but for some reason, he is not replying me or any response again, i fear that he might be using my otp and other messages through whatsapp for ill ways.
                The number which i was told never will be activated is now using again by another person. All my private data is in his hands. The store executive has given me false information about the activation of the number even when i was willing to resubmit all documents required to reactive the number they just eyewash me with false information.

                  Vodafone company is indirectly forcing customers to recharge their prepaid lifetime SIM cards by shutting off incoming facility.

                  When it is prepaid lifetime card, incoming should never be stopped by Vodafone or any other service provider.

                  I am facing this issue 2nd time within last two months.

                  This issue should be taken up with TRAI.

                          Dear sir,
                          I spoke to your customer care centre on 25/3/19 for knowing the possibilities for providing the rs. 998 offer recharge for unlimited calls for one year. I was informed from your side as that there is no such offer available with you as i am asking. Once again i asked is it possible to provide such an offer by you (I quoted that in airtel they providing this offer at rs.998). I clearly stated that if you provide such an offer i will continue as vodafone customer otherwise i will port my number to other network. So, i was told not to port and wait for a week time (Since my complaint was registered for rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). She told that she had submitted my complaint to her higher authority for providing such offer.
                          On 27/3/19, i called your office for knowing the status of my complaint (For rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). I once again told clearly if you provide such an offer i will continue as vodafone customer otherwise i will port my number to other network. I was told that within next 2-4 days your request will be processed.
                          On 29/3/19, i called your office for knowing the status of my complaint (For rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). This time i was told that my request will surely be activated by tomorrow (30/3/19).
                          On 30/3/19, i called your office for knowing the status of my complaint (For rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel). Once again i clearly explained all the story to your employee. He told me to wait for checking the status of my complaint and latter told me that your offer available for rs.995 instead of rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data. I once again reconfirmed the offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year. He clearly stated that the offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data. Then i ask him the procedure for doing such recharge.
                          Since i requested for rs.998 with unlimited calls for one year as like provided by airtel. I was told that the same offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data provided by vodafone. So only i recharged for rs.995 believing that unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data as i was told by your employee.
                          On 30/3/19, i recharged for offer for rs.995 with unlimited calls for one year with 10 gb data provided by vodafone. Then only i understand that i was betrayed and cheated by vodafone. Then i spoke to your customer care executive and explained the whole story once again.
                          As, i was betrayed and cheated by vodafone. I don’t need any of your further delay or explanation justifying your betrayal and cheating by vodafone. Once again don’t make me further angry by doing so. If you interested in doing so ready to face the legal consequences, since i have all evidences.
                          My stand is that provide the unlimited calls for one year as your employee assured on behalf of vodafone for rs. 995. If not then refund the recharged amount (Rs.995) to my bank account along with the compensation as your team (Customer care employees/senior executives, appellate officers & managers) had not at all respond to my words and requests by phone/mails/consultation of customer care office over the days.

                          I need immediate response in this issue since mistake being on your side dont delay further.

                            I want to convert my vodafone postpaid no to prepaid one... I asked for guidance to vodafone store branch : manewada nagpur many times, employees from the branch are not guiding properly, they are just avoiding the issue or they dont want to resolve my problem... They are not at all helping me to resolve my problem... Being in the service industry too they are not giving proper services to customers. Its more than 15 days now my issue is not get resolved yet.

                              My previous no. [protected] has been allotted to somebody who is now using WhatsApp with the number and misusing it. He has retrieved numbers of my relatives from the WhatsApp groups in which the number was previously added and disturbing them creating nuisance. Kindly close the number or do the required asap.

                                I had billing issues that is regards isd calls made (Without knowledge) and asked for waiver to the person named mr. Nizam raja whose number is given in vodafone app. My bill amount was about 3830 around and he told me that waiver was passed about 2100 and then he told me to pay 1600 remaining to his own account but waiver is passed around 1400 rs only. Today vodafone service person called for my feedback, i told them about my issue and they replied me that your whole isd call waiver was cleared and you got whole 3000 ruppes from vodafone. Then why he got 1600 extra money from me? I need an explanation on this from him else need my amount back. Since he is vodafone employee and i don't know him before. I hope that i will get proper response. I will attach that screenshot of payment through google pay to him. I told him that i will pay through my app but he refused and told me to send money to him.

                                  Hello,

                                  I am travelling and had converted my plan to the basic rs.99 plan so that the number remains active until i return. I did not use the number for any calls/ sms/ internet. All of sudden in february, the plan was automatically changed to rs 299. This is not acceptable to me as am not using the phone for any calls or sms or internet. When contacted the customer support, they mentioned that they had dicontinued the rs 99 plan and the basic plan that is available is starting rs 299. My father had to visit the vodafone store for 3-4 times but there is no much guidance or information given as to what is to be done.

                                  When inquired that i was not informed that the plan is going to change nor do they have my consent for change in plan, vodafone said that they had sent an sms. When inquired if can convert to prepaid, vodafone said i need to be in person for the same which is difficult as am travelling.

                                  I still have not got a resolution to this issue. Contacting vodafone customer support is not worth as they give standard template responses (They do not bother to change the number in the template).

                                  My vodafone no is [protected] (Maharashtra no). I am in Bangalore. my outgoing calls and messages is not working whereas data plan is working well. This problem started two days back after I had kept the sim switched off for a few days and then tried to restart. What could be the problem?
                                  Last month i have received a bill of Rs 1700 against my vodaphone number- [protected].This number is used by my Mother (Age-68). Vodaphone Customer Care Representative told me that she had called a special number 51717. Is this possible?

                                    Hi 2 numbe services was block for 20 day number [protected], [protected].
                                    I have joine vodafone sepearatly then also my service stop fo donar payment pending after paying bill also it takes one week to resume service. I have beign full billed for not giving service. Network is not proper and 4g network is worse. Why should i pay full bill. Vodafone is very irresponsible now has taken my complaint regrading bill or network issue. I have emailed by bill to customer service, submited to vodafone gallery then no response for more than a week. When my all three number was stop due to donar payment then it was vodafone duty to start all service but they so dumb that for each number i have to fight to reactivate. Now when my service was stop for more than 20 days i will not pay full amount or else i will port to other company

                                    Vodafone has worst network since 4g appears now I think whenever I used Vodafone 4g it seems like I'm using Vodafone 2g network slow as hell I can't upload even documents after 7pm and never use Vodafone at Malad and Kandivali it fill like I didn't switch on my internet connection
                                    I have recharged my mobile number with 169 rupees that means unlimited calls, per day 100 messages and 1 gb per day for 28days .But my daily 100 messages is not yet activated I can't send messages immediately I want to activate my message offers

                                      I have been wrongly charged an amount by vodafone for an international roaming pack that never got activated. I was visiting dubai on 2nd february, 2019 and for activating an international roaming pack, i talked to a vodafone customer care guy who conveyed incomplete/wrong info to activate the pack. Upon reaching dubai, no services were available, still i'm being charged for that.
                                      When complained about the wrongly charged bill amount on 4th march, 2019, the guy didn't agree/understand the problem, nor was my call escalated to an executive and i was told i will be contacted within 48 hours, but that didn't happen either. Upon insisting i was given the complaint number:[protected]
                                      I've been charged a humongous amount and now my outgoing calls are also blocked, great!
                                      I'm looking for cancellation of wrongly charged roaming pack amount.

                                        Hi, This is to bring your notice that vodafone had changed my existing plan from 49 rental to 299 monthly rental without my permissions. Upon checking with their customer care, i was advised that they have sent intimation through email/message however i cannot find any email or message in my messages or email. I visited the store and also they advised same however there is no email/message notice sent to me, they also told that the existing plans are no more active and cannot revert back to the old plan and i have to pay the bill according to their new plan. I have another vodafone number having same plan still active, upon asking why so they replied saying soon this also be deactivated. I'm receiving their messages (in fact a messages about recommendation about their new plan but not like that they are going to deactivate my plan soon). This is a cheat and not acceptable. I was advised by the customer representative at the store that if you have any query send email to the vodafone support on "appellate.[protected]@vodafoneindia.com" however there is no response since last 15days from them.

                                        How can they just change the plan without my agreement ?

                                        Please take some serious action on them.

                                        Hello Vodafone,

                                        This is still not resolved, bill amount reversal not done yet by you. I can still see the amount is of plan which you changed without informing to me, please change so i can pay the bill and continue service on this number. Kindly note, this is your mistake and i do not want to loose the number because of it. So please make sure the plan details are changed asap and updated on my vodafone app in order to pay asap. The response from you is very sad, so many reminders but no update so far or resolution.

                                        Please find attached bill, it still shows huge amount which is including of old rental.
