Hi,
I have bought lenovo k8 note bought on 2017, and as a vodafone red postpaid plan subscriber i enrolled myself in vodafone red shield plan (Mobile insurance). Last december 2018 phone got repaired. While i check lenovo authorised service centre in chennai they said software issue so software board need to replaced and charges will be around 6000. Same i got estimation. Then i raised in vodafone red shield plan (Mobile insurance). They accepted my request. After a two months follow they collected by their 3rd party "shotformats" my phone on feb 2019. Then no update from them.
While they collect my phone they said that it will get repair by their own cost, else if the phone dead 90% of mrp amount will be reimbursed as per their policy.
Its been 45 days no update from their end and while i call they said they cant return phone as well they cant reimburse 90% of money.
