Hello,

I am travelling and had converted my plan to the basic rs.99 plan so that the number remains active until i return. I did not use the number for any calls/ sms/ internet. All of sudden in february, the plan was automatically changed to rs 299. This is not acceptable to me as am not using the phone for any calls or sms or internet. When contacted the customer support, they mentioned that they had dicontinued the rs 99 plan and the basic plan that is available is starting rs 299. My father had to visit the vodafone store for 3-4 times but there is no much guidance or information given as to what is to be done.

When inquired that i was not informed that the plan is going to change nor do they have my consent for change in plan, vodafone said that they had sent an sms. When inquired if can convert to prepaid, vodafone said i need to be in person for the same which is difficult as am travelling.

I still have not got a resolution to this issue. Contacting vodafone customer support is not worth as they give standard template responses (They do not bother to change the number in the template).

My vodafone no is [protected] (Maharashtra no). I am in Bangalore. my outgoing calls and messages is not working whereas data plan is working well. This problem started two days back after I had kept the sim switched off for a few days and then tried to restart. What could be the problem?
Last month i have received a bill of Rs 1700 against my vodaphone number- [protected].This number is used by my Mother (Age-68). Vodaphone Customer Care Representative told me that she had called a special number 51717. Is this possible?

    Hi 2 numbe services was block for 20 day number [protected], [protected].
    I have joine vodafone sepearatly then also my service stop fo donar payment pending after paying bill also it takes one week to resume service. I have beign full billed for not giving service. Network is not proper and 4g network is worse. Why should i pay full bill. Vodafone is very irresponsible now has taken my complaint regrading bill or network issue. I have emailed by bill to customer service, submited to vodafone gallery then no response for more than a week. When my all three number was stop due to donar payment then it was vodafone duty to start all service but they so dumb that for each number i have to fight to reactivate. Now when my service was stop for more than 20 days i will not pay full amount or else i will port to other company

    Vodafone has worst network since 4g appears now I think whenever I used Vodafone 4g it seems like I'm using Vodafone 2g network slow as hell I can't upload even documents after 7pm and never use Vodafone at Malad and Kandivali it fill like I didn't switch on my internet connection
    I have recharged my mobile number with 169 rupees that means unlimited calls, per day 100 messages and 1 gb per day for 28days .But my daily 100 messages is not yet activated I can't send messages immediately I want to activate my message offers

      I have been wrongly charged an amount by vodafone for an international roaming pack that never got activated. I was visiting dubai on 2nd february, 2019 and for activating an international roaming pack, i talked to a vodafone customer care guy who conveyed incomplete/wrong info to activate the pack. Upon reaching dubai, no services were available, still i'm being charged for that.
      When complained about the wrongly charged bill amount on 4th march, 2019, the guy didn't agree/understand the problem, nor was my call escalated to an executive and i was told i will be contacted within 48 hours, but that didn't happen either. Upon insisting i was given the complaint number:[protected]
      I've been charged a humongous amount and now my outgoing calls are also blocked, great!
      I'm looking for cancellation of wrongly charged roaming pack amount.

        Hi, This is to bring your notice that vodafone had changed my existing plan from 49 rental to 299 monthly rental without my permissions. Upon checking with their customer care, i was advised that they have sent intimation through email/message however i cannot find any email or message in my messages or email. I visited the store and also they advised same however there is no email/message notice sent to me, they also told that the existing plans are no more active and cannot revert back to the old plan and i have to pay the bill according to their new plan. I have another vodafone number having same plan still active, upon asking why so they replied saying soon this also be deactivated. I'm receiving their messages (in fact a messages about recommendation about their new plan but not like that they are going to deactivate my plan soon). This is a cheat and not acceptable. I was advised by the customer representative at the store that if you have any query send email to the vodafone support on "appellate.[protected]@vodafoneindia.com" however there is no response since last 15days from them.

        How can they just change the plan without my agreement ?

        Please take some serious action on them.

        Hello Vodafone,

        This is still not resolved, bill amount reversal not done yet by you. I can still see the amount is of plan which you changed without informing to me, please change so i can pay the bill and continue service on this number. Kindly note, this is your mistake and i do not want to loose the number because of it. So please make sure the plan details are changed asap and updated on my vodafone app in order to pay asap. The response from you is very sad, so many reminders but no update so far or resolution.

        Please find attached bill, it still shows huge amount which is including of old rental.

          Hello,

          Reg: vodafone post paid number [protected]

          Issue:
          I travelled overseas on 14th march, activated international roaming @149 on the same day. I need ir just to receive message however till today after 19 days international roaming is not activated. I am not able to receive the important sms and my important works are stuck. Ain't 19 days a very long time for any issues to be resolved. It brings me mental agony as not able to any activity. Think of a situation, when there is a medical situation at my, urgent need of money, however i cant do anything as no otp and just because vodafone guys are sleeping and not interested to do anything. For any such mishaps or urgency any compensation can fulfil the loss? I feel handicapped because of the negligence of vodafone.

          I demand strict action against vodafone. Its a mental torture.

            I have been receiving bill with two consecutive months wherein charged extra money with no justifiable particulars. Last time they charged 50 for the calls whereas there were no calls made which has to be charged. Eventually, they reversed the amount after follow up. Now, I see a 25 Rs being charged for other credits. They havent replied for my email yet.

            I have had internet speed issues with them long time which wasn't resolved yet. For which also they havent turned up to resolve.

              I had received a call from delhi, the person well speak in tamil language, she say vodafone is plane to install the hispeed wifi towers in tamilnadu the advance amount paid for 7000000 and monthly rent will give 55 thousand and also give a job for one person for family. And finaly she says i paid 3200 rs is realy the vodafone company call pls clear my doubt

                Please note that i have not been receiving incoming calls and sms on my vodafone number: [protected]

                However i am able to make outgoing calls and also i can use internet.

                This problem of incoming calls/messages is making difficult to do business transactions.

                  I recharged my vodafone number [protected] with rs. 1699 on 1 april 19, i logged in my vodafone app and selected payment mode as credit card. I provided my citi bank card details and transaction was successful, but to my surprise the amount was not billed to citi bank rather then vodafone deducted 5657 rewards from my citi account.

                  I don't want to redeem any points but want to pay though my account. Kindly cancel the transaction and refund my rewards points.

                  Hello,

                  As discussed on call with Vodafone, they asked me to send written confirmation on email from Citi bank, that the recharge amount was deducted from my Citi rewards points.I sent the confirmation email received from Citi bank to vodafone on "vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com" but i have not received any response yet, it's been 3 days i sent the email.

                  Please refund my Citi bank rewards points ASAP.

                    My number ([protected]) mnp to vodafone has been done on 31.03.2019.

                    On 01.04.2019, my outgoing calls has been barred due to no reason.
                    From today morning i had not made any calls from this number having the calling pack for theree months (You can check).

                    One more thing till the activation of my number to vodafone there is no 4g network on my phone in spite of having all the settings well.

                    Such a bad experience with vodafone, but i need to suuffer this for minuimun of three months. This kind of issues create a bad impression on market as well as business.

                        My mobile number is not receiving or sending SMS messages. Several complaints raised with customer service but all complaint numbers closed without resolution. I am unable to receive any otp or do any transaction. Customer support resorts to putting self on hold for long time to force me to end the call. Sim replaced, no improvement. This is the last place I am seeking help before I am forced to move court.

                          Vodafone service request number: 3-[protected].
                          Please note that I had talked to vodafone just now on [protected] and they said that bill for Rs.325 in the name of Vinod KUMAR Yadav is pending for [protected] and the number is a corporate number in an inactive state whereas the no.was in the name of Pranay Dhandhania and was ported our to Airtel in September 2017 and a refund cheque for only Re.0.20 was issued after porting out.
                          It is really amazing that [protected] is still on the name of Pranay Dhandhania with Airtel then under the current MNP rules how can the number exist both with Airtel and vodafone in the name of Vinod KUMAR Yadav at the same time.
                          I am going to complain to the consumer forum regarding the flaw at your end.The porting out was done just because of incorrect billing and huge charges since long.Again the same cheating policy can be seen and the payment has been retained by vodafone -the payment was processed by amazon by default and should have failed but since the no.is showing at vodafone with some other name I can feel the nuisance vodafone is doing and shall complain to the consumer forum.
                          Proclaiming to be the best network provider is not right with such cheating and unfair practices.

                          Requested for refund of the amount without further delay.

                          I had made the payment for AIRTEL no.[protected] through Amazon but the payment was not updated till now and is showing as processed to vodafone-I am surprised that my order at Amazon is showing as paid to vodafone whereas the said no.was ported out to Airtel from vodafone in September 2017 and amazon customer service says that the payment to vodafone has been done by default-in the age of MNP how can payment for a particular no.be made to another network provider I fail to understand.
                          Amazon is asking me to contact Airtel and vodafone and says it can do nothing about it.
                          Please get the payment updated at Airtel against settlement of my outstandings.

                                I am using the pre-paid pack which is available for 84 days. So every 84 days i renew the pack.in november 2018 i had been to germany for 2 weeks. During end of jan 2019 i noticed that i was not able to send sms with this pre-paid pack which promises me 100 free sms a day. When asked they told it was because my balance was negative. When asked why my balance was negative they said it is because i latched on to international roaming when i was in germany and ir is pre-activated on pre-paid packs. I was not aware that they had pre-activated ir on pre-paid packs which is not mentioned when i bought these 84 days pack. I also have not used any of the service while i was in germany but they claim that i sent an sms. They refuse to provide details on whom i send the sms to citing privacy concerns and that they do not track that. I am sure i did not send any sms.in their website they have mentioned to activate ir you need to send sms. When i pointed that out they said i was not correct. Meanwhile they changed the data in their website and now they claim that the website was not changed for karnataka circle. When i say i have evidence/screenshots of their website, they refuse to acknowledge that. They have deducted 115 rs on account of this. Moreover how can prepaid go negative? There are other issues i have which i can mention once this is resolved. I have raised it with the appellate team of vodafone and they are not being helpful

                                  My number is [protected] named dhiraj kumar having network issue in vodafone from last few days but they are not resolving my network issue with internet breaks issue with call break issue and sometime unable to call anyone due to this poor network

                                  Their executive said they are not getting site in my location for building tower of network but they are doing their job for installing plant soon in my area...dont know how they providing 2g 3g earlier to me if there is no plant of Vodafone lets hope soon they install 4g plant in my locality

                                  Their executive said they are not getting site in my location for building tower of network but they are doing their job for installing plant soon in my area...dont know how they providing 2g 3g earlier to me if there is no plant of Vodafone lets hope soon they install 4g plant in my locality

                                    29/03/2019 i did online recharge through my net banking to my vodafone prepaid mobile no, after the transaction i got message transaction failed but my account is debited, please recharge my mobile prepaid number. My mobile no is [protected] & transaction no. Qbbr[protected]. I request vodafone to recharge my account with inr 300 or credit back to my account.

                                      Hi,
                                      I want to highlight serious concern to you that. Vodafone as an organization is running on fraud, they are cheating me since last one week.

                                      Cell no. [protected]
                                      Vodafone store - pimple saudagar, shop no 1 rajveer palace,, phase 2, survey. No-141/2/3/4/5. Pimpale saudagar, pune, maharashtra 411027, india
                                      Number of complaints - attached in mail

                                      1. I have postpaid connection in name of jerambhai parmar - cell no - [protected]. I need this number to be used in international roaming.
                                      2. Called customer care they are asking 10, 000 rs to deposit.
                                      3. I sent my dad to store, asked to convert number to prepaid. They did not do in first attempt on 27th march saying computer is down.
                                      4. After 4 hour my dad went again, he said number is on my name - anil parmar. It can not be converted to pre paid. (I think again fraud, because you don't want it to be used as prepaid, it is business loss for you)
                                      .5. Unfortunately i am in norway, i had to use that number for my need. Now i can not go to store.
                                      6. He agreed and confirmed that call center folks are an educated and don't know details, but i do not have deposit against my name. No need for conversion, they will start my number in 2 hours.. It has not started yet.
                                      7. I called customer care on 28th march, they are saying mistake by vodafone store. I will have to pay 10000 now.

                                      Now my dad who is 65, running daily to store and vodafone store is scheming him, i am about to file criminal offense for senior citizen harassment.. Unfortunately he does not understand technicalities : (
                                      At the same time call center folks are scheming me, first they are asking me store name, even after giving address, they said can't find because it should have name. After long fight if i raise complaint, they are closing it without my consent. Calling again and they are telling different stories.

                                      For resolution they are not calling me at +[protected] number, but again to my dad who does not know details and again being harassed in the name of query resolution.

                                      Can some genuine person in this organisation really help. I just need this for bank otps rest i will never trust this company in future. Coming back i am going to do mnp to reliance jio for sure...

                                      If still any sense prevails to you, please try to solve the issue geuninely-... Don't make me & my father run for such stupid things and your inconsistency within vodafone.

                                      This details I have got from different store, who checked in Vodafone store.

                                      Now please connect with Pimple Saudagar Pune store and Find out why they are harassing and who is behind this.

                                        Nowadays it is impossible to talk over vodafone network at night... I have been using this number ([protected], [protected]) for 2 years. From few month i am facing this call drop issue, which is not only irritating but also dissapointing. Vodafone services is declining day by day. Something needs tobe done to resolve this issue.
                                        I would appreciate any help further.
