खरीदा था जिसमे मैंने 500 रुपये सिक्योरिटी के रूप में जमा किये मुझे बताया गया कि आपको कनेक्शन छोड़ने पर पैसा वापस मिलेगा लेकिन इन्होंने अब देने से मना कर दिया और बोले ये पैसा आपको वोडाफोन के बैलेन्स में रिचार्ज के रूप में दे सकते हैं।जबकि अब मेरे पास वोडाफोन का कोई भी नम्बर नही है मैं जहाँ पोस्टेड था वहाँ वोडाफोन का नेटवर्क भी नही रहता।।

    The most pathetic company ive come across.

    Vodafone was a good company once and now after the merger they have resolved nothing.

    They dont want to help whatsoever.

    My phone was lost/ someone changed my plan and used so much data.

    Now i cant go back to the old plan, even though i found my phone again.

    We already applied for conversion from postpaid to prepaid.no response from 3months.and gave bill.how could I clear this

      My vodafone no [protected] rental changed from 99 to 299 without giving intimation in advance. Whether trai has given you right to change plan without intimating customer well in advance atleast 60 days so that customer can opt out plan or change from postpaid to prepaid.

      If not possible for reverting my rental to 99 then change from postpaid to prepaid

        Then who will b responsible for bill payments from past more than one year
        I am saying u ppls. And going in your stores so they are sending us saying from where u purchased it will be from their... This is really hopeless

          Dear sir,
          Sir my problem is insurence company not gives the money and i have send the all documents to the insurance company and gives the one copy to vodafone store in karnataka. But both company and vodafone people can't be resolve my problem.

          I'm facing my problem till 45 day's. I have called so many times to vodafone store, vodafone service centre and insurance company also but don't responding correctly.

          I visit vodafone store in hubli - karnataka but store manager mrs. Vijayalakshmi (Vijayalakshmi. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com) don't responding anything.

          I send so many mails to both the company but they don't reply me anything.

          Please help me present my situation is "do or die"

          And i called so many times to everyone they don't responding correctly and resolve my complaint also since 45 days.

          Atleast you are help my problem and gives my insurance amount 4450 with interest because the insurance company told that within 15 days we are created your amount to my bank but now i'm waiting for last 45 days they're don't gives the money.

          Total insured amount 4450.00
          Interest 8% for 30 days (Total 45days)

          Please give the vodafone head office number in india atleast i called to the head office and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          iam not satisfy with your Internet Network
          Coverage n Data Packs...Hence, i thought to move to Airtel...then i have started
          to send SMS to 1900 for Porting...
          but, iam not able to send only for 1900... "message Could not sent" is showing...tried 10 time... Let me port to other network

            4 days back my bsnl prepaid number -[protected] services has been stopped when i enquired about it with bsnl customer services they said when i came with mobile number portability from vodafone postpaid to bsnl i had pending bills in vodafone so they stopped my services. But when i was in vodafone postpaid services i have paid my outstanding bills and then i went to bsnl prepaid services through mobile number portability (Mnp) but with in the span of those five days of portability process vodafone customer services call me and they offered me 6-months voice plan which is cost 1, 000/-rupees (Approximately with taxes) but i rejected the offer and i told them i had submitted documents in bsnl. So, i don’t need any plans in vodafone. But without my permission and prior intimation they activated 6months plan and generated the bill in the process of portability time so i have never known about it and vodafone customer services also never told about it, after 3 months they stopped my bsnl services. Because of it my personal and professional life both disturbed due to the block of services and my bank transactions (Which i used to receive one time passwords to my number) has been stopped and i got 50, 000/- loss (In the span of those 3 days) and also i effected to pay 1000rs (Which i never used or without any involvement of mine) to vodafone services and to get the reconnection of my bsnl services. So please compensate my loss of total 51, 000/- rupees.

              Vodafone recently changed my plan without giving me any prior information.

              They changed my postpaid plan from rs 99 to 249.

              When i try to launch a complaint, they denied stating they have recently changed basic plan and they will change it for everyone.

              I asked for details and they denied giving me those, vodafone support (Deepa) denied to open a request for this stating they dont have any option.

              My prebious plan was 99 special plan.

              They changed it to super 249

                Charged double amount for a new sim connection but still sim is not activated. Called thousand times to the agent who sold but no response.. All the legal and necessary information was provided by me. Agent was from vodafone named akshey from channi jammu..
                Called customer care of vodafone but they too didnt resolved my problem.. The actual cost of new connection was 250 but they charged 500 but still i m suffering..
                No response from company as well as from the staff.

                    In the past, vodafone team used to keep on automatically activating vas services on my number & deducting charges for the same for which i raised a complaint to them. Post the complaint they reversed the amount to my mobile balance & activated vas blacklisting service on my number to ensure no vas service is activated on my number in future. But again on 12th feb, despite of my complaints in the past & activation of vas blacklisting service from vodafone team's side, again amount of rs. 49 has been deducted from my account for which i did not even received any message or communication. I got to know about the deductions once i contacted their customer executive about my balance. I wrote a complaint again for the same on which i am not receiving a proper response & when i try to contact them on 198 (Vodafone customer complaint number), it says my calling service has been barred, but this happen only when i try to call on 198 while for every other number, my calling service works normally.

                    This is completely against trai rules & cheating on customer. I needs your help in resolving the issue.

                      Dear all,

                      This is in reference to recent incident happen with me. I was intended to port my network from other network to some other network. So choose vodafone. My friend told me not to don't that as per him it a costume in vodafone to port from other network first and then deactivate the subject no. I ignored and port my no from other network to vodafone. Its a strange but it happen with me. When my no is ported to vodafone my no got deactivated.
                      When i asked vodafone why they said your no. Verification is not done that why we have we have barred all your service. I have tried all the possible way to get my no back i. E through email, through tele care and visiting their store. But no action is being taken from vodafone. Now i have to buy some other no. With fightin to updated this new no in all my account and others.

                      So its my suggestion to all of you never ever chose vodafone for any any thing else it will become course for you.

                        Sir, my 24 rupees balance deducted by vodafone network. Which is not proper response. My validity was expired to 3 march 2019 my balance deducted in 4 mach in morning time 2:21am.
                        This is unauthorized way of balance deduction.
                        So i want that my balance refund by vodafone company.
                        If you can't solve this problem i surely leave vodafone network and i do complaint in pil.

                          My vodafone postpaid bill for the connection +91-[protected] for the month of february 2019 has some ambiguous amount of 107.00 charged for some vas downloads over 7-8 random days of the month. When i contacted the customer complaint help-desk the executive was unable to justify my queries and even denied transferring the call to senior executive. He was not at all co-operative. Even the downloads were charged when the mobile data was offline on the number. Need help to get this corrected. Being the part of the vodafone for over 2 years.

                              I changed to a new 4g sim on my existing vodafone connection around 7th of feb. Since then outgoing and incoming sms have been blocked on my sim. I have raised four complaints to vodafone, whose tele agents give a standard answer of we will resolve within 24 - 48 hours. I am now tired of this drastically poor customer service from vodafone. Without sms i cant even port.

                              Vodafone if customer service does matter to you then please solve this issue... And please dont reply that you'll revert in 24-48 hours. Your service guys are totally pathetic!

                                I bought vodafone vip number they told me you can buy it with postpaid connection only. You can convert it to prepaid after 3 months. They took deposit from me and told that when you convert your connection from postpaid to prepaid it deposit amount will subtract from your bill. That's how you will get back your deposit. But story is changed after 3 months. They told me to clear my dues. That is obvious and i am ready to pay my dues. But they told you will get deposit as a balance in your prepaid connection. And you have to pay minimum 230 rs for 1st recharge. That is compulsory. Sir everytime i faced many problems at vodafone store. I am fedup with their terms and conditions. At the time of purchasing terms are simple but when you switch or end some services terms are like you have to pay your one week income. They are forcing to pay charges for services which i don't want. Sir please help me, this is kind of fraud.

Many times i have told them that i don't know who is sunil verma. Then why thay are asking me again and again. Why thay disturbing me daily. Many time i have told them that i don't know who is sunil why don't you go to sunil house. I think thay don't have sunil address. The sim have been provided to sunil without proof. If they have the address then why vodafone company disturbing me by calling me daily.

                                    I am a vodafone mobile phone subscriber since 2007. My no. Is [protected] and it belongs to the bangalore circle. I am currently based out of dehra dun, uttarakhand and about 4 days ago suddenly my phone has been deactivated. On reaching vodafone store, i was informed that bill is pending which i paid on the spot. I was told that the number would be reactivated within the next 30 mins. Till today, it still remains deactivated. I have visited the vodafone stores again and also called vodafone bangalore circle no. - [protected] but no one is able to provide me the reason behind this abrupt disconnection. To my disbelief they are asking me to go to bangalore to submit some documents about which they are also not sure. I would request trai to intervene and help me come out of this harassment caused by this unilateral action of m/s vodafone.

                                      The above sim was stolen along with the handset on and the same was blocked by me
                                      I went to your jessore road, kolkata office and submitted all the papers as required on the 25th/26th

                                      Even after 24 hours, my sim card was not activated.
                                      On 28th feb i was told that some pending bills have to paid before activation. I paid the same although the last date of payment was 17th march.

                                      On 1st march, they did not activate.

                                      Even now, for no fault of mine... My number has not been activated, despite 5 visits.

                                      Could you help?.

                                        To whom so ever it may concern.
                                        i m getting lot of call's and velguar sms daily from Vodafone company and he disturbing me by asking do you know Sunil Verma . Many times I have told them that I don't know who is Sunil Verma . Then why thay are asking me again and again . Why thay disturbing me daily . Many time I have told them that I don't know who is Sunil why don't you go to Sunil house . I think thay don't have Sunil address .The Sim have been provided to Sunil without proof . If they have the address then why Vodafone company disturbing me by calling me daily .
