vodafone 4g service

Pathetic Vodafone 4g service and customer care in Mumbai. Have plan of Rs/- 599 p/m and get the connection speed 200 kb/s.
Have been complaining from last 8 months, a complaint is logged, after 15 days I get response, takes another week to resolve issue. Again after 10-15 days data speed is back to 200-300 kb/s.
Just fed up with vodafone’s false claims for lighting speed of 4g network. It’s high time for porting. No value...

worst 4g network

Hi iam using Vodafone 4g my number is [protected] and they are charging me for 4g and internet speed was very bad iam not able use 200 mb data also per day as they are giving 1.5 HB free as per my pack, the network is very bad and iam given complaints so many times to Vodafone but no response from the company they are cheating us, kindly look into this and resolve the problem, save us from these cheating companies like Vodafone...

The most irritating part is when friend report to have an unnecessary call from me even in case i haven't call them.

haven't received security deposit back

Hi, I had submitted Rs 3000 to vodafone as security against international roaming in october 2015. After coming back from the trip, I have reached out to customer care and vodafone stores to get my security deposit back. I has been more than 3 years and still no action has been taken on this. Customer care executives and vodafone store executives are just re-directing to each other and telling me a new story every time on how to get refund....
