I am a Vodafone customer from last 12+ yrs and wanted to draw your attention to a serious network issue which I am facing from last 15 odd days.
I am residing in sector 1** Noida and from last 12 days I am getting no network in my flat(I am residing there from 3yrs and never had issues in the past). I have logged complaint @ customer care and haven't get any positive response and my complaints were closed without even consulting with me and the update given to when I called them was " Technical team said they have maximum coverage in that area".
As, Vodafone is striving for adding additional tower every hour my only question is pls focus on the existing towers as well.On 14th Feb 2018 (from 1 to 1:10 pm) only 10 minutes networks were up and running for me normally and that made me happy persuming someone had worked and resolved the issue. Considering the factors above what I can say is there is some issue with the existing towers in my area.
Since it is not a new site and was working properly and now have issues(resolved for 10 mins as well).I would request to align expert technical team on ground to check the exact issue and resolve it ASAP

    Sir i can leave vodafone distributorship in august2018. But company cannot refund my security payment. I will give my all documents to vodafone zsm or vodafone seniors, but firstly he can ask after 15 days security refund in your bank account. He will ask again and again after 15 days. But now he can ask some issue created that ur security cannot refund.

    Why is Vodafone charging access fee? Recharged Rs 99 and 83 is deducted as access fees. We just want to top up the talktime balance which was negative but online portal of vodafone is so dumb that they have only 4g, 3g, unlimited calling plans out there on online portal.

      Vodafone cheatings and forgery by unethically means

      I have taken vodafone postpaid connection, mo no [protected] on 20 nov 18 by giving 300 rs in advance security & bill payement near golpark vodafone store prayagraj uttar pradesh.

      1. They assured that your bill will be not more than 300rs and in first month we will also reduce 99 rs from your advance bill payement whih means 200rs approx

      2. On 16 dec before one month i ask them to give my upcoming bill and change my mothly rental from 299 to 249.

      3. The bill was twice extra from they told in which they illegaly added 99 rs in the name of one time charge, some old vodafone customer warns me against this store and their forgery cheating after i taken the connection and it was completly true.

      4. After that they uses malicious tacktics and false promises for waiving off 99 rs since 16 dec to 29 dec and when i warns them to take action against them
      They barred my call and services from one month.

      5. Then i ask them to immediate rectify the bill amount which is nearly 200 rs via mails but now they are only harrasing by stoping service and adding illegal amount, sending false soft bills without solving the distpute.

      Sir
      Vodafone cheated millions of indians and our honourable apex court already given a decsion against vodafone for cheating of taxes and ordered them to pay penalty.
      So now they are trapping indian consumer, pls take strict action against them.

      Respected Sir/Mam Honourable Court Republic Of India 1. Finally Vodafone waive off all forged Charges which they Included. 2.They Informed me On 16/3/19 via mail. 3. I Reconfirmed by Calling Customer care and complaint for not informing me via mobile when they have My alternate number. 4. This time their manner was humble and cooprative, they were apologetic and assure for best services from now. 5. The Honourable Courts are very serious and sensitive For every common man of india because of them dacoits are still fearing. I want to say for every victim your silence is support for every crime. Justice is thier but you have to fight. Godbless to all honest citizen.

        I have been charged ₹1834 for calls i never ever made to 51717, the bill shows several calls with duration of 132 minutes. My phone number is [protected]. I was shocked to receive that bill. I called vodafone customer care to raise the matter but they refused to take my complaint and probe the matter. This is really disturbing as my handset is never used by anyone else. Please look into it. When i googled many people have lodged similar complaint.

        I live in Supertech Ecociti, Sector-137 Noida. From last one month there has been no signal in that area. My Vodafone sim has become totally dysfunctional. We cannot make or receive any calls now. Kindly look into the matter ASAP.

          I am user of vodafone prepaid. On 7th feb 19, i visited maharajganj district (U. P) in connection with my official engagements. As i am regular visitor to the various places in the district, i know that in the different parts of the district, network don't work. So naturally i did not use my mobile once i am there.in the evening, on my way back to gorakhpur up i tried to make a call but to my dismay i found that voda has deducted rs.99 as rental against international roaming charges along with rs.15 as some other charges. I immediately rang up customer care voda but they did not entertain me and finally ruled out my claim of no charges on the plea that the charges are correctly levied. I made various attempts but in vain. I also requested to lodge my complaint and give me answer in writing but they vehemently refused. Ultimately i had to forcefully recharge by rs.150 same evening in order to make a call.
          I never requested to voda for any such facility ever and company has unnecessarily harassed me by charging rs. 104 at their own thus putting me in unnecessary financial loss coupled with harassing me by not lodging my complaint despite my repeated requests.
          I therefore request you to put them to task and ask them to refund rs.104 charged along with compensating me for unnecessary harassment due to their highly irresponsible behavior.

            On 01.11.2018, i recharged my vodafone prepaid number with rs.509 (90 days-unlimited calls-1.5gb/day) & next recharge due date was 29.01.2019.

            On 11.01.2019 i. E. 18 days before the due date, i again recharged with rs.399 (84 days-unlimited calls-1gb/day). The new due date should have been 23.04.19 but my account and app showed as 04.04.2019. Also, the data plan has changed to 1gb/day from 11.01.2019.

            It was obvious that the system calculated the next due date from the date of recharge not from the actual validity expiry date. It means that the service provider has penalized me for recharging before the due date.

            I emailed the whole matter to vodafone customer care. First, i thought that software had some bug or due to some technical reason it happened. But after going through their reply email, i realized that this is usually done intentionally by this company. The told that when customer recharges before the due date, the remaining days are overlapped with the new plan. But this clause is not mentioned on their website or mobile app i recharged.

            What about those 18 days (11.01.2019 to 29.01.2019) for which i paid twice? Service provider can't charge me twice for a service. Even, their website / mobile app should not do the recharge before due date or at least warn the customer regarding the overlapping of the remaining validity days.

            I emailed many times to vodafone customer care regarding this but they refused to add those 18 days in my validity period.

            This is a very bad practice and in this way, they loot the customers with these such cheap tactics.

            I have taken post paid connection last month and facing below problems, I request to deactivate my mobile number

            Network is slow
            No proper internet
            No reasonable charges ( in Website Showing 399 and getting bill is 455)
            No proper customer Service
            I recharged my number with 199 rs. for unlimited talktime. Yet there is a deduction of rs 30 as GST and 168rs as acess fee.
            And the problem is it says recharge successful, but i cant make calls or use my data service.
            Why is it happening like this.?
            Is this a new scheme of Vodafone to loot the customers in broad day light.

              This is in regard to my number 99*8682 and been using this number for almost 4-5 years now, i have been complaining multiple times in past couple of months regarding the network issue. While 4g suddenly shows only a single tower, 3g shows full tower yet no speed at all and while at 3g, the network keeps switching between 3g and 2g. Adding to this i never get volte services as well.

              I went to your outlet in jp nagar near saraki signal and to be frank such pathetic service, the associates are keen on teaching me how long they have been witg vodafone and that they can’t or won’t do anything. Such arrogance!!

              I keep paying your bills without getting all the services included in my plan, so this email is to notify you that i will not make a payment till i get the services right. As soon as you block my number for non-payment, i will definitely file a complaint against vodafone for cheating the customer and fraud billing as you are charging me and not giving the promised services.

              Plus i need a correction in the bill amount as the services have not been provided as promised.

              Trust me, for the way the your outlet associate speaks i should have broken the sim right in front of him.

                Why again and again i am getting time and not getting a solution. So listen finally from my side that i am not going to pay the bill for this month till my network problem not resolve. If you want then you can block my number i don't care. Why will i pay to you without using my full plan. Your technicians also told me that network is very poor at your area and your case is on fast track so your problem will resolve in 24hrs.                   Vodafone services are getting pathetic day by day.
                  I can barely use the 4g network of vodafone as it doesn't work always, can't even open a single page. Its worst than 2g.
                  Everytime i call or someone calls my call gets dropped.
                  Even the call quality is so poor i can barely hear voices sometimes.
                  I don't get coverage on most of the places in pune.
                  Why m i paying monthly for this service when they can't even provide basic functionality.

                    This is bring my concern to your notice that i had very bad experience with the way your, vodafone customer service and not even understand the problem. Just blaming the customer and sending demand notice which highly condemned.. I would request you appointment a appropriate team to investigate the issue to avoid these scenario.
                    I have upraised this issue with ceo of vodafone and the law team but no proper response.

                    I was requested to pay my outstanding on 2nd nov 2018, so that my account will be closed. So i have made the full payment. Requested to close since i have a long term onsite travel plan, post my travel to london i get know that my mobile is still active and once again i have sent a email for de-activation of the account, i am not responsible for this issue moreover i was not in india and not used the service after 3rd nov 2018.
                    I have responded legal team and spoke to them and informed my problem there is no proper response.
                    This team keep on sending me emails and it high time to notify you for taking required action
                    Not sure why they are keep sending mail with credit default listing. I can just through 507 rupees and get out of this situation and but i don't want to be bad example.

                      Beware!! All the corporate connection holders in kerala. Vodafone has recently changed the tariff plan - ker_sme_99_ plan_2256287 without consumers notice. When contacted the customer service (Via chat) an agent named - rithvika mentioned that such changes are common in vodafone and they do not necessarily inform the consumers. To my surprise, only when i made online payment through myvodafone account realized this change in tariff plan from ker_sme_99_ plan_2256287 to super 249 n_25599165. Why would a service provider change the tariff plans without informing consumers? This shows they do not care or have least courtesy to keep customers informed of any changes and/or want them to decide on what plans would best suit for them. This is utter disgusting and a breach in services offered to consumers that surely requires filing a complaint in the consumer court. I asked to register my complaint and with hesitation i got a reference number but was made clear that the original plan is no longer in service and better i take the service plan migrated by them without my knowledge. Time to port the services, since i cannot tolerate cheaters.

                      I had originally requested for
                      Ker_sme_99_ plan_2256287 as on 12/08/2017 and this plan has been changed twice without consumer notice on 2 occasions.

I asked to register my complaint and with hesitation I got a reference number but was made clear that the original plan is no longer in service and better I take the service plan migrated by them without my knowledge. TIME TO PORT THE SERVICES, SINCE I CANNOT TOLERATE CHEATERS.

                          This is in regard to postpaid connection of vodafone in my name shikha gupta no.[protected]. The bill for bill period 10.01.19 to 09.02.19 invoice number 12wb[protected] dt 10.02.19 for rs.2699.84 p for mobile number [protected].
                          Further in this bill outgoing isd call is reflecting on 04.02.19.
                          We are using this vodafone post paid number from last 4or 5years. Regularly paying bill on time. Never done isd call. But this time bill was raised for isd call number [protected] (8 call for 153 min) to country which was not known by me for rs. 2699.84 p in a single day on 04.02.19. After receiving bill i went to vodafone store. They gave me mail id to write complain on this.
                          I am also confirming that i did not made any isd call to that unknown country, then why should i pay for calls which i did not made. Also my dynamic credit limit which was manually set by me is rs.700/- then why vodafone did not stopped the service. My phone is outgoing service is stopped from 05.02.19 morning. I am afraid about it that if my phone was hacked and misused. Kindly solve my problem.

                            First of all they cheat by overcharging. After raising the complaint it is closed without listening. Customer care people call and harass you by blaming you and repeating the same thing again and again. Management not available to resolve the issue as no escalation process shared by the team as they don't want to and neither seniors are interested to listen to you. The team refuse to give email id of seniors nor they want to transfer the call to seniors. Shameful. Harassment of customer on phone. Disgraceful customer service. Highly unprofessional

                              Hi sir/madem,

                              I received message from vodafone to re-submit photo, id and address proof on 29th jan 2019 even though my mobile no [protected] is linked to aadhar and before i submit proof again my sim got deactivated on 30th jan. I didn't understand why they are asking for address proof again, if they want again atleast they should give some time to re-submit.

                              So i submitted address proof again at vodafone store and request to reactivate my sim again. They said you will get a call from vodafone and get new sim with same number within 15 day but still i didn't get any call from vodafone and new sim and no proper update from vodafone store.

                              I got a call from vodafone saying your number will be activated on 26 Feb but still not activated. Could you please tell me if you really reactivate otherwise i will look for other option and say good by to vodafone finally.

                                I ported my airtel number to vodafone and i came into roaming. Now when i call 59059 it aaya that number is incorrect. I have tried customer care multiple times but they don't provide any solution.
                                I am in trouble as it is my primary number that is used in banking. Please suggest any solution.

                                I am neither able to find any vodafone store near to my home where i can get any help.

                                  Received a message on my mobile "your subscription for funzone pack has been renewed and rs 45 has been deducted".
                                  I never voluntarily subscribed for any such service or asked for its renewal. The message to me came out of the blue.

                                  Resolution - want the deducted amount to be added back along with additional compensation for inconvenience caused.

                                      I m not able to make any calls on my first dial and if in second or third dial it ringed there will be either disturbance in calls or voice will get half heard half not.in this 21st century of digital world we won't able to communicate properly.
