harassment from an employee

mobile data services disrupted

Hi:

My mobile data services stopped all of a sudden. The sim shows 4g signals but the internet is not working. I keep on getting a notification to sign in to vodafone in and when i try doing so it redirects me to "sign in to network" screen with this url: http://180.179.77.11/data-usage-alert and shows the message -

sim activation

I've ported my no.[[protected]] from airtel to vodafone postpaid and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this network signals shows as in roaming (R). I couldn't believe how vodafone is so weak in customer service....

I have noticed that for my vodaphone # [protected], my tariff plan has been changed recently without my consent. Please advise who has provided a nod for changing the plan.. If vodaphone don’t have a certain plan, ghey should atleast call and ask the customer for his consent, this is similar to bank withdrawing your money without your consent and just sending a message.

unwanted data charges applied without prior notification

Vodafone has applied almost 33200 rupees on my number while travelling maldives without giving any prior notice action i have international roaming pack rc 149 activated on my number so they have not send any message and directly put the charges at the end and stop my number.

Kindly take some action against this service provider as they are fooling there own customers now....

I am currently having vodafone connection for the past 15+ years. I was in rs. 199/- plan and suddenly without my notifications vodafone have change my plan to 250 six months back. removal of marketing announcement before caller tune

I am a postpaid customer and have activated a caller tune. However, there is a long marketing announcement and a tune copy request before the caller tune.

I don't think this is ethical and would like this announcement and request to be discontinued forthwith.

If this cannot be done Vodafone may please advise me with their reasons....

roaming network - even in own state

I am facing the network problem from past 1 month network is catching roaming even though i am in bangalore or other surrounding areas i am not able make the local calls at all.
