vodafone penalized me for recharging before due date.

On 01.11.2018, i recharged my vodafone prepaid number with rs.509 (90 days-unlimited calls-1.5gb/day) & next recharge due date was 29.01.2019.

On 11.01.2019 i. E. 18 days before the due date, i again recharged with rs.399 (84 days-unlimited calls-1gb/day). The new due date should have been 23.04.19 but my account and app showed as 04.04.2019. Also, the data plan has changed to 1gb/day from 11.01.2019.

cheating customers with fraud plans and no services.

Hi,

This is in regard to my number 99*8682 and been using this number for almost 4-5 years now, i have been complaining multiple times in past couple of months regarding the network issue. While 4g suddenly shows only a single tower, 3g shows full tower yet no speed at all and while at 3g, the network keeps switching between 3g and 2g. Adding to this i never get volte services as well.

Vodafone services are getting pathetic day by day.
I can barely use the 4g network of vodafone as it doesn't work always, can't even open a single page. Its worst than 2g.
Everytime i call or someone calls my call gets dropped.
Even the call quality is so poor i can barely hear voices sometimes.
I don't get coverage on most of the places in pune.
Why m i paying monthly for this service when they can't...

Received a message on my mobile "your subscription for funzone pack has been renewed and rs 45 has been deducted".
I never voluntarily subscribed for any such service or asked for its renewal. The message to me came out of the blue.
