Dear sir
I have submitted the letter signed by authorised signatory for coversion from corp to personal a/c of my no [protected] at vodafone office, mulug road, warangal to mr. Anil reddy mobile [protected].in octover 2018.

Who issued me 4g new sim card and told that it will activate after 4 days. Also updated my email for sending the bills.

Sir till the date they have not updated my email so i am not getting my monthly bill to pay the amount. I requested by mail to you and alow them to send nov & dec 2018 bills. Then with much pain i got the bills and they mailed that they have updated the mail and i will get monthly bill regularly, but till the date after my conteneous mails also they are not responding saying that i have to apply again with letter from authorised signatory.
They are threatening that if i failed to pay, my cibil score will be affected,
Sir, i am the only one who is paying the monthly bill without getting hardcopy of bill every month, whithout any internet on my phone, with 2g sim card, and paying every month rs.650/- to rs.680/-.
Even i could not cancel the number by closing my account, you know people are enjoying jio net for 3 months at just rs.450/- but i am paying rs.1800/- for that without internet. My higher officials are serious on me for not having net connection they are not paying the bill amount without bill
I request your kindness that please advise me how to close the a/c with paying total amount to vodafone.
Through your mail i request vodafone that i will not pay the amount without sending the bill by post or mail. Or please convey me the closing amount, i will pay the entire amount and will take new number (Personal)

My outgoing call service has been discontinued even though I haven't taken any pack. I have been making calls from my prepaid number via balance. Why can't I make outgoing calls even though I have balance in my number?

    I was used this no in vodafone prepaid only. I lost it and again i request to give same number in vodafone store room anna nagar chennai. They given a postpaid sim with same no. They told us, we can convert this to prepaid after 90days. Now 6months over, i have cleared all my due and they asking to pay additional amount 299 for new prepaid sim on same no. They are always asking additional amount. Even though from 22nd jan, there is no service on the postpaid bill. I don't know still how much i have to pay to convert this no to prepaid.

      -this vodafone's official site shows that the customer can recharge online, but factually does not allow to recharge online any more. The operator trick the customer into the local store (Dealer / middle agencies) where bill is not provided for the purchase of the prepaid plan. When the customer makes complaints to the customer care of vodafone, they refuse to register the complaints regarding this.

      Very deceptive and obscure operation to fool the customer ; it facilitates the dealer / middle agencies to evade the tax where the customer pays the tax for each purchase, but does not get any receipt/ invoice for the purchase.

        I have activated red international plan (Rs. 999 / monthly) thru 'my vodafone app' (Service provider's application) on 18th feb-2019. Details of plan activation was received thru sms and also confirmed with customer care executive of service provider.
        Have raised complaint[protected] with service provider.
        I have called so may time but no positive response from service provider.
        As per them their is no issue with their system, however service provider app. Is not showing the latest updates of plan as on 21st feb-2019.
        Because of that possibly i'm not getting the benefits of the plan.

        Don't want such vague reply. Need my money back.

        I called your complaint care no 198 regarding bill payment. I refuse to pay my bill of Feb-19 as I have not received desired benefits and services from Vodafone. Your care execute is saying that "you have not received only one benefits but other normal services you have received and you have to pay the bill." This statement clearly implies that 'Vodafone will not provide full services against the claimed plan, though customer must have to pay the bill.

        This is ridicules !!

        It has been 2 weeks since I had raised the complaint and it is still not resolved. I have shared all the details, which Vodafone corporate care had asked and in returns I am getting totally negative response from complaint care center.

        Now I am loosing faith in Vodafone.

          Dear sir, i have a corporate connection in the name of m/s pentagon info systems, kottayam, kerala. One of the connection is now used in timing at bangalore. This mobile number does not service in coming and out going sms services for over a period of one month. As this connection is now using by my daughter for her temporary stay in bangalore in connection with employment search.
          And sms service is mandatory in connection with employment portals such as nukari.com etc. She is now selected and placement process are on way and otp 's are. Coming every now and then. So please restore sms services to mobile number [protected] without further delay.
          Your immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

            Refer to all my recharges for last 2years with vodafone and all my complaints for no coverage, no data speed, network conjection, call drop, and so i have taken desion not to waste money eyes so since 28jan 2019 i have stopped recharging. But instead of giving better services the vodafone has stopped my incoming calls.

            I have approached mini stores at ambarnath east they have registered my complaints and assured me with resolution and around 2000 coustomers have agreed to discontinue the vodafone service due to this reason.

            Through this portal i am requesting you to look into the matter or will approch consumer court.

                Dear sir/ madam,
                I am very old customer of vodafone. I am using mobile no - [protected] since year 2010. Earlier it was post paid connection but in year 2013 i have changed it to pre paid connection and requested for refund of security deposit. I have been told my mini store of vodafone based at dakbunglow road, patna that it will be refunded within 15 working days. This is the matter of year 2014. Since then i visited vodafone office several times and mailed too so many times but i am not getting my security deposit amount of rs. 500. My money is lying since year 2010. Service of this company is very poor and their complaint management cell is even worse. I am not changing the company as i am not getting my security deposit. Please help in getting the amount refunded. Also help me and suggest ways how register complaint against vodafone in consumer forum. Please contact me @ [protected]/[protected] for any update
                And help in getting the refund of money deposited.

                    My mother is using [protected] which is a keypad phone, issue is related tariff plan, we took initially 199 basic plan, billing plan which is changed suddenly without customer approval, and after reaching customer care team they are saying like we went to store and activated but actually we didn't do, we have not paid extra amount, due to that they have disconnected incoming and outgoing calls, we sent so many mails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and calls also, every time we are getting acknowledge mail from Vodafone team but no one is responding,
                    in mail they have mentioned Vodafone office address varun towers2 Begumpet Hyderabad, finally we went to that office and checked with employee, he said like in Warangal someone changed seems, but actually my mother is staying in Anakapalli which is my native place, we have not gone there and we have not requested for anything, we given complaint in begumpet office he said like we will check with store and we will get back and also he given number [protected](Nodal Office), now it’s almost one month is going to finish he is also not responding to my calls and diverting to other number.
                    We are not able to communicate with my mother from past 4 months,
                    Is this the way you will respond with customer?
                    We have converted from prepaid to postpaid is this mistake we did?
                    Is there any option to change Vodafone plan without customer notice or approval?
                    Any unknown person can he change others plan?
                    Really its very worst support team which i have never seen, I am really unhappy with your services and support.
                    No one is taking quick action and support after doing so many follow-ups and mails.

                      message is not going to 1900 to port my number

                      I am unable to send SMS to 1900 (PORT) from last couple of months. But I am able to sending and receiving the other SMS.
                      I have required balance, validity and all other required setups in my mobile but still I am not able to send SMS to 1900.
                      I have reached out Vodafone customer care many times but didn't get proper response. Why should messages are not going to 1900. Does vodafone blocking 1900 to stop porting ....

                      I, jayanta nandy, having vodafone postpaid connection vide no. [protected] by monthly rental of rs. 148.00.
                      Suddenly got a sms from vodafone that without my concern they have change my plan to vodafone red of which monthly rental of rs. 299/-.
                      However, i do not want to change my plan right now and if you close the plan that i have rs. 148.00 per month. Then change my connection from postpaid to prepaid with immediate effect.

                        I have been told yesterday that my problem of volte activation and calls drops will be resolved by today with high priority assurance or else this month's bill will be on vodafone. As i can see my problem has no been resolved yet and it passed 24 hrs. I think you better cancelled my bill for this month and start working on my problem to be resolved before you bill me again for the next month. It's very unprofessional and unreliable and unworthy of you to bill the customer every month without resolving my problem with the network as i am unable to make calls which always breaks and call drops. And the network data which is too slow and can be compared to other network's 2g and 3g network speed that's why i still have 100gb data unused in my account as a matter of proof. It will be better if at least now the company starts to work on customer problems and give them better services rather than advertising "every tower an hour" which seems to be fake with your unreliable network which claims to be india's biggest.

                        And for your information, i have been complaining about the network from the past 4-5 months and volte activation on mail to corporatecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com, vodafone on twitter and facebook and on calls and chat to your customer care from 23rd of jan 2019 in which case both are not resolved till date. I have been using vodafone since the past 8 years. If your team fails there will be no more billing on my account and i wanna port my network without a hitch. At least you should have to have some shame on you to make a customer go through all this.

                          There are 8 numbers in this connection and proper sms and e - bills are not send. Due to this reason payment problem occurs unable to make payment on time. Following are the numbers.

                              I wish to inform you that i had taken the iroam free 5000 plan of vodafone idea before travelling to europe. Before travelling i had set my limit to 10000. To my horror when i reached montenegro, almost after half a day had passed over there, i was informed that the plan is not valid where i am as it was not part of the pack. I received a message that my bill has touched rs.120000 approx. Within a span of just few hours. Also my data services were stopped and also my incoming and out going due to which i had to suffer heavy business losses and the trauma of not being able to contact anyone was separate. On contacting vodafone idea they said that they have the right to convert static to dynamic and alter the limit. I should have been informed by them beforehand and i also didn’t receive any message pertaining to the same by any means be it email sms or call, they should have atleast messaged me that the limit is approaching or has approached via call or sms or even via email rather they just casually waited for the bill to pile on and later stopped my services which they could have done even before when they say i was approaching the limit of rs.10, 000/- as set by me. Also i told them that i haven’t used the data as charged by them. When i visited vodafone idea store they said that they don’t have the exact summary which is the itemised bill for the same and will take 15 more days after the generation of bill.
                              After long continuous harassment and threats via emails, calls to me, calls to my father who is a senior citizen and also sending their person to my residence which comprises of my mother and ailing father who are both senior citizens i was forced to pay total sum of 40, 000/- that also a part of which i had to borrow on interest in a hope that all this humiliation that me and my family are going through will end. Even after that they have sent me a legal notice threatening to take me to the high court. I ask you if this is going to happen, if we consumers are being cheated, threatened and harassed like this? Then what is the future of telecommunication in india and what will be our safety and security of our privacy is invaded like this i. E. The way the limit set by us is altered.
                              I strongly urge everyone now to stop falling prey to these false strategies of these subscribers like vodafone idea as they are not concerned with the welfare of their subscribers but they just want to built more of them soo that they can con them when the time comes.
                              I hope the telecom authorities and govt looks into my concern
                              As the govt is very proactive regarding the issues of every citizen and steps are taken that no innocent person is unnecessaryly harassed and indian citizens are no longer taken for the ride by these international telecom operators. These operators have been milking innocent consumers for very long time and i have high hopes by concern issues will be priority basis and solution is taken out.

                                I have switched my vodafone prepaid to postpaid my prepaid balance is rs 170 they say me my prepaid balance adjustment in my postpaid bill but adjustment only rs 86 then where go rs 84 & i have paid security deposit rs 300 but only showing rs 200 plz take action fast to trisha communication.

                                  It's very surprising that every month vodafone has been deducted rs 24 from my account balance in-spite-of recharge every month. Last month same thing happen after raise complaint to appellate. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com they refunded the same amount in my account. Same thing happen in this month. Now thay are refused to refund my money. Rs 24 is not at all big issue for me but why this kind of malpractice happen? I want justice.

                                  In-spite-of my recharge every month how Vodafone additionally deduct every month. As per the rules from TRI you have to recharge every month to maintain incoming facility. Yes this is applicable who have not recharge or occasionally recharge, How is it applicable to me who recharge on time every month. I had continue stick to Vodafone applet over mail but they are not pay heed to me till date. Please treat this matter as serious and urgent.

                                    This is pathetic vodafone is not able to resolve network issue in my locality from last 1 year. Every time people are making fake commitment of network issue & waiver. Also there are services which has been activated & deactivated by vodafone on my number without my consent. If i call customer care they are not aware of these and don not have any justification for these points.

                                      Iam using vodafone number from 10 years, recently i have changed my sim in to 4g, my outgoing calls has stopped, i have tried to customer care 10 times but there’s no any use, customer care has stopped my call to connect to a representative.
